The store was kinda dirty. I felt really bad for the hungry people and cats begging outside. But the person who waited on me was nice and the Blizzard I had was great.

I ordered a chicken sandwich with mayo cheese only. Got all the veggies. Took it back to the counter. They just took the veggies off and gave me the soggy bun back. But hey, let's pay them 20 bucks an hour

Usually this place is good and reliable but this evening I drove through and ordered the fish sandwich and when I got home and opened the sandwich there was one tiny fish “stick” in between the buns. I called and told them and brought it back. I waited at the window for 10 more minutes for someone to help me and then had to pull forward and wait another 10 mins for them to bring me back my original sandwich with one more fish stick added to the original cold sandwich. Nothing for my trouble. And I paid $10 for this ridiculousness.

Can't comment on the food because I was never helped. Walked in and stood in line to be ignored by the girl behind the counter talking to the other girl taking orders on the mic. I could hear other workers commenting on how the drive through girl was getting frustrated. By the time I decided to leave; the girl who was supposed to be working the counter walked up to greet a couple that had just walked in. Just needed a snack during a road trip and couldn't even get an acknowledgement I was there.

I went through the drive through. The speaker wasn't working. There was a sign saying to pull to the window, so it took a long time. I ordered tacos and had to pull forward and wait for them. When I got home to eat them, there was barely anything in the shells. The meat did not even cover the bottom of one of them. I was traveling through so I don't live there. Will not be stopping at this Dairy Queen again in the future.

Traveling through, stopped fir a bathroom break (they were clean) and to get drinks and ice cream. Received my 2 drinks and then waited 20+ minutes and the young mam had not even begun to make our blizzards. We left. I will be traveling back through in 2 days. I will stop back in to pick up my 2 blizzards. Do you think they will be ready by then?

11/21 @ 2:00pm They always have the diner area closed. Front door locked you can only order through the drive through. Kind of hard when you are in a semi and they won't let you walk through the line and order.

Don't go during lunch 26 minutes waiting in the drive thru and no food!!! I went during lunchtime, they weren't busy so I pulled up behind the only vehicle in the drive thru and waiting for a while, they pulled forward and no one came on the speaker so after a few minutes a said hello, they responded that they would be with me shortly. While waiting the line behind me grew out into the road and people were driving off. I placed me order and pulled up and paid for the food, I was told to pull forward and sat there for another 15 minutes before it had consumed my entire lunch break and I had to return to work without food and didn't have enough time to go in for a refund. I sat waiting in the drive thru for 26 minutes and they weren't even busy and I paid for food I didn't receive.

Stop by for a lunch break as I haven’t had anything all day.. patiently wait for 15 minutes while I see at-least 6 other orders go out who were not there before me. Not to mention EVERY single employee on their phone and not attentive to the customers nor orders being processed. I got to sit and enjoy watching them eat French fries in front of me though! Will definitely NEVER RETURN HERE OR SUGGEST ANYONE TO COME HERE. Would love someone from corporate to reply or the chain owner. HIGHLY DISSATISFIED
