We’ve been to this restaurant twice now, and both times were absolutely wonderful! The staff and managers are incredibly friendly and attentive, making you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The place is spotless, with a cozy atmosphere and inviting décor that makes you want to stay longer. The menu is varied, offering something for everyone, and the drinks are not only delicious but beautifully presented. A fantastic spot we can’t wait to come back to!

We went here all my family, We Had a wonderful Mother's Day dinner at Applebee's Citrus Heights, and let me tell you, it was an incredible night! atmosphere is super comfy and inviting--definitely a great spot for a family night out. The service was top-notch! Our server was friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. Another 5/5! The food? Well, we tried the burger, steak, and ribs, and they were just okay. The bourbon chicken and honey mac & cheese were tasty, but the French fries and artichoke dip could use some work. Happy hour beer was a nice touch! Overall, I'd give the food a solid 4/5. I might swing by again to try some other options--there's plenty more to explore on the menu! Overall, highly recommend Applebee's for a chill dinner vibe!

Came here for lunch with my wife and kids for lunch the Service was better than any other Applebees location ive been to. We come from south Sacramento and will drive to citrus heights just to come to this location from now on the Waitress’s were great the service was welcoming and fast and our food was out hot and sizzling within 10 minutes thank you for ur great service and wonderful food I wish I knew the waitresses and hosts name but overall everyone and everything was great we will definitely be back.

Forgot to take pictures of the food and drinks, but the perfect berry margarita was exactly that.. perfect! The food was delicious, the steak was cooked exactly how I wanted it and everything was seasoned so well that I didn't even need to add anything to it. Every single bite was delicious and the service matched the meal. The overall experience will have me coming back again!

The new chicken dish with mozzarella sticks on top was fantastic! The mashed potatoes were amazing as usual. It was happy hour so we got two orders of wings for the usual price of one. My friend only orders their mac and cheese because he loves it ! And the white margarita was the happy hour house tequila and it was very good too. Applebee's never disappoints! Except why don't they sing Happy Birthday anymore?

I like this place! I usually go there during happy hour when all the appetizers are half price and the drinks are discounted. I ordered the steak plate, the whiskey burger, and the shrimp and chicken plate. All of them were good except for the burger—the taste was horrible. I would recommend trying their wings.

Service was great, the food looked great, but was a little overdone. However, there was a massive party if like 30 in the bar that was sat just before us so I totally understand. Tami was our server, and did a great job with our meal. I did not catch his name, but the host at the front was also very personable. We overall enjoyed our night, and will def be back.

We decided to give it another try and it was much better this time. Last time the service was very slow but not this time. We were seated right away. Our server stopped by within a minute or two to get the drink order. We had drinks and our orders were taken in less than 5 minutes after sitting down. We ordered off of their Really Big Meal Deal. I got their basic chicken sandwich and the Mrs got the bacon burger, both came with fries and a drink. The food was good. My chicken sandwich was so hot that it burned the roof of my mouth even after I let it sit for 4-5 minutes while I took a few pictures and ate some fries. My wife enjoyed her burger.

Ordered quesadilla hamburger, and it was dry. Ordered chicken broccoli Alfredo could use a little seasoning. Will give another try. Hopefully, it'll taste better

We came in after visiting the cemetery, had a party of 18 and first hostess told us we were unable to dine there, she was super stressed/overwhelmed and took it out on us. Luckily another person im guessing management seated us and handle it. The servers were nice as well. If the lady at the front didn't almost turn down our service I'd probably give it 4 stars.

The place is clean and the service is good. The price is right too unless you do what I did and I didn't realize that the little computer on the table wà how I was to pay the bill. I then enlisted a seemingly helpful waitress to show me how it worked. She didn't give me the tip option I should have had and not knowing this and paying with cash my once $35.00 bill was now $50.00 And I seperately added a cash tip of $8.00 so beware of the helpful wait staff.

Will never go here again. I did an online order amd it specifically asks what items you want. They forgot part of our order and some of the food was old, nasty, and not edible. I called the store to let them know we would be bringing the food back and would like a refund. The manager on duty said he would nit ask us to do that and that he would refund our meal and asked for the amount and that it would take my bank a few days to credit me. Well...it is almost a month later and no credit has been given. Thanks for nothing guys.

Right as I was cutting into my steak they took it away said it wasn’t ours and gave it to another table. Then our meal came out with our appetizer. All COLD. Boneless bbq wings cold and my 8oz steak was grey! I was in shock. Had to switch with my friend who got a burger and a total of 4 waffle fries. My friend wanted bbq sauce and they gave him ranch and A1. My friend said it was the worst steak he’s ever had. It was just a mess. Super bummed. I’d much prefer the wrong order they gave us before. So, terrible service and attitude manager and server. We came here on friday night ordered food and wings when we were eating we found hair in their wings and I called their manager he took the wings back its so disgusting feeling. And on the top server , manager didnt even came back to us if need anything else. Sat there for 20 min. We asked our bill frustrated and they showed us again attitude. We dont need ur petty money.
