Food is excellent. Give you chips and salsa as soon as you come in. Ordered the Puebla and the Enchiladas de Mole. Both are good. Highly Recommend!!

I stumbled upon this restaurant after a long hike in the area, the food is absolutely delicious and our waitress Elena was amazing. She was happy to serve us even though they were closing soon. We will definitely be back.
We recently tried Pancho’s and Gringos for the first time, and it definitely won’t be our last! Elena was our host, and she was fantastic—super friendly and went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. The food and drinks were awesome! We highly recommend the ceviche—it was super fresh and had just the right amount of flavor. The margaritas were also a highlight! Thanks again to Elena and the Chef for making our first visit so enjoyable. Definitely recommend checking this place out if you're in the area!
We have been here a few times and have gotten take out and it’s always been delicious! We especially love the tacos! Our margaritas were great too!

great food in a welcoming atmosphere with excellent service! Love the guacamole, the ceviche, nachos, fajitas and more. The owners are such nice people! Family owned in our little town! Try it!
Drinks are delicious and strong. Birria taco and taco al pastor were delicious. Also seems like they have some great specials throughout the week however I came on a Saturday.
This is such a hidden gem!! We love this place. So reasonable. For 4 people we had drinks, an appetizer, and 4 entrees and it was $100! The food is amazing as well. Highly recommend the nachos!
It was late Saturday night and all the restaurants around were closing and we were hungry. We thought of Poncho and Gringos and called and they were OPEN. We went there and were so glad we did. You feel like you are at home in a family the moment you walk in. The server was gracious and smiling and happy to serve us. She offered suggestions based on our preferences and she was SPOT ON. The food was simply perfect for us. I highly recommend you give them a try. We will be going back often.
I absolutely love this place!! My go to dish anywhere is always Chile Relleno & this place makes the best hands down. I’ve tried more than I would like to admit & this place takes the cake. The salsa is also as top trot as you can get. The staff is as kind as they come, everyone should go show them some love, it’s well earned in my book.
Delicious spot near Lake Peekskill. The portions are generous and the dishes were quite flavorful! Wished we could have been here longer to eat through the menu!

Been wanting to try this place for a while , so tonight I decided to go in and order food to go. First impression was that there was no parking. The place looks nice inside. I Was there for about 35 minutes waiting after I clearly ordered three different dishes. The waitress messed up the order and only put in for two things. I had a crying baby at home waiting for me so I couldn’t wait any longer for her to put in the third dish, it was upsetting. Although nice, She wasn’t very apologetic. Not yet tasted the food but it was pretty pricey.
I WILL NEVER recommend this business to anyone I know to eat. We live 7 minutes down the road and this is what my husband came home with. The tacos were terribly soggy and disgusting. I called to explain got the run around and asked to speak with a manager and was told they ran out quick. This is my second time trying them to give them benefit of the doubt as we tried them when they first opened and still the same turnout with the food. Now we’re out this money we spent on this disgusting tacos and we gotta get another dinner from else where. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. Please go to tacobell you’ll have better food there
I was very disappointed on the food..... steak was nothing but fat, bland and tough. Flautas had barely any flavor and rice was hard as if it wasn't cooked all the way. The only thing that was good was the ceviche. This was my first time ordering from here, $55 just thrown in the trash. Won't be ordering from them again
