The people working here are amazing, so friendly! And the food and coffee… ridiculous! So good! You have to check out Boicot Café, it definitely hits it out of the park!

My experience at this café was absolutely impeccable. The food is top notch - including both Mexican classics and international favorites. The music is perfect: a mix of energetic reggae, motown, and Latin acoustic. The design is well thought out: plants bordering the outdoor tables to create space between traffic and diners; a colorful, expansive menu; intimate and playful lighting; and a game area inside.

I had the Rufus Thomas coffee and it was AMAZING! They offer cold brew coffee flights so you can taste them all. I recommend you order that 👍🏼. Our server was kind and attentive. My visit to Boicot Cafe in Roma Norte was a highlight of my trip to Mexico City! This charming, trendy spot on Jalapa 99 perfectly blends a cozy atmosphere with serious coffee culture, making it an ideal place to hang out or get some work done. The free Wi-Fi and ample seating are a huge plus. The menu is fantastic; I highly recommend trying one of their signature cold brews or the delicious "mollekillers" (chilaquiles on molletes). Everything we ordered was fresh and flavorful. What truly elevated our experience, however, was our server, Luis. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, guiding us through their extensive coffee options with patience and a great attitude. His excellent service made us feel right at home and contributed greatly to the overall welcoming vibe of the cafe. If you're in Roma Norte looking for top-notch coffee, great food, and wonderful service, Boicot Cafe is a must-visit, and be sure to ask for Luis!

Great places with different varieties of drinks and sandwiches and breakfast. Their macha is very good, it’s a good environment to come with friends, I came to work, but the chairs and the tables aren’t very comfortable, most of the tables are too short and low for working, in not a long time my shoulders would started getting painful. The chair and table ratio isn’t that good.

I went this place for breakfast. I got mokachino and huevos rancheros. Mokachino is like latte + hot chocolate. I don’t like hot chocolate but mokachino was ok. Huevos rancheros was delicious. Portions are small and this pace is a bit more expensive for Mexico City. There were people with laptops doing work/study. This place is mostly crowded. Service was good.

A great find. There are two Boicot Cafes in Mexico City and I was lucky enough to stumble across one while out running. Clearly they care about coffee, with a wide selection of hot and cold drinks, utilising a variety of different brewing methods. They have a limited breakfast menu as well, I can recommend the veggie omelette. My only disappointment is they had no vitamin (Green or Fruit) smoothies on the day I visited.

I really enjoyed the vibe of this place. Great for a solo trip or a large group. Plenty of seating. Menu offers plenty for breakfast / lunch and the cold brew was fuerte fuerte. Come check it out

En general me gustó la comida. Tenían un caos en la entrada porque no tienen hostess. No nos avisaron que no servía la máquina de waffles y nos trajeron hot cakes, casual. Nuestra mesera muy nueva le falta capacitación. Lo demás bien, tienen mucha variedad de desayunos y bebidas. Pedimos el omelette relleno de chilaquiles y estuve llenísima todo el día

Boicot Café es, sin duda, una excelente opción para disfrutar un buen brunch. Lo que más destaco es la gran variedad de platos en su carta: tienen opciones para todos los gustos, desde alternativas más clásicas y reconfortantes hasta propuestas un poco más innovadoras. Es un lugar donde realmente se siente que hay algo para cada persona, y eso lo valoro muchísimo. Los platos están muy bien presentados y se nota el cuidado en los ingredientes y en los detalles. Las porciones son adecuadas y la relación calidad–precio se siente justa frente a lo que ofrecen. Además, el café merece mención aparte: bien preparado, con buen sabor y perfecto para acompañar cualquier elección del menú.

Los meseros son muy amables. Atienden con ánimo y darte buen servicio. Probé el café turco. Buen sabor. La trenza de Nutella puede mejorar de sabor. Tienen distintos ambientes en el restaurante. Al fondo hay sillones estilo sala de estar, mesas de trabajo para quienes tienen que trabajar en sus laptops y al frente varias opciones de mesitas sobre la calle. Es un lugar agradable para platicar.

Es un café que tiene mucha variedad en su carta, creo que si puedes pasar suficiente tiempo ahí para a hacer lo que quieras, conversación, un poco de trabajo o así, los costos no me parecieron excesivos y la atenciones de los meseros fue muy buena. El ticket promedio por persona fue de $250 pesos.

The food is good so far, the service is charming… Music a little bit louder, hard to take a phone calls But if you’re about to pay in cash is not the place to be… They didn't accept a bill from me arguing that it was fake. I had to make an stop into a bank to validate their argument At the end the bill was ok The good moment along the breakfast just got screw because they didn’t have a good way to proof the bills. Happy but sad at the end.

The coffee was good, and the pastries were delicious, but the service left something to be desired. After placing our order and paying, we waited for about 10 minutes, only to be approached again by a staff member asking if we wanted to order. It was frustrating, especially since the pastries had already been served, and we were left waiting even longer for the coffee to arrive. While the food and drinks were enjoyable, the delay and lack of coordination made the experience less smooth than we had hoped. There's definitely room for improvement in the service department.

El lugar es muy bonito y agradable; sin embargo, la experiencia general resulta decepcionante. El servicio fue sumamente lento desde el inicio, con una espera excesiva para la toma de la orden, aproximadamente 20 minutos para las bebidas y 10 minutos adicionales para los platillos. Respecto a los alimentos, las porciones no corresponden con lo que se promociona en el menú. El waffle de plátano y mora azul carecía de sabor y presentación, y ni siquiera me dieron un waffle me dieron un hotcake delgado cuando en el menú, ni hotcakes hay. Los chilaquiles, aunque aceptables en sabor, eran considerablemente pequeños. Por el precio que se cobra, la experiencia no cumple con las expectativas ni justifica el costo. No lo recomendaría.

La atención me gustó, para tomar la orden se demoraron, pero la chica que nos atendió fue cordial, los alimentos llegaron rápido. El café FATAL, no entiendo por qué sirven en taza plástica, no me gustó y el sabor a quemado o rancio, muy mal. Chilaquiles pasables, pero no me gustó mucho este sitio.

Asistí porque lo eligió una amiga, el servicio fue rápido y todos fueron cordiales, pedí un omelette que estaba normal sin embargo hubo dos cosas que no me gustaron; La primera que el iced matcha latte estaba horrible, lo pedí sin miel de agave y aún así estaba dulcísimo supongo que usaron leche vergetal de vainilla o algo así. La segunda que me fueron a cobrar cuando recién empezaba a comer por “cambio de turno”. Jamás volvería a ir.

Siendo la primera vez que los visito, siento que asistí con expectativas muy altas o quizás me toco en un mal momento; antes que nada, lo positivo a destacar es el servicio, muy amable y atento el staff durante mi estancia, las bebidas que pedimos muy buenas, de verdad recomiendo el café turco, a gusto personal estaba delicioso y no tan cargado como me lo imaginaba pero de verdad reconozco su sabor al igual que mi acompañante con su Moka. Ahora bien, la comida si me dejó muuucho que desear, no es que estuviera mala pero si siento que es algo muy “x” que fácilmente uno se lo puede hacer en casa; no tenía nada de sabor, siento que le faltaba sal o tener algo que hiciera resaltar sus sabores, la salsa verde del omelet con chilaquiles, si bien era picosa, le faltaba sabor, al igual que el plato en general; y el sándwich si se me hizo muuuy básico y bastante caro para lo que es, igualmente le faltaba sabor pero por el precio pierde por mucho. Siento que pueden mejorar en cuestión de sabor o sazón a los platillos, de ahí en fuera es un lugar tranquilo y bueno para tomar café y un pan, pero de comida mmm… hay mejores opciones.

I got the matcha latte and huevos rancheros and both were not good. Matcha was watered down and eggs were under cooked. The place itself is cool but definitely not a place to get work done on your laptop. Staff was really friendly and attentive though.

The decor here is nice, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The coffee was pretty underwhelming—just meh—and the fig and pecan pie was way too sweet. Honestly, it didn’t even taste like fig at all. To make things worse, they messed up my order, ordered a braid bread but got empanadas instead. When it came time to pay by card (I had to go to the front to flag down someone), the lowest tip option was 10%. It felt like I was being pressured to tip even though the service didn’t warrant it. Maybe this is just a “gringo thing,” but it left a bad impression. Tourist trap ❎⚠️ Overall, not worth it.

-La verdad el Lugar y la cómoda me gustan Pero no vengo tan seguido como me gustaría por el “Servicio”, tienen fama de tomárselo con mucha calma -llegue 1:50 y me atendieron 2:25 El aforo del lugar no estaba ni a la mitad, conforme iba pasando el tiempo iban llegándo más personas y seguían sin atenderme, -Porfin me tomaron la orden una chica muy amable de cabello corto -Peimero llegó el jugo que pedí, que fue el sangron y la verdad no lo volvería a pedir, sabe a jugo de galón “amí” -a las 2:59 llegaron los waffles “leñador” Por el hambre qie ya tenia tarde 3min en terminarme el platillo junto el licuado -Queria pedir un matcha Extra pero por el Tiempo que tardaron, lamentablemente ya no Tenia mas tiempo, así Que el Ticket promedio en ves de subir, bajo -tampoco recibo sugerencias o algún especial De la carta -antes de irme todavia vi a 3/4 vendedores conversando -Eso si cuando pedí la Cuenta fueron bastante rápidos -No se quien sea el Jefe operativo de esta sucursal roma Pero siempre es lo mismo, Esperar mucho por un servicio a medias -Creo que a todos los operativos no les caería nada mal un curso de hospitalidad, para que estén bien capacitados y alineados con las Estrategias del lugar/CDC

The omelette was fine and it's a nice environment but I was overcharged by 100 pesos by the server and only realised when I had left. They didn't pull out the check - this was my mistake. Disappointing. I would not recommend sadly.

My friend and I were both COVERED in coffee - on my pants, both of our shoes, and her fresh white shirt. The waitress was an older woman and never apologized once! We completely understand that accidents happen, but the waitress SAID NOTHING. Not only did she not apologize once, but no other employee came over to apologize, check on us, or take care of the bill. We waited 15 minutes, hoping someone would say something, but no one ever did. Eventually, I flagged down a waitress and she was very understanding that we did not want to stay and pay for the meal. Weirdest and most disrespectful experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant.

The gentrification in Roma Norte is super strong , there’s like 30 iterations of these cafe shops, it’s hard to find Mexican food , but then when you do it always has a twist to it , anyway at this place I went at 9:30am 4 waiters 3 patrons , took 35min to get chilaquiles, they were cold and the sauce was so weak , decor makes no sense trying to be hip

One of the worst places we ate at in Mexico. Also, they overcharged us 77 pesos for eggs and chicken. They never explained that the chilaquiles came plain (also, nobody does that. Why would anyone assume just chips and salsa costs so much?!) and any protein was extra, they just give you the 3 options (BTW, chicken isn't one of them) and they also charged a random portion of chicken for absolutely no reason. These people are dishonest and clearly trying to steal. Don't come here. And we paid the 10% tip just out of being nice. the service wasn't even decent on top of it all, which is a huge slap in the face. Coffees were just okay, matchas were decent, croissant was disgusting..tasted and looked like supermarket quality. Please avoid this place at all costs. Youll be glad you didn't waste your time here

We came here for a coffee and the double espresso was so so bad!!! The iced latte was horrible. I asked if the latte could be sweetened and the barista said he could add honey agave which i was excited for. But i had two sips and had to throw it out. One star for the vibes this place gives and their design but the actual coffee is disgusting.

This place used to be my go-to, but my past experiences were very disappointing. The service is slow and the food is not what it used to be, gosh, even the coffee tastes worse. The last time I've ordered Shakshuka eggs, it was inedible, I left all of it on the plate and the waiter didn't even bother to ask why. I'm afraid to say this is one of the places that lost their charm after expanding.
