This place is a hidden gem in Chula Vista! I had no idea it was such a great place all the way around! The moment you walk in you are hit with such an esthetic vibe, the service is amazing and the food is so delicious! The prices are very reasonable as well and they have great happy hour after 5pm Mon-Wed!

The place was clean, and the server came to seat and help me right away. I got the super crunch roll which was a pretty good size and delicious I also got the vegetarian rice bowl and a Sapporo..the veggie rice bowl is a great size for kids or if you want a small plate it has a good flavor and the sprinkled black sesame seeds on top. They have a large variety of rolls ramen and other dishes as well as desserts. Happy hour from3-6, which I unfortunately was too early for but will definitely be checking out.

The first time I came here, I was about to walk out. It felt unfamiliar, almost high-class when I was expecting a more casual experience. But, man, when it comes to FLAVOR this is the best sushi spot I've been to. Yes, it's nontraditional and leans into Mexican cuisine.. but it is so good!

Best Sushi place! Great customer service, place is clean, location is perfect, but food is AMAZING!! Plus, they served it so quickly!! We highly recommend it. Finally, they have a special promo Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, BOGO. Ruben helped us as well as Fernanda and we felt at home. Loved this place.

What an incredible experience! I don’t usually go in with high expectations for sushi, but everything here blew me away. The flavors were absolutely outstanding, I completely fell in love with every bite. And the prices? Unreal. You just don’t find deals like this in San Diego anymore, cocktails starting at $4 and appetizers from $5? It’s almost too good to be true. Can’t wait to come back!

Loved this restaurant- all but the big screen TVs in the bar. The atmosphere felt slightly upscale, yet comfortable. The menu is amazing. Sushi, Ramen, appetizers, bowls, salads and more. The menu was created in Tijuana, where this chain started. The rolls were super creative, large and beautiful. And Yum! It was hard to choose. Our waiter, Chris and the young man who was the food runner were the best!

My first time trying Sushi with Mexican vibe, It is actually so good and completely different story, i was so impressed 😍 @sushirollusa is a famous chain in México and they brought their delicious sushi to you in San Diego 😋 It is a must try place 👍

New favorite spot. Let me tell you. At first bite I knew this was going to be good. There is no need to cross the border to go eat good sushi. Service was friendly and attentive. Restaurant temperature and ambient was pleasant. Rolls are worth the prize. We will return to try other items of food and many more rolls. The Sunset Roll is highly recommended.

First time going here, we got the rokka shrimp that came with salad, amount of shrimp is pretty good for two people. We also got the Gaga roll and sunset roll, everything tasted fresh. Service was good, waitress was very friendly and she recommended us the churro tempura ice cream and we did and it was delicious. Definitely worth it and I’ll definitely come back. It was a Tuesday so it wasn’t busy at all .

This was a place my Wife and I have been waiting for to open. They finally did and today was a day that my Wife and I decided we will be back here very often. The pictures of our food and drinks do this place no justice. The food is astoundingly good. Great taste, flavor and quality. The service was phenomenal. Everyone was super friendly, very attentive to our needs and always made sure we had everything we needed at all times. The atmosphere of this place was to amazing as well. Great looking place with nice music that's not loud in any way. I don't feel like I have to yell to have a conversation. It's inviting and extremely welcoming. I couldn't give a more amazing review. If anyone reads this review, just go. Go to this place and enjoy all the qualities this place has to offer. You will not regret it. Keep up the amazing job everyone!!!!!

The food was amazing it was very delicious. Service was outstanding the place was very beautiful. Our waiter Christian was very kind and happy to help us out. The miso soup was the perfect tempature and perfect taste, the California roll was so creamy and delicious. After all everything was outstanding I would recommend people to check this place out and try the amazing food.

Delicious food, good quality/price ratio. Slightly loud in the evenings but that's not a problem if you like lively environments. Personally I prefer the quieter lunch service.

This Mexican-influenced sushi spot reminds me a lot of the sushi I’ve had in Tijuana. The food has that border-fusion style, and the restaurant has a nice atmosphere that feels more like a good Tijuana restaurant than a typical U.S. sushi place. I really enjoyed the ramen, and the desserts were excellent—especially the churro-style tempura with cinnamon and ice cream. Service was okay but not outstanding; the staff is friendly and trying, though they could be more attentive. English is spoken well enough to communicate. Overall, the food is the standout. Reasonably priced, good flavors, and a unique vibe. I’d definitely go back.

They serve good portions the rolls are very fulfilling and good, the atmosphere is nice, the hostess and bus boy were really attentive, our server however could do better. The garlic edamames are fire but the tostada de atún is bomb!💣 Will be coming back for sure with my friends ! 😉🍣🍤

We tried the ramen pork belly, Soho poke bowl, teriyaki chicken and dragon crunch roll. The food was great! The only thing that could be improved on is the service. Our waiter hardly said a word and wasn't friendly or welcoming.

The ingredients were very fresh which was impressive. I also ordered the Beef Ramen. I was impressed with the Presentation of the Ramen bowl and how the ingredients were placed; However, I was not impressed with the taste. The Ramen had no taste at all and was very bland. I was hoping for either a little bit more spice or more salt. The meat was cooked very well, however, it was also bland. This is the reason why I gave it minus one star. For a drink, I Ordered the saki Rita. This is a very clean Tasting drink. The color and presentation of it was nice. I will also say that this drink was kind of bland. I didn’t taste saki in it at all. It had a tangy taste to it, which was great, and the salt rim was a nice blend, but this drink is easily forgettable, unfortunately for my taste. Overall, the environment was very clean, calm, and almost made me forget I was in the middle of Chula Vista. Our waiter was very friendly and super accommodating. Regardless of My disappointment with the Ramen, he made my experience pleasant. I would definitely try this again so that I may try other rolls. I most likely won’t have the Ramen again.
