Kfc, chicken not so much. Why is it so damn greasy. Half of the stuff is Bones gristle and skin you can't eat. And then the rest of the chicken is dry. My son made me do it. Don't think I'll do that again though.

I'm giving this A&W/KFC a four-star review, but honestly, it should’ve been five if it weren’t for the letdown with my order. I was really looking forward to a root beer float—something I haven’t had in years—and it was kind of upsetting to be handed a cup with barely any ice cream in it. That’s not a float, it’s just root beer. It felt like a small but frustrating way to ruin a nostalgic moment I was excited about. That said, the drink still tasted fine overall, and the restaurant itself was clean with decent customer service. Nothing to complain about there. But when you're ordering something so specific and simple, it shouldn’t be that hard to get it right. Hopefully next time, they’ll do better

Stopped in to grab a bite for lunch. Went to the KFC side and ordered two Chicken Sandwiches. The young man behind the counter said it would take about 8 minutes. 17 minutes later, we received our order, but couldn't really complain since they were hot, juicy, and tasty. I guess perfection takes time.

Nice area. Nice employees. Hard to get out onto main streets. But no biggie.

In my younger days I worked at a old fashioned ice cream store and learned the art of root beer floats. You want foam but not half the glass. You pour root beer like you pour beer, at an angle and possible twice to give the customer an actual large. Just passing the knowledge.

Welp, I went back last week with my kids and we ate inside. This time wasn't nearly as good as the last time I was here. 4 burgers and Pepsi floats (they were out of Rootbeer!) took at least 20min. The 4 other customers in there were also waiting a really long time. To top it off, the lobby/tables were a mess. That said, the fries were awesome. Definitely won't eat in again at this location.

I've been here four times, and three of those times were a disappointment. First of all, how do you run out of root beer at A&W?? It's what you're known for. Stock up or make more. It's happened to me twice. Second, the service has been terrible each time. The employees don't care and are slow. I don't feel like I have super high standards for them - I know they're over-worked and underpaid. But when I have to wait 20 minutes for some cheese curds and I'm the only customer there, there's a problem. Time for some management changes at this place, as the problems seem to be consistent.

So once I walked in I was greeted right away.. but when I mention I don’t know what I wanted because I’d had never been here. That’s when the cashier rung me out one my order which was #1 combo. (Dine in) Which is not a complicated order. But I noticed instead of ask if I wanted a receipt she just threw it out. Then after I got my order which was a to go bag. Then I heard the manager told the customer behind gave him his receipt and a free ice cream shake (which he had kids) and told him she needed a survey. Which I thought was rude because they didn’t give my receipt. Because I was planning on eating this place for there cleanness and service they provide here it’s obviously they SELECT there customer service. They only got one star because the burger was actually decent. The tables are not clean I had to walk around to find a clean table. Will not personally dine here again and because I didn’t get my receipt to do a survey on them. I’ll just leave this here.

Waited for someone to come upfront, normally when I go to chain food resto there’s workers greeting you right away! First time here! It took 25 minutes to get my food , fountain machine is leaking , no apology from them , every customer is pretty upset for waiting! Owner you need to hire more workers or hire a good one. Here’s the photo of my food! Burned Kentucky fried chicken !!!!

So I went in to this particular A&W/KFC to pick up an order. The order was not a large size, only a couple of items. What was infuriating about this staff, was lack of urgency. I was literally waiting for 30+ minutes and I wish it was an exaggeration. To a point I understand as I have worked fast food before, it’s hectic. But it was not busy at all. Im not expecting A+ service because Working fast food jobs can be stressful almost everyday. But please pick up the timing. Also, because it was so bad, I decided to post the picture of the person wearing Crocs. I don’t care how cool you think you are, but Crocs at a place where you deal with grease daily, when you fall, you are taking out the person next to you because those aren’t non slip.

Just left the drive thru came home and found this! A piece of chicken that appears to have been taken out of the trash!! The lady ringing my families order up was very rude and rushed us. I don’t want a replaced chicken! I don’t trust that place!

Poor customer service I asked a lady for a price check and she simply said the menu is right in front of u and u can look. kindly went inside and the manager already had a bad attitude wen I walked in and just started going off before I could even said anything the. I asked her how much something was and she tried to say we just got new menus so we don’t knw how much it is wen can clearly look it up on the computer and delete it works experience ever

They then dropped the fries and we waited another 5 minutes before they finally filled our order, so it was just about 15 min of wait time. No apologies, no letting us know status, nothing. Will NEVER go back to this store.
