It's still Subway, but one of the best I've been to. It's clean and new and the staff actually listen and seem to be treated well.

Great sandwich and service! I bought a foot-long veggie and they were not stubborn with the veggies that is a nice change from several of the other subways that I have been to in this area.
Hey, its Subway. Its pretty much the same all over. Variety of fresh baked flavored sub style breads, toasted or cold sandwiches available with lots of veggies, seasonings and dressing options made as you watch. Flatbreads, salads, individual pizza's as well a wide variety of chips and serve yourself foutain drinks and cookies too. Drive up or walk-in options.
The service was very fast, super friendly, and the store is extremely clean. Great experience!

Clean. Employee tonight was a young man named Aaron and he was very friendly and fast! He was whippin' out all of the sandwiches by himself. It's rare to see people with work ethic anymore and he had it. Can't say it is usually that way, most of the time it's a rude and slow disappointment, but Aaron deserves recognition for his hard work.
Food was great, as expected. The employees were very courteous as well. Overall a great dinning experience.

Overall great food. Service is generally lacking a bit and employees tend to unintentionally touch stuff with their arms because they aren't paying attention.
Had the gentleman been even just a little polite or even just a hint of a smile I would have given them 5 stars ... The rest was fantastic as usual!

My order was to be ready by 12:05, it wasn't. In fact, I got there at 12:05 and my sub had not even been started. I got in line and when it was my turn I told the lady I had placed an order online and that is when she realized she hadn't made my sub. She immediately started and was throwing it together. She wrapped it up and handed it to me and I had to remind her that she missed putting mayo on my sub. She unwrapped it and put it on there and handed it back to me. The sub was thrown together awfully. Not sure I will use the online services again.

I had been eating here several days a week till last week when I got sick here and was sick for 3 days. I find it very hard to go back now. I had the BMT, you might consider not having it if your brave enough to go at all.
As is said. You get what you pay for. Clean and neat eating area. It's not specifically different from other Subway shops and the food they serve is consistent. it's a return stop.
They show five or six kinds of bread. They have two. All the veggies piled in one part of the sandwich. Prices are getting a bit steep for a sandwich.
All this ranch made my bread 🥖 all soggy and asked for grilled chicken didn’t get that either and I’ve been told very rudely that I cannot have grilled chicken on the elite. Apparently, I have to order that which there is no option for that.

Ordered two sandwiches on the app and they were so lacking of the meat I might as well have just ordered the bread. The club was missing the roast beef and now the slices are so thin I think you could read a newspaper through them. This is the second time this has happened. I’ve finally wanted to complain.

3 sandwiches and they got them all wrong. "Use the app" they say. "It's better that way". I ordered 3 six-inchers and got 3 footlongs with not even enough inside to fill a six-inch. Gaps of bread throughout with no fillings. I live Subway, but I won't be getting any in Snyder.
Placed an online order, my entire order was wrong nothing was toasted, they put my tuna on flatbread instead of Italian herb cheese and they put the meatball on the Italian herb and cheese instead of the flatbread, even the box of cookies was wrong, one sub was almost right except for it didn't get toasted, I called the store to let them know and the kid on the phone just laughed at me about it.

About 5 pickles, etc. The bread isn't even a ft long anymore. The cost of sandwiches are going up.....but this is what I get NOW!!!! That's ok....I'll pass on subway from now on. I gave 2 stars because it's always clean & the service & atmosphere is the same.

Ate there for lunch today with my wife and we came home feeling ill, stomach upsetting, and wanted to puke. Don't know why we feeling sick but y'all may have like dirty dishes that hadn't been washed before using it. Decided to not come back Snyder Subway again since we got food poison from the food. Even the guy didn't ask if I wanted toasted or microwave. I always liked mine in a microwave food to soften the bread than toasting the whole subs hurting my sensitively tooth crunching the hard bread. Plus I ask for honey oats and he gave me this weird taste bread that I didn't liked.

Stood in line to order. Three employees were working on online orders. After 5 minutes of waiting, I walked out. Subway lost a customer today.
Trying to get something to eat before everything in town closes.. I drive a large truck cannot go through drive-through. Who knew Subway even had a drive-through plus who knew they were closed when the Internet says they are open? Guess I'll see if there's anything open in Lubbock in the next hour. Too bad it's already 930 pm.
The employees here do not enforce the face mask policy that is CLEARLY in place and written on the front door of the store. I went there tonight to get dinner for my wife and I, and one family of three came in without masks and nobody from the Subway side said a word. Then an oil field worker came in without a mask - and nobody said anything to him, either. That puts your employees and other customers who follow rules and CARE about their lives and health and the lives and health of others at risk. There is a DEADLY pandemic and these rules are in place for a reason. WHY are your employees in Snyder, Texas not enforcing this when it is not only a state regulation but Subway policy? It's absolutely dangerous and unacceptable.
I was told burnt bread wasn't burnt, it was just "really brown". The next bread they brought out looked flat and doughy! I won't likely be going back there any time soon!
My husband went here today to get us a sub..well no good stood in line with 3 ppl working on an online order wth.. ONLINE ORDERS can wait the ones that come in to make an order THEY SHOULD BE THE PRIORITY!
I ordered double cheese and didn't receive any cheese on it! And they put mayo on it which made me sick! I had to throw it away!
They show no steps to place an order. Bad costumer service. The food is cold. I am not coming back in a long time. Bad experience.
The girl that waited on me was rude did not put the vegetables I asked for on there and when I asked for sweet onion dressing she told me that she had already put it on there it was non-existent and the bread was stale my whole visit was just a waste and I won't be

I placed a online order here in Snyder never had any issues before until Now yesterday I picked up my order and they totally messed up my order they put on my sandwich everything I didn't want no Mayonnaise on my olives I didn't want all I wanted was lettuce tomatoes pickles Mayonnaise and a few onions so I do have a complaint
Well if you go there the food isnt bad but the cashier was angry. When i asked for more tomato she got agitated and thrn after i paid basicly slung the change in my hand. The same hand she was coughing in without a glove. Update if you get there 10 mins before closing they wont help u. Im.done. there are much better places to eat without all the issues. Avoid it
Walked in this afternoon to get some sandwiches with my family. 4 workers stood there didn't even say hello we will be with you in a few absolutely nothing. Stood there for 3mins and no one said anything so we walked out. Won't be going back. Poor customer service
Subway is typically a really quick and reliable grab and go food joint, tonight this wasn't the case.. My pickup order was grabbed by someone else and the manager gave us the wonderful option of waiting 30-40 minutes for the food to come back and that we had to take the items that went who knows where when they arrived, and if the meal didnt come back THEN they would remake our order. Brenda made it clear to us that these sandwiches were a loss to the store and it was OUR problem as the customer. It took us requesting the number to corporate to have the order reluctantly remade. Worst service I have ever had. Thanks Brenda.

The woman that was making an online order stopped the guy that was going to check us out and made it clear that SHE was the only person to be operating the register, so he backed away. We were standing there waiting and waiting. She could've had someone else finish what she was doing, unless she was the only one allowed to be making the online orders, so she could run her register. My fiance asked how much longer to a different employee and she stepped in and said " Til I can get over there, you'll have to stand there and wait." Then mumbled something else to another employee. My fiance was ready to stand there and wait, I on the other hand was not going to be spoken to like a child in front of all the employees and customers. So without saying anything, we walked out. I feel for all the people that are working with her. Needless to say, I will never give Snyder's Subway another penny as I do not support poor choices in employees.

I was asked what type of chicken I wanted and I picked grilled. That ended up being an almost $3 extra mistake as I then got charged extra for the bacon. As my sandwich was getting made, I asked for parmasean cheese to be added to it. The guy ended up accidentally dumping a large chuck (with huge chunks) on my sandwich. Instead of offering to re-make it, he just spread it around and gave it to me. I was in shock and decided not to risk a second sandwich being made wrong out of spite. I did eat it but it was the worst sandwich I've ever had. On top of it having entirely too much parm, it also was old bread that kept crumbling apart. We are never stopping at this location again.

Ummm, idk if this is just pure LAZINESS or if they really DO NOT cook eggs. If this is true, the owner needs to take the items with eggs OFF THE MENU!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!
