Such a lovely cafe and coffee shop! I ordered a latte with pistachio milk, and it was delicious! The staff is very kind and warming. The atmosphere is beautifully decorated and has many pieces of art to admire and for sale from local artists, and many healthy options for food including gluten free and vegan!
Walking around town while I waited for the very late train, I stumbled onto this quaint cafe and was so happy to find a menu full of yummy plant-based meals, including made in-house bagels, along a counter with blueberry, raspberry and dragonfruit scones. Even if you’re not into plant based food, the scones are amazing! I had a flaky, real raspberry amazing scone that I shared with my husband and a Thai peanut tofu wrap that was messy and delicious! Do yourself a favor - stop in and if nothing else, have one of their pastries and a beverage. Soooo good!!
My family and I LOVE snapdragon. Picture below is of a GF peach blackberry scone that was divine. My kids have gotten pop tarts there (adorable & delicious) and they use all dye free ingredients which we LOVE. Can’t recommend this place enough!!
Stopped in here for a quick drink and was happily surprised by this little gem in Colfax! The service was really sweet and personable, they have a really great selection of art and locally sourced food products, and an extensive menu of beverages with some great food options too. Here seems vegan or vegetarian, so that’s definitely something to note. I ordered a Horchata Boba tea, which was very tasty. Also I asked if they have Wi-Fi, and they do! They also have a community board where people post flyers about local events and offerings.
My favorite is the pure stoke bowl which is the bowl below with the pansy flower😋. I absolutely love this Snap dragon provisions!. I have had many food/bev and I haven’t had anything I did not enjoy it’s always tasty. Nothing but positive experiences and atmosphere. The owner’s are wise, friendly, and awesome💛 i am so thankful for all that they do and put out such a blessing🙌 they also have sustainable items which is really nice😃
I’ve been here twice now, and both times was delicious! Great vegan and gluten free pastries, and a really good oatmilk latte. Definitely worth checking out. We will definitely be coming back!
Organic coffee brewery, smoothies, salads, and organic goods,…..What’s not to love? Unique Chocolate bars and jarred organic snacks are a must try.

What a wonderful gem in Colfax! After breakfast, we went back later in the day for lunch! Delicious. I so appreciate the thoughtful, nutritious, quality/organic ingredients. And the staff were just lovely!
The baked goods are simply incredible. The tea and coffee selection is really fun and delicious as well. But the baked goods! Gluten free and vegan options are incomprehensibly delicious as well. I hope they get all the business they deserve and I so appreciate them helping wake up the sleepy town of Colfax. Hang in there! On a constructive note, maybe rethink the table and chairs? It’s a little rickity-tipsy on the brick floor, especially for kids. Love what you’re doing, we’ll keep coming back.
OH. EM. GEE. Love this little place. The other day I ordered the LOVE CHILD sando and the freshly juiced orange juice...I am literally craving it right now. Oh and the scones...yea AHMAZING...Great service. Great food. Great place. I have nothing but good things to say about them. Honestly if you are reading this, that means you probably haven't been...what the heck are you waiting for??
Such a cute diamond in the rough. Organic and fresh. The Lemon Stella was the best smoothie I have ever had and I am a city girl that travels for work so I have had many amazing smoothies. Thank you for providing quality, real ingredients foods.
Really cute healthy cafe! Had to walk through a little flower shop. Food was made fresh to order, had the breakfast sandwich and breakfast burrito and both were delicious and flavorful.
Snapdragon has the best food and beverages! I love that I can go there for a clean healthy meal without feeling like I’m sacrificing flavor. They have way more options than most cafés and the prices are super reasonable considering the high quality ingredients they use. The business owners are the kindest people ever!
I was up there today and got a delicious smoothie. Next time I'll have one of their great coffees. A darling store with more specialty Brands that are very clean. You can pick up salads or something else to eat. Also, the owner said they shop around the world for some really good brands.'s pastas tomato sauces some probiotic elixirs and cold pressed drinks in Mason jars ready to grab and go.Golden turmeric milk drinks too! I will definitely be going up there more often! Are used to work at Sunrise Natural Foods for 22 years. And I like the Brands he has a little different and more unique...
Really beautiful space, excellent customer service! When, I walked in it smelled so delicious! I got a signature latte (definitely a must) and the best blueberry scone I have ever had, and the breakfast burrito was also perfect! 😋
This organic café in downtown Colfax is an absolute gem! The space is beautiful, vibrant, and full of positive energy. Their scones are hands-down the best I’ve ever had, and the menu offers such a wonderful variety of fresh, wholesome options. I also love that they feature local art. I would be thrilled to take some home from their walls. Highly recommend stopping by!
I love the greens, please (vegan!) smoothie and am excited to try the tofu veggie scramble (on Amtrak). this is a lovely place to write, connect with friends, get something to eat before or after being on the train and the owner and barista are super hospital and kind. such a good addition to Colfax!

We were traveling to Tahoe and decided to stop in Colfax for food. What a find!!! The Love Child Sandwich and Avocado toast were outstanding! The raspberry scone and Chai lattes were over the top. Our server was so friendly and bubbly. We ate in. The atmosphere was airy and comfortable. I would give Snapdragon more stars if I could!
the pleasure of photographing a wedding yesterday where Snapdragon Provisions provided the treats—and wow, they were incredible. Every bite was thoughtfully crafted, absolutely delicious, and visually stunning. The cake was not only gorgeous but the couple loved it. You can tell how much care and talent goes into their work. Snapdragon Provisions helped make the day feel extra special, and they absolutely deserve the spotlight. Highly recommend!

The breakfast burritos, Pancakes, broccoli salad, and dirty chai lattes are my go to orders! Amazing products and amazing service! Kallie and Taylor brought an amazing addition to colfax and it would be more than worth your time to stop in and try some awesome local goods! Also the doggies love it! They have a shelf of dog treats that my dogs go crazy over! 5 stars for sure!!!
