We were just passing through during lunch so we went to the drive through to get our lunch. My buttermilk chicken sandwich was just out of the fryer, and great. They used Roma tomatoes, so they had some body to them. My wife's bacon cheese burger was good as well. Of course, the fries were great too. A satisfying quick lunch.

Clean, great food, fantastic friendly and caring staff. Passed through and stopped in late evening - when I ordered two breakfast biscuits the manager checked to make sure I had a few minutes and had the kitchen prepare fresh food. Don't travel that way often, but every time I do I will stop - truly a broght spot in my day!

It's very rare that I leave reviews for a Mcdonald's, and I've never left a 5-star for one, but Post, TX takes the W here. The staff was friendly and helpful, the service quick, and food fresh. Better yet, the whole place was immaculately clean! This was the BEST McDonalds I have ever been to. Everything from the service to the cleanliness was on point. The morning staff on Tuesday morning (3/23) accommodated a large order that I called in ahead for my students, and got us in and out of there quickly. We were greeted by everyone kindly and I even witnessed a moment of excellence when a manager assisted one of his employees with compassion. This is a great example of service and I know this store will continue to thrive as long as they stick to their principles. Thank y’all for being awesome providers of service and lights to this world.

When my daughter and I walked in, it was a different atmosphere... It wasn't the normal rush orders and yelling out order numbers... It was more peace and calmness that I have ever seen.. I was leaving on my road trip home after a vacation and I highly loved the service... Everyone had a beautiful heart of gold and very nice and respectful... I will definitely visit here again... We were just driving by this place, I loved the service, these women who helped us were so welcoming and nice! Thank you so much! We tooked a coffee with light ice and light vanilla syrup and usually workers ignored us but there everyone was attentive! The quality of food is also good.

The service at this location specifically was satisfactory. The drive-thru attendant was kind and humorous. Finally, the taste-to-price ratio at Mcdonald's is outstanding. Mcdonald's is very affordable and is welcoming to all people, regardless of status. However, people who qualify as "low" income, have a large-size family or any person trying to save a buck will find Mcdonald's to be one of the best fast food options to stretch a dollar. However, if you have money to spare, there are healthier options than Mcdonald's. Also, home cooking can be inexpensive. Cheers!

Sylvia greeted us with a warm, friendly greeting and a beautiful smile. And, we had two special order breakfast sandwiches that wasn't an issue for her. She was so sweet. When we got out of our car, the gentleman taking care of the parking lot, turned around, smiled, and said good morning. I appreciate the fact he took the time to give a friendly good morning. Sorry I didnt get his name. And, the friendly lady who gave us our food with a smile. Sylvia took the time to say good bye and have a blessed Thanksgiving. To the owner/ manager...just know how fortunate you are to have such awesome, caring employes. The drive through was packed but the line moved fairly quickly. Our order was big and all of it was correct. If you are dining in I would recommend parking in the back because cars were stuck by the drive through line. We would eat at this location again.

It's McDonalds so it's pretty mid. I only ever get nuggets cus at least I'll know they will be somewhat good. Service was bad behind the counter. The lady was kinda short with all of us. But the cleaning lady was quite nice.

We have had a bit of a love-hate relationship with this McDs over the years. We have traveled 84 consistently over the last 20 years and have had to add or remove this McDs from our stops every few years. Our visit on Oct 17, however, was quite pleasant. We did a mobile order for inside pickup while our kids used the restroom. Facilities and restaurant were in good order and we had hot/fresh food made correctly and in a timely manner. We may stop here again over the holidays after this visit. (2019-2021 visits were not good: incorrect orders, waiting over 30 minutes for food, and having to deal with employees serving friends and family first over regular customers. All were very frustrating to deal with.)

Quick restroom break on the way back from Albuquerque NM. Restrooms were clean. Ordered a snack. They messed up on our order having added a filet of fish sandwich meal for $8.00 addtl but she corrected the error. The restaurant was extremely cold - like in the 60s- but it sure felt good to step outside to the warmth.

Aside from the fact that an employee was vaping right by the entrance door and you had thru walk thru their smoke, service was fast and friendly. The young man behind the counter was respectful and a lady cleaning the lobby thanked us and wished us a good day.

We stopped here on our way home from vacation. They have a kiosk to order your food which was nice however there was no one at the actual cash register when I had a question. They bring your food to the table. Once we got our food, I was missing my burger. I went back to the front and let them know, the guy who was working(I'm assuming the manager based on his clothing being different from everyone else) says to the girl who was making the food that "I'm claiming I never got my burger" he could have easily walked to our table and saw I was missing it. He was so rude, the girl looked at the order and she apologized and said to the man that it was her mistake and she did in fact not make it. She corrected the error and again apologized for how he was acting and handed me the burger. The food was fine, fries were overcooked. Service could have been better.

There is one specific worker here who is incredibly sweet and kind - every time I've seen her! This time we came in on Thanksgiving Day as a potty stop on the way to see family. We were traveling through and we were asked to pull up for our drive thru order. The guy brought out our food, but no drinks. Then he brought us 2 of the 4 drinks. Then, 2 more, but they were the wrong drinks. We also didn't get all of our food. The guy acted like we were some major inconvenience for him - the audacity for us to ask for all of our food after spending $42 at McDonald's. I'm glad this isn't my hometown store, but I feel sorry for the people of Post - they deserve better.

This Mcdonalds locations has had the slowest speed of service within the United States. I went here in the morning and ordered two Mcgriddles meals and paid about $18 for both the meals. The food was decent but the wait time was long. Overall, I would recommend but be prepared to wait for your food longer than ussual.

We were traveling from Minnesota and had a credit card hold due to being on the road. The restaurant gave us our order anyway and wouldn’t take no for an answer. Nice people, fast service.

So would like to know if you guys are out of salt??? NO SALT on fries!!! Plus by the time I get the food it's COLD AF. How early do you make the door dash orders? Like I have to put my food in the microwave to have somewhat warm food.

Service was good and the food was great. The women's restroom however... No toilet paper. One stall was so bad, the employees placed an [OUT OF ORDER] sign on the restroom door. Shutting down customers from being able even to, wash their hands before eating. This was happening while 2 employees, appeared to be on break, were in a booth busy checking their phones. A woman and girl child had to use the MENS restroom.

Although they fixed the error this location consistently gets our orders wrong. On this last visit, I was all but called a liar and was made to prove that 4 parts of our order were missing. On top of it, when we got home, we found in the bag they gave us to complete our order, the wrong item. Dismal customer service and inconsistent service.

The staff fan be good, but recently the order have been missing items or incorrect items. Food is not always put together neatly, and ingredients will be spilling out the side. The drive thru menu has been in disrepair for months.

So I ordered a kids meal with extra fries did not get the extra fries. Ordered two meals with medium drinks got small when asked if those were the mediums she said yes but as I watched her through the window she looked and saw that the small had been wrongly put in the medium box. But did not fix the situation I also ordered a meal with a large drink never received that either plus I asked for a bottle of water I'm sure somebody there had a nice cold bottle and drink it. If you stop in to this place double check everything and make sure that the person working there knows the difference between small medium and large. I spent over $50. I would expect that they would be a little bit more courteous.. you know the food was made properly so that was a plus..

Staff we’re running the clock to not serve breakfast. Ordered an EggMcMuffen at 10:26 only after standing and waiting for someone to check me out for a while. When he finally came over to take my order the man commented that he couldn’t wait till the day was over. One other customer was able to get an order in before the switch. He got his order which was incorrect. All the staff behind the counter were standing around not turning to us and everyone else was “cleaning”. A large group of men came in and no one was able to place an order. I asked for a refund ten minutes later after not being served my order.

6" black hair tangled in my fries....don't know if it was human or synthetic but it's still gross. Kid that took our order was about the most miserable person ever, but that's not unusual anymore.

Food quality is what I'm reviewing. The server made a mistake with our Deluxe Quarter Pounders and delivered the standard sandwich. No biggie but not a high standard of output for the server. We took the sandwiches back, and I wish I had taken a bite first. We got the same sandwiches back now with proper garnish and drove on down the road. The bread was too stale to eat, and the burgers cold. Bad experience all around.

After more than a few dozen times stopping here I am not very impressed. Service is generally slow and the employees act like you're inconveniencing them. Not always but definitely more times than not. It takes forever to get anyone's attention to order food and somehow it still takes forever to get your food.

Was in the drive through when it switched from breakfast to lunch. I was literally the next car. And they wouldn’t let me have breakfast. It’s stupid. They have it and are just going to throw it away and if their line would move faster i would have made it to the box on time but I sat in the drive through for 15 min. Ive worked fast food.

After being told to use the touch screen to order because they didn’t want to take my order we finally got our food with was missing several items. I had to wait at the counter for several minutes just to get an eye roll and reluctant service. We were visiting with my aunt and uncle and she wanted to buy my kids ice cream. I ordered an ice cream cone, and 2 shakes. The drive-through was somewhat busy, and it took several minutes for the girl working at the counter to acknowledge my kids and I standing there. She didn't even say, "I will be right with you." As she walked to the counter, she also plopped the customer's food on the counter that was waiting, and didn't say a word to him. I ordered after standing there for 5 minutes with no one in front of me, and after 10 minutes no one had made our order. I had to ask for our order to be made and saw 4 members standing in the back, while the older man, which seemed to be the manager, was serving the window. The manager seemed to be the only person working, while everyone else was on break! Ridiculous!

Drive thru line was unbelievably long and the wait time was ridiculous! At the drive thu window had to sit and wait an extra 5 minutes for someone to show up at all. To top it all off, ordered two cheese burgers and they completely forgot the PATTY?! How can you forget the one thing that makes it a burger?! Went back around and went inside and the staff was just standing around, playing on their phones. Never been so outraged about a fast food place, ever!

This place has the worst management. We've been traveling for 8 hours and were very hungry. We stopped at the Post location. We ordered from the manager. He gave us our drink glasses. All we drink is unsweetened tea. We don't drink sugar. There was no unsweetened tea. A nice young man immediately said he would get more. However, he had to make the tea. The manager brought our food. He didn't offer salt, pepper nor ketchup. I had to stand at the counter being ignored. Finally, I caught a young woman's eye and got the condiments. We started eating, no tea. We finished our meal. No tea. We went to the counter to get our money back for the drinks. The same young woman said that she would go to the back and get us some. She then asked the manager if there was tea in the back. He didn't know. Then the same young man said that the tea was ready. I complained about management and was told "he's too busy to manage". Eat somewhere eles if you like to eat without getting heartburn.

Everytime I go there they are always out of something. They don't have soft drinks on most days no matter how I place my order they always forget an item or my order is always incorrect and today they even gave me a raw burger!!!!! The meat was literally PINK!!!!

Told me to come back with wife's phone because she ordered on her phone. She told them the same code that I had given them and they found the order. Horrible and incompetent display of customer service!! The employees are rude and absolutely slow, and the person on the intercom or speaker is by far the best depiction of ineptitude. We went to this location in Post TX and ordered through the drive thru and had to repeat ourselves multiple times, it was also a large order so it was very frustrating. On the last try the employee yelled: I heard it!! This was not an electronic or technology problem, it was a rude employee who not only hates her job, but she decides to be disrespectful to paying customers because she can. Otherwise she wouldn't be managing orders on the drive through. McDonalds is a big corporation that absolutely has the resources to hire competent employees, so why do people like her work here, let alone work with customers? We did not stay for our order after such a display of unprofessionalism. We are extremely disappointed and will never be back!!

Worst service I have ever had. As a owner of businesses the young heavier set African American girl with long hair would be fired. She argued with us over a $1.00 drink of not being the right one. Then we asked for ketchup/honey mustard and she tossed it at us. Plus, she was the only employee with her mask not on (which I don’t believe in wearing them anyways) and on her cell phone most of the times. Point being the rules are above this young girl and she needs a rude awakening about proper customer service.

When visiting the McDonald's location in post texas, about 2:30 or so this afternoon, (4/22/25)there was an employee that was extremely rude and I didn't appreciate it. Me and a co worker went through the drive thru trying to get a quick bite of lunch because we where in a hurry, and where told to drive forward from the window because they where making some fresh fries, which is understandable, lot of people ordering food and ran out of fresh fries and not a big deal, but the employee that brought out our food was very unprofessional and extremely rude. Brought out the food and said the wrong food order and when I tried to tell him what we ordered to see if he just misspoke, or had the wrong order, (the order ended up being correct) snapped at us before we had a chance to confirm the order with him and walked away. Did not catch the employees name, but he was a little bit of an older heavy set Caucasian man. Very unprofessional and very rude. Not at all pleased with this interaction at this particular location.

This man right here was rude with his service on the microphone & in person. Seem like we were an inconvenience when we showed manners & respect the whole time. Slick remarks & mad when asked for little items.

I had a frustrating experience at this McDonald’s. I tried to use my rewards points, but the employee wouldn’t check if they worked and kept telling me to “just order.” When I asked if my points went through, he brushed me off and told me to move over instead of helping. The customer service felt rushed and dismissive. Not a great experience.

Ordered mcdoubles with no onions. There were literally onions falling out of the paper when I opened the wrap, onions under the cheese and on top, so couldn't even scrape them off. Not cool, especially on a road trip.

I order pick up, after 20 minutes of them not bringing my food to my spot i went in and got my burger, it was cold. I asked them to make me a new burger and the just took the same one and threw it in the microwave as i say there and watched them. Not to mention this was the black manager and one of his helpers, when i complained it they just handed me the burger and walked off. Poor customer service

The guy with glasses at the first window was a total sweetheart, but then when I get to the second window, the guy the big taller guy was very rude saying breakfast ends at 10:30 which I knew that’s why I got there at 10:20 and waiting in line with the long line and saying you know breakfast ends at 10:30 yeah I need a number to management’s office as soon as possible or I’m just gonna call the main corporate office and get it myself

RUDE!! this women in the window get mad at me because I ask for ketchup. Also when her close the window star saying things to me, I said please and thank you. I do not in respect to this lady. For get her ugly attitude to me. I understand guy are busy but don't have to be like that.

Food ok. Dine in service was non-existent. No salt, pepper, or condiments available. When we asked for some we were told to come and get it. Had to make an additional request for cups to get our own drinks. Excuses, but no service. Not like we get a discount for serving ourselves. We were the only ones eating in the restaurant. All others were drive through or carry out.

I understand this is fast food and i get it…. You are stressed and maybe tired…. But being rude in the drive thru and snatching the money away that’s fine i get it…. Second after we get handed one bag and no drinks the cashier slams open the window asking what? What do you need? I followed it up by our drinks…. Duh…. Then no pancake syrup… No butter no straws and not even sugar or creamer in the coffees hopefully management sees this… last time i pass thru this McDonald’s
