El Agüero Valente is my new favorite place for carnitas or birria tacos with high-quality, handmade tortillas. I highly recommend them, and the service was quick and efficient. They have a great location and a very pleasant atmosphere because it wasn't too hot during the day. They sell tacos or full orders, so I definitely recommend them.

Es barbacoa de res. Cuentan con tacos de adobo, asada también. Tortilla de mano los tacos. Costo aproximado de 25-30 cada taco. Los sirven con doble tortilla. En general todo bien.

Very good barbacoa, love the ordenes or the tacos. Also delicious quesadillas. Service has recently improved significantly and gone are the very long waits.... Now staff is quick and food comes out promptly. Always enjoy this place for a late breakfast or early lunch.

Otra opción de birria. Muy caro por cierto comimos dos, un plato cada quien y dos refrescos. 290. Mucho que decear.

I like the food. But the service is terrible. They serve their friends and family first, and since it's all family, they all think they own the place and ignore the other customers.

The barbecue is delicious, and they have a good selection if you order it. They have carnitas, tortas, and fried tacos. The tacos, in my opinion, are small for the price, even though they're made with handmade, double-layered tortillas. The service isn't just bad, it's terrible. There's no order or coordination among the staff; they all come in asking if you've been served yet, if your food has arrived, or "who ordered two tacos?" 🤦‍♂️ Nobody knows the tables, orders, or customers. Plus, they take forever to bring your order; it seems like they serve the counter first and then the customers at their tables.

The food was terrible, I had never tasted something so bland in my life, the amount was a slap in the face, I ordered an order of carnitas and all I got were 4 small tortilla tacos, the room didn't even have any flavor, and it took them about 40 minutes to serve us, they're supposed to have them already made, they last a while, the waiter had a face like we were homeless people who came to beg for something to eat. Terrible service, little food and expensive prices for what they offer, I would have been better off eating a big chicken that was on the side, don't waste your money on such bad food, seriously.

I went to buy over 500 pesos worth of barbacoa to go. It turns out the guy serving was idle because they didn't have any tortillas (so he was just standing around doing nothing). We waited, they served I don't know how many orders later, and we were still waiting. And in the end, they didn't even give us a single tortilla! I think if they weren't going to give us tortillas from the start, they should have served us while they were waiting for them to come out. The service was truly terrible, and the organization was awful. On top of that, the blond guy's wife was incredibly rude when we asked her if they were giving out tortillas or not.

The food is good, but the service is terrible. It took them almost an hour to take our order. They took it but brought it way too late, justifying it by saying they prioritized delivery orders over dine-in customers, claiming there were too many people when that wasn't the case. They didn't even bother to let us know our dine-in order would be delayed, just leaving us waiting until we asked. Even then, they got annoyed when we pointed out the long wait.
