There are Subways on every block. A little dirty in the store. Our server was hard to hear and impatient, there was no one in the place. Food was good though and up to standard. Felt like our server had a lot of work to do and no one to help.

Great food! Service I bet is great, I just had a weird experience where they didn't include half my order, so went back to get it and once I sat down, realized I didn't even have a fork to eat my salad. I didn't want to go back a third time, so I went to a nearby restaurant and they kindly gave me a fork. What I thought would be 10 minutes to get my food and eat, turned into 50+ minutes before I got to eat. My advice? Make sure you get everything you ordered and have everything you need to eat before leaving so you don't have to keep coming back.

Never smiles, never greeted, and would barely look at me. 5 or so minutes later an old lady walks in and he smiles, greets, laughs and even carries on a conversation! Like come on dude, you don't even know me!

A week or so later I needed sandwiches for a group and just went to the store and bought some bolios and made them myself. Everyone said they were delicious, so I tipped myself.

The Subway in Clifton doesn't take Subway coupons. I had a coupon for 2 Subway Footlongs for 12.99. I find out when they ring up my order for 21.00 that they don't take the coupons. Why would I want to go to a Subway that doesn't honor Subway coupons? I don't want a sandwich that bad & won't be returning.

When I told him the meat wasn't on the bread yet, just the cheese he just stared at my bread for a bit. The bread on both of our subs was chewy and tore apart like rubber. Whatever these 3 were doing, going back and forth to the restroom seemed more important than their job. This experience was horrible, we will never dine there or order from Clifton Subway again.

They don't care if they lose customers, they get paid by the hour.

I didn't pay extra to get a sandwich I didn't order. Thank you, but no thank you, and until someone else takes over I won't be giving this establishment any more money for no reason.

The girl working today July 27th 2019 @ the Clifton, TX location made us a pizza and it looked horrible. Didn't even cook it all the way. That's the 2nd time I've been in and she's had an attitude both times. She even dropped my bag of food when she was handing it to me. Seems like she needs to find a different job.
