Mario’s Pizza in Commack is top-tier! The food is always incredible — fresh, flavorful, and made with care. The pizza is perfectly cooked, the pasta dishes are delicious, and everything tastes homemade. But what really makes the experience stand out is Daniela’s amazing hosting! She’s warm, welcoming, and always goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. Great food and even better service — can’t ask for more. Highly recommend! 🍕❤️

First off, I’ll start by saying how lovely that staff is. We were affectionately greeted by the warm staff. Which I’ll get to in a bit. (Huge shout out to the young lady Daniela) Prepare yourselves for an extensive review: Parking lot is huge. Vast amount of parking space. Located near so many stores, and near highway. $$$ 🥗This has got to be one of the best Mario’s I’ve ever been to ( best pizzeria/ restaurant) Food is immaculate. Prices are incredibly fair. Newly renovated, modern aesthetic— real spacious, wheelchair ♿️ accesible. Amazing !!!! From top to bottom, from customer experience, cleanliness, great atmosphere and food. Each dish is done with fresh ingredients. Carrying one of the most- if not- the best- alla vodka sauce in town. No other vodka sauce like Mario’s! Employees are warm, sweet and readily available to serve even going the extra mile each time. Great management, great ppl, great food. Ambiance is phenom! Music is great. Important to mention; big TVS ! Pizza’s are one of the yummiest—most affordable in town. If you ask them to make your slice crispy they make it crispy & to perfection, or if you want it well done likewise. They fulfill every order as requested specially if you’re feeling creative and want something specially done. They’ll do it and even surpass your request🤤 giving it what I call ‘the extra Mario’s touch’ I love you Mario’s. I need your secret recipe immediately. Mario’s future is bright, I see Mario’s pizzeria growing and being historically known! Can’t wait. Well deserved!

Literally shocked. Had to run some errands out in Long Island and figured I’d make a quick day trip of it. As a Brooklynite, I’ll be honest I was skeptical about Long Island pizza. But this spot completely surprised me. The slice was perfect & crisp. The woman behind the counter, with long jet-black hair, was super sweet and attentive. She made sure everything was right and had a really pleasant vibe. Def going back.

Love this place! I started coming here regularly at the beginning of the year with a group for meetings, and every single time the food and service have been outstanding. The staff is warm and friendly, the atmosphere is inviting, and it’s clear the owner truly cares about creating a great experience. It’s become a place that feels like part of the community. I’ve only ever seen professionalism and genuine hospitality—highly recommend!

Everytime I come into the shop, Daniela is always at the forefront ready to handle anything. She is the sweetest person and always takes the best care of me. Her positive attitude and ever present smile make coming in here one of the most pleasant experiences. 10/10 customer service here, from everyone, it’s truly a family.

I took my parents there on Friday, Sept 5th for lunch. It was the first time they ever ate there. The food was great and Daniella the lady at the counter was a doll! She brought our dishes over to us and we chatted for a bit. She was friendly and professional! The eggplant parm dish I ordered tasted great! My parents enjoyed their lunch too! We’ll be back again!😊

I’m not from the area, but I got Uber eats late on a weeknight from my hotel room, and boy did I make the right decision. I got a pepperoni roll, that boy was way bigger than I had hoped and a great value for sure. I also got linguine Alfredo, it tastes homemade and a large portion. I would definitely get food from here again if I come back to Long Island! Thanks y’all! <3

If I could give 10 STARS, I would!!! Jonny, the manager, was so incredible to my group who came in for a Heart Shaped pizza for Valentine's Day. We ended up order a few other menu items which were amazing as well. The staff was incredibly helpful and so accommodating. It's been a while since I've had a good slice of pizza and Mario's KILLED IT. Even the interior of the restaurant is so beautiful and SUPER CLEAN. I can't wait to recommend this spot to all my friends and family. Thank you for everything, can't wait to come back!

Not sure if this Mario's is a part of the chain, but the pizza and service were both amazing. Walked in shortly before closing hoping something was still available. A gentleman behind the counter happily read off the options still available and prepped my order. I will be returning to this location as I work nearby. Thank you to the staff for being so friendly close to closing time. It's not unnoticed and it is definitely appreciated

Not a fan of the choice of music when I came in yesterday around 2pm. The atmosphere made me feel uncomfortable starting with the attitude from the counter lady as well as the very loud music in another language. You used to play good music not sure what happend Play some pop hits or country music

Stopped in this afternoon and was completely turned off by what I saw. The woman behind the counter (dark hair) was literally eating her lunch right in front of me while helping customers—totally unprofessional. Then the guy cutting my pizzas had a beard and was wearing a dirty blue sweatshirt that was dragging into the pizza. Absolutely unacceptable. At least the main pizza guy was protecting his face with a mask as I noticed he had a beard so props to him for wearing appropriate garments and face coverings. I would be embarrassed if I were that nice man to work with complete disgusting people Do they not have uniforms here? Between her eating at the counter and him looking like he just came from a construction site, it’s a total health concern. I already reported this to Suffolk County Health because this is not okay. There should NOT be sweatshirts in any restaurant and the health department was told this today. Wear clean uniforms and look professional if you’re handling food. I won’t be coming back, and I hope they get inspected ASAP.
