Very friendly environment, clean and employees are knowledgeable about their work. Request for favorite pizza or pizzas are done quickly, the employees know their customer by their first name...they greet each customer with a smile....

Well I accidentally gave the lady that took my order the wrong address when I called back she was polite help me with the issue and made sure that my pizza made it to the correct address upon delivery the delivery man was extremely pleasant

Everything was perfect and still hot when we got home. The best part was nothing was missing from our order. Very nice to not have to drive back across town for missing food.

Don't bother with the buffet. Order the pizza fresh. Price is very reasonable

I could be mistaken, but I believe this Pizza Hut is the same one that my brother and I ate at all the time during the summer of 1974. It was really good back then, but I really can't say if it still is. We always got a large pepperoni. We usually ate here twice a week. Our other favorite restaurant was a steak joint right across the street from the Travelodge. I don't think either one of those is still around.

Not only is the pizza amazing, the management is amazing, I was in a motel Friday 8/25 I ordered a pizza for delivery and my card declined, I called the bank, my card was compromised in Australia, the bank had to lock out my card , I only had a little cash, the manager made up the difference and I got my pizza. I'll be forever grateful for these wonderful people, as soon as the bank opens on Monday I'm going to make it right. A special thank you to Ward and Debra.

It was ok, The pizza is good everything is self serve as fsr as the buffet and getting your own drinks. I like that they do not have any waitress dont have to tip.

Driving through town i picked up a large Hawaiian. Fresh ingredients. Im happy.

I haven't been to the store in person, so I can't as to whether or not the service was as bad as others have said, but the fellow who delivered my pizza seemed to be on his game. The food was good, and it arrived sooner than anticipated.

Pizza was good and quick on delivery. Just wish they would deliver to my house instead i have to meet them at gas station 1 block away cause they are not allowed to pass the bridge. I'm still in city limits!

Great $3 takeout salad but after a big bruha they decided you can only have one dressing and it can't be blue cheese.

The cutter and one of the drivers was talking mess “how this is ridiculous and uncalled for” because they had to make the order over since he using the utensils when asked to use clean ones since I was allergic to chicken! Other than that the server and cooks were wonderful and understanding.

Ordered a medium supreme. I ask is the pork that's on the pizza, bacon or sausage & the answer was "Something like that !! WTH ?? Went to fill our cups & no ice !! They put bags of ice in ice maker.3 customers waiting & emlployee came out & filled his cup. Service sucks, pizza was good.

After we got our food, another customer had been waiting a long time at the counter finally got someone's attention and placed her order and also told them they were out of tea, and this time they apologized and started making some ??? The building is in decent shape. The service was friendly, but if you need anything else, be ready to wait a long time. The food was great, although they gave it to us in to go boxes even though we were dining in. We spent about an hour there and when we left, there still was nobody eating there. No one out pizzas the hut? Well I can think of several places that out pizzas this place.

Well i know it was Halloween last night, and its busy. My 2 pizzas were cold, did get my wings for another 20 minutes and they were cold. I have never had my food cold from there in 20 plus years, always good food and good people.

Not very happy with service tonight. Going through drive through. The gentleman in front of us was not asked to pull over while his pizza were in the oven. So two of us sat in line while our pizzas were getting cold . We ended up having to go inside. At which time I was told because we only ordered one pizza we were having to wait on the other guys pizzas.

Far too busy for their customers. Stay away. Its observable, predictable and repeatable; its a fact: This is the best place in town to go and get ignored after ordering and paying for your food. I just walked out tonight after giving up hope of ever seeing the pasta I ordered to go. I deserved it though because I have trouble at this place every time and I still went back. You have been warned.

We walked in and was not even acknowledged for 5 minutes. Told them we were seating ourselves and then had to wait again for menus, for drinks, to order, and our food. When we needed something we had to get it ourselves most of the time. WORST service ever for a pizza hut. Food wasn't so great either...WILL NOT BE BACK!

Walked in to get an order and 2 employees walked right by , not even asking if they could help me . Am pretty sure if someone is standing in front of the counter, they probably need something. They looked a little busy, but that is no reason to ignore any paying customer.

this pizza was terrible. the sauce was too sweet to eat and they literally SMOTHERED the pizza with Jalapenos. it just did no taste good . not even the pepperoni was good. waste of 42 bucks. wont happen again!

They forgot to give me everything on my order and when I called to let them know all they told me was to come back and pick it up and with gas prices plus the inconvenience of not having all our food for my family plus being all the way across town I feel they should have done a little more then just that. Other then that the food was normally what you expect from pizza hut.

Order had incorrect toppings; however, order did arrive with plates and napkins. Nice touch, as we were had delivery to a hotel.

They put so much sauce on our pizza that it formed a soup with the cheese and piled into the center. Walked back in with a barely eaten, torn to shreds, box of garlic soup on top of our pan pizza crust. The only response was “Oh, that means there was too much sauce.” They proceeded to throw it away with zero offer to compensate us in any way. Garlic bread was fire, however, the pizza was not edible by any stretch of the imagination.

We ordered pizza for delivery. They shorted us a pizza and bread stick order and now don’t answer the phone at 9:55pm!! Very bad service!! They hung up on us 4 times then put it to night ring at 10pm.

I ordered the big dinner box and everything was awful. The meat lovers pizza was mostly sauce and the cheese sticks weren’t even cheesy. The taco pizza wasn’t the best either. I couldn’t even finish the one slice that I bit into it’s just super saucy. Never again will I ever order from here.

Left behind a personal item. Called as soon as we realized and employees said she had the items her possession and was securing it behind the counter. Within 24 hours item was gone. Talked to the manager, who only just gave an excuse. No apology. He didn't look into it, and had a care-less-about it attitude. Obviously, an employee did something with it. Complained to Pizza Hut who sent an automated message that the manager would get to me within 3 days.....which he has not....what. a. joke. Be careful who you patronage.....if you leave any items here by accident, who knows who helps themselves to your phone, wallet, purse or even what you are charged.. Obviously by the other reviews, there is a problem at this store. Amore has a small pizza same size as a medium pizza at PH and the restaurant is much, much, much cleaner and Pizza Inn is right next door. You cannot trust this Pizza Hut in my opinion.

Went there Sunday it was horrible the person cutting the pizza was doing it so loud my daughter thought she was trying to chop the table apart. Cooks didn't have on hair nets. I had ordered a salad we paid and sat down 3 more people walked in order and sat down they also ordered salads they received there's before me then I was told there wasn't any salad. Kinda upset because I can't eat pizza. Should be first come first served since I had already ordered and paid for my salad. We won't be back. Wish I could give 0 stars but it's not an option

Service was terrible, server was more interested in counting her tips than taking out order. One person that came in after is got tired of waiting and left. Server told us she would have our cheese sticks right out, but we got them when we got our pizza after a 30 minute wait. If we hadn't already paid we would have left as well. We will never go back.

They are doing a good job for sure. But, they can not answer a simple question. Both employees & store manager either do not have comprehensive skills OR not experienced & does not have maturity OR not grown up yet OR Does not know English very well. OR Does not pay attention & Does not listen to customer ask/question properly OR Such. I have no clue which one is true. I was dumbfounded. I am a CFO for a fortune company. I stopped by to order a pizza. None of them has understood a simple question. "what are all the toppings that the pizza comes with, by default, order by menu ?" Instead, most employees giving me wrong info, There are all giving me answer "list of the toppings it CAN have". But, that's not what I asked in the first place. They are great people & great food, But, have some problems as I have outlined as above. Even a simple question no one has understood in this store.

I’ve even had situations where my food wasn’t delivered at all, and when I called to ask about it, the staff were rude and quick to blame their own workers instead of helping. If you want their food, I’d recommend ordering from a different location — the service at this one just isn’t worth the trouble.

We were also dining in, and they 100% expected us to just eat it out of the box. We actually had to ask for plates. It wasn't even quite 5pm when we arrived, and the place was empty. There is absolutely zero excuse for such all around poor quality, and no reason to return.

I finally give up and drive to the restaurant and stand in line with the phone still calling I hear no ringing on their phones at all and when I get to the counter I show her that I’m calling and asked if the phones were turned off she replied with “yes because we got busy earlier”. I’m sorry but in my experience that’s not how you conduct business I lost almost an hour of work today simply because they wouldn’t pick up a phone

The last 3 times we've ordered for pizza from there, it was the worst supreme I ever had. Out of the last 5 times we ordered, 3 were terrible. I won't get pizza there again.

Been calling for an hour to have food delivered for my company because the app doesn’t work if someone else had your number at some point. I finally give up and drive to the restaurant and stand in line with the phone still calling I hear no ringing on their phones at all and when I get to the counter I show her that I’m calling and asked if the phones were turned off she replied with “yes because we got busy earlier”.
