First time ever trying Sonic. Burger was great. I tried pickle fries and it was good.

The morning crew is great, Lana, Natalie, Crystal all do a great job. The food is cooked to perfection and served with a smile!!

Stopped here after a snowstorm closed the airport in Midland and forced me to drive back to Dallas. Good ‘ol Sonic treated me right. Easy on, easy off, quick bite.

Food is great from here. And the shakes and drinks are too. Probably one of the most popular places to go eat after hours here in Colorado City.

Almost every time I stop by it is most certainly a fast experience coupled with the ease of staying inside the car. Almost like a drive thru but a more personal connection in the span that it takes to give food to the customer. Thumbs up for the shear idea of this fast food layout

Well this Sonic is just like all the others I’ve ever visited. They are very friendly and prompt. They always provide all the condiments necessary and a mint candy. In case some of you may not know , they always bring the meal right to your car. Sonic never disappoints.

Half price specials after 8. Staff worked well and got our order to us quickly and with a smile. I'm not the easiest customer to deal with, and they did a good job of it.

Fast and excellent customer service. Lovely outside picnic table area, with soft grass. I took my daughter here several times being that most of Texas is sandy and covered in thorns.

Service was a bit slow, but not horrible. Food was good as usual.

My husband and I drove from Texas to CA and back. We stopped at this Sonic for both ways. Both times the burgers tasted amazing and were made exactly the way I asked (light on the mustard and ketchup). The tator tots were crispy and salty. The grape slushies with nerds were filled with yummy nerds and we enjoyed them! The burgers though. They were so yummy and good for the road trip. The waitresses were both extremely sweet and helpful. Great job all around.

I am very impressed with this location. I had one problem with this location they don't seem give a lot of cherries in the cherry limeade. The ones in Austin, TX area dont work as fast! Absolutely love their food! This the classic grilled chicken sandwich without mayo add mustard! I am so full each time I eat here at this location Thank You Colorado City, TX! 😁😁😁😁😍

Traveling across country, we were in a hotel room late and without dinner. We pulled up 15 minutes before closing, which I really hated to do to the workers. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. They took our large, extensive order without complaint and got our food out to us quickly. Food was exactly what we ordered, despite several special requests. The staff deserves a special mention for their great service!

Stopped here on my way to Dallas and was so impressed by The staff and Service. Super friendly and fast! My burger was fresh and hot not to mention delicious. My husband ordered an ice coffee said it was made just right, loved it! They also have a very nice Pinic area with green grass for those that travel it was just all around Great!!!! Must stop for friendly Fast Delicious food!

I liked it. They were fast, efficient, good food and fair prices. It was a little more salty than I like, but this is Texas and I'm from Cali so I think that is a local taste so I don't hold it against them. I had a couple of strange edits to my order and they nailed them exactly how I ordered it, all while being polite. Would go again.

As always this Sonic is awesome food is always great and the people who work there are even better. They make you feel more like your at a local sit down restaurant not fast food. They are always fast to get your food to you also even if it's a custom order.

Super friendly staff. The tacos were excellent and the Jamaica was made fresh. Pretty impressive. Not a lot of seating, so if you are dining in I would recommend a small group.

I stopped eating at sonic years ago because they sucked. This particular location changed my mind. The burger was great, it was hot and prepared properly. The taste was way better then expected. The tots were hot and properly seasoned!!! The car hop was polite and engaging. If every sonic was like this then they would be killing it!!!

Carhops are exceptionally courteous--always been told carhops are on waitress wages---they may only bring your meal, but it is always correct PLUS they will go get refills or anything you need (if courtesy tray hasn't passed by)...Tana in the mornings is all about satisfying her customers--and she knows her regulars!!!

Service was good, food was prepared exactly as ordered. However, the only thing keeping the rating down was the fact that the mobile app wasn't working, and I wasn't allowed to receive the drink discount that the app provided sense ibhad to order everything upon arrival. I felt that the app service at this establishment wasn't our fault and that Sonic should have honored the rates. But I did ask for the discounted rate and was refused by the order taker, saying that was only available through the app. This was not customer appreciation or friendly, in my opinion. Thank you.

Service is good one day bad the next. They don't honor deals posted on line so check before you go thinking your gonna get any of the online deals.

The service was great but the ice tea was cloudy and gross. We threw away a 44 oz.

PLUS, everything says they CLOSE AT 11PM, NOPE! They CLOSE at 10:30PM! Everyone else has gone bk to pretty much the regular schedules Pre-COVID Restriction... Why not SONIC? and why not Walmart?? Guess they finally found a way to weasel out of overnights.

Been to this location several times and everytime either some of the food ordered has a bad taste almost like dirty dry vats with old grease and then other times the drinks are really bad. Not sure what's up here but it's always a roll of the dice how it's going to be

If people order a “corn dog” just put 2 packets of mustard in the bag don’t make people have to ask and then wait until you finish you corn dog cause you want to eat it while it hot! 🙄🙄🙄just to not get it!

I ordered the new double stack burgers they were way over cooked the patties were Crispy on the edges looked like they were sitting on grill for a hour or so. When ordering I asked if the burger was as big as the other sonic double meat #2.? He said oh yea they are as big as the other burgers. We its a smaller burger. It was not like the the ad. The grilled onions were maybe 3 pieces of grilled onion. The fries qere good but the container they come in was 1\2 way filled up. Was a disapointment. Sonic is just not the same thwy always find some way to get our order screwed up.

This particular Sonic gives the company a bad name. It looks run down and the food is always inconsistent, and today I was served a Dr Pepper that was pure carbonation. Pure laziness. You can tell immediately when the soda comes out of the fountain if it needs to be changed. It was clear yet it was still served to me. No I do not want to make a special trip so they can get it right, they should have gotten it right the first time. I will not return.

Didn’t give us part of our order. Tarot-tots was still white not golden. The burger tasted like burnt grill.

Popcorn nuggets are more bread than chicken and the chicken sandwich I got was bland and tasteless. The saving grace was the servers there were very helpful and the fries were tasty. Would not eat at a Sonic again however.

I don’t know who made my order, but what I will say is it literally said no onions, pickles, lettuce or tomato and you literally put all of it on my burger. Employees really need to be paying attention to what they are doing because if this keeps happening I will no longer order. Also I am a regular when it comes to Sonic especially here in Colorado city where I live at the moment.

If you’re in a hurry, I do not recommend this place. Literally took 25 minutes for my order to come out and then the food wasn’t fresh!

There is a lot for this Sonic to learn— learning what easy ice and properly fill up tots would be a great start. I haven’t been to a sonic for so long and their SS breakfast burrito just disappoints with shrinkflation they do here.

My experience was terrible we had to go to 3 different stations until one of them worked and the guy we ask for help was rude and a smart Alec and ask if we push the red bottom like me and my family were dumb or something not all sonic are like this but This one was unacceptable!

Waited 40 min for food and immature servers. Only reason I stayed was family had time to go next door to gas station and go to restroom. Second time I had bad experience here.

Ordered and never got food checked twice on my order was told it was on its way sat there for 35min before finally just leaving

Wow really I don't know where to begin the. First of all Joseph needs a class on how to shut the hell up and listen to what the customer is ordering not what he thinks they want. He's rude and he has no clue about how to deal with customers. I love the food but this guy sucks.

Everytime I come here they get my order wrong. Not EVERYONE LIKES SWEET TEA. I asked for large fries and got a medium. The key to good service is to listen to your CUSTOMERS!!!!

They stopped using the good hamburger sliced pickles and now use the nastiest pickles I ever tasted. Disgusting. Fries are smaller and smaller.

45 minute wait for cold food. Another 20 minute wait for forgotten food to be delivered. Impossible to imagine the level of ineptitude at a national chain.

Ordered large chili tots and when I got my food I got maybe half of my large order, and my wife got a bacon breakfast burrito and she had hardly any eggs and a burnt up piece of bacon. Very disappointed

It's ok to get drinks. Not a big fan of sonic burgers myself. The app has pretty good deals though, if you like sonic use the app. I keep getting bad tea.

Stopped by this location when I was PCSing from California to Maryland. My order was short a fry and a tot. Told the staff got into an argument with me about it then proceed to send a staff member to my car to check my car to see if we had the fry and tot….which my three kids are in the car and are confused about what is going on. This is so unprofessional and I’m disappointed at the customer service of this location. However I will say there was an older lady Natalia who did apologize for the lack of customer service to us before we left.

Ladies are sweet as can be but the food🤢 I got their new Chicken Slinger, and 1 it wasn't spicy. 2) it was thinner than the pickle and 3) way over cooked. Was thin and chewy, and the after taste made me feel sick. The fries and always limp and soggy. Then to top it off, after I got done with my drink I felt something "gritty". Opened my cup and boom, red sand all in the bottom of it.

Went to sonic drive-in got a cheese burger and fry combo this was at 10:30 newly remodeled, I watched my meals progress report for about 25 min. Finally on its way lit up. I'm scrambling to get my money ready, and water another 20 min, all the while I'm watching a car hip make not 4 but 5 trips to pickup next to me, now I'm starting to get upset. So jest as I reach for the button to cancel my order along comes the car hip from truck next to mean hold on, now I've been watching this girl come and go for 20 min apparently with my order. OK I proceeded home 3 min total trip from sonic to home. Get inside and cold as ice even burger so my sonic trip was not good. Rated 1 to five stars!!! "Not" Negitive three stars. Dogs enjoyed it. Second time in 2 weeks I have been to this location both times. I waited over 20 minutes with only a few other cars in the parking lot and received no service. I received no contact from anyone at this establishment will not be back

Absolutely awful... the outside restroom was “closed to the public”. Apparently due to C19 which would make perfect sense except that they brought me the wrong sandwich and after I had opened it they carried it back inside. So when my three year old had an accident on himself after being denied access to the restroom I’m sure you could understand my frustration. Just a horrible experience.

So I had to do a walk up order because we had a car in tow. Sadly they had my namr wrong and for 4 burgers, an onion ring, fry and 3 sodas I sat there 45 minutes. Not one employee cared. Then I seen a bag of food and drinks sitting on a shelf and asked a guy to check the order. It was mine. It had sat on that shelf fot probably 15 minutes. When I got upset they gave me a poker chip for a free drink. No one even offered to remake the order. Never again. We were travelling and it was getting late but whatt a disappointment.

Everything was good except that BLT . The Bacon was to hard and sandwich looks like it was throwed together And not made with Love. Will not order another BLT from this Sonic, cause I have had better from other Sonics. I had them make it twice and still the same thing, plus it was so hard you couldn’t even see the extra bacon I order! I threw it Away, just wasted my money!!

Had an order of 4 meals. Drinks took forever to arrive after we finished eating. Food wasn't correct either. Received a medium order of chicken instead of large and one of the burgers was missing half a patty. To make matters worse, we were not handed a receipt.

Why is it so difficult for them to give you what you order? It's right on the screen, but never when you receive it! I ordered tea. They brought me coke. They buttered between the cheese instead of the outside of the bread. Didn't get the ranch that was listed on the screen. It's every single time!!!!!

Very disappointed every time we go to this Sonic, the screens don’t work. Set at one for 15 minutes “we will be with you shortly”. Finally called just to hear that stall is not working. Pulled to another stall it didn’t work either. I asked why can’t you at least flag the stalls that don’t work. Maybe time to reinvest back into the business.

Brought the wrong hamburger then when I ask for the right hamburger they were rudeand then it took forever for them to get it back out to me and I still have to go to another job so therefore I get home late. Won't come back here again. This is not the first time but kermit is not known for their fast food places

I regret so bad stopping here last night. To start as we are having our order delivered to our car the girl is biting her nails while holding our bag of food and drinks. The food did not taste as it should, the tots too salty, the drinks flat. The worst part is that the burgers gave my son food poisoning, and he was throwing up all night and this morning. Wish they would carefully monitor the people making the food. Will be the last time we ever eat here.

Drinks were flat food was cold and service was slow and horrible. We had to honk to get someone’s attention after waiting for 20 minutes. We couldn’t go into one of the slots because had a horse trailer but we did tell them. Also got my order wrong

Ordered a burger meal, took 30 minutes to get it. Then they forgot items to top it off. After eating I ordered a SMALL orero blast. Took 27 minutes to get it. There were 4 other vehicles in the lot. If you're in any kind of hurry don't go to this sonic.

If there was a negative 5 id click that. There was a iussue with the order, 2 itens missing, wrong sandwich ordered. I gladly reordered missing items. They sent a guy out with same sandwich , saying this is what you paid for. Thats correct however the mistake was that wasnt the sandwich we asked for. The big issue is NOT that we had to reorder the missing items and my husband has to eat a sandwich he did want. As a result of their mistake, a child was given fries with so much salt they were unedable and that was done on purpose!! Very cruel to do to a child because you messed up a order. The car hop was very nice. Shame on YOU Sonic.

I hate Sonic burgers with the exception of the smash burger. Apparently this location thinks Noone will notice when they put regular patties instead of smash patties on a burger. This has happened multiple times and each time I take one bite and throw away the sandwich. I have wasted 40+ dollars on "smashburgers" and won't go again until this issue is resolved. Why go back? Limited on fast food in the area and you would think and established chain would give you what you ordered!

Asked for ketchup I had two orders of large onion rings. They told me no problem when they brought my food out I asked them again. They said yes there is ketchup in the bag. I said thank you card reader outside was not working so I gave them my card. It was 13 minutes before they brought it back. The reason I knew it was that is I answered the phone call them and they walked away and when they walked up, I hung up the phone.

Ordered my 2 and 4 year old chicken strips to share. I received something like 6 strips. one looked bit off of all but two were nothing but dried out like it sat there for 6hours, I'm assuming the extra was to make up for the size or how old they were, not real sure. However, there was no way my kids could or would want to eat this. I immediately asked for the OnShift manager to come out he admitted he was the one that put it together and sent it out like that. I was upset because last I knew they did the boxes and it was decent sized strips, but he informed me the chicken has been changed for a while, he was very apologetic about serving old food and corrected it and you can clearly see the difference in size and the meat not being old and dried out.

I ordered food and Took approximately 15 minutes. I had my car running for a few minutes but then cut I my car off. The radio stays on for 10 minutes after turning the car off, so well over 10 minutes to get my food. I opened my burger and instead of a double I got a single. The hamburger patty was hard. The patty was also salty. I was already upset just watching the workers deliver food to customers. They walked slow and there was no pep in their step. I was upset seeing that. The car next to me got their order before me. I understand if they get something simple but it was frustrating waiting so long just for hamburger and fries. Lastly, My fries were stale and cold. The food was simply disgusting. This was on Easter Sunday Between 430pm-500pm. I didn't go back because I was on a road trip. I wasn't going to turn around. Yes, I should've checked before I left but I was on a time limit. I trusted the system. I saw a hamburger and fries in the bag and I left. I think Corporate should look at this store. I have never been disappointed by sonic like this.
