We came in expecting a nice breakfast and walked away with an unforgettable experience. From the moment we entered, the entire staff greeted us warmly. Our server, Oscar, went above and beyond, providing detailed explanations of the menu and delivering truly stellar five-star service. Arturo, the general manager, checked in throughout each course to ensure everything was perfect. Once our entrées were served, Alan, the executive chef, personally stopped by our table to ask how everything was. That level of attention made the experience feel extra special. The Eggs Benedict I ordered were, without a doubt, the best I’ve ever had. This was absolutely a “must-come-back” moment, and I can’t wait to return!
The food is amazing and the place is beautiful! Coffee is just OK but overall good place
Superb in every sense. We went for breakfast and it was amazing.
Had an amazing breakfast here—everything was fresh and delicious! The service was just as impressive. Gerardo took great care of us—super attentive and friendly. Definitely coming back!
This is a chic spot with a decent sized menu. I came in midday on a Thursday and found it perfect to remote work out of. Charging spots everywhere, good WiFi. The terraza was super cool, good vibe, chill music, and not busy enough to make the space feel crammed. The service was excellent - Juan and Eusebio were ready to check in on me when I needed something but weren’t hovering over or interrupting any calls. 10/10 would return.
Cool jungle vibes with great wine selection and generous portions. Staff was attentive and friendly. We spent $180 USD for 4 people.
Cozy with nice decorations. Perfect for chatting with friends and best for going in small groups. The food is very tasty and has a good variety of breakfast options. The sweet bread freshly made in the house is excellent. I recommend the dulce de leche wallet.
Beautiful atmosphere with an excellent menu. Whether it’s brunch or an afternoon lunch, this is an excellent place with impeccable attention to detail. I often have business lunches here because the atmosphere is relaxing and the noise level is always amenable to conversations. I highly recommend the Arabic salmon, ribeye tacos, tuna tostados, burrata, and coliflor. Their deserts are excellent. The chocolate brownie is decadent and perfect for chocolate lovers. Coupled with an espresso, it’s the perfect way to end the meal. While I’m not a banana cream pie fan, the crust is like a delicious walnut cookie and is overall, very well done. On your way out, grab a loaf of focaccia or any of their fresh baked breads for the next day.
Very good breakfast! Service was on point by Eduardo. Definitely worth the visit.
Aroma Restaurant truly exceeded our expectations during our breakfast visit! Our group of five was warmly welcomed, and Omar, our server, provided exceptional service. We started with their delicious coffee and a selection of freshly baked treats: conchas rellenas and pan de elote. The portions were generous, and each bite was incredibly soft and flavorful. For breakfast, I chose the Eggs Benedict with a delightful habanero sauce that added a flavorful kick without being too spicy. I also tried a bit of the chilaquiles, which were equally impressive. The restaurant itself is cozy with a beautiful ambiance, making it a perfect spot for a relaxed morning meal. Aroma has officially made it onto my list of favorite restaurants. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a delicious and inviting breakfast experience.
amazing food and service. a little bit pricey but its worth it :) beatuful place
Daniel was amazing, great coffee and conchas!!! Daniel was very attentive thank you!!!
Gabriel and Andres provided an excellent service!
Auromas in Mexico City is an absolute gem! The atmosphere is modern but inviting, perfectly complemented by the stunning setting nature that creates a truly memorable dining experience. The service is exceptional—Alberto, in particular, was incredibly gracious and friendly. I would 1000% recommend this place to anyone and can't wait to return!
The service and food was wonderful! Andres Sanchez was our server and he was a delight! I loved the benedictinos a la mexicana!
The restaurant is great! Very cozy and the service was excellent. Andres Sanchez, our waiter was amazing.
The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is super quiet, in addition the bread (concha) stuffed with blueberry is a delight. Tea is also wonderful.
Great experience, will be coming back. The service by Axel was superb, explained the dishes and ingredients to our foreign friends visiting Mexico City.
Great service from Cesar! Everything was just amazing.
Rogelio and yasafat at the bar were fabulous just great smile and service and the food as always was great
Make sure Andres Sanchez is your host and you are guaranteed a spectacular meal.
Best weekends brunch.... outstanding fresh bread, keto options, everything on the menu is delicious and customer service is excellent as dealing with all people and keeping everyone happy.
Food is delicious, excellent attention from Eduardo, totally recommend
Excellent service! Anna Bernal was an incredible waitress. Very much recommended
this place is pricey, but the food is good. the ambiance and decor is also very nice. Great place for a fancy brunch with the gang
Great and amazing little restaurant. Service was absolutely fantastic. And the location is so pleasing.
Daniel was the most considerate and attentive server, and he really went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely time. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The restaurant was gorgeous, with dappled sun and beautiful plants throughout. Such a lovely place for a meal with friends!
Great food and even better atmosphere. Daniel and Carolina were the best. We arrived at cut-off time for breakfast and they gladly accommodated us. Then we had to stay late to work and they helped us get set up. Overall, I would highly recommend this place.
Excellent service, Daniel and Christopher were Excellent. Very attentive. The food is Delicious and the atmosphere is amazing.
Daniel, César and Mitch were the best. The food was really good and the ambiance excellent. We’ll recommended.
Aromas was recommended to us by a friend, from the service to the food it’s a whole experience. Oscar, Arturo (General manager) Alan (the executive chef) made us feel like family and accommodated all our asks.
Had breakfast at this café, and it was a fantastic experience! The food options were truly impressive, offering a fusion of international meals with a delightful Mexican flavor twist. Every dish we tried was delicious, and the coffee was simply great. The café itself is lovely, with a charming two floor setup and a refreshing green ambiance that adds to the overall vibe.
Cozy restaurant in the heart of Lomas! Love the ambiance very chilled. The food was great. We ordered the duck tacos that were a perfect mix of sweet and salty.
Went to get breakfast. The outdoor terrace was cozy. The service was friendly but kind of slow. Food was pretty good (nice Paris eggs: scrambled eggs with bacon, ham, and cheese, with a side of salad and a homemade toast). Coffee was tasty as well; however kind of expensive for a relatively ordinary breakfast.
The restaurant us a realy nice place, good food, good attention and a good ambiance. I ate the tuna toast and the molcajete. The tuna toast is undoubtably one of the best toasts I ate, every ingridient felt fresh and outstanding and no flavour was left out, while the molcajete was good, sometimes it was so spicy that only the habanero was felt inside my tacos, good but not the best. Finaly attention was plenty and I would defenitly recommend coming here, as ut seemed they keep concistency in their plates.
Great food but bad service from the personal.
Try this Mexican version of Benedictine Eggs. The bread and cakes are good too.
Very nice and cozy place and okey food. The service could be improved though
Nice place good vibe Juan our server was kind
Beautiful place, staff is very friendly and professional, we had a nice time, reasonable prices, they greeted us with complimentary mimosa.
Food was pretty good, they have excellent baked goods so definitely try any of their breads or toasts! Service is where they went above and beyond and the ambiance is wonderful too.
Nice place with good food and good service. I had the omelette with requesón, poblano and asparagus, and it was pretty good.
Like almost all the restaurant of the zone is quite expensive, the food here is not any tasting at all, flat flavors and the service is just good, I'll recomend it maybe for a drink, the atmosphere of the place is the best attribute of this restaurant, is less expensive that other in the zone, but taste 🆚 price is not fair, so, is up to you, but I don't have any intentions to como back at least to dinner
Prices are way to high foe what you get. The food isn't that great and the service was a bit slow. There are much better options for those prices
Food is good. Place is gorge. The outside tables are a joke. Hate it that there is no smoking area even though it s a terrace.
The place is doable on wheelchair, but that does not mean Aromas is Wheelchair accessible -not even at their ground level as they claimed. There is a step right at the entrance a wheelchair will need assistance with. The lower, more wheelchair friendly step is located where the tables are, meaning you can’t count on accessing through that side of the parlor. Once inside, you’ll have to go through a small, tight, and obstructed place and not without hassle before reaching your table. Obviously, the upper level is out of the question for wheelchairs and so is the toilet, which by the way, I’d would even consider it challenging for some fully abled patrons. Moving on to the food, the menu is assorted and creative. Unfortunately though, 2 out of the 3 dishes we had were considered dissatisfying, namely the Mexican Benedictines -with tasteless poblanos and a cold bun, and the tlacoyo -which felt so plain, simple and dry. On the other hand, the chilaquiles were on the very good tier, along with the pastries and the coffee. Finally, service is polite, attentive, and always present. No “buts” here in any regards. All in all, Aromas felt a bit like a disappointment, and from a wheelchair user standpoint, stressful. Which is a shame, considering the place is part of Grupo Carolo, a name that’s proved to know how to do things well across all hospitality rubrics.
We waited 40 minutes and the food didn’t surprise us, regular breakfast options and expensive
This restaurant is insanely expensive, the food is not that great and the staff is rude with the customers, now that Mexico enters into a recession it will be one of the first to disappear.
we wanted to eat something light and the hostess didn’t like it so she gave us the worst attitude possible, she was rude and unfriendly, she didn’t even put napkins or forks on the table, Cecilia, the hostess told something to our server that when we requested the menu he didn’t bring one, he just told us couple of drinks that were available .. honestly it’s a beautiful place and the muffins that we had were delicious but with that service I will definitely not come back!!!
One of the worst experience ever. The service was terrible and the food even worst. I ordered a veggie sandwich and it was so spicy that it still hurts me. Don’t recommend at all this restaurant
