I love pho. Pretty much any noodle soup actually. This place is always good for a quick, satisfying lunch. The staff are efficient and kind in a brusque way, but that's just how Asian restaurants are. They even walked me through how to strain my Vietnamese coffee. The stuff is rocket fuel and kind of wonderful by the way. Parking to get in on a weekend is kind of a pain but there's a ton of parking on the other side of the building that people always seem to forget about.

We love Kevin's. We've been going here for over 7 years and they've never failed us. Everything on the menu is delicious, the service is great and the Durian shake is a wonderful way to end your meal!!

Kevin's was very good. They had great food, a standout was the pho, a very cultural atmosphere which was welcoming, and easy to order from waiters as well as a great ordering system and fast wait time. They did great 8/10 will come again.

I have never had a meal here that I didn't like. Delicious food, from Rice to Noodles to Pho. You can't go wrong with whatever you order. Quick service and an attentive staff.

Pho with shrimp only and rice noodles is my favorite. I typically call in for pick up because it can get crowded during peak hours. If pho is not your thing there’s a wide selection of other dishes to choose from.

I tried this place on a whim in search of a new pho spot. It was around 6pm on a Saturday and almost all the tables were full. I had wanted coffee before I got there but did not have any. I saw Vietnamese coffee on the menu, and had to get it because I had never tried it. I had honestly never been served a single cup press before. Cool points! After a lot of stirring I was delighted by the super sweet, smooth coffee. Had I known it was going to be so sugary I would have order it after my meal. I don't generally like spring rolls, but they were ordered. I actually really liked them because the rice paper wrap was a bit on the dryer side (not sure if that was intentional) and was wrapped in a way that gave them fewer layers. The end result was a less chewy spring roll which I thought was awesome! I had the chicken and shrimp pho. The shrimp was incredibly juicy but the chicken might as well have been soaked tree bark.

Really wanted to like this place, as there aren't many pho joints in this part of the East Bay. With all the glowing reviews, maybe I'll try again, but as of now, not great. The pho broth was a bit sweet for my preference, but acceptable for some. They definitely skimped on the ingredients, this even includes the noodles. I mean, I understand cutting costs on meat...but noodles? Finally, the noodles may have been WAY overcooked as they felt like mush in my mouth. Wife confirmed that there were something wrong with them. Ordered the rice plate with pork chop, eggs, shrimp cake. The pork chop flavor was ok, but completely lacked any char that is characteristic of vietnamese grilled pork. The shrimp cake was meh. Egg rolls were crispy, but the ingredients were meh. Overall, I'd skip it, but maybe one day I'll try again. At least the prices were somewhat fair given how other places are raising them pretty rapidly.

Ordered plenty of times from here. Going down hill last few times, grey, discolored chicken. So I switched to the beef. Seems like good quality but I ordered a large and only got 64 grams of meat, that's a little over 2 ounces. Won't waste my money here anymore.

The food was okay. I have been here before and my family and I came late and they happily took us in and were nice until we left after they closed. Today we came 40 minutes before closing and we were unhappily allowed to sit down and we were very rushed. They slammed the menus down on the tray after they took it from us, and they started to surround us while we were still eating and it made the atmosphere unpleasant to continue eating. Then they laughed at our receipt after they took it back even though we tipped 20% because we understood we came in close to closing and we felt bad. Overall this specific experience was not pleasant but I hope it will get better so I can feel comfortable going back.

Very disappointed with my experience at Kevin’s Noodle House in Concord. There was a mosquito in my food, and when I showed it to the waiter, he didn’t apologize or offer any discount. On top of that, it’s clear they don’t wash their vegetables properly, there were still small insects on the greens. Poor customer service and lack of cleanliness. I won’t be coming back
