Tucked away in the back of the Woodlands is a wonderful surprise. Ruah, small cafe tucked in the corner. The Amsterdam was amazing, highly recommend. The Lyon was also very good and rivals a place like Coco Crepes. My wife and I both enjoyed the coffee as well.

My family and I just came to Ruah after it being recommended by some friends. And WOW! Everything was amazing! They just opened but we did not see anything negative about this place. The food was top quality, the service was very good and everything was fast and very very fresh. This will definitely be a favorite! Thank you for the great food and service!

Tonight we had a wonderful evening at Ruah in The Woodlands. The owner was extremely attentive and made us feel truly welcome. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, with a fun smoke effect that made the experience even more special. We had a great time and really enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend!

Went to try RUAH cafe today and I could not be more satisfied! This rapidly became my new favorite place to be in The Woodlands. I was greeted on my entrance, treated really nicely and the food was absolutely delicious. I had their toast flight and I cannot pick my favorite. Of course at this point I had to have dessert so I ordered the kids size nutella crepe and OMG. Just saying you’ll know where to find me when they add wine to their drink menu in about a month 👀🩷💃🏻

Ruah Cafe was such a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Every dish was bursting with flavor, you can truly tell everything is made with intention and care. Daniel was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole visit feel personal and special. The atmosphere is beautiful, and the details in the decor, from the stunning plates to the thoughtfully designed interior, make the space feel both elegant and inviting. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

A recently opened cafe that serves small meals that is more on the healthier end. It's a great place to snack on something light while drinking a coffee, smoothie, and / or teas. I loved the presentation of my dish, especially when the server lifted the lid to release the "smoke" for that deep smokey flavor. Great place, and I will definitely be back.

During my recent visit, I was greeted with warm and attentive service from Ale, who truly elevated the experience with professionalism and charm. Thank you so much Ale. The Smoked Salmon Osaka was absolutely delicious, perfectly prepared and full of flavor. My most favorite the Caramel Frappe was out of this world – rich, smooth, and so tasty. This café effortlessly combines outstanding service with dishes that leave a lasting impression. A place I would highly recommend for anyone seeking both quality and ambiance.

Our first time trying out this place we got takeout and it was delicious, still fresh when we got home to eat it. Stopped in the second time and it was just as delicious. I love how much meat they add and how both times it was consistent. Cozy spot and really nice inside! we will definitely be returning. My fave is the Puerto Rico. 🇵🇷 👌

The wait staff was absolutely wonderful. Very welcoming. I didn’t really want to have a big heavy breakfast so I ended up getting one of the kids meals and it was still huge and I couldn’t finish it all. The Orlando and a cappuccino is what I ordered.

Forgot to take a picture cause I just went straight in for the delicious food lol! Our server Christina was great. She was really kind and the entire staff actually was. The food was one of the best and unique in its own way. We live a mile away and I am worried we will be coming here almost everyday… thank you Ruah!!

I recently hosted a private dinner event for 32 guests at Café Ruah, and everything was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this place is a hidden gem in The Woodlands. The staff was outstanding—kind, attentive, and always one step ahead of our needs. Their willingness to help with every detail made the entire evening flow seamlessly. The food was absolutely spectacular. Every dish felt crafted with care and precision, leaving all of our guests impressed. The drinks were just as amazing: delicious, beautifully presented, and perfectly timed. A very special thank-you to Daniel, who took care of every single detail. His personalized attention, patience, and dedication to ensuring we had an excellent experience made all the difference. Thanks to him and the entire team, our group had a truly wonderful night. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be treated with genuine care, where the food exceeds expectations, and where every detail matters, Café Ruah is the place. I truly hope this spot stays around for years to come—places like this are rare and precious. ✨ Highly recommended. ✨

This place is amazing. I’m from Colombia and I was missing Crepes and wafles but here I can taste again the crepe with chicken and mushrooms and it was out of this world, amazing flavor and texture. And don’t leave without trying the Nutella crepe with banana and strawberry, I’m going back several times just for this. The service was so kind and I love how they explain to me and to my kids what was it in each plate. We will going back really soon. 👌🏼🤤

What an incredible find! This restaurant offers a unique and delicious twist on crepes annd toast—each plate represents a different country and is made with flavors inspired by that culture. It’s like taking a culinary trip around the world, one crepe at a time! The service was absolutely top-notch—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The atmosphere is cozy. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more! Highly recommend!

We love Ruah. The food is delicious. We are always welcomed with friendly staff who treat us like family. The vanilla latte is delicious and my kids are obsessed with the Nutella crepe (London). The crepes are so delicious. Best I have ever had. My go to is the Parma with two poached eggs. Yum!

The coffee here HIT the spot. I ordered a small vanilla iced latte and it exceeded my expectations. It was not overally sweet and artificial tasting like some coffee shops. I also had the Osaka salmon roll crepe. They pair it with a sweet honey sauce that complimented the fish perfectly. It instantly became on my comfort food list and I'll definitely be back to order it again. kudos to the chef

Outstanding food and excellent service make this one of our favorite places for brunch! It’s clear the owners and employees take pride in their work. Our coffees were flawless. Menu items are themed on different regions of the world—we want to go back again and again to try them all. We had specialty toasts on our first visit, and I’m excited to try one of their crepes. Highly recommend!

Awesome way to travel the world through your tastebuds without the need of leaving the country. From the food to its staff, it’s an amazing experience! It has now been promoted to my go-to place to meet my clients, friends or just to stop by to get some fuel (coffee or food). Kuddos to the owners for the warm welcoming when entering the restaurant and while there… they’ll make sure you are well taken cared of. LOVE IT!!!

For my birthday, I searched all over The Woodlands for the best brunch spot and landed on Ruah. It had very high ratings, the photos of the food looked great, and the vibe felt perfect. We went this morning and it was exactly the birthday brunch experience I was hoping for. The food is amazing. The coffee is amazing. The staff is amazing. The whole experience was seriously perfect. I had the New York and a pistachio Nutella latte, my fiancée had the Lyon and a chai latte, and we split the Capri. Then they brought a Buenos Aires with Happy Birthday written on the plate. The manager talked to us for a while about the history (and future) of the place. I loved the whole visit and am so glad we found Ruah. It’s a 30 minute drive for us but we will definitely be back. I’d give them 7 stars if I could.

My husband and I tried Ruah Café on a whim one morning and it was wonderful! They were out of most baked goods, but that wasn’t surprising considering it was a Sunday morning. The waitress recommended the Tokyo-LA with scrambled eggs, and it was very good. I ordered a lavender oatmilk latte and it was the right amount of sweetness mixed with espresso. The service was a little slow, but the waitress was managing the entire restaurant herself, so we couldn’t fault her for that. We’ll definitely be back, just a little earlier next time!

I met up with a friend that I hadn't seen in years. She suggested Ruah Cafe as she had been there previously and really enjoyed it - and I am ALWAYS looking for a new coffee shop to try. Ruah Cafe hit all the marks. Great coffees - I had the Nutella Pistachio Latte (she had her tried and true favorite, their Vanilla Latte. Great food - we both had the gourmet toasts. The New York for me and the Amsterdam for her. Both of which were apparently too good for me to remember to get a picture of before diving in! And we were so pleased with our server, Ale. She was amazing and so accommodating for these two gals who had so much to catch up on! Will definitely be back!!!

Cute coffee shop and breakfast place. There’s about a dozen tables. They serve coffee (I had a vanilla lavender latte that was delicious and beautiful). I also had the Tokyo to LA toast with eggs. The food was good and came out quickly. Friendly service. Would visit again!

Ruah Cafe is the place to be! First, the barista is gifted. I don’t mean good, I mean she can pull a puck like no tomorrow. The resulting vanilla latte, (in my case) or dirty chai, (in Liz’s case) is utterly delectable. The food is off the chart delicious! Liz and I had the Amsterdam. It is beautifully plated with crispy potatoes, fresh fruit and I am confident the hollandaise was made just for this dish. The side of avocado that we ordered was seasoned as well! The wait staff know the menu and are courteous as well as expedient, our plates were cleared quickly after we were done and we got just the right amount of attention. The atmosphere is clean, adequately lit, and nicely spaced, I get a Parisian vibe walking in the door! Liz and I will put this restaurant in the top of our rotation. It is a small concentrated menu and we look to working our way through it!

Ruah Cafe in the Woodlands has the best coffee around. I had the best latte here. Their food being incredible seals the deal for me. I loved every food item I tried. My favorite is the Puerto Rico toast and Buenos Aires crepe! It’s great as a solo guest, date place or family restaurant!

What a great place to have breakfast. Prices are decent, portions are big and presentation is on spot. Wish I could share the way they brought my prosciutto and arugula sandwich! Another thing I wanted to admit is that they DO use a really tasty and good sourdough bread (which isn’t easy to find here). Service was great and very pleasant environment, finally didn’t feel like you are being rushed out and you can truly enjoy your moment. Can’t wait to be back and try other menu positions!

Definitely recommend! The food was absolutely delicious — everything tasted fresh and smooth, full of flavor. The ambiance was cozy and welcoming. The service did take a long time; we waited a little over 45 minutes to be served. However, the staff handled it very kindly. They came to apologize and even offered us a dessert as a courtesy for the delay, which we really appreciated. Despite the wait, the quality of the food and the way they made it right definitely won me over. I would definitely recommend this place and would come back again!

This is an absolutely lovely place to gather for breakfast or brunch. Either you go there with family or friends, you will not be disappointed. The service is wonderful and the food is amazing! I loved the smoked Roma (prosciutto and burrata) and the Nutella crepe with coffee. The coffee/latte/cappuccino is so delicious! So is the freshly squeezed orange juice. I have been there 3 times and it was always great. And I will definitely be back soon.

Upon entering, we were met with an inviting smile from the barista/waitress. The cozy café was spacious, yet still maintained an element of coziness that set our mood for a relaxing experience. The music was a combination of Bossa Nova and other jazzy contemporary tunes. We shared a main dishes called "Sao Paulo" which was an appetizing blend of chopped steak nuggets nestled in a "chimichirri" sauce on top of sliced, toasted focacia- like bread. The steak pieces were tender and well cooked and blended well the sauce and charred cheese chunks. The plate also included a small green leaf salad and sautéed potato nuggets. We followed that up with a crepe "Capri", which was a delicious banana and strawberry crepe drizzled with a Nuttella glaze. All in all... a quite enjoyable experience!

Ruah Café is truly a hidden gem. The menu is creative and diverse, offering international flavors prepared with care. We tried the toasts and bruschettas and were impressed by both the quality and presentation. The Amsterdam Toast with eggs benedict and hollandaise was outstanding, and the Puerto Rico Toast with shredded beef and plantain was a true flavor explosion. The Lyon crêpe with chicken and mushrooms in creamy sauce was also a highlight. The atmosphere is warm and modern, perfect for breakfast, brunch, or simply enjoying a special coffee. ✨ Best of all was the service from Majo and Dany — kind, attentive, and always with a smile, they made the whole experience even more memorable. Definitely a place we’ll come back to and recommend to others!

The owners are pleasant and the staff is attentive. The meal was full of flavor , just what I needed and what I asked for. This place was opened approximately 4 months ago. They built their menu from the influences from their stays around the world. The café has a cozy comforting feel with brass and wooden grass lamps from the ceiling. This is an inviting calm space with vibrant music playing at a proper level. You can site and enjoy a meal with conversations while you enjoy the music playing. I chose to go with the Puerto Rico main dish. As explained to me it was a happy mistake that became a menu staple and enjoyed by mainy, myself included. The hot Dirty Chai latte was smooth warm and comforting.

Disappointing experience. Very cute cafe and friendly service. Latte was made incorrectly. Scolding hot water was added to it and I burnt my tongue. It was basically an Americano. Very thin, no smooth mouthfeel you expect from a proper latte. The milk was not steamed correctly, nor was it incorporated into the espresso. Even though I ordered a caramel latte with whole milk, it tasted like instant coffee with a chemical store bought creamer. Im not even concerned about totall lack of latte art because if you don't lay the base the right way, if you have no idea how to stream milk, forget about even the most basic latte art. If you enjoy quality coffee, DON'T GET IT HERE. I appreciate this awfulness taken off our bill. The "barista" needs some serious training before serving paying customers. My husband's latte was basically a desert which was unclear from the menu. He thought he just selected the kind of flavor he wants but got coffee-like desert in a cup. It looked good but it was not a latte. Crepes sounded good on the menu but in reality they tasted like defrosted thinned out microwaved sauce poured over pre-made ahead of time crepes. Very disappointing and not fresh. We could only stomach half of it. Don't see any reason to come back, unfortunately. The name of the cafe is the only highlight.

Coffee was ok. Food was not hot. Service was slow. No check on us to see if food was ok. They don’t give you silverware with your meal you have to ask for it. No spoon with your coffee in case you add sugar to your coffee. Fruit on side was old. Eggs in crepe were overcooked. Disappointing won’t be back.
