Best Starbucks! Ko Ko is always welcoming, remembers my order, and makes the drinks just right. The kind of barista that makes you want to come back every time.
Its a STARBUCKS hidden away from all the hustle of the NYC traffic... low traffic at my 9am visit... all your favorites in this little packed up shop... 2 blocks away from the World Trade, and around the corner from the Marriott..lots of little souvenier shops for your last minute shopping pleasure
We lived in hotel across this place, so we went there every morning. Service was amazing, lot of nice people. The coffee is great too, maybe too hot for us Europeans, but I guess that’s US thing ✨

STARBUCKS 2003 + 2006 I had the great honor and pleasure of living right next door (110 Washington) to help raise a couple of beautiful children. I liked to visit this establishment sometimes with the kids and also solo to order an iced coffee (black, no sugar + cream). It was a nice place to sit and write sometimes. I'm looking forward to visiting again with some more beautiful children.
I recently moved away for a few months but came to this Starbucks all year last year. The customer service here is always above and beyond, management is top-notch and seems to care about the customer experience. I can’t tell you the countless times they went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of.
Nowhere to sit but it’s a good day for cold Seasonals TODAY or an iced Carmel macchiato venti quad ristretto shot with your choice of sweet cream or milk. Better yet the almond or Mac nut cold brews
I actually didn't order anything as it was near the lobby of where I was staying. This review is based off of one thing...as I walked through to exit to the street, the kind lady said, "hey good morning friend, how may I help you?". That might not mean alot to most, but that attitude is what's missing in the workforce today. Starbucks please keep it up
This is the best Starbucks in New York City. PERIOD. The vibes, the service, the energy. Also, I like how there are no tables and it’s grab n go vibes. Highly recommend it here. So well run.
We started this place during our New York City visit to catch a ferry from Battery Park. 5 minute walk from The Battery Park terminal. The staff is friendly, the store is well maintained, very good options like any other Starbucks. They have a restroom available to use. I ordered my regular chai tea latte and the served as I requested. My friends ordered some ice coffee and the regular cappuccino. We are like the place as well as the drink we got
This is hands out the best… from the cashier to the barista they are wonderful. I come here almost every afternoon since I live in the area, this store has the best energy. My drinks are always on point and everything is so fresh. Thank you Starbucks.

There could be better customer service, they filled up regular Starbucks cups with concentrated tea to save space in the clean earn
Lousy Starbucks, first time I ever walked into a Starbucks and was completely ignored. Stood for a solid minute without being acknowledged. My mom had to shout out a hello! for them to finally talk to us. I’ve been to Starbucks all over the world in the UK, South Korea, and China. This was the absolute worst.
The place was filled with marijuana smoke, the service was lousy, and I had to wait 10 minutes for our order, reminding them that they "forgot" to put one of the dishes we ordered.
Looks like the location doesn’t exist anymore. I showed up well within opening hours but the store was closed :(
Flora has horrible customer service has a horrible attitude and she treats some of her coworkers like crap. Very mean and bully like, not ADA friendly at all. Overall, flora made my Starbucks experience very uncomfortable. I’m a regular but after having to stand there and witness how she treats people I’m never coming back again.
The customer service is shocking. It was the worst service I’ve had in a long time. Very slow to make the drink, then to top it off giving people the wrong orders . The manager was just on her iPad chatting to her staff, while all this is going on not giving a care in the world
Surprisingly first experience at Starbucks that was so bad- the service was lacking (cashier and barista gave off a lot of attitude), customers were coming back with their drinks that were made with mistakes including mine. Even if they're understaffed as most Starbucks are, the level of attention and service were low
Def not a rip on the people who work here, they're very skilled and make great drinks. But if my classes start at 7:25, Starbucks shouldn't open at 8:00. Like I need my coffee before I go to class. It's just logical. Please open earlier
