Good food with a side of bad attitude. Came in today to buy some happy meals. We asked if we can also purchase extra toys that come inside of the happy meals which they said yes. Immediately the redhead who wasn't even helping us started mumbling under their breath about "you get what you get". I'm willing to pay for the toys, I would think it's ultimately my decision as a customer whether or not I'm going to pay for what I want and not a handful of the same toy. She needs to be retrained in customer service otherwise she's driving away paying paetrons.

Well, it's McDonald's. No frills. No thrills. When I unwrapped my McChicken, the top bun was only halfway on. Half of the sandwich was dry. The other half was dripping mayonnaise. There was only three small shreds of lettuce on my sandwich. They didn't give me any napkins.

The floor in the kitchen area was disgustingly dirty. The order was correct but the fries were very salty, the burger tasted horrible and was overly salty as well. I'm disappointed in this trip. I rarely get the chance to eat fast food and when I did, i was disappointed. And no reciept so I had to review it here. Ohhhhh and the burger size was maybe the size of a tennis ball. Almost $50.00 to feed 3 people. I guess next time we'll go to Jack In The Box.

Only McDonalds location I’ve ever been to that charged me extra to take an ingredient OFF of a burger. I don’t want cheese on my food and I refuse to pay extra to have something NOT be added to it.

We ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich with lettuce. Mayonnaise and extra pickle. It came plain with 2 slices of pickle. We sent it back reiterated what we wanted, and it came back with two pickles again.About six shreds of lettuce and five tomatoes, which I did not ask for specifically, said pickles.Lettuce and mayonnaise only! They acted like we were the ones that were problematic.Because they couldn't get the order right.I'm good

So I have online order for pick up I was standing on counter where sing said online pick up but I think no one cares about a online customer because I got notification 19 mints ago it's ready but no one helped even there is girl name Emily and Guy name jaidon you can see me I'm waiting for help but I think they don't care about customer or service but they have time to sanding and talk but they can't ask people if they get help or need help they don't have I hope McDonald's management gonna tell employees to care about customer or online customer because they are part of customer to thank you so much

Avoid this location! I walked in and was waiting for a doordash, and had to listen to the manager, Fidelity, loudly argue with a customer. Felt like my blood sugar was low so I asked a worker for a literal sip of soda in a water cup. Fidelity stops arguing with the customer, to turn to me and yell at me and tell me no, that maybe I should take care of myself and it is not her problem. The employee even seemed afraid of her. Does she have to be sooo rude. She hates customers. .

I placed a mobile order through the McDonald’s app, and while the issue originally came from the app itself, the experience at this location made things even worse. When I went through the drive-thru to check if they had received my order, they told me to pull around. After that, I went inside to resolve the situation, and they told me my order was placed for drive-thru and that I needed to go back through. When I did just that, I was told at the speaker that I was “confused” and needed to come inside to pick up my food after all. The manager was not helpful, and the employees didn’t make the situation any better. The food itself was fine, but the way the staff handled the issue was frustrating and unprofessional. Both the workers and management could use more training on how to handle simple order problems.

This location doesn't fill up it's cups of soft serve . Go to burger king it's half the price and they actually fill up your cup.

Two huge issues: there isn't a single changing tabling in either bathroom. This location has a play place for small children but no place to change a diaper. Its ridiculous. Second, the play place is really dirty. Never seen one so bad. Visible filth on the handle bars, tons of chunks of rotting food and dust bunnies throughout the play structure. Clearly no one has wiped down the play place in a very long time. The toy guitar and kaleidoscope wheel are sticky and gross to the touch, covered in food residue. I will not be taking our toddler back.

First Sunday that has not pleased me in ages. Everywhere else they'll put a lil fudge on the bottom of the container so that the fudge/ ice cream ratio is even and consistent, exactly how i enjoy my dessert. The Hispanic female manager, instead of affording me a small quantity of fudge instead says. That's how we do it.
