THIS IS MY FIRST TIME TO BUFFALO AND TRY THEIR WINGS🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I went in when they about to close Jerryd the nice gentleman in the front gave us a very exciting welcoming. I told him this is my first time here and he was very patient and explained stuff to me We order 20 wings and got the Tuesday special I tried (sweet BBQ) & ( 🧄 Garlic) I think they both very tasty but personally I like BBQ better Definitely will come back again and thank you for stay open your business in these special day! Also thank you Jerryd for helping me.

I didn't really want to eat here on this day but, someone claimed they were dizzy and probably needed to eat something when I was ready to go run my errands. Anyways I had some chicken wings and apparently the burgers at Buffalo wild wings are said to be good. I'll be the judge of that on my next visit. I wasn't pleased with the fact that they use baby carrots as garnish instead of fresh chopped carrots and celery. My chicken was good. Lemon Pepper & Chipotle barbeque and he got a cheeseburger with bacon. It was pretty empty and the windows look dark. Force minute I thought the place was closed.

I’m reminded why I want to like Buffalo Wild Wings but don’t. The atmosphere was great. The server was great! But the operations were just frustrating. The entire table of 10 - so a big group- all ordered hamburgers with a $1 side of wings (pretty good deal!) But the time from when the first burger came to the table and the last two burgers was 35min. Not very professional, and this was on a Tuesday evening- not very busy. Also, they do not offer lettuce wraps and would not allow the one vegetarian in the group get the vegetarian burger deal with the vegetarian wings (cauliflower wings). Just seemed like a gross oversight with no person to trump the big corporate decision that the real wings couldn’t be substituted out for the vegetarian option even with the vegetarian burger option.

1/19/23 updated review: Buffalo Wild Wings still has slow, poor service. The kitchen can't figure out how to bring a whole table of 4 food out at the same time. 3 of us got our order, but 1 had to wait an additional 10 minutes while the rest of our food got cold. It's so expensive for their previously frozen, just warmed up foods! I'm not about to overpay for the frozen Sam's Club boneless wings that they toss in sauces or rubs. Today, I went appetizer and side....a cup of mac n cheese was $6. Cheese stix were $10. Both were ok, but not worth the money. If you like the wings, try the orange chicken sauce. Sweet, tangy, and a little heat at the end. The table next to us didn't leave a tip because they had some sort of issue, so it's not just me. Previous review: Buffalo Wild Wings is not my favorite place, but the kids like it. Thursdays are buy 1, get 1 on wings, order sized to 15 count. Ex: pay for 10 wings, but get 20. The service is just ok. When my fries were brought to the table I asked for ketchup.....didn't see that guy again! Carrots and celery sticks should come with each order of wings, but only 1 of our 4 orders had the veggies! ??? It seems like every time I come, there's some poor service and inconsistencies! The boneless wings are frozen, thick breading wings with sauce or rub on them. There's a long list of them to choose from. My (no ketchup) fries and burger were ok. The kids liked their wings.

First of all this place is pricey the fries cost almost five dollars and you get less than what a McDonalds large fry would give you. The wings have a lot of meat on them and the flavor variety is big. But so is the price. Lunch with a tip cost me over 20 bucks. Good atmosphere, slow service, clean bathrooms. I have been here twice now, not sure if I will return or not. They do have a some really big TVs and lots of sports. Might be a good place to watch a football game.

The service was good, as well as the wings.... Can't go wrong with the wings... However, there was no indoor dining, as stated on Google. I know that's not their fault that Google didn't know, but there was no reason to make people sit outside with the smoke, after the all clear was given to open indoor dining. Had it been earlier, we would have gone elsewhere. I ordered the"new" Cobb salad and was extremely disappointed. I got the size of a side salad and it barely resembled a Cobb salad. The price was ridiculous for what I was served. My friend ordered a burger and enjoyed it. I only enjoyed the wings. In the future, I'll choose to drive somewhere else for a nice dinner for the price I paid.

The food is the best.the service is really bad because you have to wait what feels like hours for food.

I just came from the Citrus Heights location. I dropped in there to have a bite to eat and a couple beers. As soon as the waiter dropped off my food he disappeared. He didn't make sure I had napkins or ketchup and he never came back to see if I needed anything else. When he dropped off the food he asked if I wanted another beer. Yes I ordered another beer. After I don't know how long, I noticed a beer sitting at the end of the bar. I approached the bartender and asked her if that was a breaking bad sitting at the end of the bar. It was my beer. While waiting for my food at my table I made a balloon Rose. I didn't know who I was going to give it to but, I ended up giving it to the bartender because she deserved it. That's when I return to my table from getting my own beer, I realized I didn't have napkins didn't have ketchup and I didn't know where my waiter went. I finally went over and got my own napkins and ketchup. The interesting part was that guy never did approach my table ever again. I approached the bartender again and asked her if I could pay my bill through her. So I paid my bill and left. As I was outside someone from B-Dubs ran up to me and said I didn't pay my bill. Funny how they suddenly noticed me. I told the woman that I paid it through the bartender because my waiter never showed up at my table ever again. I told her I had to get my own beer I had to get my own ketchup I had to get one on napkins and I never saw my waiter again. I walked back in so she could verify with the bartender that I paid my bill. Of course I did. My goodness, it's pretty ridiculous that not one person approached my table to make sure I had everything I did it needed but then the second I left the building after paying my bill they noticed me. I would not have left this review or even commented here except for being chased down after paying my bill. Try to notice your customers a little bit more. The last time I went to a Buffalo wild wings was in Roseville and it took forever for me to get my food. I repeat, I don't appreciate getting chased down telling me I didn't pay my bill, when my server abandoned me! When I paid my bill, I noticed him standing in the corner bs'ng with other servers.

This is my second attempt at buffalo wild wings. I ordered our food to go thru online. As we arrived to pick up the food, we decided, "Hey, it's empty inside." We should we just eat inside. So I ask the server at the takeout area if we can just dine in and sit in a booth. She instantly said "unfortunately you can't. Those are for paying customers only." Then I looked around and pointed out that there was a whole row of empty booths. She then said "your welcome to sit by the bar area with no waiter." I didn't like that she assumed we weren't going to tip or order additional food, and clearly, we are paying customers. We then sat down by the bar with my toddler. A very friendly waiter came by and said, "Hey, do you guys need anything ? , I have booths open, and I can be your server. " By then, we were already eating our food. But we did order drinks and additional food. And we did end up tipping our awesome waiter. It just sucks that because that lady said WE CAN'T. We didn't. I then spoke to the manager, and she said it is possible to sit and dine in, even after ordering online. So this employee is making up her policies. The food was good, but the service for sure could have been way better to begin with. I totally get it if it's super busy and people are flocking in or major game is on. But it was so slow they could have accommodated.

Came here to watch some of the game...plus I had a free wings. It was happy hour and packed. I ordered the garlic mushrooms..only 4 bucks during happy hour. They were very good. The sauce that came with it was amazing.. I got the buffalo wings bone in. I wished I would have gotten breaded. I like those better...the flavor of these wings gas are nothing compared to fire wings. The skin was not crispy... The margarita was very good...deeelish... it would have been 5 stars..if the wing skin was crispy...but I still like the taste of fire wings 5 times better. For being so busy...the waitress was attentive. She was awesome. Update...came here end of June 2019...not good my wings were cold had to send back and very little sauce.. Blah...changing from 4 star to 2.

Hi, I came here to eat with my mom my sister and my child. We got here waiting for 30 minutes. No one serviced us you have all these other families coming in that are Caucasian and they do not serve Black people unless you have a Caucasian friend with you if you're all black, you're going in there to eat, they won't serve you. I had the waiter walk around me and my family and watched that is why we were there and waited till we left then picked up the menus in a booster seat so if you're black, I don't recommend unless you have a white friend with you, that's all really rude and not customer friendly if you're black.

Worst service I’ve ever had! We sat at our table for 20 minutes before the server even came by to take our drink and appetizer order. It took another 20 minutes just to get a beer and a “strawberry lemonade” that came straight from the fountain—no lemon, no strawberries. After waiting another 40 minutes for the loaded hash browns appetizer, I finally went to the to-go counter to place the rest of my order for takeout. The hostess was the only helpful person he took my order and even made sure I got the correct strawberry lemonade to go. When my food finally came out, the server asked if I wanted her to “keep an eye out” for my to-go order, which made no sense since I had to place it myself. I even went to the bar to ask for a manager, but nothing was done to fix the situation. To top it off, when I left, I still didn’t get my second drink a Pepsi I had ordered to go. The manager’s only comment was that she wished all his employees worked as hard as the hostess. That says it all. I’ll never be coming back here again. I would have gotten way better service & bang for my buck if I would’ve just went to In-N-Out Burger to spend $50 on 2 drinks, burgers and fries that I just ended up throwing away when I got home!!

Probably worst service I’ve had. Food came in late. I ordered a Caesar salad with the sauce on the side. Waiter and manager came to tell me that they could remake my salad but after they served me the wrong order. Waited for refills all night, but got none.our dessert came at the same time as our entrees when we asked beforehand if it would come out later and the waiter said it would come after we’re done eating. My Caesar salad also came in after my entree. Now how do you explain eating your entrees and your dessert at the same time while waiting for your salad that comes and is the wrong order. Our waitress did not check on us even once but checked up on every other table. Thank you Buffalo Wild Wings for making letting us spend our money for bad service.
