Went here for a work luncheon for roughly 20 people. First, they were able to accommodate us on less than 24hrs notice...big thumbs up for that!! We were set up in an overflow dining room for privacy, and although staff were coming in and out frequently it was not too disruptive. With such a large group,I was able to see lots of different dishes including small pizzas, salads and entrees. Everything looked delicious and was well presented. I ordered sausage parmigiana with a side rigatoni and it was great! I should also mention that everyone's food came out promptly and all about the same time... pretty impressive considering the size of our group and the fact that it was right in the middle of a busy Friday lunch day! We had our room for 3hrs+ with no pressure to hurry out. Fresh cannolis, cookie and brownies with coffee put the finishing touch on a great experience. Special thanks to John for being so accommodating to us! I will definitely be back!!

Delicious pizza with great variety. So clean and organized with lots of room to sit and enjoy a slice or a meal without being on top of people. The staff is so friendly, they even bring your pizza to the table. And the music playing was awesome, too! My new fav place!

2nd time ordered pizza extra cheese and the pie comes with all cheese to one side. Complained first time gave them a second chance and happened again. Or complaining this time just won’t ever go back. And good is not that great either

Delicious pizza options, as well as healthy AND delicious. I very much enjoyed the whole wheat crust fresca slice with fresh mozzarella, tomato, basil- perfect. I also had tried the buffalo chicken, which had a good amount of chicken and well-seasoned. Garlic knots were tasty- a good size and not overly greasy. After choosing slices and paying- you are given a number sign and can sit while waiting for your pizza to be brought to you. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Amazing Food! Amazing Customer Service! Amazing Accuracy! Their giant house slice is extremely filling. I even love the 10"pie. Most pizzerias won't send a well cooked pie. I never have to worry about cheese sticking to other slices when I separate them from the pie. Completely foldable and never limp with ample sauce. I order from them whenever I can. Both over the phone or on their website, which is also not complicated at all. The prices are a little high on certain items but it is well worth it. They also email me constantly with deals. Some I could use others not so much. I highly recommend if you are in the area especially after shopping in the complex that's like a minute away. I stop there after a Wal-Mart trip, completely curving McDonald's. Sorry not sorry lol. Keep up the good work. They definitely made me a fan.

Hey. I have a brilliant idea for this pizza parlor. Follow up with the customer after they get did deliveries. People are getting more and more upset about payin a ransom for food that is not really food. SHOW The customer you care when. It's still possible to fix the problem. Not after they get Upset. You will make a ton of money and the customers will be happy.Wow what a deal. And stop sending texts about Grandma's pizza. Can't you save us money on something else like a regular pie hello.

Great food here through Uber Eats delivery! But I'm disappointed not to see the lunch pasta portions no longer available to order on the food delivery sites! Hopefully they bring them back

Came in from NJ for a funeral and staying at Holiday Inn Express. I am a native Long Islander. The food was great the delivery was fast and had all utensils included. This is probably one of the best, most caring, and conscientious restaurants that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They are affiliated with Too Good To Go so they are super conscious of food waste and helping out their community which is how I came to know of this place. I ordered their Surprise Bag. It was full of amazing food. The first visit was 6 slices of specialty pizza and a dozen knots. Every single item was well made and delicious. My second visit was a tough one and not because of this wonderful place but they made sure that I not only walked away happy and satisfied, but amazing well-fed. I was having a terrible time trying to get Uber to do my pick-up, it just wouldn't go through. My friend called them and said would you please just put our order outside and we will have someone get it (as they were at closing time). Instead the staff went above and beyond. They personally delivered my order and not only that but gave me this abundance of food I was incredibly grateful for. They have definitely earned my loyalty. I will forever be a customer here because their skill in the kitchen, their kindness, generosity, and understanding is an example to us all and deserves to be supported.

Walked in was taken aback by the spacious clean aesthetic of the place. My eyes were drawn to the wide selection of pizza flavor combos. Located near so many stores, and near highway. $$$ 🥗This has got to be one of the best Mario’s I’ve ever been to ( best pizzeria/ restaurant) Food is immaculate. Prices are incredibly fair. Newly renovated, modern aesthetic— real spacious, wheelchair ♿️ accesible. Amazing !!!! From top to bottom, from customer experience, cleanliness, great atmosphere and food. Each dish is done with fresh ingredients. Carrying one of the most- if not- the best- alla vodka sauce in town. No other vodka sauce like Mario’s! Employees are warm, sweet and readily available to serve even going the extra mile each time. Great management, great ppl, great food. Ambiance is phenom! Music is great. Important to mention; big TVS ! Pizza’s are one of the yummiest—most affordable in town. If you ask them to make your slice crispy they make it crispy & to perfection, or if you want it well done likewise. They fulfill every order as requested specially if you’re feeling creative and want something specially done. They’ll do it and even surpass your request🤤 giving it what I call ‘the extra Mario’s touch’ I love you Mario’s. I need your secret recipe immediately. Literally shocked. Had to run some errands out in Long Island and figured I’d make a quick day trip of it. As a Brooklynite, I’ll be honest I was skeptical about Long Island pizza. I’m not from the area, but I got Uber eats late on a weeknight from my hotel room, and boy did I make the right decision. I got a pepperoni roll, that boy was way bigger than I had hoped and a great value for sure. I also got linguine Alfredo, it tastes homemade and a large portion. If I could give 10 STARS, I would!!! Jonny, the manager, was so incredible to my group who came in for a Heart Shaped pizza for Valentine's Day. We ended up order a few other menu items which were amazing as well. The staff was incredibly helpful and so accommodating. It's been a while since I've had a good slice of pizza and Mario's KILLED IT. Even the interior of the restaurant is so beautiful and SUPER CLEAN. I can't wait to recommend this spot to all my friends and family. Thank you for everything, can't wait to come back!

For basic, quick serve pizza, this is a good option. NY has come a long way from basic toppings and this place has many varieties that would make a traditional, old world pizza maker from Italy question reality. Whether you're a traditionalist or modernist, you will find it here. All sorts of Pizza, salads and Italian entrees. There is no waiter table service, but that is part of the appeal. You order at the counter and grab your own table. No fuss, no muss. A quick, yummy meal.

I come here on occasion and really enjoy the pizza slices. I would give 5 stars but for some reason it always seems a bit discombobulated with ordering and serving and that it seems to take slight longer to get your order. Other than that the food is really good, my husband orders salad and specialty pies and he always enjoys them as well

Prices are reasonable, the atmosphere friendly & most of all the food is very good. The meatballs are "meat" not majority breadcrumbs. The chicken parm,,the Hawaiian pizza all are very good. Plus,the free fountain drink refills is a nice touch

Food was very good. My kids loved the pizza. They entire order was exactly as requested and the customer service at the counter was excellent. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because it was pretty expensive and the large pie looked more like medium. The slices were smaller than other places.

I really like the individual specialty pizza slices here, pretty much the best around. Their regular "Large" pizza pies are very small and very expensive. Not your standard 18" pie. The East Northport location started doing $15 pies on Sundays, which for their size is great. Best cold ceasar salad slices and buffalo chicken slices. Worth a visit.

Pretty good pizza! But when I asked for half of my pizza to be spinach, I just got soggy spinach on half of a cheese pizza instead of traditional spinach pizza (white sauce, etc). For future reference, if someone asks for spinach they want a spinach pizza, not spinach as a topping on regular pizza.

Not sure if this Mario's is a part of the chain, but the pizza and service were both amazing. Walked in shortly before closing hoping something was still available. A gentleman behind the counter happily read off the options still available and prepped my order. I will be returning to this location as I work nearby. The food here is pretty good but it’s not consistent. I love vodka pizza and ordered the “drunken Sicilian” and it was so bad. It was dry, flavorless, and gave my family a horrible stomachache. I came here to dine in, went into the bathroom and the ceiling tiles are all open, which was kind of sketchy, I felt like someone was watching me. If you order at the store the food is a decent price, if you order on Uber, everything is a $10 up charge. For example, penne ala vodka is $12 in the store, and $22 on Uber. That’s pretty steep. The counter girls ignore you until they are done talking amongst them selves while you stand awkwardly in front of them in silence. Not my favorite place to come.

The prices have become so ridiculous that I cannot in good conscience go there any longer. I went because it was convenient. Certainly not for the food quality or prices. It appears to be gouging at this point and not "inflation." I compared their menu to another local place "MT's" (that has far superior food compared to Mario's mediocre at best food. Mario's has NEVER been anything more than mediocre). Chicken parm hero at Mario's is 13.95. At the other place it costs 9.90. That's a 40% difference! Chicken Francese entree at Mario's is 24.50. At MTs it's 18.95. 33% more! Large 16 inch pie at Mario's is 20.50. 16" at other place is 16.50. You get the picture. Guess the only way this stops is when everyone just says no to being gouged. In reality, you can go to a real Italian restaurant and dine with these prices, and get good food as well.

Tried Marios Pizza for the first time on 10/8/23. Got 2 slices and a soda. Was a little overpriced (by a little I mean a lot), but I never met a nicer counter staff. Mario and Austin were definitely busy, but kept a smile on their faces and were very kind. We were able to engage in conversation and I was looking forward to returning. When I returned again on 10/22 I was nothing but disappointed. I got a regular slice and a buffalo slice and an attitude by the female behind the counter. She seemed frustrated that I was ordering - and was one foot out the door (probably since her shift was ending). These employees were the complete opposite of Mario and Austin and that was disappointing. I am not expecting the over the top service like I got the first time each time, but I am expecting some sort of respect. At least put on a smile and not be frustrated when I come in. If it was my business that person would be fired. Anyways, I am hoping to return another time as I do love the style of the establishment. Would be nicer if the prices were a little lower, but I really only got frustrated with the prices once my service was so bad the second time. *Tip for manager: Kindness and respect goes a long way. I get it that food service is hard, but as a repeat customer the service must be consistent even when other employees are not there. I hope the next time I come back I can be greeted by Austin and Mario and not the other rude staff.

Completely missed the mark ! Dined in, ordered Sicilian pie with three toppings on half and 2 drinks, $40 ? Pretty steep cost but I figured it was probably going to be worth it basing it on previous experiences. (Very expensive for pizza, i don't know what I was thinking by not questioning it) I was wrong, it went bad ! Fresh, dine in pie comes out luke warm, at best ! How does one accomplish that ? Not paying attention ? No TLC ? Owner not on the premises ? No quality control ? Or maybe someone was just embarrassed about forgetting to put the order in and they rushed it or something. Whatever it was it wasn't a good experience and if I wasn't asked by my wife not to make an issue out of it, I would have probably not have been very pleasant. I needed time to cool off. I will go back again, every time prior we've had good experiences but it'll only be one time if they don't hit it out of the park next time.

The pizza is pretty good, the problem I have is the price of a eggplant parm hero. It’s like $16. It wasn’t that great for that price. The eggplant wasn’t impressive at all. The quality is average. Garlic knots were good but they sent 3 really good ones and three small harder ones with less flavor.

Mario's Pizza is a solid neighborhood spot with friendly staff who always make you feel welcome. The food is generally good, and I've had some great meals here. However, the inconsistency in their sauce keeps me from giving them a higher rating. Sometimes, it's just too sweet, which throws off the flavor of the pizza. If they could get that right more consistently, this would easily be a 4-star place. Still, it's worth a visit for the warm service and decent food!

Weird order experience. Never been to a pizzeria in NY that requires payment before they will start your order of 2 slices. Hefty HEFTY price tag at $18.79 for a margarita slice and caprese slice and 2x 20oz bottles of soda. Cashier had no idea that it was a caprese on a slice and we had to go over that it was Mozzarella tomato balsamic basil on the slice. cheap cheese causing a lot of grease to pour out of the corner of the box making a mess. The margharita slice tomato sauce apparently uses tomato paste in it, and they didn't hydrate it enough and it was bland. No snap to the crust under the pizza. Has some good flavors, but this needs to be done right to bring them to surface. Won't be back. They need to cut their prices AND improve their food. It's a good thing this pizzeria isn't in NYC with the price and the taste. Maybe the pasta is better.

I love Mario’s I been a customer for a long time food is good and all,but lately when I call to place my order to pickup they put me in hold and never get back to me, so today I hanged up and walk in the store they where doing nothing just looking at each other!

I ordered fettuccine alfredo with chicken. Portion was good. Alfredo sauce was water down. No taste (no flavor), barely any sauce. I order the same from across the street, last week ( la Scala) 100 times better. Mario's people were nice and place looks clean.

Not a fan of the choice of music when I came in yesterday around 2pm. The atmosphere made me feel uncomfortable starting with the attitude from the counter lady as well as the very loud music in another language. You used to play good music not sure what happend Play some pop hits or country music

Delivery order of burger and chicken tortilla soup. Burger was wrapped in aluminum wrap, bun was soaking wet from steam and falling apart, burger was greasy. Soup had virtually no chicken, looked like watered down salsa. Both seem like they sat for a while in the store. Delivery driver was good though.

Pretty upset I paid over $5 for one chicken slice and it came out cold. Cheese wasn’t even melted and didn’t taste fresh. Only one corner of the crust was semi hot? Also when I walked in it looked the manager was talking to 4 staff members while I stood there waiting for someone to help me, finally a girl came from behind me to take my order. As a manager you should at least acknowledge a customer and if you’re that busy having a meeting do it in the back.

I called about 5 minutes ahead requesting a couple of slices. The purpose was so that the slices would be ready, as I was under a time crunch. I get there, no one is on the line or waiting, and they only put the slices in about a minute after I paid for it. Thus, my call was pointless. They did nothing. I think their food is great, but they clearly don’t value their customer’s time. I’m going to other places that actually value their customer’s time.

Food and customer service lacks flavor. I waited 38 minutes for a $24 pie, which tasted like cardboard. Their sauce must come from a can and their oven is dirty. Tables are dirty, while service stood around talking. Manager was rude and refused to admit they put my pie in the oven 20 minutes after I placed the order. Go across the street to Scala's Pizza for a better experience.

I’m a fan of Mario’s usually but this one showed me the quality differs depending on location. The garlic knots here weren’t only worse than when I usually go to Mario’s around Long Island, they were such low quality I threw them away. It was like eating unseasoned cardboard. The pizza was small and tasted below average. If you want usual Mario’s pizza don’t come here.

got food poisoning from pizza. called and they said they’ll take a message and have someone call me back. nobody did. called AGAIN and talked to the manager and explained what had happen, he was extremely rude with me. when i asked if i could get a refund, he goes “well if that’ll make you feel better”. i will definitely not come back.

We stood in front of the pizza display and not one person asked if we needed help. A man and woman were standing by the register staring at us like we had 3 heads but never once asked if we needed help. I got a specialty slice with pasta and it must have been sitting there for a long time because it was the most dry thing I've ever had. The regular slice is not horrible but it's not that great either. Bad customer service skills and bad food= never going back there again.

Charged me $40.00 For a dinner without following instructions. Also , Delivered a product with no utensils. What are you guys doing with all this money, You're making?? I came here yesterday for the first time and I'm surprised of all the good reviews. Their specialty pizza in the window looked pretty good but I ordered 3 regular slices and 1 Sicilian. I have to say it was horrible a waste of money. As soon as I opened the box the pizza looked old. I asked for my pizza to be extra hot and it was cold, no cheese whatsoever, no sauce, the pizza was extremely dry and looked like it sat in the corner somewhere for a couple days. Not happy.

Horrible service no one was in the place but there was 10 workers. I stood there for 10 mins in front of the counter to have someone take my order. Everyone avoided eye contact 0/10 don’t go here

Stopped in this afternoon and was completely turned off by what I saw. The woman behind the counter (dark hair) was literally eating her lunch right in front of me while helping customers—totally unprofessional. Then the guy cutting my pizzas had a beard and was wearing a dirty blue sweatshirt that was dragging into the pizza. Absolutely unacceptable. Between her eating at the counter and him looking like he just came from a construction site, it’s a total health concern. I already reported this to Suffolk County Health because this is not okay. There should NOT be sweatshirts in any restaurant and the health department was told this today. Wear clean uniforms and look professional if you’re handling food. I won’t be coming back, and I hope they get inspected ASAP.
