You might go for their charburgers, but I go to the habit for their freshly-made salads. The Southwest BBQ chicken salad is one of my favorites. It's a delicious mixture of; chargrilled chicken, garden greens, fire roasted corn, bacon, pickled red onions, tomatoes, red cabbage, cilantro, feta cheese. Covered in barbecue sauce and served with a side of dressing. The cilantro lime ranch dressing has been discontinued, which is a major bummer. The corporation needs to bring back this yummy dressing. This is just you average hamburger 🍔 stop with a price tag a little higher than normal. The burger with pineapple is good but lacked a teriyaki sauce, if it was there it was unnoticeable. Onion rings are over priced. The salads are good. The outdoor seating is great and supports a group of 8. I would still just opt to go to smash burger across the street. More options better food. I went here again and the service was top notch. I added another star. And the tropical ice tea is awesome. No sugar added just 100% fruit juices 🥤

Chicken sandwich had what looked like a large chicken nugget instead of a nice breaded chicken breast, lettuce was soggy and felt like it came out of a bag, tomato never made it into the sandwich, avacado looked like cubed guacamole, turned out to be a very bland dry sandwich. Portobello char was ok but same situation with the lettuce and meat was a bit dried out, salad and fries were alright. I feel like years ago the quality was much better, for the price there are better options out there.

Habit, in general needs some work, but this location in particular seems to be struggling. The first issue is that you cannot order a meal and change your side. It has to be French fries. In order to change that, you have to order everything separately. In the same vein, $5 for a pitiful serving of sweet potato fries is absurd. The staff seemed overwhelmed and gave the impression they did not care. The wait time was excruciating. It is my impression that buying an overpriced side comes with some kind of ranch or something, but they tried to charge me additional for it. I walked out. Also, no ketchup in the bag. Super underwhelming for the high price.

Make sure they have the ingredients in stock prior to using a card at this location. I used my debit card, In order to get a refund for items ordered that required chocolate which I had paid for and they did not have in stock, they were requiring my full name, phone number, and email address. Consistently understaffed? Wait times in store are unrelated to what the app claims. 20-30 minute wait are all too common. Often orders are stacked up in the window and the manager will do anything but expedite and the solitary counter person is stuck at the register. Getting cold food after waiting 30 minutes really sucks. Won't be back to this location again. Maybe opening another location in this area would take some of the load off this location. I like the Habit but have given up on this location.

Total rip off and fraud to the public. Your double burger is not a double burger (*the double burger is not an extra This is how it's supposed to be prepared This is how it's on the menu) when you take the top of your bun or bread off. It looks like a double when you look at it straight on but you're not getting what you're paying for. I went there two different times on a matter of weeks so just look at the pictures they're worth a thousand words of proof! Both orders were the same identical order.

Terrible quality of the food. I ordered a to-go “Gotta Habit” meal and the cheese on my burger wasn’t even melted. The fries were soggy and tasted like they had been sitting out all day and just reheated. I’ve had great experiences at other Habit locations, but this one was very lackluster and needs to improve the food quality. Also, the dispensers for the Dragon Fruit Lemonade and Strawberry Lemonade were empty during prime dinner time, which is disappointing since those are some of my favorite things about The Habit. There really shouldn’t be excuses for this.

The service is also bad for two sandwiches I waited almost 40 minutes I let the lady know after almost 25 minutes i got a message that my food was ready and she said i had to wait till they called my name after the lady left there was a young man with glasses acting like he was busy when there was barely people he didn’t even bother to look at us once to ask if we needed something or for us to ask him about our order after I told him how long we we’ve been waiting he gave us our sandwiches that were already sitting their in the back cold and walked away fast without saying anything not even I’m sorry for the wait so disappointing because I love the food their.

The food was disgusting, service was poor, we were ignored by the staff and the staff couldn't even be bothered to help us. The gentleman (the manager on duty) that took our order was rude and seemed like he didn't want us there. The gentleman who took our order was also degreasing the side of the grill and using the same gloves to touch peoples food that he was cleaning with. I suggest watch the cameras. As a manager he should know better then to contaminate peoples food with chemicals. This by far is the worst first impression. The strawberry lemonade was not mixed and looked like it was sitting for days.
