We ordered pizza yesterday at about 7pm, at 9pm we got a call that their ovens were down and they may get it out yo us by closing (1130pm) Today we called about not getting the pizza and I was told I could come pick it up and that I was credited. ($51 not back in my account yet) When I walked in the girl at the counter said she just gave away my order so the manager asked her to make the 2 pizzas and breadsticks again. I confirmed order and waited. I asked about the order 40 min later - I was told they gave it away again. I asked for the manager and still no apology - she said you’ll get your order. I got the order 30 minutes later and it was wrong!!! The girl shrugged her shoulders and asked if I wanted her to make it again. I asked for my soda on my original order and the manager said no - after waiting so long she said no because I was credited. Never mind we were waiting over an hour! They are all high and rude and could care less. They made my order 3 times and gave it all away and she couldn’t give me the soda on my original order. When I asked for the owner info she said call papa John’s. I will call tomorrow. Something needs to be done about these high employees at this store!

The manager of this place should take more into account who he hires. I just witnessed how a dasher entered the store and the boy didn't have a bag and they didn't want to give him the order. The lady told him that she wouldn't give him the order, but only if he bought a bag for 5 dollars. I think that's illegal. I don't know, really. The point is that they should be more empathetic with people and have a better way of serving them. I really don't recommend this place.

I believe there is a need for classes on professionalism at this establishment. No one greeted me or spoke to me during my visit. While I enjoyed the food, I was turned off when I saw the manager making my pizza without wearing gloves. After he walked away, another employee continued working without gloves as well. I politely declined and decided to leave. It's absolutely unacceptable to prepare food without proper hygiene practices.

Don’t bother ordering HOURS in advance. You will wait another hour + for one pizza and some bread sticks. Yall suck and the little girl who wanted to tell me everyone’s been here a long time. That’s a BS response. If you run a promotion then be prepared to fill the orders!

It’s so bad I had to hop on my other email just to give yall a 1 star. They forgot our order and had us waiting for more than an hr for a large pizza? Seriously?? Watching everyone come get there food but ignore us? Than you have your management there joking around with the employees while they weren’t working on our pizza. What a disgusting place. Horrible service. I have never had no problems with no other papa johns but THIS ONE tops it off. Don’t waste your time here. Not even worth it

Order online through the app, drove 30 minutes to a different part of town, instead of to my normal location on way home that is only 15 minutes from my house to this location because they are the only location doing pickup after 10 pm on a Monday (tried ordering right before 10 after work and found out only delivery from every where else). I got there almost 15 minutes after my scheduled completion time and app still said making and guy said it hasn't even been started and will still be at least another 20-30 minutes. He wasn't the friendliest and was telling annoyed delivery drivers they are going to have to wait until he gets to their order. I like there food, but most of the franchises around San Antonio are terrible and I end up with a similar experience at almost every single one to the point where I might stop going and get food elsewhere. Only reason for going tonight was this is my wife's favorite pizza and she asked for it tonight Food was terrible, my papaias were all greasy (never had that issue before) and all were over cooked

So I had a taste for some wings and I got boneless because I don’t get an option for ALL FLATS… not the issue at alllll!!!!! I get honey chipotle wings and they are obviously HOT WINGS…. Not only are they hot wings but they literally DRIZZLED hot sauce on them and DIDNT cover alll the damn wings! I don’t leave reviews but this was HORRIBLE. Then I bite into something weird trying to eat these wings I couldn’t eat it!!!! Just going to get regular wings hopefully they will replace.

Okay so we ordered a 12-inch Pizza which looked pretty small it looks like shrinkflation has attacked the pizza companies we also ordered a six piece of buffalo wings but the buffalo wings were the size of my pinky so I just don't understand where the meat 🍖 went. It was pretty pathetic the food was substandard I guess what do you expect it's only Papa John's so my expectation shouldn't not been so high. The only thing that was consistent was the 2 liter Pepsi😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😡🤬😡😡😡😡 this is another place that we probably will never order from it's sad how quality of food has gone to gutter. I will upload a picture showing you the pinkie size buffalo wing.

Pizza basically had no crust on the bottom. Absolutely worst pizza I’ve ever had. Soggy crust. Looks like they must have new hires there that have never made a pizza before. Trash

For freak sake! I specifically asked for white sauce numerous times on all three pizzas. (Please make sure they are all with white sauce) and they still managed to mess up my order🤦 Worst part is that the Customer service was good. Too bad they could not follow simple instructions. It was very upsetting because my family was actually looking forward to pizza that night. Makes me wonder if it was made with red sauce on purpose because they know folks don't check untill they get home and it's too late by then. Already home need to eat Thanks...

Papa bowls are extremely skimpy for $7.99. Never buying these again. Pizza was cold and the chipotle bbq wings had very little sauce. Very disappointed😒😤
