Ordered a shaken espresso and was disappointed. One it doesn’t even look like the order and two the drink isn’t even full. I know the lighting isn’t the best but it doesn’t not meet the Starbucks standards :(

This is the second time I order a drink from this star bucks location. customers come after me and leave beforeme while im still waiting for my drink. The staff made a mistake and gave my drink to someone in the drive thru.

The vanilla sweet cream cold foam immediately falls into the cup. The foam doesn't stay on the top of the coffee as advertised or how other Starbucks locations make it. This is a quality control issue. Expect a longer wait here.

Just went there a few minutes ago at 10pm on 12/20, I ordered 2 venti pink drinks that tasted like pure strawberry açaí base and barely had any coconut milk, even the color was off. I ended up throwing my drinks out and will not return to this location.

Hot americano taste like hot water, no coffee taste at all. Very dissatisfied and expensive coffee just to dump it in the garbage.

I went to this location at 8 am on a Saturday after the Fourth of July. No line. However I guess a slow morning doesn’t equate to better service, my coffee was disgusting and my ciabatta was burnt and my egg was cold.. crying internally. I pretty much was crunching on s breakfast sandwich. Had to throw out the coffee and the sandwich a complete waste.

The person who is handling out the beverages needs to be removed from there...has poor customer service no wonder why you guys don't get tips anymore or customers....bad attitude for working at a place like that ..she needs to go...

*NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION unless you want to be ripped off and waste time waiting for them to remake drinks multiple times* I asked for a -Grande Mocha Frappuccino with no whipped cream and light ice. When i got to the window (after paying) employee attempts to hand me the frappuccino with whipped cream so i let then know and they proceeded to remake it. I was handed a drink that looked correct and started to drive off but before i even got out of the parking lot i took a sip and realized it was a caramel frappuccino so i took it inside and asked if i could get even just a small discount and the employee said she would check and when she came back she never told me whether a discount was possible so i asked her if i could have an answer and she just said someone else would help me. Another male employee came up and said dont worry you are getting a free drink. I proceeded to tell him that i already paid in cash at the drive thru so can i get the refund. I was then handed the correct drink and told i could either get a refund or the drink...not both. All i wanted was for Starbucks to make it right since they wasted my time with my kids on Mothers Day. There are plenty of Starbucks locations around and i highly recommend going to any other location nearby.

Absolutely horrible experience. Had 4 representatives on floor and none of them acknowledged me or stated to give them a min and once one of the ladies approached the register she ask "you're ready?" With no greet. My last drink was not called out and the representative just placed it on the counter with the sticker facing the workers to the point that I had to touch the drink just to see if that was in fact my drink. Absolutely zero customer service skills at this location. Mind it was it was not busy at all as other locations I have been too.

Lazy unprofessional workers. I witness them put this sign on the door at 11:59am stating that they’re closed because the “power went off”. Coincidentally today it’s Thursday buy one, get one free bogo. Sounds to me that they didn’t want to participate on the deal so they decided to just “closed”.

I am never one to really put reviews but this morning I went to order my matcha drink and nothing was wrong with my order until I now. I am almost halfway done with my drink until I sip on my something that felt like paper or I don’t know and no it is not the tissue paper because you see in the picture the thing that I sipped is darker green. I have never seen a matcha drink like this. My drink has not left my sight at all today. So can someone just explain to me what this is. It looks like napkin or something but what is part of orange color and the rest dark green?
