Absolutely wonderful! Steaks were perfect (rare and medium rare) Service was personable and attentive. We celebrated our son's birthday and his return to the states after deployment. We will definitely return when in the area!

Talk about a perfect dining experience! Our party of two was seated at a spacious booth by the bar. We were lucky enough to have both bartenders taking care of us and they were both fantastic. Our drinks and food were delicious - everything was presented nicely, cooked perfectly, and tasted so good. Both of us couldn't get over how amazing everything was, especially the crispy brussels. It was our first time here and will definitely be back soon.

We had heard good things and wanted to celebrate a job accomplishment for my husband this week. We had a reservation for 4:30 on Friday night, just in case. When we arrived we were seated upstairs and it wasn't busy yet (by the time we left it was getting full). We had a very helpful and kind woman serving us for the evening. We ordered the crab cake, venison with the lobster, brussel sprouts, duck fat potatoes, cauliflower "steak" (so excited they had this!) with the oscar crab lump. We got the peppercorn cognac and bordelaise sauces. Everything did not disappoint. It came out beautifully at the perfect temperature. The only thing my husband remarked on was for such an upscale place he did expect grill marks on the lobster. But as a New Englander he was so happy with the way everything was done. We definitely ate like royalty and are so excited to one day visit again and try more things. With all we got as well as four glasses of the house cab, we spent (with tip) about $350. So do be aware its a pretty penny. For us it was worth the splurge from the atmosphere to the beautifully decorated building.

The food is amazing. I went there for my anniversary and it was an awesome experience. But this is Colorado Springs so even if it's a fine dining restaurant don't expect people to be dressed appropriately. A lot of jeans, tshirts, and shorts that kinda kills the vibe.

We had the honor of working with Sara for our wedding reception. She was professional, sweet, and caring through out the entire process. She really brought our vision to life and we are forever grateful. Everything was beautiful and the food was delicious. Brandon was our server and he went above and beyond to make sure that everyone was happy and taken care of. He is truly the best! Thank you all so much!

From the outside, Prime25 looks like it is closed. Although it has two large outside seating areas, no one uses either and there is nothing on the outside of the building to suggest the business is still operating. Inside is completely different - a sleek, well designed bi-level dining room that would look at home in New York or Los Angeles. This place is swanky and showing up in jeans and a t-shirt is ok but you'll definitely feel under dressed. The food is delicious and expensive. The steaks are sold without sides, so the $58 filet mignon (perfectly cooked and delicious), with two sides brings the bill to nearly $100. The sides are sharing size appropriate for two. If you want an upscale dining experience with excellent food and a price tag to match, Prime 25 is a great choice.

My wife and I absolutely loved it here. Our steaks were perfectly done, our sides were top notch, and the oysters Rockefeller were as good as if you'd had them on the coast. Our server, Rick, was an absolute pleasure and we appreciate him greatly for making our first wedding anniversary memorable. Thanks to everyone there! If I had one gripe it would be the giant hole in the dirt parking lot to the side of the restaurant that really rocked my low-sitting car.

Without a doubt, this was the best dinner we've experienced since arriving in Colorado Springs! Our waiter, Brandon, provided outstanding service and made us feel right at home. We kicked off our meal with a classic old fashioned—just the right balance, not too sweet and absolutely perfect! The wedge salad was crisp and refreshing, and we also enjoyed a side of scallops, half a dozen oysters, a juicy ribeye, and loaded baked potatoe. Every bite was simply delicious!

Wow. What a place. I loved everything here! The service was amazing and every person that helped dinner come together had such a good attitude and work ethic. Thank you to all of you for making my partner's birthday special. I'll be back! ❤️

So far, this is my favorite steak and seafood house in town. The whole place invites you into a quaint dining experience. The servers are very professional and can talk you through the menu like they are the chef. The ceasar salad was amazing, and I have never been blown by a salad like that. They have various cuts available, including waguy. Items that we ordered were burgers, salads, salmon, and my personal favorite, mussels (a must buy). Everything is a la carte, so that is where it can get pricey, but the portioning in each course was perfect. Our server also flowed service and coursed everything seamlessly. Absolutely wonderful restaurant!

Went to Prime 25 to celebrate our 20th Anniversary, and this place did not disappoint. The service was beyond excellent, the drink options were delicious and unique, the food was the best we've had in Colorado Springs and the whole experience made us want to book a cruise because the service and atmosphere at this place reminded us of that level of experience. We also got free champagne and they made us our special dessert that wasn't even on the menu. We will be back to enjoy happy hour upstairs and any special occasion.

We had an amazing dinner ! The oysters were so good! The steak was done perfectly. The cocktails were so yummy! The service from Johnathon at the bar was top notch and truly took care of us answering all our questions. Only thing that we didn’t care for was the Mac and cheese. But totally worth it!

The food was delicious. Both my salmon and my bf's steak were cooked to perfection. The service was absolutely lovely and top-notch. We had a great time here and will definitely be back.

Delicious. We enjoyed going as a large group so we could enjoy the family size sides. I didn't think I would have liked it as much if it were just two of us.

This was my first time at this restaurant. All of the staff was friendly and professional. I got the ribeye, which was delicious! And my husband got the salmon. Everything was delicious. We will be back for sure. They should implement a dress code here, however.

We had a delicious dinner here! Everything was incredible from the salads to the appetizers to the steak and fish! These brussels sprouts were the best we've ever had! And the service was spectacular ! If you're looking for a great restaurant and dining experience in Colorado Springs, put this on your list!

My husband and I are on our honeymoon and found them on Google and so glad we did! From the second we walked in the door it was fabulous! Our server Christian was awesome! The 40oz porterhouse for two was delicious and the million dollar bacon was excellent!

C

Easily the fanciest dinner I've ever had in Colorado Springs, everything was absolutely mind blowing! The food, service and atmosphere were all next level and I saw people dressed to their 10's and to their 3's eating $50-$100 dollar steaks. Great place for a night of fun and flavor!

If you are looking for an elegant steakhouse restaurant to dine in this is definitely a must. The ambience is warm and cozy yet upscale and suits best for any special occasion or event. For appetizers, my party enjoyed the Steamed Mussels, which can be a shared plate. One also enjoyed the wedge salad. For someone who doesn't eat meat, the Goat Cheese Ravioli and 3 oz Jumbo Lumb Crab Oscar is a great pairing. They also have a Cauliflower Steak if you still like to have your vegan version of steak. If you are a meat eater, there is nothing I believe you can choose and go wrong. The Truffle Mac and Cheese and Asparagus are great sides to choose as well. For dessert there is a 3 tier slice of chocolate 🍫 cake that comes with ice cream and it is so big that you either share or take the rest in a box. If you must have a cocktail, I suggest the Water Lily or Port Old Fashioned, but either way and cocktail will be made by a bartender who takes their craft as an art and very seriously.

We went for our anniversary and it was absolutely worth it. I don't have one single complaint! The service was absolutely phenomenal, the food was beyond delicious, and everyone of the staff that we encountered wished us a happy anniversary.

J

The food tasted amazing and had great presentation, I love how they split the crab legs making it very easy to eat! We showed up pretty late in the evening and did not feel rushed or pressured by the staff to get our orders placed or to quickly finish our food. The establishment appears upscale and would be great for a date or fancy meeting!

Immediately upon walking into Prime 25 my husband and I were in awe. It is a nicely styled restaurant with a very romantic ambience. From the fireplace to the stylish seating to the live music. It was all perfection. Not only was the place classy, but the service matched as well! We were welcomed by at least 4 employees. From the hostess, to a random waiter greeting us with water and quick updates to our actual server Sara and Jamie who I think was the manager of the restaurant. It was my husband and I anniversary and Jamie made us feel very welcomed! We loved every moment. Once the food arrived we were in heaven. Everything was cooked to perfection and it was well seasoned and well portioned! I would definitely recommend Prime 25 to anyone and we will definitely be back!

We went to celebrate my husband's birthday. Amazing dishes, a wonderful waiter (thank you, Brandon!), and a perfect restaurant. We'll definitely be coming back more often! If I had one complaint, it would be about the parking lot—lol. It's hard to walk in heels! I hope they pave it with asphalt someday soon.

We had a wonderful time at Prime 25. The food was delicious, and the entire experience was made even better by our server, Kaelynn. She truly went above and beyond to make our evening extra special. She was attentive, kind, and thoughtful throughout the night. Exceptional service paired with great food made for a memorable experience.

We had the opportunity to go to prime north 2x in a little over a week! Our first experience was night before Thanksgiving with extended family get together. 7 of us. We had oysters raw and Rockefeller, crab cakes, steak tar tar shrimp cocktail.. My husband and I split the incredible tomahawk and the table had filets, ny strip, the lamb and tons of sides including Mac and cheese..everything cooked to perfection and service was awesome. We had a birthday and we got a sparkler dessert presentation that was spectacular. Out next experience was my husband and I and another couple. Cocktails, again both oysters and each couple split a ribeye cooked to perfection. Wine service on point.. Both wonderful experiences. Highly reccomend!!

Absolutely phenomenal dinner from start to finish. The service was impeccable, attentive, polished, and genuinely welcoming. We were looking for a true five-star dining experience, and this restaurant delivered on every level.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Prime25! Every single part of the meal was outstanding. The Brussels sprouts were incredible, easily some of the best I’ve ever had. I ordered the ribeye, and it was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The Caesar salad completely surprised me too … the taste and texture were unlike any I’ve had before. And the cheesecake… It literally melted in my mouth. I was honestly sad I couldn’t finish it because I was already so full from the amazing meal. Service was just as impressive. Sonny, our waiter, was extremely attentive, always smiling, and genuinely kind throughout the entire evening. Great food, great service, and an all-around fantastic dining experience. Highly recommend!

Celebrated my husband’s birthday last night and had a wonderful time! The cocktails were exceptional and our bartender even altered them to fit our taste preferences. I ordered the filet mignon (med rare) and my husband ordered the NY strip (rare) and they were cooked to perfection. The truffle Mac and cheese and the loaded potato puree are must tries! Everything was outstanding from the moment we walked in to the time we left. Worth every penny - we will be back. ❤️

Prime 25 delivers exactly what you want from a standout steakhouse experience! Warm hospitality, expertly prepared food, and that extra touch that makes a night feel special. From the moment we sat down, our server Brad made the experience amazing. He was attentive without hovering, genuinely friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The food was prepared perfectly across the board. Every dish came out exactly as it should, hot, well-seasoned, and clearly made with care. A highlight of the meal was the truffle mac n’ cheese, which was absolutely delicious: rich, creamy, and packed with flavor without being overwhelming. Highly recommend Prime 25 if you’re looking for great service and a meal that delivers on every level.

Our waiter Dakota truly made the experience stand out. Attentive without being overbearing, super knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely kind. You can tell he cares about the guest experience. Definitely a top-tier steakhouse and somewhere I’d happily come back to or recommend to clients and friends. 10/10!

First time my husband & I have been here. We were celebrating my sister's birthday and wanted a nice steak place. We debated about going to The Pepper Tree, but decided to try a new place and were not disappointed! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable about the wine list and menu, and very attentive. The team service was great to see and Owen, our main server was a delight. The atmosphere was quiet and sophisticated. Most of us were were smartly dressed, and it also seemed as there was a little more casual dining available at the bar. One of us ordered the scallops, which were perfectly seated and the risotto was AMAZING. Two of us ordered the ribeye (which did have a source rub but was not in any way spicy) and with steaks were PERFECTLY cooked. And one had the tuna, which also was perfectly seared and was wonderful. The sides are served family style and 3 were perfect for the 4 of us. We loved the duck fat potatoes, asparagus, and mushrooms, but they all sounded amazing - it was tough to choose! Highly recommend!

Ordered a medium steak and lobster tail, steak was medium well and lobster was definitely over cooked and was more of a feat to cut than the filet. The steak came medium well at best, genuinely I think most people would have considered it well done. I'm not super picky with my meat but my seafood has to be done perfect. Spending $133 for a filet with 9oz of lobster is a slap in the face. The steak has amazing flavor but the lobster was rubber and I didn't eat half of.. The waiter/bartender (problem within itself) never asked if it was cooked properly, which I am no fine dining expert but even Ruth's Chris asks you to cut into it immediately to make sure it is cooked properly, I wasn't asked at any point if the food was cooked to my liking but I do not blame the bartender, I just don't think the two should be combined at a place where two people (with no drinks) are spending almost $150 per person. I definitely will come back to try again but the operations manager (or the person compatible) should understand the bartender isn't a waiter and a waiter isn't a bartender.

Prime 25 is a fantastic steakhouse located in Downtown Colorado Springs. The location is easy to get to, as they are just on Tejon St. and, although there are many pot holes and gravel, there is a parking lot next to the building. I would be cautious taking a nicer vehicle coming here. The hostess was welcoming and seated our party of 7 for dinner. The ambiance is great - dimly lit interior with customizable, dimmable touch lamps, a partial view of the kitchen, faux fireplace around the walls, and beautiful music surround the place. In addition, the aroma of freshly made food smells enticing. To start, we started with appetizers: * 1 Dozen (2 orders of the 1/2) Oysters * Crab Cake * Tuna Tartare * “Million Dollar” Bacon I really enjoyed the Bacon (aka Pork Belly). It was tender and the fat lended great flavor. the Tuna Tartare was also delicious and a perfect starter. For Dinner, our party ordered a variety of steaks and sides. For myself, I ordered the 8 oz. Filet Mignon with a side of Bordelaise. My steak was cooked to a perfect Medium. We all shared sides so we had a few options to try: * Broccolini * Crispy Duck Fat Potatoes * Truffle Mac & Cheese * Crispy Brussels My favorite was the Crispy Brussels. It had a sweet and sour sesame flavor that was so good - it may have been better than my steak! I loved it so much! And, in general, I just love Brussels Sprouts when cooked/flavored the right way. I also ordered a non-alcoholic drink called “Bee Well,” which had a combination of Lemon, Honey, Grapefruit Soda, and Fresh Basil. Absolutely refreshing and right up my alley! I loved both the Brussels Sprouts and this mocktail. For desserts, we tried the following: * Cheesecake * Chocolate Layer Cake * Tres Leches Cake Surprisingly, I really enjoyed the Tres Leches Cake because it had a subtle sweetness yet great texture and it didn’t come out soggy. Overall, our server was great and attentive, the space was beautiful, and the food was delicious as was the dessert. I hope to come back again the next time I’m in Colorado!

Kind of disappointed in the menu I thought there would be more seafood options, Service was amazing, and the Atmosphere was nice. My only complaint was the appetizer. Oysters Rockefeller. The oysters were the smallest I've ever seen throughout the country, but I did realize I'm in Colorado there's no sea for thousands of miles. My issue is the recipe (breadcrumbs and packed in bits of spinach) and they had a peculiar taste that was not appetizing. But steak, lobster, fish, cocktail was very delicious.

I gave this place a 4/5 🌟 for 2 reasons, and one isn't a big deal or else I would have given it 5 🌟 This place is amazing, low lighting atmosphere, seats are comfortable, but most of all food was fantastically savory. Delicious, I had the filet mignon M/R, I like my meat juicy, and the meat dissolved in my mouth. Scallops were crunchy outside, soft on the inside. Drank a cocktail Tori- highly recommended if you like citric with a sweet kick vodka cocktails 🍸 and soft after taste. Dessert was a sponge triple chocolate mouse I believe and had a freshness to it, with cranberry on the side. Here was where I lost a star 🌟, the oysters appetizers were sad. They were the smallest oysters I have ever had. The image shows the amount of oyster meat it had. One out of 12 had a decent size meat in it. Secondly, to some is not a big deal, some it can be, the price is up there, but you get great quality 👌 food. I love food, so I don't mind paying the price.. it's my vice.. lovely place over all. It can get a little bit loud from time to time, but it is all laughter and joy of others. Enjoy 😉

Have been a guest a few times now. Different dining companions and orders each time. Service: Impeccable. Attentive. Rises to the occasion, even when challenged. 5 Stars. Atmosphere: Exceptional. Warm. Inviting. Comfortable. Love it. 5 Stars. Food: Fair to Good. But foodies might find the dishes lacking in finesse and attention to detail. Each visit, salt has been used in over abundance. From the whipped butter served with the opening bread basket, to the brussels sprouts to the entree meats. That’s disappointing. Over-salting is a rookie mistake at best, a lazy mistake at worst. It overwhelms the more delicate, nuanced flavors and seasonings of the dish. A sin expected at a strip-mall steakhouse, but not a locally-owned fine dining establishment, with prices to match. I tried the burger this time. (A filet and pork chop previously.) The preparation of the burger was on the mark. The miss was the Nueske bacon topping my burger. Known for being lean, what was served to me was not. Each little…chunk(?)..was a flavorful, but unchewable piece of rubberized fat. An unfortunate distraction, and frankly a scene-stealer from the tasty beef. Lack of attention to detail sank this dish. Food: Summing up my three visits, only 3 Stars. I wanted (still want) Prime 25 to be so much more. Finesse and attention to detail, chef.

It was my wife and I’s 22nd wedding anniversary and I made the reservation on Open Table. It asked me if I had any special requests, so I put a note in there for something that would require someone to go above and beyond. Not only did Ramsey meet that request, they also included a personal anniversary card that showed amazing thought and care. Ramsey took care of us the whole time we were there and even at the end, when my wife and I were full, tired and ready to go home, Ramsey brought us dessert anyway and said “it’s you anniversary, you can’t not have dessert”. This highlights what customer service should be and something that lacks here in the springs now. Ramsey was so totally amazing and if we ever return to Prime 25, it sure won’t be for the burnt overpriced steaks. That being said, the food isn’t worth the price, although the duck fat potatoes are pretty delicious! The steak I ate was comparable to steak I’ve had at Denny’s.

S
Symantha Russell

Steaks were overcooked and salty. Brussels sprouts were pretty good, but very salty. The most salt I've tasted in a meal. Everyone seemed friendly. Little cake was good and nice of them.

Not a good experience, called to make reservations for our anniversary, they promised a good table, a good experience, comp desserts.....It was not good at all, they stuck us at a low top right next to the kitchen and forgot about us, the drinks were good but they never came back to refill. Certainly not the best steaks in town, not even close, (have had much better at Texas roadhouse) no comp desserts as promised. Check was close to $200 , not worth it at all, have not and will not return. Follow up 2025, (4 years later). I was given a gift card so I tried it again. Service was much improved. The food was better, A definite improvement from years previous,

Someone said this place was comparable to Cowboy Star. The service and prices are but when it comes to the steak it is not. I got the Ribeye, and the steak I was given could have been brought from Walmart and cooked from home. Didn't taste aged, no good sear, no flavor, and no seasoning(I specifically asked for extra seasoning). I do not give bad reviews unless totally warranted. I was charged almost $220 for $90 worth of food. I have no problem paying that much but the food needs to deliver. Our server was great, the thick bacon appetizer was good, and the atmosphere was up to par. Unfortunately the steak was sub par and I thought this was a steakhouse.

L
Lucas McIntire

The filet was pretty good, but i wasn't blown away by anything. Menu is basic, I ended up with the filet because the seafood options were limited and not very enticing. Desert was okay at best, borderline let down on the chocolate cake. Nice decor and service was fine, but they lit a stupid sparkler at another table and it made the whole place wreak of burned chemicals (kinda ruins the taste of food). The prices are definitely premium, but the food wasn't quite on that level. Im not saying you shouldn't eat here, but I'll probably look elsewhere the next time im in the mood for a good steak place.

R

Loud drunks at the bar ruined a nice meal. Waiter seemed in a hurry even though he only had 2 tables. Steaks were good but cooked wrong. For the money, not a special experience.

J
Joseph Morrell

The overall experience at Prime25 was enjoyable, especially thanks to the excellent service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel well taken care of throughout the meal. The quality of the steak itself was very good, and the cook temperature was executed perfectly. That said, the seasoning across several dishes fell short. The steak, while high quality, was noticeably under-seasoned. The Brussels sprouts were on the opposite end of the spectrum and came out overly seasoned. The mac and cheese lacked depth and flavor, and the lobster bisque tasted predominantly of butter without much depth of seafood flavors. Overall, Prime25 has a great atmosphere, strong service, and quality ingredients, but refining the seasoning and balance of flavors would significantly elevate the dining experience

We visited Prime 25 tonight to celebrate our 4th wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, the service really missed the mark. Our server wasn’t very knowledgeable about the menu. When I asked a few questions, he had to go ask someone else which is totally fine I’ve worked in restaurants for years but when he came back he still wasn’t able to clearly answer them. We also experienced long waits throughout the evening. My husband’s cocktail from the bar didn’t arrive until after we had already finished dessert, which was disappointing. The food itself was good overall. The mac and cheese was definitely the star of the meal in my opinion. However, once we got home, I discovered a large, thick, coarse hair wrapped throughout the mac and cheese. I hadn’t eaten much of it at the restaurant, and later that evening I nearly ate the hair when reheating it. That was extremely upsetting and unsanitary. It’s very disappointing when we are now home and I can’t send it back so I had to throw away the max and cheese. Sadly, between the service issues and the food quality concern, we don’t plan on returning.

The steak and bread and butter were delicious! However the baked potato was a refry from the day before , all soggy and rubbery and off tasting . Server at one point got in the weeds bad and we didn't really have a server during our meal. The bus boys that had helped fill my water before my meal came were no where to be found as our coke glasses sat without refills for the entire meal. The large manager w the small suit coat did run a card for another table in our section when the server was weeded but watched from afar as we sat w empty plates and empty glasses. Didnt see him or any manager making table visits, maybe they don't do that here. The server literally had to run to keep up with all the bar drinks his other tables ordered. Poor guy got ran and it was tough watching no one help him . We had written into the notes when we made our reservation that we were celebrating a birthday, but at no point in the experience was this acknowledged or brought up. We found parking easily but had to walk through mud to get in. Seems like after charging that much per plate you could have your parking lot paved. Overall this place is too over priced to be delivering guest experiences like the one we had. Probably won't be able to justify coming back. Day old potatoes is a jankey chilli's move , you gotta do better if you're gonna be priced at $100 per head

We’ve dined here several times before and have never had any issues, which is why this experience was so disappointing. Coming in the day after Valentine’s Day, I expected it to be busy but not the complete lack of service we received. We were seated at our reservation time, ordered drinks and appetizers, and received those without a problem. Shortly after, another couple was seated next to us. Once we finished our appetizer, we waited 45 minutes with no check in, no updates, nothing. During that time, the table beside us was served their meals, the same dishes we had ordered. I know because I heard her question why she received béarnaise sauce when she ordered Mac & cheese. We also noticed a 20% gratuity automatically added to all bills. If tips are being pre charged, the service should reflect that level of care, especially for a $360 dinner. When our food finally arrived, it was extremely underwhelming, especially for a place often called the best steakhouse in Colorado Springs. My husband ordered a medium filet mignon and it was dry enough that he had to use my béarnaise sauce just to make it edible. I had the opposite issue. My medium rare steak was mushy and visibly undercooked. Because the dining room lighting is so dark, I could not even properly see the inside without using my phone camera, and I did not want to disturb other guests, so I boxed most of it up instead. To top it off, the dessert we ordered was first delivered to the table next to us, which further made us feel like our food may have been mistakenly served elsewhere earlier in the evening. When I got home and cut into the steak to reheat some for my son, I was honestly disgusted by how pink and undercooked it truly was. For a $360 experience, this level of service and food quality was incredibly disappointing, especially considering how much we have enjoyed this restaurant in the past. Photo showing the piece I did not reheat when we got home…

Jess Briscoe

We’ve been going to prime 25 for years and have always enjoyed ourselves. We went on Valentine’s Day and had one of the worst dining experiences of all time. Bradford was our server, and he was arrogant, rude, and spent the majority of our evening chatting it up with the table across from us, who he clearly knew personally. We had to flag him over to order. He never asked how our meal was, and we had to flag him down to get boxes and the check. When we get the check, we see 20% gratuity was automatically included because of a holiday, which explained why we were invisible. No one in the restaurant informed us of this. Only giving two stars because the food is generally good, but even this night, the food was very mid. So disappointing. Will be advising friends and family to avoid going forward.
