I have relatives coming from Sydney, 2 of them (ages 8 and 7) have bdays coming up and they want to celebrate it at Jollibee. So, I called the Concord branch two days before the Aussies come and I spoke with the manager, and he agreed to do it with about 25 people in attendance. I really praise the manager for being so accommodating and helpful. They setup a spot just for us to have a little privacy, they decorated it and even provided us a Photo Booth which is a special treat. One of the employee even volunteered to be our photographer!!!! IT WAS A BLAST AND EVERYONE HAD A GOOD TIME AND APPRECIATED THE EXTRA SERVICE WE HAD AND OF COURSE, THE FOOD WAS GREAT! This place is highly recommended!!!!

Whenever I’m visiting my dentist at Concord Dental. I always visit Jollibee Concord. I like the crew’s enthusiasm here, it made my visit pleasant and memorable. Coming to Jollibee Concord is always a treat since I lived from the other side of the East Bay. Jollibee Concord chicken is always the best. Today, I ordered 2 bucket meal A. Also, they have introduce earning points to get rewarded. My over all visit was a breeze. Thank you to Mdaliene and the managers (Mary) who made my visit memorable.

First time finally getting try Jolibee and I wasn’t disappointed. It was overwhelmingly busy though, definitely decide what you want before you go. You can barely read the menu on the screens and it felt very rushed, with not a lot of space to stand. They let us know it was a 15-20 minute wait (on a Saturday around lunch time) the food still came out relatively fast and tasted good. It’s exactly what I expected.

A fast food place I’ve wanted to try ever since seeing others try Jollibee on YouTube. I drive by Concord and saw the Jollibee sign and had to stop. I ordered their spaghetti and chicken joy meal and didn’t have too high of expectations given it’s considered fast food. First bite of the crispy chicken did not disappoint at all and was really good. Better chicken than KFC and Popeyes by a mile! I’m like Popeyes and this chicken joy I had was better! I’ve had lots of fried chicken and this ranks in top 10. The spaghetti was sweet tasting and was good too. Different types of meat mixed in and was a nice combination to the fried chicken. A win for my first Jollibee experience!

Crispy chicken joy and great pies. Sometimes the add ons have been sitting there awhile but overall good food and good value. We love their sauce :) nestled right in the mall so convenient to shop later.

I ordered jolibee from uber eats. I ordered Fried chicken and ube Pie. Chicken was crispy, it came with two sides of my choice. I had fries and spaghetti, spaghetti was bit dry and hard to mix, but taste amazing. Not recommended fries, doesn’t taste like freshly fried. ube pie was missing. Jolibee was really sweet and gave a card with warm words on it. ❤️❤️

This is hands down the best fast food chicken restaurant! I love their chicken joy buckets, and their chicken is actually spicy and flavorful within every bite! Their mango peach pies are also the best! Although their food is top tier this specific location had a super long wait time, and we waited around 10 minutes before we were able to pick up our food. Although there was a long wait, the food as always was worth it!

The chicken is amazing! Soft, tender and juicy. Some of the best attributes of fried chicken. We got the 6pcs Spicy Chicken-Joy bucket with 2 sides and 2 drinks for $20 - That’s pretty solid for the price and the taste it offers. However, the service time and CASH ONLY due to a down credit card machine made me rate 4/5. Fried chicken fans have to try this place! UPDATE: Second visit, Chicken was not fresh and fries were mediocre and warm. I guess there’s a consistency problem here.

The fried chicken is good here. It’s crispy and juicy. I enjoyed the pie and spaghetti the most. The spaghetti is different from American spaghetti because there’s a hint of sweetness. Lastly, don’t forget to dunk your chicken in the gravy!

Here’s my honest take on Jollibee in the U.S. compared to back home in the Philippines. Let’s start with the chicken. I’ve always thought Jollibee’s Chickenjoy was a bit too oily, but I had to see why it’s blowing up on TikTok here. The American version brings bigger, meatier pieces—definitely more filling! However, for flavor, the Filipino Chickenjoy still takes the crown with that familiar, savory taste that’s hard to replicate. Surprisingly, the gravy in the U.S. is richer and more flavorful. It’s a big improvement over the more “watered down” version I’m used to back home. This thicker, more savory gravy really complements the chicken well. It’s been interesting comparing these little differences, though I wouldn’t call myself a Jollibee devotee.
