The Best chicken tender in the world!!!

Cane's puts me in a happy place.

Everything was great. From service to food.

It's been a year since it was announced that Raising Cane's was building the largest Cane's in North America at the old Joe's Crab Shack location. Honestly, it's about time that the City of Industry/Rowland Heights area finally got a Raising Cane's store since we seemingly already have every other food option imaginable. And of course they would have the moxie to open up directly across from the Chick-fil-A across the street! It's a bit of a shame that Cane's is opening during the COVID-19 era. I took a look inside and it is certifiably MASSIVE. It has to be at least 3x-4x bigger than your typical Cane's restaurant. At least there is a huge patio that we can use for outdoor dining, although I'm not sure who would want to do that in this nuclear heat... Anyways, that means that we'll have to make do with indoor takeout or going through the drive-thru (NOTE: there are TWO drive-thru lanes) to get our Cane's. Decided to go with the straightforward pick and ordered The Box Combo. The drive-thru process is what you would expect; it takes a while, which is no surprise since regular, in-store takeout always takes a while too. Food is what you'd expect of Cane's...good, quality chicken fingers! There's very few things better in this world than dipping your chicken finger and fries into yummy Cane's sauce, and then balancing it out with some coleslaw and Texas toast (which must be done B.O.B. style). Comfort food at its finest! Staff here are great. Obviously, it's a new location, but staff have been trained very well. And everyone is super friendly. The managers I've talked to have been accommodating and welcoming. No complaints on my end! Overall, I'm just really happy I don't have to go all the way La Habra or Ontario anymore for my Cane's fix. Now that the temptation is real everyday, the key for me is to not come here once a week and let my weight balloon out of control LOL.

Let me start off by saying this: It was mu first time trying Cane's and I'll admit, the food was so good. The staff were so nice and welcoming. I think three or four employees pass by our table asking if the food was good. I'll definitely would love to come back here again! 😊

First time trying Raising Cane's Chicken Restaurant. They are fundraising for the fire victims of the Southern California fires. All proceeds up to $250k will be donated. This is such a great event for a worthy cause. I highly recommend that you visit and help the fire victims and first responders. The staff, management, and owners of Raising Cane's Chicken should be praised for their kindness.

Wow. This was my first time having Raising Cane’s and can’t believe I took this long to try. Open late night. Great chicken. Debatably even greater fries. Love the sauce. Wish they had one closer to me in LA.

The food is pretty great for a fast food /drive through restaurant. The staff has been 50/50 on the few times I came in or drove through. The food looks fresh and smells so yummy!! Anyways I love the fries!! I'd say go!

Food was good. Line was almost to the door, but workers were organized and quick. Didn't end up waiting to long for my food considering how full the place was. Guy behind the counter made sure you heard your name through the diner and outside.

The best chicken strips around. They are the "In-N-Out" for chicken strips in terms of commercial chains. Their Canes sauce is the best. And their crinkled fries are perfectly fried and salted. I love crinkled fries. They're cole slaw is a grass complimentary veggie too the fried chicken. Their lemonade and ice teas are great as well. FYI: If you get the 3 price combo, they don't give you the cole slaw. I think the cole slaw is important. But you cash get it as a side for like $1.50.

I usually don’t write reviews for fast food places but I’ve been here twice and this canes in particular is in my head rent free. The chicken is crispy and large compared to other canes, the fries are crispy and fresh every time I ordered there. Other canes in my area give old soggy fries and the coating around the chicken is soft not crisp. The service at this particular canes is also STUPENDOUS. They really hired the correct staff at this location. I had a staff member come around sweeping/ cleaning the area and asked if I was done with my meal and took my plate for me. I have never had a fast food worker ask if I was done with my meal and took my plate for me. Please don’t change a single thing about this canes, every time someone talks about canes I ALWAYS mention about the City of Industry Canes

I love their chicken tenders!! It’s crispy outside and the meat is so juicy and tender!! The combination is perfect with the buttery Texas toast and crunchy coleslaw. It’s perfect. I also love their southern sweet tea. It’s amazing!! I would say, this is one of the best compared to other locations. The good thing is also they open late until 3 A.M. The service is fast, the food is fresh. The staff is nice and helpful. The dining area is spacious and clean. So if you’re hungry in the middle of the night, definitely check out this place!!

It is clean and spacious. Since there are many seats, large groups can come and have a good time eating and drinking. Sometimes on weekends, it is full of many middle and high school students. Cane's Chicken is the best chicken without a doubt. You should order extra sauce every time you come. Highly recommended!

Raising Canes is most time on TOP! That visit was so pleasant. Let me explain. Food was fresh and HOT! Chicken fingers were crispy and juicy. Fries were crispy, perfectly salted. Portion was generous so my lady was happy. Inside very clean, nice decors on walls. You can feel the vibe inside definitely. Nice patio for eat outside. Big parking lot. No complaints at all. Recommend that place, very good 👍

Great atmosphere! Amazing chicken tenders- perfectly fried! Crisp. Not too salty. Canes sauce also went real well with everything! Excellent service and clean store! Wish they had more options though. Didn’t want to get the fries or the drinks but also didn’t want to buy chicken pieces individually.

This place is a surprise dining experience. Not hour typical fast food dining room. This is a cool hip spacious clean place for hanging out and eating chicken fingers with crinkle fries....I got the combo box and there was Texas toast, so nicely toasted yet super soft. .and a small container of cole slaw and special ketchup. Super friendly staff. Good eats...great ambience.

Set realistic expectations for this place and it’s fine for what it is. Don’t get fast food often but needed something quick through the drive thru. With no cars in line, the ordering took the longest time. It’s a convenient location off the 60 on Azusa. Lots of parking if you want to go inside or sit in your car and eat The person taking our order just seemed distracted putting in our order. inputs one then pausing to talk to the other guy outside, inputs another item the talks over his headset. Waiting for the food was quick, our order came out within minutes of placing order. Food wise, it’s fine. Chicken could be crispier but it was nice and tender. The chicken has definitely gotten smaller in the last couple years. Texas toast is 10/10 and the Canes sauce is 100x better than chick fil a sauce. Service here is very friendly and the aesthetic is on point.

The service and atmosphere were spot on. The food today was definitely on the salty side at least the fries. I get it. Fries are to be salted, but wow even after wiping them down with a napkin they still made your face pucker. I have eaten at a few other locations and would still recommend going. I don’t know how they do it, the worlds most simple menu. They are focused and make a good product and rinse and repeat! Service was fantastic, their tenders are good but pricy for such simplicity. I do enjoy it though and keep up the great work!

12 frys.. $16 for a meal with 12 fries. I asked if this is the normal portion and they looked at my plate and said ..."no that's alot" The trash was over full inside and outside and they were understaffed. Nice , but understaffed at 1:30 am

The combo come with chicken fingers, crinkle fries, cold slaw and a slice of Texas toast. The only dipping sauce they have here is their Cane sauce. Its basically a lightly seasoned pink sauce, which is mayo and ketchup seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

I bought this for $10.88 at Raising Canes in the Rowland Heights location and I’m extremely disappointed with how this came out. The portion of the chicken fingers and fries are way too small for the price that I’m paying and this is just a complete ripoff. If you don’t count the breading, the chicken fingers are barely larger than the size of my fingers, which is a disappointing given the price I’m paying for this meal.

It was so dirty! There was a crew member emptying trash but there was trash on almost every vacant table and the booth we sat on had oil on it like from greasy fingers. There was trash on the floor too and we were here for about an hour and no one came by and picked it up. I know it’s busy but who wants to eat at a restaurant that’s dirty? It’s just not right.
