Opinions de Ravenswood Clifton Park
We had a group of six adults and three children for a get together here last night. In spite of the size of our party the staff was excellent and helpful and the food was absolutely awesome. Especially the chicken Parm. The staff even let the children in the group open Christmas presents. Would definitely recommend this place for your eating needs!!!
Get the Ravens Nest! 😆 Okay so maybe it’s a little massive as far as shareable apps go but it’s AMAZING! The pork belly is so delicious and honestly you really can’t go wrong with tots. Love the free popcorn here and the staff are always just so friendly and the service is exceptional. Love the tenders here, the philly cheesesteak, and the caesar wrap is delicious too. True hidden gem in Clifton Park. GET THE PIZZAS TOO!
Great place to spend my birthday with my family! The burger I had was outstanding. Nice patio seating and my server was amazing. He was the only server on that I saw and he was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back to check out more of the menu.
I went on a Sunday evening, and was more than pleasantly surprised. The place is a little rustic, almost a country diner feeling, but with a bunch of TVs to watch football. There is a nice selection of craft beers on tap and a good menu of American food. The cheese stake sandwich was great, but more so the perfectly fried fish and chips. The wait staff is polite, attentive, and friendly. Oh, and Jessica loved their bar drinks (see picture). We'll definitely be going again!
Hot turkey dinner was delicious and all homemade yummy.
Food was great, I recommend the Uncommon Burger the jalapeños were fresh not pickled, the mozzarella sticks were fresh and hot. There were quite a few people and it was a little loud but a football game was on so not a big deal.
Always a great place.Service a little lacking and it wasn’t even busy. Food was still good and had more than enough for three meals
One of my favorite places to go eat! they have my favorite mozzarella sticks!!! Service was great as always!!
My boyfriend and I went there for the first time. And we found the atmosphere homey comforting, as well as the servers and staff, which was excellent, the food was also out of this world, and everything tasted so fresh and wonderful.
Went to Ravenswood with the whole family. They had great service and food options for everyone. The kids loved the mac n cheese and I got the French dip. Everything was good to eat. The wait staff was so friendly. Would recommend this place to all.
1st time there. Cajun wings were awesome and Chicken Quesadilla and sweet potato fries were great as well. Nice rustic bar atmosphere. Lots of TVs with different games on. Great service, decent prices.
Diva was the best bartender ever! Food came out quick and was so delicious! So glad we stopped!
The food is amazing! My favorite is the burger and the pizza. The best chicken and ranch pizza I've ever had. The atmosphere is family friendly and the prices are decent. Most people don't think to compliment the chef/cook, but here, they definitely deserve the kudos
It’s the pub next door. Very friendly employees who learn your name and the food is great!
I hosted a baby shower at Ravenswood. Joan was wonderful! The entire experience from booking to finish was easy and hassle free. Joan accommodated any need I had. The food was delicious and the room was perfect and very pretty. Highly recommend!
New to the area, heard about this place from word of mouth. It was a quiet Wednesday night and we got seated and got our food really fast. I had the beef on a Weck and my wife had a Chicken Alfredo. The beef was amazing with the sauces and blew my mind. My wife's Alfredo was a little bland but with salt and pepper it was pretty good for pub food, Not the worst I've eaten. Honestly if your looking for Italian quality go somewhere else... The price was great. We will be coming here again! I want that Weck some more 😋
Good Food, Great Service...Fair Pricing...Will be going back 😄
This restaurant is thriving in our community. They offer a friendly, comfortable atmosphere. The only place that stays open and serves great food. I do love the staff. Thank you for being there and quickly serving our little area!!!
Great food great service always a good choice! Live music day we were there!
Every meal I’ve had here has been delicious, and filling! Scott and all the “family” there make you feel at home there. They treat you as if they’ve seen you before. It gets extremely busy, though so make sure to call ahead to see if there’s a wait time.
Great joint for hanging at bar are watching the game or family in restaurant. Friendly vibe service and solid food and menu.
I've been here a coupe of times. I really like the 24k sauce on the boneless wings and the delicious blue cheese (ask for extra blue cheese cuz you dont get enough) The burger was great also (ask for extra 24k sauce if you get the 24k burger cuz you'll need it) I thought I would try the pizza because it looked pretty good in the pictures but I am not happy with it at all. Could be my personal preference but I could only stomach a couple slices out of the large cheese pizza. There was plenty of cheese on it which I do like but the sauce was just real mid level spagetti sauce. There was way too much sauce on it and since the sauce doesnt really go well with pizza I Just couldn't. I felt really bad about wasting my money on it and then having to throw it away because I just couldnt stomach it. Maybe their specialty pizzas are good but idk if I'll be trying it again. The pork belly one sounded good. I'll definitely be back for the wings and burgers but most likely wont be back for the pizza. If you do try it ask for light sauce or maybe go for a non red sauce option.
Always a fun atmosphere and delicious food options! The Charleston wrap is a staple but recently tried the shrimp caprese and it was incredible! A great place to visit with family on the patio!
Tracy is one of the beat server i have ever had! All the staff is really good, but Tracy goes out of her way every time we come in she remembers what we like to drink and makes us feel at home!
Our Sunshine Club from work went there for dinner. We ordered chicken wings. Boneless & with bones. The flavors were garlic parm, medium & mild hot, & barbecue. They were all delicious, but my favorite was the garlic parm. We also ordered 3 pizzas of cheese, mushroom, and pepperoni. Everything was great. The wait staff was wonderful. I would go there again. As far as price, I didn't see the bill, but I thought from seeing it online, it was reasonable.
Ravenswood is a great place to eat, have drinks and/ or go for events! Food is amazing, service is great and the atmosphere is great. They have indoor seating, outdoor seating and a bar. Great place to bring the family for lunch or dinner, meet with friends for drinks, etc... 5 stars all around!!! *****
This was the first time eating at this establishment and it was AMAZING!!! We are from Colorado, visiting our daughter...it was our last night here and just Googled Restaurants near us...Found Ravenswood and decided to give it a try based on the menu selection and reviews. We had the French Onion Soup, which was soooo good, a bowl of the Chili and it to was flavorful and delicious. We also ordered a Reuben and it was an authentic Reuben...hubby got the Philly Cheesesteak and it was huge...he loved it, but could only eat a third of it, it was so big...and our daughter got a Salad with grilled chicken, squash, greens and other things which I can't remember and a Thyme vinegrette, which she enjoyed immensely...our Waitress was awesome and attentive..along with all the other staff that brought out food which was piping hot. If your passing through or live there, it's definitely a go to for a large variety and selection. You won't be disappointed. Cheers!! Thank you Ravenswood, for the kind hospitality.
Every meal has been delicious. Mozzarella sticks are handmade daily! Staff is very friendly.
We went for brunch and to watch a football game. Food was good and staff was friendly.
Love their food especially there salads and pizza. Staff is awesome. Love supporting local and people that do so much for our community.
I'd say we get treated like family here, but family doesn't treat us this good! The French dip is always so fresh and hot, but the buffalo chicken salad, quesadilla, fish fry and wraps are so good as well. Large portions. Staff are always friendly and welcoming, even when they're so busy. Lots of families and large groups having great conversations and laughs. Love the decorations around holidays! Save room for the warm brownie sundae :)
10/10 recommend . Great service and food which was reasonably priced. Lovely service: attentive and friendly They were wonderful and accommodating. service ,ambience and food were excellent.Reasonable prices considering the very good quality.
Stopped in for dinner. Hadn't been there in 18 years. Loved the atmosphere Service was great. Many different choices on the menu. They all sounded delicious. Had the chicken pesto sandwich and my friend had the french dip. Both were delicious. Prices were reasonable and servings were plentiful!
Went with family which included our two grandsons under the age of 10. There were 8 of us total, so they added a table to the end of a booth. Our server was great, took our orders and our food came out quickly. Four of us had the Special of lobster rolls. Twelve inch rolls and chock full of lobster. Youngest grandson had pepperoni pizza that he was very happy with. The oldest had chicken tenders and fries. Large tenders and plenty of fries. I had the steamers and they were done perfectly. Also ordered were loaded tots, mozzarella sticks and fish and chips. Would certainly revisit when we are in the area again.
Planned a memorial lunch in the downstairs room. They were great and very accommodating. Food was sandwiches and one hot chicken dish. Salad and cookies along with coffee and soft drinks. On short notice they took great care of us.
Hubby had the chicken Parm. I had 12 oz. Sirloin steak. Wow! Both are fantastic. Definitely going back . Servings were more than sufficient..took home food for next day dinner. Service was excellent..
A friend of mine, who loves Ravenswood suggested we go there and I'm glad he did. The service was especially attentive, even during the busy lunch hour. My salmon burger was very tasty. Usually I am content with less expensive lunch options (soup and salad) however, Ravenswood was a nice change and worth it.
Best wings in Capital Region, hands down! My boyfriend said they are just like they are in Buffalo where he is from. So good! Crispy, juicy, great blue cheese (I think it's made in house)... just OMG! We go here specifically for wings. They are so delicious I literally CRAVE them. We'll be back again tonight after golf and I can't wait!!!!
Delicious food, prompt service and we did not feel rushed to leave. Best turkey dinner ever! I will definitely come back to Ravenswood next time I'm in town!!!
Always a go to for us and consistently great food and service! We always ask for Tracey she’s the best!
The blue cheese dressing was delicious. Made there. Wings perfectly done. Nice beer selections & mozzarella sticks were great too
I had an excellent experience at Ravenswood Restaurant! The service was outstanding — friendly, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. The food was delicious and served quickly, and everything about the visit made me feel right at home. I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend! Especially their mozzarella sticks.👍🙂👍!
I like coming here once or twice a week for several months now. I love their fish & fries and great burgers. I'm slowly testing the rest of their menu. Great waitress.
We've lived in Clifton Park for 35 years, and have considered Ravenswood our "Go To" neighborhood restaurant and bar since shortly after we moved here. The menu is varied enough that you can have traditional "pub food", something healthier like a salad, or a full entree dinner. The selections of wine and beer are excellent, and have kept pace over the years as tastes have changed. But I would be remiss if I didn't mention the service, which has always been outstanding, and one of the servers in particular, Tracey, who frequently takes care of us. She is always knowledgeable about specials, and quick to follow up after the meal is served, to assure everything is to our liking, and that drinks are freshened if needed. We understand that the business is changing ownership, as it has done a few times since we returned to Clifton Park in 1990, which is understandable. New owners typically have new ideas, which can be good, but we hope that they recognize the patrons who are "regulars", and why they keep coming back week after week, month after month, year after year, (and in our case, decade after decade) and that they consciously keep many things that are tried and true on the menu, and the staff, who are all hard working and make everyone feel welcome.
Ravenswood is warm and cheerful. Our waitress was kind and accommodating. The food can be described as bar food / comfort food done well.
Visited for lunch on Saturday. Very welcoming place. Plenty of parking. Seating inside and out. Had the 24K Burger with sweet potato fries. Burger was cooked perfectly. 24K sauce was the bomb! Sweet and spicy. I got a Southern Tier Pumking to go with it. Everything was delicious. Prices were more than fair and the bartender Patty was very friendly and attentive with a great sense of humor. Great beer selection, delicious pub food and a hometown atmosphere in the middle of Clifton Park. I would love to come back for football. Plenty of TVs for sports enthusiasts. Wish I lived closer! Cheers Ravenswood. 🍻
Updated 5/8/2021... Finally. We got back to one of our favorite places ... Got to see the old gang again....Klarissa... love her ... she's the best !!! Spot on and she knows what you need even before you ask... the food is spectacular, delicious, tasty, scrumptious.. should I go on... The atmosphere, let's just say if you were on the space shuttle it'll be like that....Live Entertainment is back... EJ Hopeck is playing LIVE... the beer selection...is one of the best selections in the area.. I gotta mention one last thing even though I mentioned food earlier....Get your WINGS ON!! This place has the best wings around in my opinion.....24k... the bomb!!! GO and Enjoy ... Cheers!!!
We checked out Ravenswood Pub before a show at Proctors and had an awesome time. I ordered the fish fry a solid choice. Standard pub fare, but they understood the assignment. Another in my party got the hot turkey dinner enjoyed it too. The mashed potatoes were on point and it came with pub stuffing (a bit salty) and came with another side and a salad to boot. The atmosphere at Ravenswood was a typical pub. A bit noisy, but it's a large place. They had a live music duo playing tunes and TVs all over the place. Sunday's are for football and it's an official Bills Backer board. All in all, Ravenswood is a solid choice.
We visited Sunday afternoon food was outstanding service was great the bartender was amazing plus free popcorn great outdoor space highly recommend. Wing s and fish and chips are amazing always a fun place one of the best spots to watch football
I brought my young boy Knox there last Sunday for happy hour we felt so welcome and all the pets and owners were so friendly my young 7 month old shepherd felt so comfortable there I’m hoping to be able to go back on Nov 2
You can not go wrong here. The full menu is great. Only suggestion is to go early on fri and sat nights for dinner. They fill up fast.
I came in on Super Bowl Sunday with my two daughters. The whole staff was so nice to us, but Peggy (the hostess) went above and beyond to make my daughters comfortable. She brought them ice cream after their meals, sat down and laughed with them, and was so kind even whole dealing with a full restaurant. It’s interactions like this that make me come back to Ravenswood when I go out in Clifton Park.
Ravenswood is a cozy, welcoming place with great food and a relaxed atmosphere. I went with my family of seven for dinner, and the staff made us feel at home right away. The kids were happy, the adults enjoyed themselves, and we all had a great time together. The food was delicious, the draft beer selection was spot-on, and the live entertainment added a fun energy to the night. They even have popcorn, which the kids really enjoyed while waiting for their meals. One of the small but special touches I really liked was their specials board, always decorated with new artwork by a local artist. It’s something unique that makes the place feel personal. From start to finish, it was a great evening. Everything gets five stars in my book, and my family and I are already planning our next visit!
This was our first visit and it was a great experience. We hosted a private gathering with about 45 people in the back room, and everything went very smoothly. The service throughout the event was very good, attentive, and well organized. The food was great and consistently enjoyed by everyone in our group. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we will definitely be going back to check out the bar vibe on a regular visit.
This place is amazing. The food, service and atmosphere are warm and inviting. You can't go wrong with any of the food it's all delicious, especially the Bleu cheese dressing.
If I could rate the service 6 stars, I would. Every time we go there, our waitress greets us with a smile and seats at a great table. The food is amazing and you can get free popcorn while you wait.
I have to honestly say that I eat at a lot of 4 and 5 star restaurants. But when I'm looking for real good take out, Ravenswood is my togo place. Their food is so much better than some of the overpriced restaurants in the area. Everything I've ever ordered is packed with flavor and reasonable prices. I work in the high end food industry. And you don't get food like this in any bar. So I would like to Thank Ravenswood for always making my taste buds happy. Happy Holidays
Fantastic food and service! We came here to watch the game and had a great time. Wings were crispy and perfectly sauced, excellent french onion soup (a little salty, but very good!) and perfectly cooked fries. The staff are friendly and attentive. The popcorn is a great bonus too! We will definitely be back!
Wanted to try something new with my bestie. To my surprise we visited on the best dayyy everrr. Sundays 12pm-3pm. The waitress opened the door to heaven. Leashed Pups sitting at the feet of other guests! Can't wait to Bring my Golden! Those mozzarella sticks were delicious. Mac and cheese serving was very large!
Our food and service were amazing. We went on a Saturday around 1:30pm and felt like it wasn’t too crowded at all, the noise volume was perfect, and everyone was very polite. Food didn’t take too long to come out, everything was fresh and hot. The pizza was slightly underdone to my taste but nothing I can’t fix just heating it up a bit longer when I eat the leftovers!
Pub vibe with the darker ambiance and everyone enjoying themselves. Waitress was very friendly and responsive to requests. The food was hands down the best part about this place. I started with a bowl of their french onion soup which was perfectly cheesy, I do wish there was a thicker slice of bread. I got the special which was a fried buffalo chicken sandwich with fresh Bleu cheese crumble and slices of celery for an added crunch. Talk about melt in your mouth! My fiancé got the French dip sandwich, which he was blown away by. The fries were nice and crispy! I'll definitely be back.
Pretty good, but pretty expensive. Ordered ahead over the phone, going with The Charleston and the SS Calamari. Total came to roughly a bit over $35 before tip, which was pretty pricy for just two menu items, especially for the calamari clocking in at over $15 and an up charge on any side aside from chips with the Charleston. (which is a chicken wrap with bacon, honey mustard, tomato and lettuce though I had the tomato held) Amusingly almost got my meal for free as the waitress thought I had ordered through the online system, and luckily for her I corrected her misunderstanding and paid for it as I should. But they might want to be a bit better about that, might not be so lucky the guy next time won't just waltz out the door with a free dinner. But was the taste worth the price? Well, yes and no. The wrap was good, but nothing amazing or shocking. The onion rings were alright, good flavor, but just a tad underwhelming. I think they needed more of a crunch. And the calamari, well it needed a bit longer in the fryer for sure, a little doughy to me, but boy was that sauce they included so interesting! It heavily reminded me of mincemeat. Not a flavor I'd though I'd have on fried octopus, but it worked. So yeah, pretty pricy. I mean, this is a pub, the price should be far more reasonable for the appetizers since that's most of what your bar goers will order. But what I got was pretty good, some minor complaints, but nothing that made me deduct a star.
We enjoyed a really good dinner here last weekend. We arrived on the early side and were seated quickly. Service was amazing. A few different staff members attended to us, making sure we had drinks and refills, that our food was brought to us promptly, and dishes were cleared as we went. Food was outstanding. I cannot recommend the homemade mozzarella enough; seriously some of the best I have had anywhere - and I eat a lot of them! Both Melba and marinara sauce were good with them. Cheddar ale soup of the day was good too (chose that with one of our meals instead of fries for a small upcharge). Buffalo chicken wrap was very good with plenty of chicken and not an overwhelming amount of lettuce. Finally the fish and chips. Oh my goodness! Battered and crispy just the way I love and very tender. Also - huge! The biggest fish of fried fish I have ever seen. What a great spot this was. If you haven't been, go!
As one who is still trying to find good places to eat after a year of being in the area, Ravenswood is going to be one of those places we will return to. Most places are still google recommendations, and this one has not disappointed. The food is was so good. We love wings, and theirs were great. There was plenty of sauce which is always welcomed. Always ordering the mozzarella sticks wherever we go. Their burgers were bigger than our stomachs could handle. Ravenswood definitely serve good food for the money. And service? Our waitress was so nice, patient and welcoming. The crowd seemed to be full of regulars, which tells me that this place is golden. Will have to come back to try more of their menu.
This restaurant is behind a gas station. A bit dark and noisy if it's packed. Tables and booths are available. A nice diversified menu. The food was pleasantly delicious. We really liked the onion soup. The waitress was friendly. Off- street parking is available.
A nice local place with good food and a pretty decent beer selection. Like any local place you'll find your regulars at the bar which definitely tells you about a place with staying power. I was by myself so I sat at an empty seat at the bar to grab dinner in the hour I had before I had to head out. The bartender was friendly and attentive across the board which was nice. I wasn't drinking because I had a long drive ahead of me but took some time to look at what was on tap and it was varied and quite extensive. I ordered a bowl of chili and it was on point. Had the perfect amount of kick to it and came with really good tortilla chips, nicely salted. I would order it again. Every dish I saw come out of the kitchen looked fantastic so I am trying to get back there to try some other options. The parking lot was crowded when I got there which is always a good sign and the restaurant offers plenty of seating so no need to worry.
Things were done well here This is supposed to be a sports type of atmosphere though and we were there on a Sunday and they sat us out in the porch area and the one game that I wanted to see they couldn't get which was with the New York Giants but yet they were able to get a Dallas cowboy game which to me doesn't make any sense seeming that we live in New York but I guess it is what it is so the atmosphere really didn't make me too happy because of that fact. The food however was pretty good slightly dry but overall absolutely delicious I had the Reuben and it was made the way a Reuben should be made It was made with Russian dressing not Italian dressing. Overall I was very impressed with their service and I would definitely go back again.
Definitely a hole in the wall that I never knew existed I’m glad I fell in here it looks like they have some really good food and there’s plenty of seating downstairs there’s a banquet room that holds 200 people so if you have an event check this place out because it does have a full bar with a bathroom downstairs pretty cool patio outside to enjoy the weather and the staff is very nice I had a Shen burger with Tiger sauce #TigerSauceGREatForDippingAnything
The wife and I decided to go to Ravenswood for a 3pm lunch/early dinner! I had the Rachael and it was fantastic! My wife ordered a Reuben...very disappointing! The corned beef was tough with lots of fat!😔..She couldn't eat most of it!! We always love the food there...just will not order the reuben again! Need better cut of meat!
Overall a good experience. The salmon was good but the blueberries didn't really go over well. The service I have to say was pretty exceptional being that it was so crowded in there. A very active busy atmosphere could get quite loud. Great family orientated but also has a bar for more social gatherings. Love the popcorn idea! The kids love it!. All their food is made on premises which is nice.
4.4 rounded down. Pleasantly surprised by the food here! Go get your free popcorn in the bar area while you wait for your food. Generous pours. Great wings. Pretty good Mac and cheese. Good French onion soup. Reasonable prices. Sept 2024. Back for Happy Hour cocktails on a Thursday. Bartender Patty made a delicious margarita, perfect for sitting in their outdoor patio. The waitress bent over backwards to accommodate our doggie with ice water and treats. Think they have doggie happy hour on Sundays?
Food good . Waitress seemed bored. Left us with menus for 15 minutes. Seemed surprised we wanted to order. Didn't check back to see if we needed anything until we were nearly finished eating. Our second visit here & iffy service both times.
It's nothing special the food is mediocre, service ok,price is good, accept for hair in one dish but they made it right.
Average pub. Attended for Mother's Day brunch; you could tell they were trying hard to make everyone happy. Food was decent. Would be willing to try it again for a more honest review when it's less busy and dine from their regular menu.
The food and atmosphere are good and fun but don't bring kids. Even though they have a full restaurant they are not kid friendly. There is one hostess who is lovely and sweet and gets us a table and is nice to our kids. The other hostess writes our table down on the bottom of the page separate from where she writes down new tables coming in and exaggerates how long the wait is. When I was walking back from the bathroom I overheard the waitress complaining to the hostess "I told you not to seat kids in my section". I understand it's a bar but at 6pm on a weeknight for a place that used to be called "grandmas" and still hands out crayons and has a popcorn machine, I don't like their attitude. I spend around $80 for our family of four, I tip $20 every time, I pick up any spills, and we're gone in less than an hour. We're not going there with our kids anymore, but if you're looking for a place to get away from your kids and get some comfort food this is a nice spot.
Ate there a week ago, and I hadn’t been in a while. Not as good as I remembered the pizza being. The service was great, the atmosphere is great, beer was great, but the pizza was such a disappointment. I don’t think I ordered any special crust or anything, but it was an inch thick across the pizza. It was actually an inch thick, with a bit of sauce and cheese. Stinks, because last time, I remember thinking it was one of the better pizzas in the area.
Used to go here many times a couple years ago and loved it. Decided to go here yesterday and was not impressed! Very disappointed at how different it is. They don’t serve popcorn anymore, the dishes are not as good, and the vibe is just different. Not sure if they changed owners but it’s not as good as it used to be a couple years ago. The pizza was not good at all. Chicken parm was good. Service ok.
Have been coming here for a while. New ownership recently took over, still great staff and atmosphere, but definitely started sourcing ingredients from Sysco or similar. Serving fried chicken in items that are supposed to have grilled chicken, steak is not same quality, etc. Will keep giving it more tries.
It was my first time ordering here. I got the bacon burger. It was decent just over priced for its size. I paid 18 something and only got a little bit of fries.
My boyfriend and I have been coming here regularly for over a year and tonight I’m very disappointed with the service and wait time. With the outdoor dining closed, the wait time is considerably longer than in the summer. I think the experience could be a lot better in fact it could be a lot worse but it could be a lot better. In my experience in dining out I would’ve expected a lot more prompt service.
Food menu was big and quality of it wish better.
Truly Terrible Service… Food not far behind. Ordered pretty generic soft pretzels with cheese sauce. Nothing special. Straight from the freezer & squeezed out of a bag dip. Of course they also showed up at the same time as the fish tacos. Broiled haddock with slaw, pico, guac. Flour tortillas stone cold. No grill marks. Zero seasoning on the fish. 3/4 of the taco was shredded cabbage. And guac scooped from a tub. Service- truly dismal at the bar. Never once did she ask how the food was. Spent her time with the 3 local guys at the other end of the bar. Waited 12min for a take out box for pretzels. Clearly a spot for locals with very low expectations on food.
Pizza crust was burned. Paid extra for mushrooms but there were only a few on top. Ordered fountain soda....got bottled soda $4.50. Pizza was really bad. Usually happy with their food. This was a dud.
We have been coming to this place after practices Forever. Our daughter and her friends suggested to Come here. Less than impressed. The young waitress honestly had no idea about what was On the menu. Our salads and soups came out with our meals. We flagged another waitress down to see where our food was. Something is definitely off. We did find out that there is new management/owners. Didn’t realize that it sold. We waited forever for our food. Not impressed. The only other thing I will say is that mozzarella sticks we ordered were all the at cooked through.
Received cold food, only live two miles from this place. Server really didnt want to serve “to go” people. It took a long time just to order. waited approx 20 minutes, the place wasnt busy. The fries had sat awhile before they brought out “to go “ food out, mine was cooked “well” and suppose to be “medium” and didnt allow my son to finish how he wanted his build it burger. Server was happy to see us leave, …the only time she was nice. Food was horrible, maybe would have tasted better if it wasnt cold, warm would have been nice. I normally give excellent reviews, but had to be honest, there was too many things wrong with this place. I cant eat the rest of my food…just horrible. Went around 2:45/3 pm.
I don't normally like to leave bad reviews, but the service today was so awful that I feel that I need to say something. We arrived around 12:30 on a Tuesday afternoon and waited for several minutes before anyone acknowledged us or offered to get us a table. When we were finally seated our waitress took our drink orders but then never returned to our table. I had to stop her as she was walking by to ask to order an appetizer. I had to stop her again to order our meal. Another server brought our food out and our waitress never once stopped to ask how it was. I got the Cajun chicken nachos appetizer, which was okay but there were not enough chips and everything was drowned in sour cream. We also ordered a pizza which, again, was okay. Not the greatest. I had to stop the waitress as she walked by again to ask for a box for the leftover pizza. I then had to stop her yet again to get the check. I have seldom felt so ignored buy a server. Overall, it's a nice looking place, with just ok food and terrible service. I would not recommend it and I would not be interested in eating there again.
Went for lunch and the service was atrocious. When we did see our server she was very pleasant. Ordered nachos with chicken for an appetizer and I think it took a solid 45 min to come out. When it did it had a terrible cheese sauce on it and 3 cubes of chicken. I don't think it was Velveeta but it was close. I ordered a steak wrap. The steak was so chewy my jaw got tired of trying to eat it. They did comp the meal but I left hungry and let the server know I'd never be back. Atmosphere was less than favorable too. It felt dirty. Go anywhere but here
Was deeply disappointed to take home chicken tenders for my daughter just for her to cut her mouth on the HARD PLASTIC found inside her meal. She only discovered it after biting into her food, cutting her mouth and tongue and almost chocking on the plastic. I inspected her food further, I found several more of these pieces in her container of honey mustard. Never eating her again!!
You can totally tell there are new owners…. Hopefully these guys figure it out. I never review. I just want them to know that the service was still ok but they are all out of sorts. Food was definitely off. We all ordered burgers and the mozzarella sticks. All the burgers were over cooked. The mozzarella wasn’t cooked either. I might give this place a little bit before I return. I will say our waitress was great as usual but the new owners have to figure out the food.
