Such lovely staff at this subway very nice workers and good quality food selections. As a vegetarian it can be difficult to eat out but subway makes it easier than ever!

You order ahead and pick up your sandwich at the window. No contact, however, they don't put enough banana peppers unless you watch them.😂 other than that it's a Subway sandwich and it makes me happy.

These gals were great! Delicious sandwiches and they hooked us up! Best Subway I've ever been to.

The guy working was very nice and went the extra mile.. We'd come back just for the servce. Awesome employee... give him a raise!

Hi! I picked up my to go order and I had some specific instructions for my sandwich lol (am pregnant) and this sandwich was crafted to my perfect liking and I almost cried it tasted SOOOO GOOD! They were also pretty busy during this time while I waited in the drive thru! There was a sweet little redhead that even offered me some free cookies for my wait, she was such a doll!!! I also got my order around 8:40 (online order) in case that helps pin point who was so awesome!!!!!!!

So long story. I work for a local disposal company in rye and every Christmas we typically get Christmas tips. One of my tips was a gift card to subway. I decided this Monday that I was craving subway and I still had this gift card so I figured I'd go ahead and use it. Long story shorter went to pay with the gift card and it wouldn't work. I don't know if it was the manager or the owner of this location but he comes out to help the nice young lady check the balance on my card and it came back as it didn't have any money on it. I didn't have my debit card and he asked where I got and I explained how I got it and he said well since you work for the local disposal company I got it and he comped my meal. I really appreciate that I hope he reads this and they will definitely be getting more visits from me in the future.

We stopped in the area hoping to get Obie's BBQ, but they were closed. We settled for Subway, but were pleasantly surprised with the fast, friendly service. Our sandwich was made perfectly and was the best Subway sandwich we've had in a long time. Props to the guy working on Valentine's day night!

This is a revision of my 1 star review this restaurant has fixed all my previous concerns and I am very happy with the quality,speed,and changes with this restaurant in the last year. Plenty of meat and toppings I feel like I get what I pay for now. Thank you

Still my favorite - the full size meatball sub with at least, tomatoes black olives and jalapenos. They're usually open when some places seemed closed to include smaller towns with fewer options. It's always comforting to see that familiar Subway sign. The meals, in my opinion, are a great bargain. Prep time is not much longer than a less desirable fast food menu item so the extra two minutes or so are worth the step up in healthy food.

Customer service was okay I wanted banana peppers but didn’t get any :( bc I told the first assembler but she did not tell the next maker in line Communication w your coworkers is important ! You don’t need to share your personal lives but making sure a customer gets their specifications specified is an important relay to make :( because now my sandwich is kinda ick w no kick. That’s the other thing. Don’t make a gross sammie! Personal lives no. The best sandwich and ingredients yes? If you think what ur making is gross it probably is. Have pride in your craft, ladies!!!! It is a subway sandwich stop inside a gas stop tho so really I’m just glad they were there for me ❤️ thanks!

Our sandwiches were really good. Just can't believe 2 footlongs with nothing special we're $16.

Most days the table, and drink area are dirty and they always run out of stuff.. But most of the staff is friendly

Do not understand why this site does what it does where did not stopping for Subway sandwiches we stopped in there to get gas and sex for our trip back to Texas the sandwiches it was a lot of people there eating them at that time we were not that hungry the we didn't get a Subway in the gas station.

While the person on shift was quite friendly, this Subway was out of a few items and the dining area needed a little better upkeep. Despite these shortcomings, I would stop here again.

If they make a mistake on your sandwich count on the fact they won't remake it just dig in to it with there hands and scoop the ingredient off the meat. Even if that is a dressing you despise.

Today there is 3 people inside behind the counter, sign says open, hours state that they closes at 10pm but the doors are locked and when I knocked to show them the door was locked they just shrugged. Sometimes is open, sometimes is not, regardless of the hours listed. Makes it really difficult when it's the only place to eat for 25 miles each way. Staff needs to realize their negligence here, especially concerning this particular area they're "servicing."

From the food to the service, it did not live up to my expectations of a subway. No one and nothing was as clean as they should be and the service was slow. But i give 2 stars cause i'm slightly biased, as i don't like subway to begin with, but my reading is mostly the condition it's kept in, not the food.

Girl trinity i believe her name was definitly needs some customer service skills. Could tell she was making herself something to eat when we walked in but maybe switch positions with the other worker so you could eat instead of making customers feel like we are bothering you.

Not only have I received rude service at this store numerous times over the years but the people running this store are supportive of right wing propaganda. By posting on the local page in support of the DOJ and against the protests in CA instead of staying neutral like businesses should in situations like this, this store has made its stance on how they feel about women, LGBTQ+, POC, and immigrants quite clear. It’s clearly not somewhere that myself or my family will ever support again. If I want Subway, I’ll go to Pueblo or make my own sandwich.

Went in at 9.15pm to get some food and it had already closed serving. Misleading to advertise being open until 10pm.

Just not a very clean area. Bathrooms are gross. Didn't eat there because of the smell.

It was horrible. I waited 20 minutes in line only to walk away without my 1 sandwich. Took 8 minutes with one guy ahead of me for the veggies to be put on my sandwich for the employee to walk over to some female and start talking so I walked away cause I wasn't going to wait any longer. I have a 16 hr drive to make back to minnesota. Poor subway.

Employees are rude everytime i go in. They are always out of bread and meats. Need to hire staff that has customer service experience. Employee rolls eye at customers and last time i was in there two employees were arguing loudly infront off the customers over salad bowls. Wish this place would hire better (mature) staff.

Nasty dirty subway. The lady started my order and put nasty looking cheese that was dried and pieces broken. Put it in the toaster and went to the back with dirty pans and such. Opening doors on coolers then came back to finish the sandwich without changing gloves.

They definitely don’t read instructions that you mark on pick up orders

Super slow service. On my chicken bacon ranch they poured all of the meat into the middle so the ends of the sandwich were empty and the middle was falling apart. Only put veggies on part of the sandwich as well

Waited 30 minutes to be told that they only had one type of bread available. What kind of stupid incompetent worker thinks it is okay to put bread in after a customer asked for it and not before.

Granted it's been a year since I've worked for them, this was the build for my sandwich, 2.5 ounces of meat ( 1 black boat), 2 whole eggs and 2 half slices of cheese. The not so friendly sandwich artist put half the boat of meat on my sandwich. I questioned her about it and was told that a breakfast sandwich only got half a boat??? Said her General manager the day prior. Bullshit! So how much meat am I paying for? She didn't weigh it. Just eyeballed it. I feel like I've been ripped off. They should think of closing this one down along with the others they already have.

An old man came in.. she rushed him through his order, was very rude (eye rolling, raising hands), and continues to be despite seeing that he was confused and needed help understanding the menu/options. he ended up not even getting what it was that he wanted. I understand that the lunch rush can be stressful, but it doesn’t warrant any rude behavior. We are all people. have some empathy.
