The staff are always inviting, personable and I never realize I how often I inherently come to this specific location. The wait is always worth it at the wait at the Cava in Coppell

Another great experience at CAVA, thanks to Manager Justin and food servers/leads Brandon and Damien. From the moment I arrived, everything was running smoothly, which speaks volumes about Justin’s leadership. He creates a welcoming, well-organized environment and makes sure both the team and guests are taken care of. His professionalism and attention to detail truly elevate the overall experience at this location. Brandon and Damien provided outstanding service and made the visit even more enjoyable. Both were friendly, attentive, and efficient, ensuring my order was prepared exactly as requested. They worked seamlessly together, offered great customer service, and handled everything with care and a positive attitude. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, making it another consistently excellent visit. It’s clear that this team takes pride in what they do. Justin’s strong management combined with Brandon and Damien’s excellent service turned this visit into another memorable experience. This CAVA location continues to impress, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and even better service.

I had such a great experience at this CAVA location! The restaurant was clean, the line moved quickly, and the staff was super friendly. Fabrizio helped me build my bowl and he was amazing, really patient, upbeat, and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. This location was absolutely amazing! The woman and man working the front were so kind and welcoming — they truly made the experience great. They were also very generous with the portions and didn’t hold back, which I really appreciated. You can tell they care about their customers. Today was my first time trying CAVA and lemme tell you, the food is pretty tasty! I really enjoyed my overall experience. It was clean and organized and so many options for toppings. I do want to highlight the best part of my experience. I was taken aback at how friendly the staff were. The GM, Arnaysa was the person who took my order and I just want to say that she is AMAZING! She was very personable, friendly, patient, and made me feel very welcome! Thank you for helping me with my order today. I appreciate her and I WILL be back!

First time here and I thought it was really quite good. I am use to other places like this like moto medi and this might have been better. I enjoyed having some pre design bowls as well as making your own. Really my only gripes are that there is only one choice of grain(brown rice) and pitas do not come with entree. Other wise this would be 5 stars. I had the steak bowl and a side of Lamb, both were flavorfully. Will definitely be back

Delivery order was half the size of the online pictures. When I order from McD's or other fast food, I expect the burger to look better in the pictures than in real life, but when paying $20 for 4 minature lamb meatballs with some avocado and greens I expect to at least get something that resembles the pictures advertised. This location is good to eat at , but the customers service is terrible. The first two times going to this location I’ve ordered online twice and my side for my order never in the bag what I’ve order . Every time I go in there around 3pm , it’s never no one ready to help serve you. One of the worker tried their best not to look my way, but I shouted for help because I needed help with my order lol. It’s very sad when I read the reviews and it’s the same issue, but overall the location is clean and food good, but bad customer service. I DONT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS LOCATION IN COPPELL!!

First time eating at this location and I was disappointed. At other locations my bowl will be filled to the top but at this location it was barely half full. The brown rice was also very undercooked and hard. I hate that I spent a good amount of money on something that was barely edible.

I absolutely love CAVA but this location was not the best. I always order online , they gave me a bowl full of lentils and a spoon full of super greens ( suppose to be half &half) they forgot my hummus, feta and tzatziki . On Tuesday, March 3, I placed a pickup order around 3:30 p.m. and received a notification at 4:00 p.m. that my order was ready for pickup. I arrived about five minutes early. I noticed a woman with glasses working in the kitchen who appeared to be handling our pickup order, but she had not started preparing the food yet. About five minutes after we arrived, we asked whether the order was being made, and only then did she begin working on it. As a result, our pickup order was delayed by about 10 minutes. When the food was finally ready, it was placed on the counter in a way that felt almost like it was being tossed down. The food itself was good, but the service was disappointing. It seems that service improvement is needed. I hope the staff can receive better training so that customers can have a better experience next time. 🙂

Service at this location is always abysmal. On one occasion store was completely empty and I got ignored by 2 workers for a good 10 minutes. On a good day you’re treated like a burden. Food is actually pretty good but theyre always out of various ingredients so I can’t get what I’m craving anyway. Of course they won’t tell you they’re out of anything until your bowl is already halfway made. Ordering online is a joke because it’s never ready and you have to wait in line to get them to make your food anyway. It’s just not worth going here, I’ve given up after so many bad experiences in a row.

**DISGUSTING - Found paper mixed in my food!** Absolutely unacceptable! Paper debris was literally mixed into my bowl. This is a serious health hazard and shows zero food safety standards. How does this even happen?! Completely revolting and dangerous. Save your money and go elsewhere - this place clearly doesn't care about basic food safety.

I just picked up a grains bowl for lunch, and I can’t believe this is what I got for $12. The portion is so small that it feels like a scam. I didn’t even add any meats—just grains and vegetables—yet I can barely see the rice. If this is how their servings are now, it’s really not worth going back.

Unfortunately the food that I got in this location was very disappointing. The chicken was not cooked all the way, the tomatoes tasted that were going bad, the cucumbers were saggy. Service sucks!!! In the S Denton location. I hope me and my family we don’t get sick with this poor quality food. Never again!!!
