Well, it leaves a lot to be desired. The food doesn't have the typical KFC flavor, the portions are very small and seem like they're old pieces, and the presentation is also disappointing—they just throw everything at you and give me my food in a little bag from who knows where.
More than 2 hours for delivery; if they can't handle the number of delivery orders, don't accept them.
Very bad service, I asked the counter to close my register so she could check my order and she twisted her mouth in annoyance... and I told her if you don't want to, don't do it... but I think it's your job, if not, go home... The bad thing about these young girls is that they just want to chat, not get tired, and even though it's the only KFC on this ranch... well, I buy there for my family. Give them a customer service course because I pay and I have the right to check my order.
Terrible experience with this location. 1) My order didn't match what I ordered. 2) The portions were completely different between identical combos. 3) One combo literally had only 7 chips. 4) One of the toppings spilled. 5) The portions are smaller than at other locations in the area.
What an unpleasant experience, the food is disgusting. I shouldn't expect anything from a fast food chain, but this is subhuman. A piece of crap! In every sense of the word. The day Ozzy Osbourne bit off a bat's head, he ate better than me. Disgusting!
