This was the best Chili's we've ever been to. Food was awesome, waiters were fantastic and drinks were perfect! We ordered the Triple Dipper with SW egg rolls (delicious), crispy chicken (was moist not dried out) and the Big Mouth bites (mini burgers). Service ☆☆☆☆☆, Food ☆☆☆☆☆ and the drinks were fabulous!!

We really enjoy Chili's...food is always good, vibes are great and the service is always on point. Very friendly environment... The only thing that I would change is that I would like to have ONE server who helped us throughout our entire meal rather than three or four. But I do get it. Other than that, always a good time and always good food.

I absolutely love Chili’s!!! And I really love this location on Sunrise blvd! I order from here at least twice a month or more. Every time I do the service is fast and courteous. I have been using the curbside delivery which is so fast, easy and convenient. The food is always great, tasty and A1. Always prepared well and the presentation is good. They always do a top notch job! I so appreciate a restaurant that is so affordable with their prices, but do not cut corners on the quality of food and service! And I always receive emails with rewards that I have earned. Today I ordered a 3 for 10 meal and received a free kids meal from my rewards. So I paid $10 for two meals! Such a great deal for delicious food! I will definitely see you all again soon, believe that! lol

Fantastic place for lunch. We were seated immediately and our drinks arrived quickly. Chips and salsa were perfect. The Santa Fe burger was the best burger I've had in a long time. The spice was perfect. Server was very attentive and we never ran out of drinks or anything else. Great visit.

I almost gave up on Chilis. They had seemed to go down in quality and service the last few times I had eaten there. It wasnt just one location, either, which was weird and sad to me. Fast forward a couple years and a whole pandemic later (well a good amount of it) and they surprised me! Very, very pleasantly! The staff was friendly but genuine, relaxed but professional. Our server was attentive, but not annoying. He recommended a couple cocktails when I asked, and the one I chose was even better than he described! The most amazing part? Despite the restaurant being full of diners, our food came out in record time. It must have been less than 20 minutes from the time I ordered to the plates being in front of us! We had ordered rib eyes, and they were hot, juicy, and delicious. Usually when food comes to the table so quickly, I'd expect it to not be great, but the steamed broccoli was tender and fresh, and the potatoes were creamy and had great flavor. Our server even had us cut into our steaks before he left, to make sure they were cooked the way we wanted. Needless to say they won me back that night, and I look forward to eating there again. I would recommend them to anyone.

Can't remember the waitresses name tonight 1 but she was the bartender as well and she was amazing!! Even though we asked for the back table we didn't feel abandoned, there was always someone willing to help. Food was amazing as usual but the only thing I miss is their regular chicken crisper, the crispy ones are a little too crunchy for me but my Sirloin Steak was amazing! And BTW the mgr was gorgeous and didn't just sit in the office all night long, he was actively helping out! ❤️

My Nephew graduated from UC Davis and our family went out to eat afterwards to celebrate. He graduated on June 16, 2024 which was also Father’s Day. Every restaurant had long wait times to be seated. We called Chili’s and they were able to get our party of 30 people seated in 15 minutes. The Manager Greg was so kind and helpful that he was passing out waters to our party while we waited for our tables since it was a hot day. We had no reservation and they were kind enough to seat us in our own private section in the back. I can’t remember our waitress name but she was very accommodating to us. We had the best time celebrating with great food and great drinks from the bar. It was my first time at this location and they deserve a high rating. Our family was very impressed with their service and attitude. Thank you for your hospitality and making our celebration even more memorable.

I've been eating here for 10+ years and the food and service is consistently great. The most recent visit the manager checked on us several times as did our wait staff. Everyone we spoke with was very happy to help. The food was quick, hot and delicious. Great restaurant in a nice area with friendly staff, that serves a wide variety of foods and drinks. The atmosphere is styled to make you feel like you're dining in Mexico. They serve a variety of grilled dishes which include seafood, chicken, steak, vegetables, etc. It also serves as a great place to meet up socially for drinks.

Such great place to go with friend or family because they offer a lot of good deals and staffs here are nice, facility bis clean. We comes every months for $25 deal for 2 people.

I will say this for Chilis, after all these years in business they are still rocking the ribs. I have been here to this location about 5 times now and each time it has been exceptional. The service is always great, quick with the food and fast with the refills. The food has been really good every time. The last two times we have had the same server and she been awesome. I drive here from West Sac just because of the service.

Brian our server checked on us frequently and made sure we were taken care of. I hung out for 2 1/2 hours while my wife took her boards near by. I told them my plan and they were so accommodating. The staff was friendly and efficient especially when our party had so many split checks in different parts of the table. If you are a rewards member (free to join), you get free chips and salsa. We've not had a bad experience here in the past decade. The chips n salsa are addicting! We had chicken strips, steak, and fajitas. All great. Friendly servers and a manager who checked in just to see how things were.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Father's Day Fun at Chili's Grill & Bar! We had a great time celebrating at Chili's on Sunrise Blvd! The vibes were perfect, and my kids absolutely loved the neat and clean atmosphere. Plus, the huge parking space made it super convenient for us. While we weren't greeted immediately upon entering, we were eventually shown to our chosen cozy couch seat. A bit of a slow start, as the staff seemed wrapped up in a meeting, but we appreciated the hospitality from our manager and waiter who attended to us. The polite service and timely menu check made up for it! We ordered some delicious drinks: an Arnold Palmer, Stella Artois, strawberry drinks for the kids, and, of course, water. For food, we tried the Original Trio (steak, chicken, and shrimp with guacamole), classic ribeye, loaded cheese fries, cajun pasta, and a kids' meal. All were fantastic! Overall, we give it a solid 4.5/5 rating. Looking forward to our next visit.

The food was fine. My issue is with the bonus gift cards that were offered during a holiday promotion. If you're going to offer bonus gift cards, it would be nice to actually let me use them freely. I bought $300 worth of your gift cards when you offered 20% in bonus cards, which in my case was six $10 cards. Today I attempted to use them and I learned the two catches. First, only one card can be used per order and they expire on February 13th. The expiration date was upfront but the one card per table per visit was not. Second, I am unable to use them online. Pretty sneaky but I've learned that you didn't really want to offer anything. Ok, fool me once but you won't fool me twice. I won't be patronizing your restaurants beyond using up the $300 worth of actual gift cards I currently have. Your bonus cards are absolutely worthless to me.

Nice place! Good food, the only con was the service on my second visit. My first time here was amazing! My second visit the restaurant was pretty empty and it took more than 10mins after being seated to finally be approached. The adult beverage I selected (patron margarita) was too sweet for my liking.

I really like Chili's. The people are great and we always have awesome service. My hubby and I decided to eat light and order soup chili and salad. First time. Salad was very good. Soup definitely not House made and I've had better out of a can (loaded Potato) don't know if the Chili is House made, but My hubby said it tasted funky and my mom had it last week and did not like it as well.

Excellent food, they were quite busy, and it seemed like the kitchen might have been short staffed because it took a long time to get our food (45 min +). Aside from that, we were happy with everything. Our waitress was very nice, might have been a bit overextended trying to keep up with everything, but was really fun and upbeat. Atmosphere was quite loud (to be expected with how busy they were.) Not bad, but not exceptional either. One of the TVs was broken down.

Our server was great. The problem we had was not with him. We ordered an appetizer in which he put in before our dinner order. Our app never showed up but our dinner did.

Fodd was really good and the waitress was awesome! I would come back just for that.

The food is what you'd expect to get at any chain restaurant (it's good, with my only real complaint being that the lava cake is rather dry, and you have to pay for extra sauces). Where this place shines has to be the service! I came here for lunch (right as they opened, actually) with a large group of older women, and they were able to get everything set up quickly. It was 2/8 @ 11, and we were being waited on by 2 guys. They were so nice and did well with anticipating our needs and helped us with getting all of our checks paid for (some of the women were having a hard time figuring out the pay machine). Food came out quickly (and hot) despite having a large group, and everyone was really happy (enough so that it's going to be one of our regular lunch-bunch restaurants).

Went here on Valentine's Day, very crowded but the Staff was on top of it. The Service was very good. I had a 6oz Sirloin which was OK, while cooked to my liking and it was very tasty. It wasn't very tender. The loaded mashed potatoes were very good.

So we travel a lot and we have eaten at prestigious establishments and we eat at chili's sometimes, but usually the service and food are sub par, NOT HERE. The service was great and I HAD THE BEST CHICKEN SANDWICH I'VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE HERE. The best part? It was only $10.99 for the burger, chips with salsa as a starter, and a drink because there's a lunch promo at the back of the menu. I just asked them to add lettuce and I asked for honey mustard sauce on the side and rubbed some of it in the burger and wow... It exceeded my expectations greatly. My husband had the old timer burger and he said it was delicious and was better than smash burger. The only flaw was that we never got the chips with the trio dip that we ordered and didn't even mention it because we forgot about it since the food was phenomenal. I know I sound like a hobo talking about chili's like this, but I was shocked at the quality of the food and service here. I'm gonna ask them for my trio dip and chips that they forgot to bring out when I go back. 😅

Chili's is pretty good for chain food. The best thing I've had here was the Bacon Ranch Burger. It was even for Door Dashed and was still excellent. I ordered it with pink and it was cooked perfectly. The fajitas, ribs, steaks, burgers and sandwiches are good. Nice side options too. They also have a chicken wing ghost kitchen operated in their kitchen called It's Just Wings. It's Just Wings was delicious and inexpensive and then they changed everything and now it's meh at best. They hit rid of the curly fries, several of their sauce flavors and their ranch dry rub. Very disappointed.

Went for daughter's birthday, and they didn't charge for her meal. The steak was overcooked, and her suf and turf said 12 shrimp. She got 7 in a bowl because it's only the 10oz. That gets the shrimp. So she, my daughter, was irrated.

First time at this location. Got a to-go order. Really disappointed with everything about the food and experience.

Clean restaurant but their weekday lunch service is horrible. Had to wait 2-3 minutes for the host to even recognize us. The employees could be heard being unprofessional in the kitchen area, complaining about their schedules. Then my tacos came out filled with grease. I couldnt even eat them had to send them back. My coworkers club sandwich was slapped full of mayo. Clean place and our server was friendly but I won't go back.

So by the time I got home with my food, 3 orders off baby back ribs, it was cold. Still good food, but when you pay over 100 dollars for 3 people to eat, you kinda want it warm.

Chili's is just like ordering fast food and sitting down to eat it. Don't really enjoy their food it's kind of just fast food bar food type stuff

The food was good my son had the quarter pounder burger and I had the chicken sandwich but when we got home my son threw every bit of that food up I think you got a little food poison he's not a young boy he's a man he's in his fifties and he threw up and threw up and threw up and had the shakes and the sweats I'm pretty sure he had food poisoning. I like the one out in Natomas I do not care for the one on Sunrise that's where we were yesterday they are not as friendly at the one on Sunrise they are so nice at the one in Natomas and we have never got sick on the food in Natomas

My daughter ordered food for us last night from Chili's and we were very disappointed. We waited in the parking lot for notification for 10 minutes. I finally went inside and had to wait even longer because they only had one staff member attending to this on a Friday night and a woman was placing a To Go order at the station. There were probably 6 orders waiting for pickup. When it was my turn, the food was barely warm because it is on a wire rack near the entrance with cold air coming in every time the door opens. I complained that the food was no longer hot and things like burgers and fries don't reheat well. The manager was called up and he offered to replace the fries and gave me 2 $10 gift cards. When I got to the car, the fries container wasn't closed tightly and they spilled all over in the bag. When we got home, I had to reheat the food and my burger was very dry and tasteless. In addition, I ordered Mac and cheese and got black beans instead. Overall, I was very disappointed. I will likely give them another try and come in for lunch but I am not ordering pickup again as they have limited parking for pickup (2 spaces) and they should have two staff members assigned at this station so people aren't waiting while the food gets cold. I would also suggest figuring out a way to store the food so that it doesn't cool down so fast when there is a line.

Sadly didn’t have a great experience. My wife ordered salmon and it was not tasty. I had the triple which had a hamburger and egg rolls and chicken. After eating it I have been sick all day. I’ve never felt so sick.
