When you got to a fast food stop you have to know what your getting yourself in for,, you went for crappy fast food and that’s what I always get it’s beautiful..
Food was burnt cold were suppose to have shakes and we got ice coffee I wanted to let everyone know that Jack in the Box is really a good take out place this is the first time this had happened to me I was really mad. Sorry Jack in the Box I still love your food and shakes April 8,2021
This place is fast. And the Employee at the drive thru was respectable and made sure are food was correct and HOT. The burgers are very good and large for your money.
Food was good, service was quick and the employees polite. The parking lot however has a few "residents" who are pretty colorful characters. Honestly if you enjoy conversations that involve conspiracy theories and random outbursts then enjoy your meal outside.
Okay please ignore all of the bad reviews. Those people are just grouchy low lives. The staff who works here are always really friendly and you can tell they are hard working. They may be a little under staffed sometimes but they’re always so kind and the food always comes out bussin!
Always fresh at this location. No funny business. LINE WILL BE LONG (unless it's 4am on a Wednesday). Watch the order screen carefully and get a receipt. The line is long and if they don't get it on the menu screen, you can't just hold up the whole line.
Drive through was fast.. not busy in the morning. The gentleman at the window was polite and made sure to ask if I wanted any ckndiments.. wait is always longer than McDonalds but not too much.. for me it means its fresher.
Been to this location a handful of times and the service is friendly as per most JITBs I've been to. I'm compelled to write this because the young kid at the drive thru is so nice and professional but why does it feel like his eyes pierce my soul and make me want to say Baby let me take you away from all this 😂😂😂
Conveniently open in the middle of the night. When you get out of the club or the bar, it's in the best place right by the freeway
I just had the mini tacos and curly fries, but this Jack In The Box is way better than the one over by my house greenback and auburn.

Ok ok sometimes I crave a crunchy deal 2 tacos for $1.99 😀 YES PLEASE It's a splurge. I ask for extra lettuce and onions No charge .add taco sauce and say hi to Jack!!! And I'll do it again
Great location, always has great food and friendly staff. Is hit or miss about late night as far as the drive thru line is concerned, so if you cannot wait 10 mins and see a line past the speaker box, best to move on. But if you don't mind waiting, it's always worth it! And if you work as a courier, don't worry - they rarely get an order wrong, and have rarely had any issues myself.
Clean nice restaurant, friendly staff, and good food. We get breakfast after church, something you can't do at McD. I got the loaded sourdough breakfast sandwich; 2 eggs, ham, sausage and cheese. You will like it.
I work night shift, so whenever I visit this Jack n the Box it's always around like 3am. My experience is away good for the most part. The workers are nice, and my food is usually fresh. I had one incident where the fries we not fresh but they replaced them for me with fresh hot ones when I went back and requested fresher fries. Overall, I have had good experiences with this particular Jack n the box 😀

Exceptional customer service, I’m living in this neighborhood since 2015 & Jack is my favorite fast-food, here or wherever I’m traveling, but recently I really feel the difference of customer service by young gentleman ANDREW, he’s always carrying smile and paying attention to details of the orders. To me the store is more busy than before. I’m usually late afternoon or early morning customer on the way to work, I feel different and hope the corporation audit managers pay attention to it.
Place was clean. The staff was polite and the food was good period they let me use the restroom before I ordered. And didn't say anything about it period.
More expensive than the other fast food options but it's just a little better too. I don't come here often but they have always been very friendly and fast. The hand spun shakes are delicious but take forever to make. Great location and plenty of parking.
Service was fast and order was accurate. Employee at drive thru was efficient but her manner lacked enthusiasm or caring. Tried the new triple bacon cheeseburger and enjoyed it.
The first thing I noticed when we walked in was how warm the thermostat was. Then we were being served by a very friendly clerk who took our order and was fast about it. His name was Presley. I want to say thank you for being patient with us.
Jack in the Box is a key location for 24 hour food access. Unlike many fast food places, almost all locations serve 24 hours and this includes breakfast. This particular location is positioned across the street from a 24 hour Circle K gas station / quick mart, which makes it a good place to stop when you need food and gasoline and it’s 3am in the morning. I gave them 4 stars because the food isn’t always consistently good at all 3am and they are notorious for shutting down the milkshake machine during early morning hours, because the machine has already been cleaned and they’re too lazy to want to have to clean it again before day shift comes in. It really bugs me when places do that.
It's Jack in the box, what do you say? The staff is always very nice. They close for 30 between 3 and 4am for lunch. I don't think it's the same time every night but I've been caught several times trying to grab a bite and it being closed for lunch. Luckily I just live around the corner so I can pop home until their lunch break is over.
Jack in the Box is a step above other burger fast food restaurants. This is our experience with the Citrus Heights restaurant on Sunrise Blvd. The food is always hot, fresh, and cooked to your order. It is consistent as well. The order is always correct! With the cost of fast food going up every day, Jack in the Box is good value for what you get.
UPDATE: I have been back a few times and the curly fries have been solid so moving from 1 star to 4 star. This is the most disappointing Jack in the Box I've been to. I've been to this location 3 times, every time my curly fries are stale and the lettuce on my sandwich is old. They must have spent all their money making it fancy outside and now cutting costs in the kitchen...
OK for the most part. Food was good and hot. Service friendly and fast.. The server even remembered to put marinara in the bag for the cheese sticks. I would have given them a five, but I didn't get sweet &sour for my egg rolls and no napkins!! Also kind of bummed that they don't have pumpkin shakes yet!!
Ordered our food from the drive thru. Customer service was great. Got home and everything I ordered was in the bag. My only complaint are the burgers are so much smaller and cost more. Go figure! My experience with drive-thru is not always great. Food ordered is usually wrong, incomplete/missing. This location did not disappoint. Thank you!
The food is just like every other Jack in the Box, I suppose, and the workers here are quite friendly. I'm not a fan of the location because its near a busy intersection, during certain hours of the day. But the location is still convenient if you live close by. I would more likely give this Jack in the Box 4.5 stars instead of 4, to be fair, but Google won't let me do that.
The cashier (a young kid) didn't know what he was doing regarding money. My shake had a piece of ice in it that was hard to get out, preventing me from enjoying the shake when it was really cold. This was something I was looking forward to in 100+ degree weather
This is a solid franchise! Great food! The menu is always full of a great variety of choices. They do have up-selling to the more expensive breakfast meal sides actually programmed in the method where you have to tell them "No, I want the tater-tots." I find this implementation is a burdensome application to both consumer and employee. The way to sell the specialty sides is to sell the full breakfasts at a special promotion every 2 to 3 months and advertise it as the full breakfast with fresh specialty sides and served hot for all your morning or any time of day breakfast needs!
I think there were only 4 people working on a Saturday lunch, customers were plenty staff was not. My burger was missing the tomato that I paid extra for. I kindly asked for a tomato and they persistently tried to get me to wait for a new burger, after already waiting 15 minutes and I finally said "look I just want the one tomato that I paid for, I don't want a whole new burger. There is no reason to waste food" then they proceeded to get huffy puffy about it and box me up a tomato and passed it to me. I opened the box and there were 8 slices of tomato. I said "Really? You couldn't just give me one tomato slice? You had to waste a box and more food". I picked the third slice, put it on my burger and sat down and ate.
Great customer service and everything came out pretty fast. We did order the 2 pack of tacos though which is a guilty pleasure but could not eat them since they were soaked in grease. (Had to toss them)
Food decent, but drive thru service was very slow. I had to ask if I could order because nobody talked. I had to repeat my order multiple times. On the plus side, the order was correct when I finally got it.

Haven't eaten Jack in the Box in years. Let me tell you shrinkflation is real ladies and gentlemen. I purchased the ultimate Cheeseburger and boy was I disappointed. It was so small and cute. Still tasty but for the price I sure expected a larger burger.
Jack in the Box is basically the worst fast food joint of all available anymore; however, they are darn near the only game in town at 2:30am anymore, which is when I get off of work.. the staff of this particular site are very cool though, and quite helpful. The only reason I gave it 3 stars..
We ordered 4 meals from the drive thru. The lady on the mic Aileen started to take my order then said he The battery died and she had to switch out the battery which took almost 4 mins. Then she rushed me to get my order then kept having me repeat my order. Then we got to the window finally and they parked us to sit and wait while I saw 4 other cars go through the drive thru getting meals. Finally after 12 mins of waiting we went inside and got our food that was sitting on the counter, they said they were getting ready to bring it out. Then to top it off the 2 burgers we asked for no mustard on, had mustard.. we didn't go back because we had to go and after waiting that long we were late. So, I won't visit this location again..
Not bad for a Jack-in-the-Box. The employees at the window joke around with you very personable and very quick. The food is, well, Jack-in-the-Box although I do like their tacos, which are very crisp and way tastier than Taco Bell. In my opinion there’s Smashburger is actually pretty darn tasty for Jack-in-the-Boxalthough a little salty for my taste, but I believe this is done at the restaurant so check on that
Worst Big Chicken sandwich ever!! Both chicken patties were rock solid & inedible. I love Soo far away from the location that it is very inconvenient for me to return & make a compliant.

I ordered the jumbo jack combo. Meat patty was less than 1/4 inch thick and fries container only 1/2 full. And you want me to come back? I don't think so.
I was at Sunrise and Antelope at 457 pm on November 15 . I got no receipt and once again my order was wrong . I ordered a supreme croissant combo with no egg And extra ham Screen showed my order was correct. Got home and there was no ham and there was egg . I pulled off the egg and tried to eat the sandwich . However , all the cheese was stuck to the egg and no ham . Also the hash browns were raw and uncooked. This ALWAYS happens at this location . I called for over an hour and phone was busy
Did on line order picked up got home box of popcorn chicken was a joke halfway empty fries had taste like they been sitting. My husband went back lack of customer service asked for refund still has not sent back to card my bank usually process in 3 days, call no one answers very frustrating
Dining room was pretty dirty, cups and trays all over the ordering counter, tables not cleaned off and our food took about 20 minutes. They might have been understaffed though, only 4 people working and most appeared to be new.
I ordered a breakfast sandwich number 27 and a Oreo milkshake. I had to repeat myself on the milkshake a few times and then when I asked for a receipt I ended up not getting a receipt, or napkins, or hot sauce and he gave me a number 29 breakfast sandwich. 😡. The only reason that I'm giving to Stars is because the milkshake is good
The most okay fast-food joint out there. It's food. Okay service, okay taste. The only complaint that brings it down from 3 to 2 stars is the soda machine is terrible. The only drinks in stock were Coke, Dr Pepper, Ginger ale and water. Not to mention there was no carbonation.
Drive thru order. The breakfast sandwich was cold. Asked for mayo to be added, no mayo. Hashbrown was undercooked and greasy. Gross! Coffee was hot, but I had to add the cream and sugar myself with nothing to stir it with. The server had no interest in paying attention to details. And moved like a turtle. Not good for morning commuters trying to get to work. Overall experience was disappointing.
Ordered 3 meals and once i got to the window they only had 2 in the bags. I argued with the person at the drive through window that i specifically ordered 3 and he blamed us for the mistake when it was his. Rude!! I hope management fixes this issue. We were happy to pay for what we ordered but to be told we were at fault and told we had to go back behind the whole line for a mistake that wasn’t ours is just wrong. As a customer to this location im very upset with this treatment
I'm really tired of trying to give them another try but they just refused to keep the oil clean that they're deep frying in. Because they are cutting costs. I have spoke to many people there and they said the manager doesn't let us until it's really old. That's Really disgusting because we are paying a lot of money for the food.
Teriyaki bowl: rice is hard Coffee: where the heck is the creamer its definitely not in the Carmel iced coffee Egg rolls: burnt to a crisp Thank you from the bottom of my heart of getting the rest of the order right. Other than that meal that was mine seperate from my family's 😭
I frequent this location a lot and tonight was the worst service. I place an order in the mobile app and go thru the drive through. On my mobile order I selected Diet Coke as my drink because they don’t give me the option to select Powerade. So I get to the order box and give them my name and ask if I could get Powerade instead of Diet Coke (which I have done before without any issues). He then abruptly tells me to pull forward to the window. So I wait my turn and pull up to the window and of course he hands me a Diet Coke. So I ask him again if I can get a Powerade he then argues with me then eventually snatches the Diet Coke and out of my hand and gives me attitude and gives me a Powerade with ice filling up the cup all the way 🤣 I told him if he wasn’t dismissive of me at the order box this could’ve been avoided and it isn’t my fault the app doesn’t give me the option. Unbelievable $20 an hour and still getting the same shitty service. Smh.
Went there and order 3 chkn sandwiches, 7jalapeños,Chicken Strips, 2 Lge curly fries, and a Lge Drink. The order was repeated and when came up to the window no one came up for a few minutes, finally a lady came up ,repeated the order, and we pay. She brought the order ALL in ONE single BAG. My husband asked could I please have another bag since everything was crammed and about to fall out. She looked annoyed and said. "" I am new to the company and ithis is how we do thins here ". With so much attitude. She had no name tag. She was part of the shift leader team I can tell. By the way she gave us the bag , I checked the order and she slammed the window and forgot to hang out our Drink. We knock on the window and ask I we could have our Drink . They never give receipts !.I don't understand why when a personis In charge doesn't care for your business, then I guess is time to go somewhere else.
We were missing 3 items in our order & no sauce that we told them we wanted when asked & screwed up 1 of the items I asked to have made a certain way. I asked for a topping to be removed but insjtead, they smothered the food with it. So when I called them, there was no answer for almost 45 min so I gave up. Worst experience from these guys.
This just happened at 2:15PM on December 3rd 2020. They charged me for a jumbo Jack, but gave me a child’s hamburger patty on jumbo Jack buns. Also, while I was ordering, they were asking me a bunch of dumb questions and making no sense. Completely unprofessional. Also didn’t give me a receipt so I could report them to corporate so that’s why I’m on here.
Horrible. People are terrible and so is the service. Way too long of a story. Let's just say it took and hour to get my food, had to have it re made and they kept telling us to pull up and park 4 TIMES!!! they never once came out we had to keep going back through drive thru to remind them we were still waiting where they sent us. Last run around I had to walk in to find ALL of the workers including manager standing in a group just chit chatting and looked me like hi.... hi???? Hi wheres my food.
I waited 20 minutes for my egg rolls to get cooked, and then they didn't even bring them out to me after telling me to pull around to the front. I had to drive all the way back through the drive through to get them. And once I got home, I didn't even have the tacos I had ordered. They never gave me a receipt so I have no way to prove I paid for them. The customer service was atrocious and my food was cold by the time I got it back to my family. Worst service ever.
On this particular day i got yelled at from them making the wrong order twice, and without raising my voice or being rude, refused to be nice and fix my order and give me a reciept. District manager was willing to hear my story and help,so hopefully will get better.

How hard is it to take someone's order and make it right? Got the wrong order given to us and we live 5 miles away. PAY ATTENTION!!!!! The JIB on Greenback/fairoaks is awful too, they mess around and the manager has a serious customer service problem and the owner doesn't answer phone calls. FIX IT!!!
Consistently poor quality when it comes to meals prepared. This time a Spicy chicken sandwich with a dot of mayo. Dryest sandwich ive ever had, didn't finish it. Just sloppy and they don't really seem to care.
I work nights and the last handful of times I've tried to stop by for food around 4 a.m. I either get told that the system is resetting and can't order for at least a half hour, or no one answers the drive thru or no one is there. Even though the "drive thru open" sign is lit. Very disappointing since this location is the only "24 hour" restaurant in the area
I had to repeat what I wanted seven.. SEVEN times.. It was obvious since it was so slow (I was the only one driving thru) the cashier was looking for any form of entertainment until I pulled up and he cut the games.. I was in no mood and was coming home from a long shift and just wanted quick food. He was young but def first and last time I go to this location..
Order taker asked me for my order 3 times and still got it wrong. I got a oil drench under cooked hash brown. Not even edible. And to top it off ice coffee is disgusting. When I told her I wanted a large instead of q small ice coffee she rolled her eyes and walked away. I'll never come back here
This is the worst jack in the box you could ever go to. It's always disgusting.. Not once or twice but every single time I've went it's been gross. Cold stale fries.. Over cooked chicken.. Tacos are never warm... It's bad
I was picking up a delivery which required me to have the receipt for confirmation, the employee helping me first handed me the drink, but then left me waiting for 5 minutes then came back and said he had forgotten that there was a bag of food. After that, he threw away the receipt without saying anything and, since the lobby was closed, caused me to have to go back through and wait in a line of 6 cars for about 10 minutes more with the now not so fresh delivery. Just so that I could get a receipt that should've already been with the order. Then after explaining through the speaker, he forgot again by the time I got to the window and was looking for someone else's order. After explaining again I finally got the receipt and delivered the food way beyond an acceptable time limit. Would not recommend.
I ordered a double jack combo and received a single and it was wrong. I sent it back because it was wrong and they acted like I was trying to cheat them. They then gave me the wrong burger again and I didn't check while I was in the drive thru so I drove to the front to return the burger for the second time, but there were 15 cars in the drive thru and the door was locked. They also didn't answer the phone. Also the rest of my order was getting cold and my shakes were getting warm so I went home with the wrong burger. I will never go back, they don't deserve to be in business
Everytime I visit this establishment they always mess up my order or substitute it with something else or miss something . This time the chick at drive thru did not give me my dressing for my salad . Even when I mentioned to her about it. My chicken seemingly Beas not freshly done and overcooked. Tasted like their chicken strips that was sitting for a while . Ugh. Then one guy who was sitting in a chair was scratching his hair! There goes food safety !
I had never eaten at Jack in the box before until I found this jack in the box at convenient distance. So I began to stop by once in a while after work because the food was ok and the staff were really nice. Until today Nov. 10 around 9pm I past by to order something and I was attended by Raul on the drive thru. In few words he was extremely rude! Poor customer service if any. He didn’t greet me neither did he answer my questions when I asked about the menu, I would ask if the 4 piece item came in more than 4 piece and he would respond “ok 4 piece tenders, what else” I asked him the same question about four times until he responded “ we only have one piece or four peace” i finally ordered something else and he would rush me to order and was so rude. I ordered a smoothie also and he asked me what size? I said small and then he interrupted me with “medium or large” ... Anyways I drove up and he gave me the total, I asked who his manager is to which he responded “Jose”. He rang me up and gave me my food, never said thanks and barely acknowledged me. Mind you I don’t care for his petty service but Im rating today because I work for customer Service myself and I don’t get paid to be rude to customers. If you don’t like or can’t do your job then don’t do it. Lastly I’m not ever spending my money at this restaurant simply because of this bad experience. I’m sure management won’t act on my complaint but just thought I’d do Jack in the box a favor and let you know you have a weak link in your company that will cause more loss in customers like myself.
Dude i had a bad experience with their food. I order chicken fajita and I received that order on time , i ate all of them because i was so hungry. I tips to the girl But i didn’t know i will sick after that. I had a food poison same night. I need to call off at my work about two days. Omg i dont wanna remember those two days how i passed. I m sure they use microwave to prepare food. Food was test less but i ate all. Which was big mistake . I will never ever try their food again.
The drive thru took forever the girl told me to hold on at the menu 3 times and there was a huge gap between me and the other car. Got to window she was rude no customer service. She didn't change her gloves after using the cash register and then she touched her forhead with her gloves then touched my food. I didn't say anything because I just got off work myself and didn't feel like complaining but im rating it on here. Bad experience.
Ordered loaded tiny tacos and a triple jack cheese burger. My tiny tacos look pathetic and like they slapped American cheese on top of it and instead of a burger they sent my curly fries wiiiiith..... American cheese slapped on top of it. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM THROUGH A FOOD SERVICE. Update: In an attempt to contact the store to ask them about my order, they let the phone ring, answered after 5 minutes, said nothing I said hello I have a.... They hung up.
I hate the fact this is the closest Jack in the Box for me. The drive thu takes forever, even when there's no one else in the drive-thru. They lack a chip reader, which is inconvenient for me since the mag strip on my card doesn't work. And of course the cherry on top is my order is wrong half the time. I love JB, but I really don't like going here at all.
Not sure who is running the drive through tonight. But the absolute attitude. The biggest sigh when talking to them. And then they legit could not answer my question on what flavor Iced Teas they had. Just irritated and rushing me to finish my order. I left.
Terrible customer service. Food was so cold it was inedible. I stopped by the next morning, since no one answered the phone. An employee said he spoke to the manager. I would have to return the next day to get my money back. When I stopped by to see the manager. After I explained everything to him, he said "I dont believe you, you are a liar." He would not give me a refund. This is unacceptable customer service, I recommend going to any other jack in the box, skip this location at all costs.
I went there twice today. Both experiences were terrible. First my order was wrong, I went in to get it fixed and the young girl was rude. I didnt get a receipt so I wasnt sure if it was rung up or not. After a struggle I got my complete order. I dont mind paying for what I ordered, I just had no receipt to know. I returned later for a shake for my daughter and the girl was rude again, she recognized us and after I paid she said "did you want two again?" On the bright side my daughter was with me both times and witnessed how rude people can be and get away with it, so I turned it into a learning lesson. Her manager was there both times and they just spoke Spanish to each other. I took 4 years in Spanish. entiendo españo. Customer service here is bad.
I asked for no sauce on both of my sandwiches and it looks as if I got extra sauce. Ewwww! I tried to call so that they could fix the problem but no one answered the phone. The branch was not even busy when I went in. I was the only person. I ordered inside and spoke very clearly. I also wasn't even given a receipt. Do not waste your money here!
Me and my fiance came here to get dinner for us and my mom. From the Get go they were Giving us attitude. They talked over us as we were trying to order They weren't listening. In kept putting our order through without us saying we were done. Once we got to the window, they were giving us even more attitude. They were missing things that are ordered. And we are super nice about it. Just pointing it out and offering to pay for it. This this made them more aggressive towards us getting snappy. In the end, we did not end up getting all of our food because they stopped listening. I recommend to Take the time and just go to a Jack in the box slightly further away. That's how terrible their service was.
At one time this was my favorite Jack in the Box. But things have changed. In the last year I've been told to shut up, the manager refused to make part of my order, I always request my fries are made fresh with a little extra salt while they are still wet from the fryer, but what I get are fries that are obviously old, cold and have been sitting around for a little while. Also, the staff allow the homeless to lay around the outside of the store asking for money. This makes older patrons too frightened to get out of their car should they want to enjoy their food while sitting at a table inside. I have not returned to this store for 3 months.
I just left Jack in the box and ordered a number 28, and all I got was raw Bacon, no hash browns, smh. It's to far to travel back to let them know, so I call them and no answer. I don't recommend this Jack in the Box in Citrus Heights, but the one in Roseville is WAY better at least the food is done and you get all of your food. Just a waste of money, smh. Never again!
This Jack-in-the-Box refuses to answer their phone so if you have an issue with an order you take home nobody cares. I told the window server that I was shorted a popper in my last order. He said they come prepackaged. Well it wasn't packaged right and he just ignores me then hands me my new order which has an empty shell popper in it..no filling and flat flat flat. These snacks are pricey so getting cheated out of one is significant particularly when it happens more than once and they just shrug. Ridiculous. Service is horrible at this location. Ok so corporate jack sends me a coupon and I go use it and they get my order WRONG and they still won't answer the phone. Cheese is missing and the chicken sandwich had enough mayo on it for 6 burgers. ugh. scraped off the massive mayo and ate without the cheese but I won't be going back. Ridiculous.
$20 an hour and they can't even get a simple order correct. First of all, the wait at 1am was ridiculously long (there was only one car in front of us), almost 15 minutes. Now the order: Bacon ultimate cheeseburger 3 piece chicken strip Onion rings Large chocolate shake Regular oreo shake What we received: Dry bacon ultimate cheeseburger 3 small chicken strips SMALL chocolate shake LARGE oreo shake I'm not even going to talk about the outrageous price for what we got. Definitely NOT going back to this JIB.
Okay first off, I was told to wait to order so I said no problem. The mic was left on and I heard a really gross conversation about the person at the window’s bleeding lip. They definitely forgot about me because I could hear there was nothing the window person was doing, but I still wasn’t asked to order. I had to yell at the speaker so they could take my order and then was given the biggest attitude for asking for my order to be taken. Anyways, I don’t expect much from fast food workers but I do expect cleanliness and decent respect.
Ordered two Ultimate cheeseburgers with the mobile app. Paid extra for extra patties, extra cheese, grilled onions. Seating area was closed without stated reason, so walked back home to get a car to go through drive-thru. When requesting the mobile order, I pointed out that the burgers had extra stuff, because I know it's easy to miss that. Eventually got through the line, and got the burgers, which felt suspiciously light. I opened them up, and only saw two patties, when I expected three. I pointed this out to the staff, who huddled in a little conference, and then told me that normally Ultimate Cheeseburgers only have one patty, and if I wanted a big burger, I should have ordered three. It has been years since I had eaten at a Jack in the Box, and I was deeply disappointed that their Ultimate Cheeseburger had been downsized. Went home, looked at their menu online, and sure enough, they're supposed to have two, so mine should have had three. I don't expect perfection from fast food employees. Anybody can mess up an order. But they lied to my face about an easily checkable thing, just so they wouldn't have to make my order right. Management should be ashamed at failing to train their employees better.
I just bought almost 30$ in good from this location and never got a receipt. I had a big order so I wrote it down and read it exactly right and I had two combo medium sized meals with everything else that I bought and they just gave us a sandwiches after asking me what size combos were those meals and they never asked me for the drinks for the meals either and that goes with two children's kids meals and they do not answer their phone there's no voicemail and honestly it rings for a long time and then they randomly just click hang up because I can hear it and then it'll give me a busy tone when I call for the next 5 minutes I would not recommend this place to anyone the people weren't rude but they were very careless. I mean how can you ask me what size combos and what drinks and then forget them entirely? forgetthem.completely except for the sandwiches and I was charged for all of it ridiculous
Been here lots of times. But today 9/23/2024 @ 5:30pm. Ordered a couple of grilled cheese sandwiches for my 5 yr. Went home and they were not even cooked. Lame.
Place is dirty, the employee's working are incompetent. They got 3 out of 4 items wrong. When called to address the situation, she said sorry about the one mistake and basically called me a lier about the others. Then told me to call her manager in the morning. When I asked for her name she hung up.
I came around mid-day/evening and a young lady in the drive thru was very rude taking my order and didn’t seem to care when taking my order and made me park and wait 15 minutes after taking my order just for my food to be cold, unacceptable from any establishment.
Well again ask fir fresh made chicken sandwich that was cold and tasted like grease and re cooked egg rolls just close down owners don't care or corporate that for terrible food unreal unreal no pride what do ever
Extremely poor service on drive thru around 12:05 pm on Nov 22nd, 2025. I ordered a small curly fries she gave me already made one which just had the warmth of the tray it was on. I went back again said it was not hot. She gave another slightly more warmed up in microwave I am regular in foothills location it used to right off the oil well and used to enjoy them on rainy gloomy days like today. I am sorry that place needs serious help in having workers overlooked
The guy behind the speaker was acting very rude when he finally got my money from the window after I had to sit under the drive thru roof cover thing that leaks hella bad and get all inside my door wet not to mention my husband and I were both yelling at him thru the drive thru speaker and he still could barely understand us and vice versa
Spent fifteen minutes in the drive thru for 2 tacos and 2 snack wraps. When I did finally get to the window and she finally opened it, she didnt even say hello. She simply gave me a total for somebody else's order. I was there for a mobile pick up
I was in there this morning.They forgot half of my order.And then when you try to call them your phone just rings and rings, and then eventually they just hang up on you, there's no answering machine or nothing.If I could give them less than one star , I would give them less than one star
I ordered a sourdough burger meal and it was horrible. Bread wasn’t toasted at all! Worst burger i have EVER had! I should have read the reviews before wasting my money here! Apparently they have a huge problem making food correctly.
A taste of what post-apocalyptic America might be like -- minus the zombie invasion. Dingy, dirty, and mostly abandoned dining room -- one lone customer strumming a guitar. Out-of-order soda machine wrapped in a plastic tarp. The soda machine in the back wasn't working either, yet they kept selling sodas. I guess you can't blame the staff; they seemed earnest enough, but got almost nothing right, and we had to ask for things: "Can we at least get a bottled water in place of our two drinks we ordered?" "Is it possible to get dipping sauce for these chicken strips?" Owners must buy these franchises and then leave the staff to their own devices.
The worst. Spent $40 on a delivery through the app, they took too long preparing it so my delivery driver canceled the order. All I got was an email stating my delivery was canceled and to contact the store. They do not answer, and have not refunded my order, on the app the order shows as "completed". Online feedback is poor as well. I've had missing items and tried to get a refund for them, but Jack In the Box has yet to even respond.
The last 3 visits I did in the am(720 am or so) I've ordered #21 with no egg & 2 things of mini pancakes. The other mornin I got that but missing a side of pancakes & the hash brown was soaked in grease to the point I picked it up & it fell apart. Than day before ordered same thing this time they put the egg on it after I said no egg. Yesterday mornin topped it. I ordered the same thing & let the girl know what happened. All she did was say sorry & she'd make a fresh hash brown. Well the hash brown was cooked on the edges but not the middle. Than I opened my mini pancakes driving to work and this was on the bottom.. dirt... like how can yall not see it...... not goin back..
