Didn't have what I wanted ready, gave me a time I could come back for it even though I arrived a few minutes before closing...it was $5 fill up chicken pot pie and it was delish!😎

I ordered the chicken & waffles and it was very good 👍

If you want to get chicken to eat, make sure you ask them to cook it until the timer beeps, otherwise you can get food poisoning. Otherwise, great food and great service!

KFC always has good deals. Service was fast in and out. Workers were very nice and place was very clean.

Yesterday was my daughter's birthday & she wanted KFC(great idea for a Tuesday night). As we entered the KFC an employee noticed my daughter's birthday girl head band & wished her a Happy Birthday. While we were in line ordering food, she came out with a few employees singing Happy Birthday & gave her a mini cake. That was so nice. My five year old was really happy. Thank you for making her day more special.

Some of the people here made me a little uncomfortable. However, the staff was nice and understanding of my disabilities so I’d rate it a good experience overall.

Every time I come here which is at least once or a twice a week, I have always left satisfied. Everyone is always nice and helpful and my food is always fresh! Kevin is awesome. He’s very helpful and is always giving great service

I was gone take a picture but it didn’t make it. 4 pc mike honey tenders really good. They busy but they got me out the way. So fresh fries so crispy biscuits just like Colonel use to make it. Thanks I was hungry.

Only a 4 because of getting wrong drink. Just blame covid and wearing a mask. Great food. Clean safe enviroment.

The drive-through does take a big of a wait. It’s better to go inside and save gas.

I haven't eaten at KFC for years, I was surprised. For $11. you can get 3 pieces of chicken, biscuit, small mashed potatoes and coleslaw.

They were very efficient. And my food came just like I ordered it. & they were also patient. It was 4 of us ordering and all of our orders were right. They even made sure we all had enuff condiments. Which lately some restaurants seem to either forget or are trying to cut corners. Either way you shouldn't have to go back to condiments. Especially when they very well know that there's plenty of food needing condiments that you yourself can't cut corners on(mashed potatoes etc.)

Always good chicken!! Especially the spicy one. Very crispy and enjoyable even if you eat left overs the next day. I would never go back to another chicken place. The quality of the food here is great! A very wonderful place to take a break during my work. Affordable meals that are all tasty and fulfilling. The sandwiches were excellent. The service from the employees is very good. As always, the employees are friendly and energetic. We didn’t have to wait for long to get our order. We will definitely come back here and bring in more people.

KFC seems as though they have kept the same recipes for as long as I’ve been alive probably longer and it’s a little overpriced in my opinion for the quality that you are getting so high do you think that they have relatively decent food when it comes to take out chicken places but I will also say there are a few places that instilling come to mind that are better though I have and will continue to return to this location once in a blue moon stuff is professional and not rude overall not a bad experience

Normally we have good luck at this KFC. But more than once we get the big box meal just to find out no biscuit! PS we love our biscuits. So that's a disappointment. Now I see why they have a three point six review. Should always make sure everything is in there.

KFC had always been good to me. I ordered a 2 piece that came with a biscuit and a side of mashed potatoes and gravy. The problem I had was when I asked for water they didn't provide even a courtesy cup of water.

Their original chicken was very salty this time. We ordered spicy and got regular. We ordered on line for pick up. They gave us the wrong order and over charged us. Because I ordered online they were not able to give me what I asked for nor my money back. They were Very Rude. I was told either take what they gave me or take nothing and go back online to fix my problem. It was the first time I used their web site to order, only because the prices were a bit cheaper. I tried to go back online to get a refund but the situation never was fixed. I paid just over $43 for 2 buckets of 8 pieces of chicken. When the Tuesday online sale price should have been $10 for each bucket. I don't know how they came up with that price but I tried to explain but they were very crowded and other customers were getting angry because "I" was taking too long discussing my situation. I had no choice but to leave with what they prepared for me. NEVER AGAIN!!! NOT EVEN WALK IN!!

No one was up front when I walked in. I had to wait for a bit. Then this woman emerged from the back with a little kid following her. She then took my order. The food quality is not how I remembered it to be. Sorry but I won't be eating there again.

Very unsatisfied with the. choices of drinks available. No diet Pepsi but like 3 other flavored sodas and some were can soda.How can a business be run in this matter.

I'm not one to write reviews and even though this particular KFC makes excellent food, their customer service sucks horribly bad. Even though I called ahead of time they still got my order wrong & I had to wait almost a half an hour after I arrived to pick up my order.

Just came from there so irritated! Ordered 2 famous bowls… there's no fregin gravy, then they forgot the juices for my 2 kid meals, called and got a constant busy signal!

Every time I go here there is an issue. Wrong chicken, missing chicken, dry chicken. One time had to drive back because they gave me a full cup of gravy with no mashed potatoes. I don’t know why I keep on coming here lol.

Fries were hard and the time I pulled up they didn't drop the original chicken it was a 30 min wait around 7pm. Wait was too long they suppose to have everything ready.

Slow ass service. I walked in to buy some wings and as I was waiting to have my order taken, which was about 10 mins. 2 customers came in and walked out. There was no one ahead of me, and the cashier acknowledged my presence. Whatever she was doing was more important than helping a customer. I was really hungry and wanted chicken so I toughed it out. Not going back any time soon.

I visited the restaurant via drive thru. There isn't a screen to view your order do I ask the male taking my order to repeat. What he repeated was incorrect and he said he would make the correction. When I drove up to the window and paid; I reviewed my receipt and one of the orders was still incorrect. I brought this to his attention and he said he would correct it. Before leaving the window I inspected my order AND it was STILL WRONG. The only thing I gleen from my visit to this location is that they only value the business of "certain" customers. It appears my order was purposely prepared incorrectly. I should add my order of potato wedges were dumbed in a paper bag (no container). This meal presentation really left something to be desired.

This is the second time I was disrespected at this location. They're always busy the ladies hat work to register always get very frustrated and bad attitude there is a gentleman there that is very fast courteous, effective and respectful. The last time I went to cashier run off before charging me for my order, I was at the fountain getting a drink, she yelled across the restraunt "your card declined" and I told her that's a lie. I told her that I never swiped my card. I swiped my card not knowing there was a delay in the receipt machine so I asked for a receipt and she said "can you just wait a minute, it's coming". I didn't know there was a delayed reaction, then she said whatever sir I explained to her that if I was a bad person I would have taken my order and left without paying, and she told me try it and see whats gonna happen

Unprofessional. Went to pick up an online order and they kept making other orders as they came in but wouldn't make mine until I said something multiple times. Took over 30 minutes and I counted 6 people that came in, ordered, and left with their food before they even started to make my food.

This Specific KFC in Cicero , on Cicero Ave. Should be closed . The service is the worst drive-through and inside. Can never get an order right, soda machine smells and taste like mold. takes forever to get anything you ordered and then don’t even try to call. You will Never get through. 1st time ever eating there was 3 years ago. I said I'd never go back but did today. The chicken, mash potatoes, mac n cheese, potato wedges, even the damn biscuit all taste like they were sitting around all day long. Never again

I feel like kfc used to be better at this place, quality of the food went from like a 7 to a 4, super under staffed always have only 2 people working at a time, the cole slaw is bitter, the mac taste days old, the chicken over seasoned and oily, biscuits are not fluffy or flakey, and potato wedges are alright but yeah not good, just go the mcdonalds or ihop right next to it.

This place is becoming popeyes from cermak. Always on their phones. Getting orders wrong and missing items all the time. Last time here.

They were courteous, but they were very understaffed and all around dirty, bathrooms, counters, and tables. I HAD TO WAIT 20 MINS TO ORDER AND THEN ANOTHER 20 MINS TO GET MY ORDER. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I don't even want to give one star. Staff are horrible!!! Most of the items on the menu are always not available. For some reason during night shift all items that they were selling aren't available... I guess the night shift crew just doesn't want to work at all.

the manager claudia is a thief and cannot be trusted. an order of shoes got sent there on accident and when i went to pick them up she lied and said she didn’t have them.when the police arrived she handed the shoes back. that isn’t the type of manager who should work anywhere. if she’s done that who knows what else she’s done. thief

The only focus of the employees at this KFC is Drive Thru. If you choose to go here and try to dine in or pick up food and you are not in the drive-thru, forget it. They completely ignore anyone who walks into the location. They are so busy dealing with drive-thru guests. Worst, no one wears gloves. These are people wearing greasy, dirty outfits. They are touching their faces wiping their noses and grabbing the food by hand. More often than not I saw them grabbing the KFC fries with their bare hands. They make the sandwiches with their bare hands even going as far as licking the sauce off their fingers if they get their fingers in the sauce and then continuing to make the sandwich with their saliva covered hand. It's truly disgusting. If you order delivery from this location or if you eat at this location just beware because you are likely eating someone else's spit.

Ordered 2pc original chicken with mashed potatoes ,I pull up to the window girl takes my money and says,it will be 5 minute wait ,do you want spicy I said no I can eat spicy that's why I ordered original ! I said, "Why didn't you tell me you were out of original when I was ordering it.she says I didn't know.i said why didn't the cook tell you? She says, "I dunno."" She says you have to pull ar I understand front. I said why did you take my money knowing you didn't have any original.she said I didn't know,again why didn't the person cooking tell you hey were out of original if someone orders it.Tgen come the attitude. Waited awhile just for somebody to take my order. I told the lady two number eights she suggested the Nashville hot which is number 11 since it was spicy I told her no and she put it on the order anyways and had to wait forever for my order and when I got it I was missing half my order. Greetings, I am writing to share my recent experience at KFC. I went In to order a 6 piece tender meal and the lady gave me a 3 piece meal with the wrong side order. She charged me for a 6 piece when I got a 3 piece. Also, I asked for one drink and she charged me for 2. One of the managers came and gave me a refund for the extra drink. In a civilized manner, I told her that I had ordered for a 6 piece and charged me $4 for an extra 3 piece chicken. She gave me extremely small pieces and I decided not to further intervene. In addition, I heard the manager lady say out loud how bad she wants go home. This is absurd. I haven't been to a KFC in months due to their consistent, poor service. As a result of these issues still occurring over the years, I have transitioned to Popeyes Chicken right down the street and eat there once a week. I will spread the word on this specific location. I don't appreciate the treatment I have been getting since coming here for 10 years.

The person who takes the orders is clearly bothered by doing her job, I waited for literally 5 minutes to order Without a single car in the drive thru or parking lot. I ordered a large/family mashed potatoes and gravy. I didn't get any gravy at all. My chicken is leaking water, no joke I took a picture. The breading is soft and soggy. It looks and tastes terrible! I asked if they sell chicken strips by themselves or just in the comb. 3 strips in a combo for almost $8. She said i can charge you for the combo and only give you the chicken strips 🙄 Worst KFC experience ever!

Stopped in to pick up dinner at 830pm and was surprised to find out from the cashier they close at 9pm and all they had to sell was spicy chicken for the rest of the night. Its a shame when employees run the joint and make up their own rules. Found it to be very inconvenient and disappointing.

I used ubereats to get a famous bowl fill up. Instead I got biscuits, fries, and chicken strips. Very disappointed, I reordered the famous bowl in hopes of getting it this time after requesting for a full refund from ubereats. I called the place and told them what happened, the lady over the phone didn’t seem to quote understand that my whole order was wrong the first time and proceeded to tell me that my order is ready and still sitting there (like of course it is because I just got the wrong order!) she then started talking to some other employee and then hung up. I tried to call back, and I got no answer! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

Not even 1 star, horrible place to place an order With Uber eats. I place an order 29 minutes ago and the drive been seating therefor 10 minutes and the order is not ready.. what a loan of g€#% I call several times and they don’t have the courtesy to answer 1 single call... this business should not be open at all.

The best part of this experience was the friendly staff and mashed potatoes. The chicken was greasy and soggy, they set my coleslaw under the mashed potatoes so the coleslaw was warm. The biscuits were hard as a brick.

The manager is ridiculous my brother ordered 8 pieces Tuesday and 2 small sides she charged him 30.00 ,I told her he wanted the 10.00 Tuesday deals we didn't know u couldn't order sides separate!!!she should have reimbursed!!not people friendly at all

I will NEVER eat at this restaurant again. You shouldn't either. I thought it was bad when they would routinely leave something out, bit Friday I ordered I found a big black flybin my coleslaw!!! Eww. It is winter, flies are not even out. Who knows what else is in the food there. Ontop of it, we couldn't get a refund. We are now talking with corporate. That is disgusting!

Always order the $5 fill up bowl with easy gravy and chicken on the side. Been doing this for over a year. Today the lady claims she couldnt do that. When I specified that I come in once a week and do it, someone else got on the intercom and told me that they are never suppose to do that. But again, I've had it done for a year. Whats the big deal? Thats like going to McDonalds and asking them for pickles on the side with your cheese burger. I dont understand the issue. Its not like im asking for something extra for free? Last week when I came here, when I pulled up to the window they had to reask what I ordered. In the summer I came through the drive through and the worker had a baby on her hip while working. Thats very unsanitary if you ask me. I will defiantly be taking my business else where.

I had a bad food experience on 8-6-17 i purchase a 2 piece white meat with two side of coleslaw. The chicken were dry and over cooked and the coleslaw tasted awful. I will never come here again and i wouldn't recommend this KFC to a friend nor a family member. 👎👎👎

I was ordering the $10 special which was 4PC chicken side & drink. I told the guy that I don't eat Breast give me two thighs he said that they can't switch chicken you have to get it. I said no I don't like breast how are you gonna force me to get what I don't eat when did KFC start doing that? He said it's a special and we can't do that. I told them that KFC needs to be specific and saying that if you can specify with the Thighs & Legs you can do it with other specials so since your not making that change for me then you lost my money because I have been to other KFC'S and they made the change for me and I w as liked out. THATS NOT FAIR AT ALL!!!!!!

Im a Uber eats driver every time I come at night they say they don't have the order or it's going to be a 20 min wait they need to be fired because their messing my cancellation rate up. I'm never accepting order from them again this is the 3rd time

Every time we order from here, our order arrives with wrong or missing items. If something is out of stock, that’s understandable, but please inform customers and issue a refund. As for the incorrect food orders, please take more care to read the order details accurately or find a job that doesn’t require you to.

Noone at the drive thru window so I went inside, there's one customer and the cashier is taking forever looking on a tablet so she can ring them up on the register. the customer keeps saying I'll just pay with cash but the cashier is still messing with this tablet because "i don't know the prices" worst of all THERE'S A CHILD MAYBE 8 YEARS OLD BEHIND THE COUNTER WALKING AROUND IN THE KITCHEN!!! He shouldn't be back there to begin with but he's putting his hands in his clothes and touching stuff. I left, I'll go somewhere else.

This was a horrible experience. Pulled up to the drive-thru and asked for my order. Was told it wasn't ready and had to go inside. Went inside sorted my order everything looked good minus a missing lemonade. Got home to realize they forgot to give me mash potato bowl. Luckily I ordered through GrubHub and was able to get a refund without having to call this location. Because the girl I dealt with seemed miserable and the manager looked like he gave no cares in the world. Horrible experience. Do not recommend.

While going through drive through of this location Cicero Road.. 2823 South Cicero in Illinois.. Melissa (as she says her name as the Manager.. yet her tag says ASHLI ) African American woman younger lady with glasses hair in a pony tail.. order from drive thru and informed her that we had a coupon from the rewards app.. get to the window where we pay waited 3 minutes until she opened the window.. we informed her yet again we have a coupon she cuts us off saying what kind of coupon and you need to show it.. very rudely may I add and only to turn around with an attitude and yell don’t want to order or not.. and then slammed the glass window shut in our face.. mind you this is a manager might I add.. (I wish we could load pictures on here) if this is who you have running your store.. shame on you. ACTING A MESS AND WANTING TO CALL THE POLICE… strange just strange.. yes keep listening to your employees they may help you save your job ASHLI

Service was terrible. T Mobile had a promotion with KFC that had to be redeemed online. However,the promotion would not apply to order. Manager and multiple associates could not figure out how to properly add promotion. Instead of honoring the coupon , I was told to contact corporate after being in the store for over 20 minutes without luck. Contacted corporate and they were less than helpful. What a joke

Very bad experience. Extremely slow service. Broken register's. They got my order wrong. Not a clean eating area. People left because of the slow service. Associate didn't seem to understand English. Customers couldn't be treated the way I was. Very rude manager. I won't be going there again!
