I arrived with a negative impression due to the reviews, but I still took a chance and I would definitely eat here again. They had all the pizza flavors and everything was delicious :)

To activate the buffet, you have to buy a drink, which makes the price seem misleading. There were four of us, but we only ordered three buffets, as the fourth person was just accompanying us. Throughout our visit, the cashier was constantly watching us, seemingly to prevent us from sharing food, which we found quite uncomfortable. After the first round of pizza, they stopped bringing out the pizzas. We were told that from then on, we should order directly from the server; however, more than 10 minutes passed without any food being offered. When we finally asked, they took our order and it took another 15 minutes to serve us. We don't know if this is part of their system to limit consumption, but the experience was unsatisfactory, and we left with no desire to return. We hope they can improve these aspects, as we definitely prefer to go to the Cholula branch rather than return to this one.

It's an affordable place; the pizza isn't the best, but it's acceptable. If you're hungry, it's a good place to eat tons of pizza 🍕. The buffet only activates if you order drinks, which range from 45 to 130 pesos. You can upgrade to more premium pizzas like Serrano Ham, Argentinian Chorizo, and so on. The system is similar to a Brazilian barbecue: they bring the pizzas around, and you decide whether to eat them or pass. At the end, they ask if you want any of the ones they've already brought.

Everything had its drawbacks: the first pizza was reheated, and the last ones had half-cooked dough. The music was terrible, with only vulgar lyrics. And the waiter almost threw things away; the one I assume is the manager was the one who served us best.

I only went twice, and both times the experiences were terrible. I ordered the pizza buffet, and both times I was served by two girls who gave me really nasty looks and were incredibly rude. The pizzas are just okay; they're not bad, but they're not worth it, especially with the incredibly rude treatment from both the server and the cashier, who the second time even threw my change at me. I really don't recommend it.

They want you to pay extra for everything. At the Cholula Rodizio, the sweet and savory pizzas are included in the buffet, but here you pay separately. They want you to pay extra just to share a little piece with your partner, hehe. They also want some pizzas to be reheated, and they don't have all the ones on the buffet menu. I don't recommend it.

The experience was quite disappointing. The pizza selection was practically nonexistent; they always had the same ones and it took a long time for new ones to appear. The service left much to be desired: the staff was inattentive and didn't explain the buffet system well. In the end, they charged us extra without having clarified this from the beginning. Overall, it's not worth the price. There are many better options for the same price (or even less).

The pizza is good, although the premium flavors are very greasy. The service is poor. The bespectacled waitress serving us is very tyrannical when it comes to charging, and I don't think the system is fair considering the prices. It's not a place I would return to because of the staff.

Terrible service, the staff is awful. We went really looking forward to trying the pizza, but the experience left much to be desired. The prices are outrageously high for what they offer. The quality of the food doesn't justify the cost—small portions, unremarkable ingredients, and a bland crust. But the worst part was the service: the staff was unfriendly and treated customers poorly. I don't recommend it and I definitely won't be back. There are many better places for much less. They're not transparent about their procedures and have hidden extra charges.

The food is good but they are abusive when charging, they do not specify the dynamics well, for sharing 2 bites of pizza they charge you the full extra and they say that according to the camera they noticed it and it is a lie there were no cameras the waiter was the one who observed if at that moment he saw it he would have indicated it to us and without a problem but the way of charging is lies and abusive, the hibiscus water has no flavor all the sugar remained at the bottom of the mini pitcher it was the first time we went and the last I do NOT recommend it
