This is one of the better Burger King's around they've had the exact same staff working here for at least 10 years. Everything is made to Burger King's specifications and nothing is ever made wrong and I've never had anything missing out of my bag. So if you're in the area looking for a Burger King this would be the one to go to.

I went in to sit and read for an hour my legs were having spasms attack. I could not drive back home to Westbury. I heard its a Senior haven you know they are good, so driving 🚗 10 miles per hour not any car PTL following my vehicle. I pull into the parking lot slowly walked into their clean, comfort, bathroom wash my face with soap 🧼 cold water. Dry off dragged to the nearest chair and sat where the employess could see me just in case I got more ill. No questions ask just a great smile greeting good morning. And the music from 3 📺 tvs l tried to ignore in and out of pain 💔 eventually it stopped. Thanks to Burger King hospitality a man held the door opened for me asked if I needed help too my car 🚗 , I said "shivery is still alive," he replied we men try. Thanksgiving greetings I extended snd waited until I got in my car 🚗.

As I had just stated previously in my review of Popeyes Chicken because they too offer a chicken sandwich on a Brioche Roll there's just No Comparison between Burger Kings Chicken Rodeo Sandwich & Popeyes famous but highly over rated chicken sandwich. Although the crispy chicken Rodeo is no longer listed on the Menus at Burger for those in the know it can still be gotten. When I go I get the crispy chicken Rodeo meal & then substitute a strawberry shake for the soda. If you wanna talk about Fast Food Heaven man the strawberry shake alone is well worth going there for. As I'd stated in my reviews for Popeyes in regards to Burger King there simply just aren't enough stars on here for me to rate the flavor profile of that strawberry shake mixed with that Chicken Rodeo Sandwich. If it was a practical thing to do & I could live on just Burger King alone & I had a means of getting there all the time I might just do that. That's why I go as often as possible to get my favorite Crispy Chicken Rodeo Sandwich with the Strawberry shake onion rings held back or on the side. For me in My World Burger King Truly is King & once you've had the taste for Burger King there's just No goin back to McDonalds. I'm sure it has its place for some people but my moral compass in seeking out the ultimate flavor profiles simply won't let me do it anymore. In closing & just so Yas know I'm not being paid by them or Anyone to say this either. This is merely a straight up No B.S. review on my part. If I get even so much as 10 people to try it & it winds up listed on the Menus again I'd consider it a victory!!

I just had the most wonderful experience here. I came in with three small kids under 5. The staff were so kind and welcoming and made us all feel so happy! Most giggly, silly and fun dinner out in a long time. Thank you for being so kind!!

This is the best Burger King location that I frequently visit and dine in with my family because the food is always fresh and most importantly, the service is excellent. The manager Sandra is usually there in the late afternoons for dinner time and she's always so pleasant with a smile, and will even bring your order to you to the table. The other worker that works with her is also friendly and always smiling. It's really nice to see such hard working staff at a Burger King franchise. Something you don't really see these days. I really appreciate their dedication and superb customer service. They deserve recognition and a raise! Thank you Sandra!

Great customer service! I used the app for the first time to take advantage of a special offer. I found it annoying to have to order on the app to get the discount, but did so anyway. When I went to pick it up, I found out I had ordered to the wrong location. It was cold and rainy that night, and the woman helping me, named Sandra, was wonderful in replacing my order at no additional cost. There are still nice people in the world!

I went through the drive thru, the woman was patient and repeated everything back to me. When I got to the window to pay she smiled and gave me 2 crowns for my children in the backseat. I made a large order and had to wait a few minutes which was fine. The woman that gave me my order (manager, maybe) smiled and was patient while I looked through my bag to make sure everything was there. I made a few alterations and when I got home to check everything (no mayo, no sauce, zesty sauce on the side) was perfect.

I eat out a lot at a lot of fast food places but this place went above and beyond courteous and friendliness and especially from the Manager Sandra. I didn't know how to use the soda machine and Sandra came out and showed me how to use everything and was very pleasant and very friendly and when I was eating my meal in the dining room she actually came out and asked me if everything was to my satisfaction... so my compliments to Sandra the Manager she was fantastic and had a Wonderful smile...I will always go there...

I love this place simply for the fact that they have that soda machine where you can make like hundreds of different flavors.

It was much clean today. Usually the place stinks. But today i felt good and place was really neat.

I know it's fast food and not good for you but... If you're on the run and need a quick bite, especially if you have a van full of kids, you can't beat the prices and selections. If you have coupons, even more cost effective. I especially love the mozzarella sticks. The West Babylon location is updated, clean and friendly.

They keep it moving. They come up with ways to make service even better. If you are a regular, you want things as similar to the experience that makes one come back over and over. They have a sense of this. They are consistent . Good service. Check out the app.

I ordered a value meal and it took almost 10 minutes to get the order. There was only one other customer ahead of me. Not sure why it took so long as it is supposed to be fast food.

Its a good place to eat but they are extremely slow. ....I had two people ahead of me and it still took 15 minutes before my order was even taken. Perhaps the manager could hire more people

The fish sandwich was not hot. It was warm. The French fries do not taste like the original recipe. It tastes watered down in flavor.

It's been a while since I had anything but my annual Whopper with cheese ritual . I decided BK had gone unnoticed in my culinary activity for far too long. Spicy chicken Sammy was amazing. Like, forget any other fast food spicy chicken. 🍔 👑 🔥 🐔! The fries. Are these new? Thick cut, but crispy. Better than McDonald's for sure. Maybe too much salt? Cheddar jalapeno bites were ok. Finally, the soda machine from corporate soda hell... While zero sugar Mello Yello sounded like a great walk down memory lane (80s geek fuel), it tasted awful. Last note: ⭐⭐⭐ is the highest rating I give corporate-giant fast food places. That's the best it can be in my opinion.

I have never in my life experienced such incompetence ...Never once have they got my order right, but I keep giving them the benefit of doubt... I am constantly making calls to them to speak to the managers, untill I found out it was the manager who attended to me at the drive thru... IM DONE...

Was not as nice as expected.the vegetables , lettuce, onion and tomato was not nice at all. plus they was too lasy or busy to give my receipt and after several horns they finally opend widow and when I asked they gave wrong receipt.

I haven’t had a spicey chicken sandwich from this place. I asked no mayo it was slipped on whatever sauce they used for the spice was greasy and not only on the wrapper but dripping out of it. I also asked for no lettuce. I got lettuce. I used to work at BK years ago and if I made a sandwich that horrible I’d be on garbage duty. 5/16 ordered original chicken sandwich no lettuce. Of course lettuce was still on sandwich and sandwich luke warm. Also no straw and no sauce for nuggets that i did ask for. This place is always a disappointment.

Not a great visit at lunch time today. Got a Whopper meal requesting no pickles or onions. When I got the burger, it had one small slice of tomatoe about the size of a half dollar and literally 5 shreds of lettuce. Unusual as I have gotten much better in the past from here. I guess special orders means less of the regular items too. Onion rings were hot crispy so two stars earned.

The location was very clean however what’s up with the onion rings? They seem like fake food. Usually when you bite into an onion ring you see an onion. It’s just fried rings of breadcrumb like substance.

Very inattentive worker, who kept looking our way, yet ignored us for a few minutes. There was one order on the screen, and she took her sweet time with it before she finally took our order. She looked very unhappy, and I was intimidated by her.

Terrible experience. I placed an order on Uber eats for pick up and when I went to pick up they never opened the door. The lady just stared at me and my hungry kids and didn’t even bother to acknowledge us! Never coming back to this location!

The Lady who took my order is either deaf or was in such a rush to get my order done because i didnt even get a Straw for my Large coke, No Sweet & Sour for my Chicken Nuggets after i aksed for it, and most of All no Pickes on my Burger when i SPECIFICALLY said how i wanted the burger. I just dont get what this mean looking older lady was hearing on the other end and why she felt so confident with Handing me Half my order when i piad the full Price, i honestly deal with this so often i Have no Faith in Drive-thru's, not like it used to be, when people cared a little.

UPDATE YOUR STORE HOURS!!!! I keep getting orders here from Uber/DoorDash and when I get to the store it’s CLOSED at midnight but the hours on google say it’s supposed to be open till 2am. I’ve pulled up here at 11:58 and the workers are gone. I came here tonight at 1:10am and again, closed. Google says 2am….

Worst location in l.i. they double fry old food and dont speak English enough to understand a request i will never eat this location I'm not the only one with this experience so read on I'm sure you'll find another similar post... the time i was there was 5:45pm on 4/27/2019 the manager had a bad attitude and then sarcastically said "may God bless you" and proceeded to speak to me In Spanish when I only speak English like what's that about?

They gave me the wrong food after I questioned what looked to be incorrect burgers. The restaurant then proceeded to not pick up the phone so I could alert them to the mistake. Go elsewhere!

What is wrong with this burger king? They could have so much more buisness if they listened to there customers legitimate complaints. There biscuits are always hard to begin with. But this morning. It was so hard it was like trying to eat a hockey puck. I don't know if they cook them for to long or its from the day or two befor. There eggs are either over cooked or under cooked. There onion rings and mozzerala sticks supposed to have a nice taste to them not being hard as welll. I dont know if they letting them just sit there to long instead of throwing them out when they supposed to. And cooking new ones. Or what the case may be. But something needs to be done about this burger king. It bad representing which may make other burger kings look bad. The manager supposed to ensure good quality food. The district manager supposed to over see things. To make sure everything is up to par. Some one dropped the ball with this burger king. Retraining needs to be done or something.

Whoever works here as a manager or assistant manager treats teenagers like their pets!!! My son who is 16 years old, a beautiful son in a family very much worth of anything has been treated like a dirty no needed pet. My son applied for a job at this location couple of weeks ago, he had all his working papers. The manager named Diamond told another female manager to tell my son that he's been hired and to work weekdays 5-9pm. I wasn't happy about the hours during school days, but I thought they would give a new employee bad hours. They told him to start last Monday 11/25th to work 5-9, he called to confirm before leaving from home and they told him he can start from Wed, so he was disappointed!!! Last Wednesday 11/27th, the weather was horrible, with wind and rain. My son went to Burger King to work 4:45pm and he was told by a female manager that they didn't know he was coming and they didn't need him and that they didn't even have his uniform ready. I couldn't believe that they would do that to somebody. They think they can do that just because he's a teenager. They told him to come work on Friday which is today, He had all planned preparing to wear black slack and black shoes to work this evening. Just few minutes ago my son was told that manager Diamond doesn't need him anymore. Manager Diamond didn't even have the decency to call my son himself. He told my son's friend who works there to give him the message. What kind of manger is that who supposed to run some business. I am so very much furious. They gave my son a run around. If they didn't need anymore person, they coudl've just told him in the first place. We've been in Commack area for longest time and I have never knew this town had an ugly business like this Burger King. I'm very curious how this place runs with their food. I am also considering taking this matter to consumer affair. Very furious mom.

This has been going on and off for the last two years and this will be the last time we’ll ever go to this location. The woman at the drive-through is nasty rude. Maybe she should get another job if she hates her job so much she also short changes you out of change and if you walk in or drive-through with a gift card insist they don’t work this last time somebody walked over gift card was perfectly fine. it takes a lot for me to post a negative review, but my last experience at this location was terrible. Of the 9 items I ordered, 6 were made wrong. when I got to the window to pick up my mobile order the woman working the drive-through asked me what I ordered, even though the order was placed through the app. After receiving my food I noticed a few mistakes and when I asked for her to fix them she was rude and dismissive and did nothing to fix the order. I'll never go here again

There is blatantly a scam going on here. The woman at the drive though, first of all sounds like you being there is an inconvenience and annoyed the very second you put in an order, then she doesn't tell you the price and gives you less money in change than you are allowed. I saw the price on the screen and told her I wanted to see the reciept. She looked angry I caught on, printed it and basically threw it at me with my extra 2 dollars saying "OH you get 2 dollars more back!" Now mistakes happen, except this has happened with this same woman THREE times now. Since when at a drive through do you not tell the price? Only if you are trying to scam people out of their change. Whoever owns this location needs to take a look at this woman.

I ordered the Wopper Wednesday. I wanted to put extra ketchup. What I got was steemed Hamburger no grill marks. It was gross . Apparently they have a separate container where they steam You're whopper in a steamer You don't even grill. It's right above the prep station.

Poor delivery driver and poor service from burger King. I paid full price for a large meal Bacon King burger and a chocolate oreo shake instead I received a chicken sandwich and a coke... I called the Commack burger king and they couldn't resolve my issue, I mean so customers just throw money away is that what we are doing and then we don't even get the product we ordered.

Uber eats, door dashers, etc, beware!! This place says it’s open till 2am on Sundays but was doing a delivery service on Uber eats around 12am just this past Sunday and the place was close even though on maps it says it’s open till 2am. I don’t understand why on google maps it says it’s open till 2am even if the place is close because this was the second time this happen. As delivery drivers our time and money is wasted when drive to places that are close when they state there open. Unacceptable! Update: Google maps needs to update the closing times for this as it is incorrectly. Picture shows the opening and closing time

I still don't know why I bought a comment to this place! To this day I am still surprised that the one lady still works here at the drive-through. She is nasty and very slow!? 9 out of 10 times I get my order wrong!!!!!! How can a place like this still have an employee like her working here it's beyond me. I understand everybody deserves a chance and it's just a job but for crying out loud she doesn't do her job and she's not worth coming to this place. This will be the last time I ever come here and I will definitely go to a other place that is further away.
