Their service is okay. Very direct but they always seem to forget something or not Get the order right. They forgot the cinnamon twist. Most the time have to go back and grab them to drive-thru and I always say no tomatoes and they always put tomatoes. I've worked for Taco Bell before and it's not that difficult to get the order either. They're not reading it or they just don't care. Not to mention it always seems a little sloppy.

Crunch wrap supreme was way over cooked. Bean burrito were dry and no flavor. Pepsi need more carbonation too flat.

Customer service was not accommodating with a error in the taco bell app. Manager Samantha was not wearing a name tag and was aware of the app error and still would honor the discount. With a none sending of code!

Taco Bell uses false advertising. After seeing their commercial Friday night, I decided to go to the local store and get the $5.00 luxe box, only to find out that the price is now $5.99. How can you advertise one price less than 24hrs before and not honor that price. This is like a bait and switch.

I ordered nacho fries and they were cold they told me park in front and they wud bring me fresh fries I waited over 10 min to get fresh ones and they told me that's how long it takes to make the nacho fries I said no wonder I didn't get fresh ones I wasn't in the drive thru that long for them to be fresh smh that is horrible service, I kno it does not take over 10 min to make fresh nacho fries and I ordered nachos with cheese and they were all kinds of broken little pieces like the bottom of the bag kind of pieces smh

Simple order. Forgot sauce and Just a heads up: they don’t offer Splenda or any sugar substitutes, which is difficult for diabetic customers consuming their coffee . I hope they consider adding this in the future. Manager didn’t bother to leave their chair . Their creamer also has sweetener in it . -.-

I don't eat fast food very often, and now I know why five dollars and fifty cents for a breeda, that should cost 1.50 2.00 max . I would have taken a picture but I was hungry and still am. I guess that's what happens when they force a business to pay $22 an hour to an employee. I d k. I'm cured definitely not going back... it did taste good but 😱

Portions are terrible for the price. Ordered the double chalupa box, instead the double chalupa was too small spoons of ground meat, same amount they put on a regular hard shell taco. Then they fluff it up with lettuce and tomatoes. It looks nothing like the picture on their menu. I guess the Korean man that I spoke with said that they can't really do it like the picture. Well get rid of the picture cause its misleading and false hopes that you are getting a lot of meat on it. Funny thing is that he offered me a free taco...well why not just add the meat from the free hard shell taco onto the double chalupa in the first place. The free taco or refund is not what I wanted. I just wanted what I see displayed on the menu. The cost is high for the quality and quantity of the food actually given.
