This store makes great pizza. So the lobby is open now but you must wear a mask to go in. Seriously? Can we just go back to the car side carry out? I'm going out in public to pick up food prepared by others but a mask is somehow gonna keep everyone safe?

I gave your store 4 stars only. PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING.. The good/great; * Very hot 😃 * Fast delivery 😃 * Very courteous and friendly 😃 * Easy to order online 😊 The Bad 😞; - The chicken Cesar Salad had an expiration 'sticker' on it of 05/09/2022 - It was covering an expiration stamped on of 05/06/2023😱😱😞😕🤐😮😤🤬😡😤😠😤😤😤🤮🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮 - Most of the lettuce was "rusty" 😠😡🤢 - So I didn't want to take the chance of getting food poisoning possibly because of "Bad/Old Chicken" ,🤢🤮🤮🤢🤢 so I'm out the cost of That! ,😠😠 I really hope you guys check out the dates on your inventory....p-p-please 🙏? And can I get the money back for the Old Salad?☹️ Thanks 😕

Typically this spot is always on point, but this last go around was just bad... food was cold, took for ever, and then the app wants to conveniently glitch out on me when im tring to report the issues. I gave it 3 🌟 ⭐ 💫 all around because like I said, this place is usually great.. but it only takes once to leave a bad taste in your mouth.

The wings were big, pre-covid sized, and cooked well. However the pizza tasted "off". Like the pepperoni were 2 seconds from going foul. I've gotten horrible bleeding poo food sickness from this location before so I'm really hoping the recipe was just not right today. Tbf, when I got food sick it was after eating their chicken pasta dish, which I didn't get this time, or since tbh. I just wish this location was consistently good. We are all paying too much for food and tips and fees these days to feel like we are playing Russian roulette every single time we order. When it's good, it's worth every penny. When it's bad, it's just disappointing. Also, the Buffalo sauce cup should be the same as the Buffalo sauce they use directly on the wings. Not only is it different, it tasted worse than usual today. It wasn't expired. The recipe is just really bad.

I called to place a order way before time I was left on hold three times all I needed was a cheese pizza for my daughter when the employee got on the phone I asked for carryout he proceeds by telling me No carry out after 11 then got very smart I don't care will not be spending anymore money with this company rude for no reason if I called on time I should've been able to place my order

Ordered medium pizza with extra garlic sauce cheese blend Philly cheese and bacon got home it ha hardly any sauce it was not even over whole pizza so I called the store to let them know and was told they can give me a credit or a remake but I had to bring back the pizza inorder to do so I order pizza from here 2/3 times a week and hardly get mess ups and have no problem returning the pizza I usually take it back anyway if I do have a problem and they don’t even want it back but to be told that was the only way to get a credit or remake is ludicrous if I wanted a credit you mean I had to drive back there to give the pizza back before credit is given in that case I need a refund not a credit I think the ones working today need to be retrained on customer service because that’s crazy they were rude or anything but this was not the way to handle something they messed up!!! sent photo pizza was dry

Unfortunately they were trying to serve me pizza left out 4 hours under the hot lamp. Manager Riley did not take care of the issue, even though this is closest to my house I will order from one near tech campus. Now waiting on a refund….

used to be good, but this last order took over an hour and a half before we got our pizza. according to their tracker my pizza was finished almost 45 min before they sent it out for delivery, and when i called to see if i should just go get it, they put me on hold for 10 min and was still on hold when it arrived. no one would answer the phone. horrid experience. will go to papa johns next time.

Where to begin! I am very very disappointed I have been ordering from this location for a long time and I have never had to call so believe me when I did tonight it was very disappointing to do so! I place the order close to closing time as I always have I work late! Never had a problem! Tonight pasta gets here fairly quicker than usual and middle is frozen mushrooms are frozen! I call the store immediately trusting since I’m a regular it would be handled and let me tell you Adam had other ideas quickly claims I’m lying claims the temperature of the oven is 510 even though I asked for the driver to come back and see for himself! Bryce the driver I’m sure would have as he has delivered plenty to my house proceed to quickly hang up on me! Needlessly to say Adam has lost a very faithful customer I will take my business elsewhere to Pizza Hut or papa johns I’m sure they will appreciate their customers much better avoid this store at all cost! Only if owner can reach out I will take down review!
