Let me say years have gone by since I stepped into a Carl's Jr. Been looking for a hamburger to suit my taste. Some are too big or just don't taste right. Ordered a small hamburger with guacamole fries and coffee. Delicious I left the place one happy person. I have found a clean and comfortable place to eat and read a book.

Today I went to this location at around 4 am, I usually go to other locations closer to home but never has anyone provided the service the girl named Alli provided, she was great, always smiling she’s so sweet you could tell she was tired but provided awesome service, she even offered dessert on discount, I think you guys should have more employees like her working at Carls, definitely will be a regular at that location from now on…

The manager who was working here today a t around 2:00am deserves more pay. I apologize to you if the latter is reading this review right now but I have bad memory. I believe his name was Mikey. He went out of his way to do me(a random customer) a favor. Overall seems like a good guy and is very generous with his resources(He would probably even be that one worker who fills your drink to the top). Great employee/manager(not sure if "employee" would be a derogatory term for his status). Great service, great with their orders, and all probably due to the efforts of management.

I visited at like, 3 AM. I have to say, the service was outstanding. Very nice lady at the drive thru, food was great. That's not easy to find at that time of day.

Best Thickburger ever. I'm here on late night on a Wednesday. Nobody in the drive thru line. Got two phat 1/3 pound Angus Thickburgers for $7.54 total. They are huge, tasty, and way better than they look in commercials or pictures. The guy behind the grill rocks at this Carl's Jr in Chino Hills!!

Make sure you specify "well done" on your Beyond Burger. This gives it perfect texture and consistency as opposed to a mush that can upset one's stomach. I love my Beyond with Santa Fe sauce and BBQ sauce.

I went there yesterday and the girl named Ally was so nice, i was glad to find a place that was open , and she was very energetic and polite. The food was really good and hot too

i went one day after work and was in the mood for a Western bacon cheeseburger . i went inside and i was greeted by a young lady named (chas ) and she was very nice and friendly when taking my order. and while i ate she cleaned and made sure items were stocked and while doing that she asked me if i needed anything else . to me great customer service was HER top priority. wish more young people were like her .

Came here after work and the service was fast. I ordered a #1 and they offered one of their desserts. There were a few cars ahead of me but they cleared up pretty fast. I was greeted when I got to the pay window and they offered ketchups. Napkins were included inside. Food was hot and fresh.

Served extremely cold fries, but burger was hot. Not worth going back up for hot fries because we all know what happens next.

Had a craving for a double cheeseburger crispy fries and a Dr Pepper it hit the spot good sloppy burger well done fries were good to drink was a little weak but passes ok.

Carls Jr. was better than it is today. Not sure why, but not eating at Carls Jr. as often as before.

I'm a big fan of Carl's Jr but at this locations the lady (Chas) was very rude and just seems like she was having a bad day from the way she snapped at me. On top of that she got my order wrong. I ordered a burger WITH cheese and NO onions. I got NO cheese on my burger and so MUCH onion. Even after I took out the onions all I was able to taste and smell was onions on my food. So make sure she doesn't take your order.

Carl's Jr and generally has a nice Meaty burger that can be expensive but it is charbroiled so it has a hint of smoke and char to the Burger itself they did away with the $5 combos now the $5 combo is $6 It definitely has a great taste for fast food whether you're dining in or you're getting it on the go extremely filling and the Buns have made a difference in the change over the years If you keep your receipt there is a survey you can do to receive some fries hash browns or small drink

I thought the service here had gotten better but sadly not so. Talk about unprofessional, they certainly have no understanding of customer service.

Food took way to long with no apologies, 20 minutes, and they weren't busy. Only thing that kept it from getting one star was that it tasted good.

First, I am biased because I really just don't care for Carl's Jr. I was pretty much forced to eat here twice. I tried the chicken tenders. They were burnt, overly salty, and pricey. Not my idea of a good time.

The 2 sides of ranch they gave me from my fries. We're not only hotter than room temperature, but they tasted like they went bad already. Couldn't eat him. Threw him out. The root beer tasted like water, also threw that out.This is why I never buy combos anymore.Especially from carls, Terrible

Quite possibly the worst franchise I've ever been to. After politely requesting a fresh burger and fries, I was given a complete opposite. Tasteless and old. Pass through the drive thru a week ago around 11pm, we were attended by a lady named Jenni. I asked if they sold iced coffee which she answered with a quick no. My wife and I went to Carl's jr. To try out the new a prime rib hamburger that you guys are making. Of course we were thinking of the advertisement picture you guys always advertise but when we came home the burger was very much a disappointment. Had one thin Patty and a couple slices of prime rib and a little cheese was not worth the price you are charging for it. Now your burgers have been very good in the past. But this looks like you have become like all of the other burger places. Advertising a beautiful looking burger only to be disappointed when you buy one. Sad to say my wife and I will not be going back to Carl's Junior.

I have no delivery person name, no phone number to call. The store's number is conveniently disconnected - I've been trying for almost a week now to get a refund, no luck. This is insanity to me.
