I always like going here, and like most people know, they have the BEST rolls. I love that they never over-cook my steak as well. The service is always great, and the food is always yummy!!!!

I have fond memories at this restaurant. Glad they’ve kept up the quality, service and atmosphere over the years. In my opinion the best ambiance of any Texas Road House anywhere. Their cinnamon butter rolls were fantastic. The steak was cooked to perfection. My buddy also enjoyed his food. Definitely give them a try!

I love how they post names of their staff and roles they have... recognition for both front of house and back of house. Everybody proud to be part of the team. Rolls are addictive. Salad was fresh and generous with grilled chicken. Steaks were tasty as always. Great roadhouse atmosphere.

This was such a great experience. My friends and I were HUNGRY and were in a big rush and our wonderful server was so friendly, and gave us quick refills on the bread basket. Our food came out so fast but it tasted so fresh we had no complaints. Our server’s name was Ben and he deserves a raise!

This is easily the best Texas Roadhouse I’ve ever been to. I always sit at the bar, and the bartenders are Johnny-on-the-spot with everything- so attentive and friendly. And a manager usually brings the food out and introduces themselves- it’s a really nice touch. I’ll go to Texas Roadhouse anytime I’m traveling, but this one is truly the best.

Our waitress was great she was always there checking on us. Refilling our drinks and she other workers helped with singing for our sons birthday.

The music was to loud! Was yelling at my family during dinner. The steaks/potatoes were delicious and the appetizers were good. The service was excellent. Not my kind of place and won't be back.

Wait times are long during weekends so keep that in mind. Service is great but it can get really crowded. Food was delicious and it was totally worth it.

Had the chicken bbq sandwich. It was a bit dry, and could have used more sauce. The rolls and soda were on point though. The service was great. The place was clean, and they have plenty of parking.

Bread rolls are good! Atmosphere is great! TVs are playing all kinds of sports country music playing people talking and laughing having a good time. Friendly waiters and waitresses. Wait time is not long. Love that they hire a lot of young people to give them work experience! Like eating here with my family when visiting the college area for NCAA cross country meets. Also close by to hotels and open late.

Service: we were warmly greeted and immediately seated. Our server was Ashley and she was accommodating in every way. The manager Gabby came over to introduce herself and offer any assistance. All in all we were constantly checked in on, everyone was kind. I most appreciated that my server listened to my allergy concerns, spoke with the chef and there were no issues. It was a very very busy evening at College Station's TEXAS ROADHOUSE when we arrived. However, LESLY & KAITLYN at the entrance, taking names and numbers, with their welcoming smiles and cheerful personas gave us hope so we provided our contact name & number. The time quoted was a long, the the happy faces of folks leaving after their meals was a clue that it would be worth the wait! However, we would periodically return to the entrance podium to see if there were updated sooner entry/dining changes! Each time, those two ladies were spectacular in their interactions with us and with everyone else we observed, en masse, descending upon them! As we were led to our table we were impressed with every aspect of the restaurant, including every Texas Roadhouse team member we passed on the way to our table looked thrilled to be there, as did the guests they were interacting with! Our server (whose name I am going to locate but don't have right now) and FARRAH were outstanding in their welcome, and with all aspects of our fabulously enjoyable and delicious meal - it is putting in mildly that we experienced exquisite attention and care throughout our time in the TEXAS ROADHOUSE restaurant! The food was prepared to perfection!

Seaera was an amazing server! Great drink recommendations, quick service, and very friendly. Plus, she was the first server I’ve had at roadhouse who understood what I meant when I asked for extra sauce on my Mac and cheese and it made me so happy when it came out perfect. 10/10 !!

This place is amazing - I can’t even describe it In befitting words. We waited for 20 minutes before we got a seat on a Sunday afternoon. We were offered refill drinks while we waited for the main course by Lee our awesome waiter - Strawberry/Raspberry on ice . We had bone in Rib eye stake with fries served with mushroom and onions.; the stake was sizzling well done Texas style and very tasty - The kids had Mac and cheese but the food was more than enough - The Apple Pay machine doubled into a gamer for the kids plus colouring pens and paper. This place needs to be expanded to become a global brand to London not just LA, MA, a whole world awaits you - we have chicken diners que all year round - Bring some Texas Roadhouse from Texas to London, Paris Dubai, Doha. Amazing and exhilarating experience Service and food - absolutely 5 stars service and food. I can’t wait to see Texas Roadhouse every where in the world. We got you!!! ❤️🙌🏼🙏

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Texas Roadhouse in College Station! From the moment we walked in, everything was on point — great food, great atmosphere, and even better service. Our server, Josh, was AMAZING. Attentive, friendly, fast, and made sure we had everything we needed before we even had to ask. He genuinely made the night better. The manager, Mandy, was just as awesome. She stopped by to check on us, made us feel welcomed, and you can tell she runs a tight ship while still keeping it fun and upbeat. We've dined at several Texas Roadhouse locations, but this one shines above the rest. The College Station, Texas – Texas Roadhouse is a beacon of EXCEPTIONAL FOOD, SERVICE, and ATMOSPHERE! College towns radiate charm, filled with lovely and vibrant individuals who elevate the dining experience. Traveling solo, I find that sitting at the bar enhances my journey. It opens doors to connections with the staff, bartenders, and leaders, enriching each moment. The food (12-ounce ribeye) is truly INCREDIBLE, bursting with flavor and quality. While every Texas Roadhouse has strengths, this one has etched its LEGENDARY PLACE in my heart. Thank you! (How does the salad lettuce taste so tremendous and slightly sweet? It's a fun place to go with friends when you want to have a boisterous engagement. It's loud and happening. I'm usually a more relaxed type of person, but I do really like their homemade rolls and peanuts. I could literally go there just for that. The best I've found to eat there is either the Chicken Fried Steak or a Steak. It would be slightly a higher rating if they had willingly refilled my drink. I was at the bar for my meal, and no wait time in a crowded restaurant at peak hours. Very impressive seating time and good family atmosphere.

I’ve been to Texas Roadhouse many times in Texas, and I recently tried it in Miami as well. The taste of the steaks was truly amazing. We ordered them medium well, and they were cooked exactly the way we wanted—juicy and tender, not tough at all. The atmosphere is quite different from most places in Miami and has its own unique charm. The staff were very attentive and friendly. I definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for quality steak and a warm, welcoming environment.

It was so loud the entire time that I couldn't even hear the person sitting across from me at my table and we were SCREAMING at each other. I understand turning it up for when the servers do their dances, but the rest of the time, it needs to be turned down to a reasonable level. I know that it's a tactic to get tables to turn over more quickly, but you're going to end up not having any customers to occupy those tables if you don't dial it down.

Texas Roadhouse is one of my favorite spots in College Station for a reasonably priced steak dinner, and the fun, lively atmosphere is always a big part of the experience. This visit started off a little rough. After being seated, we waited about 25 minutes without seeing a server. We flagged down two different staff members before learning that our server hadn’t been notified our table was seated and was already handling two large parties. Once that was cleared up, another staff member stepped in, apologized, and took good care of us. The food, as always, was fantastic. Our steaks were cooked perfectly, and the rolls with cinnamon butter were fresh and delicious. To make up for the delay, the staff comped us free desserts, which was a thoughtful gesture. In the end, we still had a great night out—helped by good conversation at the table—but I hope the service hiccup was just a one-time miss.

Pretty good food and portion sizes. Was able to do lunch the next day with leftovers. The staff were quite friendly as well. The attack was good, but not great. For the price though I have to give it high marks.

The food was great but the service wasn’t. I tried calling first but the line kept ringing nonstop without clear instructions on where to go to put in a to go order over the phone. It was also a Sunday night so the fact that it was busy was expected but the phone rang for 5 minutes straight without any employee from any department answering. Finally I was able to put my order in and the food was right but I could tell it wasn’t as good as normal, whether that was due to the amount of people or something else. Overall I would eat here again but I would never order to go.

The food is usually fantastic, albeit for bland broccoli and subpar Mac and cheese. The lemonades and steak are really good, and wait staff is very nice. My main issue is the music. There have been times I'll be trying to talk to someone and all of a sudden the music gets cranked up and we're completely drowned out. Last night when I went with my boyfriend, this happened, and we immediately left because it was horribly loud. Kind of ruined the last bit of our experience, considering this is a restaurant, not a sports bar. Other than that, a really nice place to spend time with friends and family.

It only took moving to Texas, & hearing the locals rave about the Texas Roadhouse to FINALLY cave in & give it a try. What a neat experience it was to go for our very first visit on Valentine's Day!! 💓😁 The restaurant didn't open until 3pm. We arrived at about 3:15 because we knew being a holiday it would probably get busy. Sure enough there was already a significant amount of cars in the parking lot. There was some sort of tent set up outside, also limiting parking. There was already a little bit of a wait [ it gets very busy, we weren't sure if we were skipped when being seated at first. I wouldn't recommend coming at peak times as it can be really loud & difficult to park!] The Valentine's Day theming was so fun! 🥰 I also loved that you got to walk in & see them freshly making the complimentary rolls & the steaks. The cinnamon butter they serve with the rolls is a great combo. As we were guided to our table we were asked if we had been to the restaurant before, which was a no, & so we got a nice welcoming. Our waitress was very attentive. The manager caught wind it was our first time ever at TX Roadhouse so he stopped by our table & gave us a basket of peanuts 🥜 with some free samples of their house chili, & a coupon for a free appetizer! (He didn't make it clear it couldn't be used during the same visit however.) All the food tasted great!! We had 3 medium containers of leftovers & left full! They had both a Valentine's Day special menu & an early bird special menu to choose from if you desired. Only 3 options for desserts but neither of us had any room left. I don't know about if you wanted to pay with cash, but they had it set up to pay on a credit card right at your table which was really easy & convenient. When we were leaving, I walked passed the parking lot tent, & was offered another coupon for another free appetizer on a future visit!! This certainly made up for not being able to use my previous coupon on the same day. 😃💕 Overall a fun memorable first visit, & now we have 2 incentives to go back! 😉😄

Disappointed! Not sure what’s going on. They didn't give us the food in one time. It was missing items when they Had to make a new batch, but they serve other people same thing as we wait for the same items. We could see we’re not blind.They could never give me an answer. The service was not good at all disappointing. they should not judge people, but this is being done at this facility. They have people who try to be in charge, but they have an attitude like the customer. Don’t know what we’re talking about but we could see exactly what’s going on. It should not be like that we’re paying customers. Money is green. I guess that’s not what they look at. They gave me my prime steak. All dry I had to ask is that the way they’re making it now they took it back and then they came out really good with taste.. Disappointed in the Restaurant and was messed up. It wasn’t even really that busy. They have many people, but they still couldn’t give good service. The only reason I could say this I seen when it was standing wait outside for a table, this time, there was no standing Wait.

4/5 because i am being too critical. I love this place and always eat here. But, I visited Houston for 6 months and after coming back here again, i can taste the difference. Food here doesnt hit like the branch from Spring Houston. The bread is a little dense (maybe too much flour or needs more baking soda or smth). The 16oz ribeye is a much thinner cut (prolly for doneness consistency, but i prefer the thicker cut). The cactus blossom has onion skin in it which had to be spit out. But overall still a great experience and I love the place. Will come here again.

i loved coming here with ny boyfriend last night, we ordered a ton of food. its really special to us update ** we visited again may 16th, 2025 and our server skylar was super rude. she was listening to our conversation (which u have to be so close to do) she splashed ice on me in a way that almost had to have been purposeful, and, as if she was tired of getting us refills she brought 4 drinks to our table of 2 (2 refills each) and my bf wasn't even done with the first one he had. all around aggressive, seemed like she thought she was gonna intimidate me (😝)

The place is nice, as always, although this time the waiter got our order mixed up, and we had to wait longer than usual. We also ordered medium-well steak, and it arrived well-done. I love coming here on Monday nights for Kids Night—it’s such a treat for both parents and kids. While I enjoy a relaxing meal, my kids head to the kids’ space where they can color, craft, and get creative. They’re always so proud to show off what they’ve made! I really appreciate that this location goes beyond the usual colouring sheet most restaurants offer. The separate space for kids to bounce between activities makes the evening fun and stress-free for everyone. A wonderful idea that keeps us coming back!

First time experience at this location while visiting college station. Upon arrival for a busy sunday night my significant other and i were seated in about 15 minutes. our waitress was attentive. Everyone was very friendly. It’s a family oriented environment. However, the music was very loud as we were sitting right next to the speaker.like overly loud . We had our rolls and honey/cin butter. Always great(10/10). We had the bloomin onion which is always great , nice and flavorful and crunchy (10/10). My significant other had the beef tips entree as it came with a side of chili (10/10) and I had the 6 ounce sirloin meal smothered with onion and mushrooms w/ a ceasar salad and mashed potatoes (10/10) my side of au ju never came hut the steak itself had flavor so its all good. Both of our ceasar salads did not have croutons and barley any dressing. Overall its still a great establishment to come have dinner.

I have not been here in years. I was not expecting it to be so busy. From what I hear, this place stays packed. I was not expecting great food from this restaurant chain but I was very surprised. My partner had the ribs and I had a filet. The ribs do in fact fall off the bone. The filet was nice and tender, even with my med well cook. The cinnamon butter and rolls are a real treat to start with. Our server was also fantastic. I will definitely consider coming here more often. My only complaint would be that the music is way too loud. Take it down about 2 notches. My ears were ringing when we left. Keep up the good work!

I was very disappointed at the mess. There was food all over my seat, there was wet food on the app plates, one fork was bent and the other had - guess? Food on it. (See pics) It's Thursday night so not too busy but the music was so loud we couldn't have a normal conversation. I got upcharged on my steak - which was cooked perfectly but I couldn't finish it which is why I ordered the smaller one. Why I still tipped 25% I'm regretting that but at least the ice water was cold.

Sat at the bar and had a Porterhouse, fries and a Cesar salad. The beer was cold the steak was a little over cooked. But over all it was a decent piece of meat. But I got to watch the Texas Aggies beat Arkansas with a restaurant full of Aggie fans...

The food was consistent withother Texas Roadhouses but cleanliness was not. I ordered the Roadkill and it was good. We were seated at a dirty table that had not been cleaned from the last patrons. We stood there while the hostess used paper napkins to wipe some of the table. I finished cleaning it while my friend went to the restroom.

Unfortunately they gave me a plate that was extremely dirty. The server was nice but I totally lost my appetite after that. These are food safety concerns (cross contamination), plating/presentation, and customer service failures. Probably wont be coming back to this location.

It was a little confusing when you walk in people standing everywhere. No employees came to seat us or tell us or how long wait was. They also forgot the steak on my meal but they fixed it immediately food was great but service was a little slow.

it's got great family dinner packages for pick up for less than 50 bucks. we usually order their chicken tender family meal and we feed a family of 5 pretty easily. if you're dining in, they have descent quality beef, but their steaks are thin and they use an overpowering seasoning i find overpowering. you can ask for just salt and pepper, but for some reason, they're just not what you'd hope for. stay away from the ribs. they're atrocious.

MTL Review

The atmosphere is very Texan, which is what I loved most about the place. We were served fresh bread at the beginning — it was delicious and perfectly warm. For dinner, we ordered a medium-cooked New York strip and a sirloin. The sirloin was cooked to perfection, but unfortunately, the New York strip came out well done instead of medium. Service was a bit slow and not particularly memorable, but overall the experience had some nice moments, especially the ambiance and the food quality when done right.

I ordered the sirloin and shrimp combo with mashed potatoes and green beans, chef’s kiss. The steak was cooked perfectly, shrimp had a nice little kick, and the sides were everything I hoped for. But let’s not pretend that’s why I showed up. I came for the legendary rolls. The warm, soft, slightly sweet, fluffy clouds of joy… except, these were NOT those. These tasted just like Sister Schubert’s frozen rolls.. smaller, drier, and suspiciously store bought. Texas Roadhouse, I love you, but don’t play with me like this. I didn’t wait 40 minutes and burn through 12 peanuts for freezer aisle bread. 3.5 stars food’s still solid, but the roll betrayal cut deep. Fix it.

Horrible first impression based on hostess interactions. At 6:30 on a Thursday night just as a storm was blowing in the place was very busy. We managed to park and get in the door and get our names on the wait list. We were told 30-45 minutes and given no further instructions. It was packed in the waiting area because the rains had started with no way to stay outside. We found a spot to stand and were about 20 minutes in when the stupidity started. First, one of the hostesses told us we couldn’t stand where we were at. When asked “where can I stand” her answer was “outside” when it was clearly close to a monsoon with the rain and wind. When I said “no - where else” she said we could go to the bar and we found a long table beside the bar that was mostly empty. I asked a male server if this was a “first come first serve table” and was told “let me ask a manager.” When the manager trainee showed she let me know it wasn’t and that we “needed to move” so they could seat others. We managed to get by the bar when I got the text letting me know the table was ready. I went over to check in and was told (if you can imagine this) to gather the group in the exact same spot I was told 5 minutes earlier that we had to move. 😡 I simply cannot fathom the level of ineptitude going on here. No empathy for the customer, no awareness of the situation with the storm and of course no sense of at least trying to be nice about it. Once we got seated, things took a turn for the better. Avery took excellent care of our group. The food came out quickly, the steaks were cooked correctly and it was what I expected out of Texas Roadhouse. I was craving this steak. I had a gnat on my food. On the plate of my steak. No apologies from the manager who couldn’t be bothered to stop by the table unless I asked for them. Joshua was a great server, but definitely would not return because of the lack of customer service.

Music was too loud after asking to lower the volume several times. The food came out cold. Mac N cheese didn't taste like anything. One of the steaks was pretty much uncooked. The staff and servers are very attentive but, it didnt seem like they cared about the loud music.

Came here for dinner .. when I tell you we loveee it here we do. But this last visit was just not it. We started off ordering an appetizer then our food. Our appetizer come out as the same time as our food. And the food was not of quality. As I asked for it to be removed. But the plates and cups and utilities were so dirty. Also the DUST on the table separators is disgustingly crazy. ( we sat on the 2 seat booths). I just don’t feel like this like this visit was a good one. I would definitely recommend cleaning a little bit more. Ordering a cup of water to clean the forks and knifes you’re going to use is not something you want to do.

I’ve never been super pleased with the service- it is fast food. But the last two times I’ve been have been extremely lacking. I had a waiter who ignored us, and I just used the pick up system for two fries and a dozen rolls… granted, it said pick was an hour later but I figured I had nothing to do and would see if it’d be done early. First off, saw kitchen staff with their gloves still on doing things outside (doesn’t make me feel great about the food). Then I was told to wait in a parking spot that I waited in for nearly an hour and a half. The pick up workers could have easily said to come back later- they didn’t. Instead, they were rude when we checked in about the food. All of that, for standing in the cold, food that wasn’t correct, and a free app coupon. I can’t say I’ll come here again when Outback has never caused me an issue.

Never had an issue with dining in, but the drive thru………let’s just say the family pack is a scam! I spent $52 on the chicken critter family meal which is supposed to feed 4 as advertised and they skimped out on the fries big time! The amount of fries barely fill half the to go box it was in and you expect me to feed me and 3 other people??? At that point just get a meal for each person so you’re not having to ration a couple fries per person. Also the rolls were a bit undercooked. I think I’ll stick to dine in only from now on.

This was my first time here and I was impressed with the service. But the Caesar salad was swimming in dressing… had it replaced with dressing on the side. Steak was so incredibly salty I cut the top layer off trying to make it edible.. then I went to eat the shrimp and it too was incredibly salty just touching my tounge with it I couldn’t bite into it. So bad. I had a new steak made with No seasoning and skipped the shrimp. The new steak was very good but the experience was still tainted by the presented food. The service was great they did offer to comp the meals we couldn’t eat but we were hungry not looking for free rolls and a drink we had the tainted items replaced. But if you order salad get dressing on the side and I would recommend saying no salt or seasoning be added to your food.add it yourself.

I usually do not write reviews but, I was really disappointed at our visit yesterday. We waited roughly 30 minutes and were sat at a large table that holds 10-12 people for the two of us. When asked to move to a smaller table. We were told that we would have to rejoin the waitlist. When we finally were able to sit at the booth we ordered an appetizer. It came out as a completely different appetizer, we kindly asked for the appetizer we ordered. Our food came out about 25-30 minutes later and both our appetizer and drinks had still not came to our table. We canceled our appetizer and asked the manager to get our drinks. Our order was not correct for our entrées. We went ahead and paid on the Ziosk, and I was truly baffled. Our bill was $58 and it stated that a 20% tip was $17. A complete scam. use your calculator when wanting to tip at this restaurant as their percentages are marked way up.

Honestly, of all TXRH locations, College Station is the only negative standout. The food quality has consistently been bad and the service is lacking in comparison. I’ve been at least 3 times and it’s been consistently poor. We do not have any issues at other locations. We will not be visiting again. The main reason: The salads had old lettuce. Our steaks were overcooked and served cold. The green beans were also lukewarm, which normally is piping hot at any other location. Our waitress wouldn’t even do the bare minimum. We had empty baskets/dirty plates, and when she asked if we’d like more bread, she didn’t pick them up. Her hands were free and no, she didn’t go to another table. Even after dropping off the new bread, she didn’t pick up the empty basket. When our table was just loaded with dirty plates, she came, checked in, and walked off before we had the chance to ask her. Again, her hands were completely free. She didn’t deserve the 20% we gave her. It was out of habit.

Food was ok. Service was good. But the music blasting at ear-splitting level is rude and inconsiderate. Not a good business decision if your goal is to provide a pleasant dining experience.

Let me start by saying, my bf and I come here all the time, and we always get horrible service. I know we are young, but we always tip 18%+ because we know the struggles. Today around 12:00 we were sat, our server is nowhere to be seen and has only checked on us 3 times total. The first time to see if we wanted drinks, second time for us to order the food, and the third time after waiting for our food to ask if we needed anything, my drink was empty, I had no straw, and we had no buns. So ofc we needed something. She did not come to check on us after our food got here to see if everything came out okay. And guess what it didn’t! So we had to ask the manager to send our food back, and the server is nowhere to be seen. Now we have been waiting for sirloins for a long time, our sides are getting cold and we are expected to pay our food, and tip the server? I’m sorry but no. The service here is horrible specially if you are young.

Ordered my steak well done came out rare, cut it open looked at it mind you I was very close to steak due to lightning sent it back and received the same steak back cut and all with a missing piece I cut completely missing. Waitress must have been new or didnt give a damn had to ask him for everything including to go plates messing up on order putting mushrooms ans onions on wrong steak. Manager said that what they do when your order isn't cooked right just stick same steak back on don't know what dropped on that steak and your cooking others meal around it. Ask other Waitress if she can grab our Waitress she asked whst did I need I stated to ask for a to go bag and was a drink to go didnt get that out before she stated what u need I can get it I said I'll wait your not the Waitress she suddenly went into defense mode that's my co worker we help each other out im holding a bag if you need one im trying to give you one just rude. He never came back and ask of there waa anything else we needed or would we like a drink to go have a good night, nothing was said. Worse experience ever usually a good place. What a way to end your birthday night.

I’m really not sure why this place stays so busy day in and day out. We have visited numerous times, with hopes it will be a better experience than our last, but it never is. The food is served lukewarm (not hot) like it’s been sitting in the back on the counter for the last 20 minutes. And frankly, by how drudgingly long their service takes, it wouldn’t surprise me at all. The cheese on our cheese fries wasn’t even melted and all just fell off the fries when you picked them up (they were also barely warm, not hot). My country fried sirloin was chewy, bland and clearly coated with great-value brand gravy (which was COLD, not even warm). It’s also so loud in the restaurant, you can’t hear yourself think, but that’s the least frustrating about this place, frankly. We used to enjoy Roadhouse years ago, but this establishment has gone downhill steeply in the last 5-6 years. Will not be returning!

People here are mean. The customers & the staff were looking at me strangely because I'm a white man married to a black woman. Also I went to Recruit Military.Com, jobs for veterans, a job popped up here and I didn't even get called in for an interview. People say veterans have plenty of resources but a lot of them are fake, you have just as much luck applying on Indeed

This is a steakhouse that doesn't know how to cook steaks. The attached picture of dried out meat, is my "medium rare" steak.

Ordered over the phone, couldn’t find an option online for a “loaded baked potato” I figured I would just call to see if it was possible to do it. Young man on the phone was laughing when he came on the phone, said that they don’t do loaded baked potatoes but that he would recommend the pulled pork dinner. I told him I would like two and an order of rolls and he told me to pickup at 8:05. Upon driving up to pick up my food I see a sign posted that said “load your potato” I was confused because I had just been told that roadhouse doesn’t really do that, nevertheless I just moved on from it. When we open our food, EVERYTHING was burnt. The rolls, the pork, and even the BAKED potato, AND apparently I was only given one dinner when I said two. Luckily I was not charged for this, but we were left to share and then cook some food ourselves, when it’s supposed to be “our order out night”. I’m extremely disappointed, and am never going to this location again.

Pickup order. Food was ICE cold. Online order placed at 5:45. Said it would be ready at 6:18. Got in line at 6:16. Young woman got my name, came back and said they were still working on it. Totally fine. However, they then made me wait an additional 20+ mins before I guess they remembered me? Handed me the bag, and when we went through it, literally everything was cold, like it had been sitting for a WHILE. This honestly isn’t the first time this has happened at this location, but this will probably the last time I’ll go here. I recommend just going somewhere else y’all.

Ordered online and had to wait 2 hours for food cause the system crashed. Send an email out or something, don't just have people pull up and have to wait in line 2 hours for the order they ordered at 12 noon.

Worst services I’ve had in a while. Sat down ordered my drink and ordered my food. Server brought me my drinks but never brought bread. Said it would be a 5 min wait which is okay but server never returned till after I received my food. Then she proceeded to say it would be another 5 min wait for bread. Finished my food and the worst part is I never received any bread still. Server checked on us twice the whole time once for order and drinks then after food was brought. Terrible service.

Took food out for my daughter’s birthday, we were so excited to enjoy a dinner we didn’t have to cook for a change. Got it home and was so disappointed. My broccoli had brown squishy spots all over it, my grilled chicken was dried out and tasteless, my daughter’s steak medallions were full of gristle and she threw all but 2 bites she could salvage away, and the butter she ordered for her much anticipated sweet potato was missing. Definitely not what we are used to from Texas Roadhouse. This location dropped the ball.

my first not so great experience was when i took my siblings to eat out, when i moved the wrapped silverware a roach had crawled out & i tried not to mind it and give grace because i'm aware preventing bugs in a restaurant will never be perfect my latest experience unfortunately has to be my last visit to roadhouse. there was a bunch of floating specks in my drink (black and white) & i had ordered a side dish and i had noticed a body part of a bug was on it.. it was not the bug in it's entire form and you could tell, meaning it was there for quite some time. i had informed my server and they showed the manager where they offered to replace my side dish with a new one, and that she checked the batch and it had just probably flew on there on the way to my table. it just kind of felt like they didn't care that much and that i was inconveniencing them and that it's okay if we find bugs in our food because it just happen to fly on it as it comes to your table. i'm sure everyone is super sweet.. just really unsanitary.

We had a large gathering, and oh my goodness how do I start off 😂. First of all the music was cranked up so loud you couldn't even hear yourself talk or cough. Second, the waiter could barely take our order with the music being so loud. Then it took a good while for our food to come. The steaks were cold, I ended up eating just a very little because we had already waited that long and I was hungry. But anyways. My husband didn't eat because his food was more colder than mine, so we ended up not paying for those 2 meals. I'm not sure if the food was already ready but the waiter probably took awhile to bring it to us. So it seems like it was just sitting out. I won't be going there for awhile until they step it up a bit. Btw dontborder the Steak Bites with Seasoned Rice, it's extremely salty.

I was there for dinner with my daughters after ring day. When I was going to sit down, I noticed that the seat was greasy and had crumbs all over. So I called the waitress to please wipe it down, she just used a small napkin to drop the crumbs on the floor. I finished cleaning it myself because It was still greasy Then the waitress came couple of times, like in a hurry, to get our orders. After we ordered, The food took forever, in fact, the waitress came a couple of times to apologize that it was taking so long, she said the kitchen was being slow. When Finally, the food arrived. It looked cold And when I started eating It was definitely cold, so was my daughters’. I called the waitress to see if she could at least take mine to warm up. She took it and came back after a few minutes, and it was still cold.. Of course, I was not going to send it back again, so I ate it as it was and so did my daughters. The cherry on top was that after we finished paying and were about to leave, a huge cockroach appeared on a wall by our booth and started coming towards us. I stepped on it to kill it. So, the place was not clean, no soap in ladies bathroom either, food was left sitting somewhere in the kitchen and it got cold (Bad communication between kitchen and servers), Did not enjoy the food in that condition, beef was not tender either. Definitely not coming back.

I went here with my family Spring of 2025 for dinner. Upon leaving, my husband got violently ill (it lasted about 24 hours and was awful in every way imaginable - he ate a steak). We actually called the same night (I did) and spoke directly to a manager (young female) to tell them our experience, just trying to help prevent this from happening to someone else. Her reaction was NOT empathetic and acted like this had never happened before (I have never called a restaurant before and done this). but she took our information acting like someone would get back with us… which of course no one ever did… not even an empathic “sorry I hope he feels better“ (I thought I was going to have to take my husband to the ER… it was that bad). Basically 6 months later my husband and I were talking about this experience, so I wanted to let others know. I will NEVER eat here again and I want others to know about our experience at their College Station, Texas Restaurant. That young female manager just saying “I hope he feels better” (as my husband was hovering over a toilet for a day) would have meant everything. Shame on you! I highly recommend do NOT eat here ever!

The staff was more interested in cleaning and closing the restaurant than service. No drink refills, food in wrong order, no follow up. Food was not great as well. Drinks were under served on alcohol as well. Lady next to me had to send her steak back twice. Guy on other side had to wait 30 minsfor check. Very bad service

Normally we love this restaurant. However today their system was down . No one told us until we were seated. We waited over an hour and no food. Other tables that came in well after us received their food. We ended up leaving because we had somewhere to be. The waiter requested that a manager come speak to us. No one bothered to talk to us so we left. Just ridiculous and not sure we will be back.

Too LOUD!! The food is good and the service is very friendly. But the music is way, way too loud. We measured the music at 96 decibals. It was impossible to have a conversation across the table. We mentioned it and they lowered the music to 92 decibals. If you're looking for a country nightclub with no dancing this is your place, if you want a nice family dinner go somewhere else.

After 25 years living in this town and being our favorite place to eat a steak it’s the very first time we have such bad negative experience . After all it was lady manager who went and apologize and change server things got better Texas road house take a not Definitely a better training time whit young servers whit are to be leased the customers on whatvthey request and not what a server suggest and or wants to do .
