I wasn't sure on the spiciness on the tenders. The server was kind enough to let me try mild and medium. I ended up placing 3 orders, both mild and medium. Tried Dave’s Hot Chicken for the first time and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The chicken was super crispy on the outside but still juicy inside, and the spice levels give you options—from no heat to seriously fiery. I went with “medium” and it had the perfect kick without overpowering the flavor. The bread and pickles added just the right balance, and the fries were hot and well-seasoned. Fast service, clean spot, and everything came out fresh. Definitely coming back for another round (maybe braver with the spice next time!).

This place is clean and well-maintained. You place your order through a self-service kiosk, which is simple and efficient. The food is fantastic, and I loved that you can choose your preferred spice level for the chicken sandwich or chicken strips. Although orders are placed at the kiosk, there’s a staff member who calls out names as the orders are ready. Axel, one of the staff members, stood out, he was incredibly friendly and even helped me carry part of my order to my table. I really appreciated his kindness and assistance. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely come back!

Great value for hot and crispy chicken. Came here with two teenagers and was impressed at how much we get with our combos. The chicken was juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Love the slaw they put in their sandwiches and we will definitely be back.

I called to place an order. First they asked how long would it take me to get there. Which i never had a restaurant ask me that. Then they ask me for the order but place me on hold to get the order of another customer that got there after I called. I believe customers on phone are priority, as you already have a customer there and are trying to get business from the people calling to place an order. And lastly they hung up on me without saying anything. If it wasn't for my child wanting Dave's and being the onlyone near by my house I would have taken my business elsewhere. I suggest better traning to staff and for manager on duty. Very poor service to customer. If you dont want people calling your store I suggest removing it so there won't be confusion.
