Customer service was amazing. Kris at the front desk made sure I had everything I needed. He spoke with me until my order was ready. He even suggested flavors I should try in the future. He made sure I left satisfied. I will definitely be back.
I was having issues with the survey so I came here instead. Food was great, Chill the cashier was very positive, he seemed genuinely happy to be there, thanks for the exceptional customer service! Wing stop is very lucky to have him.
Excellent food and service. For more than just hot and spicy they have a great selection of chicken sauces for ppl who don't want it hot and spicy. Customer service is also great as soon as you walk in they acknowledge that you are here and ready to take your order unlike some places to eat in the Sacramento area where you have to ask to be served Wingstop has great customer service representatives working for them keep up the great work.
I've only tried the boneless wings and they're perfectly crunchy with moist tear away chicken. Their fries always are sweet and salty. Excellent food and the staff has been fine. I always look forward to their soda machine for it's like 100 different flavors. The soda there has always been perfectly carbonated. I also love that it's next door to Gamestop.
A couple day's back my good friend Christopher and I enjoyed another round at eating at Wingstop in Citrus Heights! The staff were as always, pleasant to deal with. Our order was taken fairly quickly upon entry into the restaurant, and the wings and fries were cooked up and served within a reasonable time period. As I have with several previous trip, as with those, with this one, I loved it! Looking forward to perhaps going back someday soon and getting my hands on another round of boneless spicy hot wings with blue cheese dipping sauce!

Stopped by and enjoyed some classic wings, this location cooks them perfectly 🫶🏻💯 staff was amazing and accommodating and seemed genuinely happy to be working at night here which is uncommon amount fast food workers. We will be coming back soon!
Just ordered the Korean wings meal with fries. Perfectly cooked and spicy wings! Fries were very well seasoned they are super super delicious!!!!! I'm extremely happy with this meal. The blue cheese dip is extremely delicious exactly the way I like it. The service inside was just excellent they were very kind very fast and treated me super good I will always come back to restaurant. I hope the manager realize what a great crew they had today.
I went in on Sunday, 4/2, they were so busy and so incredibly short staffed. There were only three people working. That team rocked it. They kept their cool and remained professional, despite their incredibly stressful shift. The food was great and the staff did a great job!!!
Could've easily been 2 stars, but the manager went above and beyond to fix a mistake. After I got home I realized they had forgotten my 15 piece bone in wings. I had a big order, so I didn't check and open each box before I left. When I called back to tell them, the manager said if I would be willing to go back to the store and pick up the wings, they could make it right. They doubled my order and gave me 30 wings, extra fries and sauce, and brownies. Very appreciative of their good customer service!
Coming from a local; I recently revisited this location and it is still the best spot in Citrus Heights for wings. I miss the rolls and that Chilli Lime flavor they had for a limited time back in the day, but the customer service I got from Cisco and Maranda was top tier. Definitely coming back!

Tonight, I had the distinct pleasure of stopping in to the greenback Wingstop just 30 minutes before they're closing. The store was packed between doordashers and other customers picking up their orders. There were only two employees on the floor who were clearly doing the best they could to manage both customer expectations and making the food itself. After the crowd had cleared, I was one of the last orders of the night and I had the pleasure of speaking with one of the workers on staff. She was very kind and helped make sure my order was correct. It was clear that she had been pushing hard and I appreciated that she took the time to connect with me and make sure my order was perfect. I will absolutely be stopping in again, and I hope that she is the one taking care of me.

I haven’t had Wing Stop in a long time due to the staff having no customer service and the food not being correct every time I order, but I was very pleased with this visit! Roderick was my cashier and was very welcoming and had great service all around. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and about a 10 min wait time for my food. Everything was to a T Need more Roderick’s to work there.

My experience today was pretty good, Outside of the store was clean. Unfortunately no outside tables to sit at which would be great with the relapse of the Mask mandate being put back in place. The inside of the store was clean but yep no dining in again just to go orders. The wings I ordered for $14.99 (10 count w/2 styles) w/fountain drink,carrots/celery added a Ranch(not sure if it was extra) also came with fries, after tax it was $19 all was delicious Finger lickin good! Just didn't receive the carrots or celery or napkins but they did seal the bag properly for me for take out. Overall a good visit today thanks for a nice lunch!

Went this location on a Saturday, very few people dining in and very few people picking up orders. I placed my order at 12:40 ish but didn’t get my order till about 1:30. Not only did our food take forever to come out but they also forgot a whole combo on my order! When my boyfriend and I did get our order, everything was seasoned well and they gave us two free brownies. This spot needs to hire more efficient people or in-force more rules.
Our Oder was made at exactly 7:22 pm from the receipt and we received our order at exactly 7:54pm. I personally feel that your orders that are inside the restaurant dining in should come before your orders to go on DoorDash. Food is great but customer service’s mix the experience much more better.

I NEVER received an email stating my food was ready for pick up.. Thank God i set a timer, NON of the flavors of the wings were LABELED on the box of what flavors are what. Some of the food was so soggy I didn’t even eat it. The staff didn’t really pay any attention to guests or say hello, how may I help you, welcome in, nothing, they were too busy counting the money in the register.
The cashier Maddie was quite rude and unhelpful. Took a long time for her to help the line. To her credit, they could be understaffed and perhaps she was stressed. Restaurant was not busy inside walk-in customer wise.
ALWAYS way too long if a wait. It's just wings, keep that fryer loaded and just sauce the orders as they come in. Good wings and flavor options but nothing more special than any other wing place to justify the long wait and high prices. People would consider this a fast food place, not a sit down restaurant so the wait is no good and prices too high. Go across the street to Buffalo wild wings for same price and same wait time and get a sit down served meal. (This is not an endorsement of BWW, not a favorable review for them either)
Not happy with food or experience. I ordered quite a bit of food online. When I came to pick it up at the specific time, it was NOT READY. Everyone in our party that ate, got FOOD POISONING that same night. Not fun. I would expect that from a hole in the wall restaurant, but not from this place. When we ate, the wings had an exorbitant (TONS) AMOUNT OF SAUCE/FLAVORING on then(don't get me wrong I like extra sauce and flavoring, but this was way too much). We only ate a little over half our order and threw the rest away. There were three male employees which looked like teenagers, they used a bit of profanity when working in the kitchen, which I heard in the lobby. I unfortunately will never come back to this location, and maybe even to any wingstop(s). This was a horrible experience. I hope their management can correct this from happening to others like me. UPDATE: A district manager reached out to me two days later to apologize and make things right. I updated my 1 star rating to a 3. I appreciate them doing so.

The fries were somehow even soggier than the last two times I got them even though I asked for “well done” hoping maybe Wingstop could make a semi crispy non soggy fry. Boy was I wrong. My air fryer kinda saved them but the damage was done.
Usally like going to this location but after this recent visit not so much ordered for pick up with a gift card from my bank and they kept asking to see my card instead of the confirmation number that was with the order on the same recipt makes me think that a group of the employees at this store are trying to steal card numbers

I ordered $37 dollars worth of food to find a fried roach in my food. I called and spoke with Shift Manager Dominique who argued with me and insinuated I was lying stating their store does not have roaches. I simply asked for a refund and she stated the only way I was getting a refund was if I brought the food back at 9:00 pm. She was beyond rude and disrespectful. I plan to contact the health department and send a email with picture to every news station. Don’t eat at this place.
First. I was told I was waiting for fries. When the fries finally were done the other order waiting got the hot fries and my order was sitting there ready the whole time getting cold. Second: Make sure you check your order. I didn’t get all our chicken and had to go back. They didn’t apologize and the manger was rude and unprofessional. Even turning their back during our discussion completely dismissing me like I didn’t drive all the way back for the food. I understand sometimes things can get hectic, especially during a rush but at least own up to making a mistake and do something to fix it. This location is unfortunately careless. I would rather drive farther away than get service here.
Would be zero stars but needed at least 1 to write a review. My wings were horrible. To start off they shorted my order by half of what I purchased. Order took about 20 - 25 minutes which is not the issue but I thought they could get right in that amount of time. I had to turn around half way home as I realized when I went to check the box all my wings were not in the box. I called and at first they tried argue and tell me 2 people counted them, which couldn't be the truth and why does it take two people to count an order, but still get it wrong. I was back to correct my order as I was 8 minutes away and they said they made be the missing wings. I should have known that they never make wings in 8 minutes so they couldn't be on point. The wings were greasy as hell no I mean NO FLAVOR some were even pink inside. Worst Wingstop Ever!!!
This store has really gone downhill. The inside of the store was filthy. The tables and chairs were all sticky and there was food on the floor. It was 1130am and the place was empty. The fries were oily and gross-the worst French fries experience I have ever had anywhere. The boneless wings were ok but also oily. There are better options for lunch and I am never coming back.
I ordered around 11:45 today and picked it up about 20 minutes later. My wait time was set for about 16-21 minutes after I placed my order. when I got to my car my fries were soggy, my bread rolls were hard, and my wings were also soggy. As someone who worked at a Wingstop no more than a year ago I had higher expectations. Side note: I ate about 4 wings and I just couldn’t eat the rest. I spent almost $24 not sure who to reach out to for a refund.
This place has probably the worst customer service of any fast food I have ever been to. The employees pay ZERO attention to customers, I practically had to wave to get someone’s attention. So disrespectful and rude. I had an online order that was supposed to be ready at 9:15 it was ready by 9:30. When I came home and open the boxes I noticed that they messed up my order. Not just messed it up, I ordered a 30 piece and I was short 10 wings. Ridiculous!! When I called to see if they can help us out. I had to call 2 times to get an answer. They promised 10 extra wings on top of the 10 wings that they forgot to put into my order originally. And free fries for the hassle. When we got there to pick it up the chick that was on the phone with me, was constantly interrupted by her cell phone. ARE YOU KIDDING ME ?! She should be fired. Anyways, they only gave us 10 wings that they forgot . And I told them that they still promised us 10 extra wings + free fries. And they’re like oh really, did we ? 10 minutes later give me a bag. I walk out and check the bag, they only gave me 10 wings . And fries, no EXTRA wings. Turn around to go back in and waited a few minutes at the front desk and nobody was seen. Just got up and left. Horrible customer service. People should check their orders right on the spot to make sure that order is correct.
I ordered 3 large fries. And the amount of fries they gave me, is pathetic. Their ranch was also not enough. I ordered 3, and all half way full. For $1.29, you would think they can fill it up. They cheat you out of portion here. The Cirby location is so much better than this location. They also don't sauce their wings enough in this location. And the staff here is rude. I rather give by business to other locations.
Usually a good experience. Chris goes above and beyond in this store. Today we went in and all lights were turned off, open sign was off and I waited 5 mins to be greeted by, do you need to order? Cuz it will be like 45-60mins" amd she messed with her nose ring. I immediately turned around and walked out. I get being busy but even when I tried to call ahead they pick up and hang up. It was dirty and dark and so unpleasant guess I will have to drive to Roseville to get any service. Chris they need you at this location! You were always pleasant.
The place smells very bad. I ordered French fries and a chicken sandwich, the fries were over-salted and the chicken was raw in the middle. Outside, the table is covered with some kind of greasy liquid. choose another restaurant.
2 times in a row this location messed up my order. The first time was major by giving me the complete wrong bag and when I called in to tell them about it they said they couldn't refund me but they "put my name on the books" for a free meal and to just say "hey my name is on the books" next time I come in. I'm sorry but that's completely sketch and unprofessional. The second mess up on a completely different order months after the first, I ordered for delivery, paid for extra ranch and got no ranch at all. Not even the dips my order came with. Half the reason I get wings is to drown them in that fire garlic ranch. So I call to ask them to deliver the ranch that I paid for and they said they couldn't but they could reimburse me for the ranch I said alright fine let's do that. They then proceed to ask me if I have cash app so they can send me my refund. Are you serious right now??? Extremely unprofessional. This place definitely is NOT what it used to be.. I've been coming here for years and until they fire of most of their employees and hire more friendly, professional and thorough staff, Ill drive the extra mile for a better location.
Horrible customer service... always waiting 20 minutes for someone to take your order.... then after they do wait time is 45 minutes... just not worth it... lazy employees... not to mention you call in and every single time I kid you not.. they put you on hold... get better employees
Salena should not have a job for your establishment. She is so rude beyond just lacking common customer service she literally refuses to offer any help when asked. It’s very apparent she hates her job, which makes every guest feel uncomfortable. Do yourself a favor and let her go ASAP!

TWO EMPLOYEES: A white boy with braces and a petite black girl BOTH cursed out a customer who was simply returning their food. The boy with braces called family to fight the customer and the black girl encouraged just fighting in the restaurant. July 6th 2025. Two employees caused and disrupted into chaos because they felt entitled to their age group of 17 years old. I saw it. The boy called people to ensue violence at this location and the black girl JUST WANTED TO FIGHT OVER FOOD.
The chunky male employee with the braces called his parents to fight customers. The petite black girl simply wanted to fight inside of the restaurant. This white male employee with braces claimed his age of 17 would save him from being rude, violent and unprofessional to customers. This happened on July 6th 2025 at 5:55pm(PST). POLICE WERE CALLED> I MADE SURE TO CALL AND REPORT THESE TWO EMPLOYEE'S VIOLENT BEHAVIOR.
Terrible service. The staff are very rude. They also make you do their job for them. They make delivery drivers pick up drinks for customers. The job of delivery drivers is only to transport items safely, not to collect them. I will never order from this place again.
Waited forever for food, they put it on the rack and we waited for 10 minutes. Only got food when we asked. Towards the end workers started blasting music to where it was unable to hear anyone speak. I asked them to turn it down and a few minutes they turned it back up. Please fire someone.
