❤❤❤❤Love it!!! It has been the go to Chinese place.... They have been there for years since i was really small. And they customer service is excellent. Food is wonderful and always delicious. My favorite is general chicken yummy.

All of my coworkers would eat here so I decided to try it too and never in my life have I been blown away by such delicious food! It's a nice little sit down restaurant, very different from the usual buffet places I've been to. I've tried most of their dishes, but the Szechuan Chicken is to die for. They make it perfectly! And as far as the people who gave poor reviews, I think they just mixed up the name of some other place.

Dude! This place is crazy legit. I lived in Oakland for 15 years and got to enjoy Oakland’s and San Francisco’s Chinatowns. In addition to lots of fancy Chinese around the Bay. But this might have bested them all. We needed a yummy spot right off the freeway driving from Santa Cruz to Grass Valley. By the end of the meal we were begging the waitress to move their restaurant to Santa Cruz (land of disappointing Chinese food). We’ve bookmarked this place, and will definitely be returning the next time we head to the mountains. We ordered potstickers (so good!), combo plate with chow mein and orange chicken (absolute perfection), and a combo plate with pork fried rice and curry chicken (exceptional!!). The combos came with egg flower soup, which I could have eaten a whole bowl of (even in 95 degree weather). The only thing that wasn’t absolute perfection was the egg roll, and it was still an 8 out of 10. Service was friendly and attentive. Just all around a killer place.

This restaurant has amazing Chinese food and the value is incredibly good. The portion sizes are very good you’ll be extremely happy. I have been coming here for I would say 20 years and I love this restaurant best Chinese food ever and war wonton soup is killer.

I've ate here with my family many times. Honestly, my parents ALWAYS complain about something in a restaurant. Well, they like this restaurant and rarely have any complaints about here. That is quite a feat. My sister has come here a few times with us and she likes it, and I like it myself. We will continue to come here when we want to eat Chinese food.

Absolutely fantastic! Little restaurant that seats about 50, but kills it with takeout! The phone never stops ringing while you wait—so folks KNOW its good! The food is hot, fresh, and made to order—not sitting around waiting in some pan under a heat lamp. Recommend the salt and pepper shrimp as well as the Tso’s chicken combo plate. Reasonably priced, healthy, fresh, and cooked to order. My new takeout place!

Once we've picked out what we wanted we were given an estimated wait time which isn't usually given. For two trays, it was about a 10 minute wait. As we waited outside, it didn't take long for the owner to ring us up outside. We went back to the car to open our box of food. The proportions of the chicken was a little much but I'm not complaining about a little extra chicken in my tray. The food was also really good with a bit of crunch on the orange chicken. Overall, this restaurant is amazing with their service, food, and organization. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

This is our neighborhood Chinese food restaurant....really good food! they've stepped it up a lot. The general's chicken is awesome, house fried rice and the WarWonton soup is the bomb, that is a must. We always get it to go they're really quick like 20 minutes..

We have been here to eat several times. They have fresh made food that is delicious. Some of my favorites here are shrimp and snow peas, sweet and sour chicken, the happy family house special fried riceb and the cashew chicken. This is a family business and i do all i can to support the small businesses. I take my family here and always get good service.

The walnut shrimp was great, pork chow mein was pretty good, both were fresh and cooked perfect. I also ordered potstickers, just to see, there OK and good size, but not really my style(thicker dough) but still has plenty inside. I love that they do delivery, didn't take more than 20 minutes. Nice people too, I'm ordering again for sure.

The foods are good, just the service lady acted kinda rushy and kinda be irritated.

i used to work down the street from Beijing gourmet. All of my co-workers love this place . I love their food. much better than panda express or any other place i've been too. i love their Spicy Shrimp Chow-Fun. staff is always nice. i would recommend to anyone.

I ordered their Cashew nut chicken from the lunch special. It had lots a veggies and the chicken had a nice flavor and was not chewy like at some other places. It came with a wonton but no sauce. The wonton was not crunchy and not very good. The fried rice was cooked well and tasty. The portion for lunch was good. I wish it was a little less greasy.

Food is great! Perfect amount of grease and yumminess. Nailed hot and sour soup which is one of my benchmarks. Will definitely be going back *Edit* I'm not sure if under new management or what, but the hot and sour soup is now terrible. It's almost like wonton soup. Literally no flavor. Will NEVER order again. Their hot and sour fail is why I took a star away. The food is pretty good, not amazing, but pretty good. The hot and sour soup helped make it up for me.

The food is excellent, especially the walnut shrimp. Oh, another dish I particularly enjoy is the house rice with $4 extra chicken added, yummy. The only complaint I have is that they do a very, very poor job of answering the phone. I usually like to call and pick up my order put sometimes the phone just rings and rings. Answering the phone is business 101.

The food here is average, but I feel that it lacks flavor in many of their dishes, ie, Fried rice, Chowmein, Mongolian beef, as well as many other entree items. Like most Restaurants these days, pricy. 2 combination plates and an order of soup was over $31.00.

I have had better, but I have also has worse. Some of their dishes are better than others. We tried several different dishes, and now we just order what we know we like. Reasonable prices, and the staff is very friendly. I order over the phone, and our food is always ready when we get there.

Used to be amazing... Now, although hot, fresh, and fast... There's just NO FLAVOR. The house chow mein was a staple in our house, now it's a just a let down. It literally tastes like NO SEASONING was added to the food.

So I decided to try this place for lunch today (12/12/19). There were only 2 other customers inside and I ordered a combination plate to go. The main entree was supposed to be broccoli beef but when I opened it at work it was something else with beef and spicy. The portion sizes aren't that big for the price either. I won't be going back.

I did a to go order through door dash. Driver hands me my bag and says..oh the sweet and sour spilt all over your can of soda. It was more like driver hit the brakes and dumped the bag over. But! The food was horrible, no flavor, the sweet and sour pork was over cooked and we could not chew it. Chow mein had no flavor and the fried rice was greasy. I spent a lot of money on dinner. Never will I eat there again. Worst Chinese food I have ever had. I have ordered from them several times.

Can’t sit sit inside, portions are minimal if requesting and food with vegetables. They state “We don’t know how much meat is the the food”. Will argue instead of a simple solution to there attempts to skimp you on meat.
