I absolutely love this place, the guys at the bar and the owner. They are always welcoming, even if I come a little late for a very quick drink. They are very friendly and it's just a good environment. I absolutely genuinely love this place. Their chips and house sauce are so good and all the food. Please don't ever change what you do because I'm so happy with this place 😆 Always so welcome feeling when coming in.

This place is a great choice for lunch and dinner. I like their drive in take out where you don't have to get out of your car. I like the Mexican Chef salad. Their house dressing is their secret recipe, but my personal choice is to substitute a cup of their salsa for dressing. It's delicious.

WAY better than your average family mexican restaurant. Delicious “secret sauce,” homemade tortillas, perfectly cooked flank steak in the carne asada plate, and great burrito bowl. The rest of the family loved the Fiesta Salad

One of our family favorites! Salsa is hearty and delicious. ... but the highlight is always the Squirt bottles of their "special sauce" . OMG we put it on everything! Tangy, sweet and just perfect as my salad dressing. Kid friendly, and we watched the world series play out in bar area. Generous seating, great service, best value.

La Hacienda is a casual place for lunch or dinner. It's Mexican themed, predictable and good. Nothing exceptional here, solid food that's been serving Chico for as long as I can remember.

Nice place..good food and very clean! Place was pretty empty for a Wednesday night. Had their blackberry artisan margarita..delicious! Would definitely recommend this place! Service was quick, no complaints!

La Hacienda is a Chico classic with tasty Mexican food. My favorite is any tostada. The Restaurant have a simply addictive house dressing for their secret recipe. Try it you love it.

Came here for my birthday. Food was good, though not very authentic. My friend and I both had the tostada. It was crispy and piled with lots of toppings. Very tasty with their signature sauce they give you. The queso is very bland and tastes like generic velveeta and rotel. Not awful, but definitely not as good as other places in town (Pueblito). All in all, it was a decent meal with okay service, but nothing to rave about. My friend also told them it was my birthday, and they didn't even acknowledge it. I guess she was expecting they'd at least sing to me or something, but they did nothing for it. She was pretty disappointed about it. Bummer.

I have ordered their Tortilla soup several times and almost everytime the soup tastes different or is not a consistent recipe. When I called to ask about it, the guy told me it would be a consistent recipe but if you get it to go it might be different! Doesn't seem like they know what their doing over there.
