I had heard about this place from coworkers but word of mouth did not do this establishment justice. It was a simple burrito, but I will never be the same again. Pancakes have lost all appeal, other burritos seem bland, my taste buds are dancing with joy, my eyes watered up at the first bite. I don't know how I can move on after this. I may have to buy a house in Lubbock and stay here for the rest of my life.

Call in orders are faster, they get busy!. Why? Because they have some gooood burritos. Been a favorite for some time. Just a drive up and leave place so don't expect to dine in...

Stopped here while I was in Lubbock last week to grab something quick for breakfast. Got the bacon, egg & cheese burrito w/pico. It was delicious, but that's not the real story. A couple of days later I saw that I had been overcharged on my credit card. It turns out somebody accidentally put the decimal point in the wrong place, causing my $5 burrito to significantly increase in value. Polly's is closed on the weekend so I had to wait until Monday to contact them. When I called to let them know what happened they immediately rectified the issue & credited my account. The people I spoke to on the phone could not have been nicer or provided better customer service. Thanks again to Polly's staff for solving the problem quickly & professionally. I would highly recommend Polly's for the great breakfast burritos & excellent customer service!

The burritos here a good size for the price and always taste great. The staff is friendly and they have always been pretty quick getting the food out. A cup of hot sauce comes with the order also. They also have chips and salsa in different sizes and other menu items.

Love their burritos. I have been there 2 days in a row. My goal is to try every combo on their menu. Everything has been fresh and HOT. The noise level was street noise. We ate outside on their picnic tables.

This is one of the BEST breakfast burritos I have ever had!! There was a line around ten cars deep - that in itself tells you that this place had what it takes!! The line went down really quick with hardly any waiting!! We opted to do the walk up window as we wanted to peruse the menu. You can build your own burrito with whatever you want!! I will definitely come again and highly recommend!! I wish I could take you back to Australia with me!!

Polly's was recommended by my niece who live in Lubbock and that was my first time eating there or even hearing of it. But to my surprise it was a good breakfast burrito. It was seasoned really well and had plenty of ingredients inside. When I'm back in Lubbock I will be stopping by again.

The food is great and the owners are awesome people. I'm sorry I can't say the same for the employee by the name of Parker Rangel. She needs to work on her customer service. She was rude, slammed the window twice, and didn't apologize for messing up my order. I was late to work, because I had to turn around and get the order straightened out.

Very friendly and professional staff. The food is fresh. The breakfast burritos are tasty. My only knock is the burritos are a bit small. You can find competing restaurants with comparable quality and prices but their competitors portions are more generous.

I stop and eat here from time to time. Most always have a burrito that is Quite good, but sometimes you get things on the greasy side, When it should not be or potatoes and rice that are just nasty and old. It's worth stopping and getting one for the road if you have a little bit of time.

The burritos are good but they have gotten smaller since they first started like little roosters on 34th Street.

We went by there Saturday morning till for got two of my burritos if that what till have to do to make a living I feel sorry foryull till don't have to steal from customer s to make a living don't hire kids that can't count to six,we won't be going there any more.

Breakfast burrito was piping hot, hardly any bacon just tiny pieces, hot sauce was good. I got a bacon and egg burrito, would like more bacon when it's a two item burrito. Would give 3.5 stars if that was an option.

We went to get breakfast fantastic service from the nice lady checking in with kind words but we pull around to the second window and the gentleman practically through our food through the window and slammed the window as if to say he didn’t like who I was it was not appreciated at all

OMGAWDDD!YUCKK!! so I go and ordered two bacon potato egg and cheese breakfast burritos and it was a total of $8 .. now I wouldn't have mind paying that but they were so sloppy the egg was not cooked all the way they were slimy where's the bacon the potatoes were almost like if they put mashed potatoes in there and there was hardly any cheese. I open one burrito and since I open it I was like I'll go ahead and just keep this one so I went right back around and asked if I could trade it for a Carne guisada burrito and I said it was not touched and it had been maybe two minutes since I had gotten my order and they said no they don't do that anyhow I was so disappointed and disgusted and I will never go back there again.

The burritos are worth the price if it actually comes With what you ordered on it. I have been charge for cheese beans and potatoes but never have they’ve gotten my order right I mean after all I am being charge for those items therefore I think you should add them on the burritos. So I tried to go in here and add another review because again my burrito wasn’t done correctly. I spoke with the manager and she’s gonna insist that she heard her employee read the order back and I was on the other side, so no, she did not read the order back. She read it back when she gave it to my husband in his hands and I was on the phone and I specifically told him here is your order sir and the one with pico has been Marked so if he was leaving I told him , they said pico, he said no they didn’t. So when he gets home guess what it has pico not Chicharrón like I asked instead, she said just bring it back will fix it or I understand that but how am I going to bring it back, you need to fix the problem that’s causing this.whoever is taking the order is not paying attention clearly and you’re not supposed to argue with your customers when I know what I ordered because I was on the phone ordering.

The girl taking orders is extremely rude. They gave me the wrong item and then when I came back to return it they didn't talk nicely. The girl at the order window started arguing with me that giving me the wrong item was not their fault. They kept me waiting for 15 minutes in the cold to get my original order on purpose. After that they gave me wrong item again! When I told them the item is not the one I ordered, they slammed the window in my face and then they took another 5 minutes to get me my original order. **Also the food is nothing special compared to the ones available at other places in town. NEVER going back to this place again.

we ordered several burrito combos there for work... we got ABSOLUTELY no salsa!!! one of the burritos had NO beans!! when I called they told me to bring the bags with the chips up there.. I asked could they just replace later as was at work already and could not leave.. I was told to just put the chips aside and take them back later.. I ordered 3 breakfast burritos. I specifically asked for and paid extra for bacon...tell me why I can barely see or taste bacon! This was my "second chance" visit at Polly's and once again I was not satisfied. I'm upset and very dissatisfied so I will not be returning.

I was charged a different price than what was on the board outside the building. When I tried asking about it, the guy became argumentative. I told him he won and as I walked away, he yelled something at me. Typical imbecile. No class. The food was almost good, though. This was my first and last try.

Call in order placed 11:18am for 2 burritos. Handed order at 11:41am AFTER 10+ minutes of in-person waiting, with 2 cars in the drive-through. Cashier did not even mention the wait. I'd recommend a different restaurant.

Man I fell in love with this place and I don’t know what happened, it went downhill. We use to spend around $60 every Saturday as our go to spot and this past weekend we got the bag short of burritos, the carne guisada literally leaking all over the other burritos just for the employee to accuse use of stealing the burritos when the order was messed up twice. Never again will we back and when I voiced that the employee just shut the window on us.

Very sad to leave a bad review but I HAVE TO! There was A black thick hair in one of our potato egg cheese burritos and we were really disgusted and threw all of our burritos to trash. This is not good and needs to be controlled while serving your food to customers.

I have been there twice. Both times the orders were placed on their online platform. I completed the sale online. Shortly thereafter, the original charge was cancelled and, without notice, they illegally and unethically created a higher charge. Very disappointing response from them. I WILL NEVER RETURN!
