We started to eat right after we got our food and we were very disappointed. Our food was cold. When I say 'cold' , I mean COLD! We should have turned around to have them remake it but we were in a hurry. This day was actually the 1st time it was cold and without thinking we stopped there again but didn't start eating until we got to our friends which is only like 7 minutes away. And guess what? Cold again! We're not stopping there again. It is what it is though. Oh, let me tell you that this is happening in the evening. Like after 6pm.

Service was exceptional drive-through line kept moving prices are decent. Customer service was exceptional small drive-through.. outside of the store looked clean

I drove all the way from elkhorn restaurant to this Del Taco for fish tacos. She said they didn't have any fish delivered to their store location. The elkhorn restaurant offered me one already made lonely taco no telling how long it had been sitting under a heat lamp & waiting for it's potential buyer.

The tenders are pretty nasty! They’re not really MEATY, the texture is of Tyson chicken nuggets with the flavor of Burger Kings nuggets. The fries were pretty bland and not salted, but it’s alright if you eat the tenders and the fries together. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this meal. But it’s tasty if you’re really hungry.

Posting for awareness. I just got home from grabbing two ranch crispy chicken tacos and other things, the rest of the meal was great. Ate one chicken taco, great, start to eat the second one and realize that it's fish and not chicken. I personally am not upset, but this is a huge mistake and one that could've been dangerous if I were allergic to seafood. Do better please 🙏🏻

They stopped doing 24/7 and dont open tell 8am now. There were several regular elderly people who came from.6-7 as.well as a nightly regular who have all been forced to go elsewhere. Such a shame. Atleast the store should be clean now. No excuses.

I’ve bee coming to this Del Taco since 1989. Tonight I ordered 4 items and asked for 15 sauces. The person who took the order and payment claimed to be a manager and told me the max # of sauces i could have is 4 per item; and that she wasn’t going to give me the 15. I eat 7 sauces with just the tostada. She w/o any care for making a sale agreed to give me a refund. She gave me cash, I paid with my card. She is aware I was going to write this review and make a complaint to her manager about her being petty and not giving me the amount of sauce I use per item.

I tried to use the qr code from the app and the store owner called the cops on me. I tried filing a complaint with del taco and never heard back. All i did was stick my phone out the window to get scanned and she flipped out.

I ordered the 8 layer veggie burrito through doordash, I’ve been vegetarian 7-8 years now. They put meat in my burrito and I didn’t realize until halfway through. I’m sick to my stomach and APPALLED. Never ordering from this location again

Man I’m just gonna be honest I was a regular customer there and I use to love their food and I never had as much trouble with them till lately. I really don’t wanna go there as much anymore. Every time I’ve ask for taco or burrito I tell them not to add any spicy cuz I can’t have anything hot due to having ulcerative colitis which means I have a stomach issue bowl diseases..and what did they do? They add spice and it was almost burning my mouth and throat it wasn’t even mild. Plus it gave me a stomach ache. They do this majority of the time I don’t understand why the person who make the food can’t follow a simple direction. I know it not usually spicy cause occasionally when it remade it not usually hot. Also I been to other del taco and their food always made right and not spicy so I don’t understand why this location is constantly messing up. They need to be careful what if someone allergic to something and they screwed that up and didn’t follow the instructions and forget to remove something. Accident happens and I completely understand but for it to happen all the time almost frequently is crazy and we pay for our food and how we want it. :(

I went thru the drive thru and ordered a crunchtada with extra lettuce and extra cheese and some other items. When I got it home, this is the crunchtada I found. I guess I paid extra for very little lettuce and very little cheese. Also very little beans and sauce. This is what $20/hr and higher food prices get you. This isn't the first time we've had a problem with our food. I'm done going there. They suck!

I ordered a Tostada at the drive thru and when I returned home I only received 3/4 of a Tostada. The other 1/4 of it appeared to have been eaten? It was clearly missing, so either one of the employees ate a portion of my Tostada or they knowingly dropped/screwed up the Tostada and threw it in the box and still served it to me. Ridiculous. Did they think I wouldn't notice? I definitely DO NOT recommend going to this Del Taco. Avoid it.

Well I just went to this Del taco for the last time. When I asked the guy in the window for a bunch of napkins he gave me two. I feel like the service at this establishment has gone downhill. It used to be better food the service used to be better too. I just ordered a large fry they didn’t ask me if I wanted to ketchup and they didn’t give me any. I also did not receive a receipt. Honestly I really love Del tacos food but I won’t go back to this facility for at least six months. Do not buy the quesadilla taco. It’s not worth the money and they don’t really put very much cheese in the quesadilla.

Do not EVER go to this location, for any reason. You will be absolutely disappointed. We waited an entire hour in the drive-through, and NONE of the items that we ordered that LITERALLY have guacamole in the name had any guacamole in them, even though we were charged for those items. Are you absolutely kidding me?? The people who were working at this location are absolutely idiots. Even if they were out of guacamole, we were never told. We will never be returning to this location and you should never come here either.
