Kids protein bento box. I like that you can choose different options to fill the box. It has many varieties choices. It also comes with pita chips and a croissant. They forgot that on this order, hence the lower rating. The food has good flavor and is filling.

Today the ingredients looked old. They were starting to lose their color and lettuce and arugula was wilted. I hope they get fresh in soon.

I normally never have a problem but this time the wrap wasn't going to be cut and I had to tell him to cut it. The slice was at such a harsh angle and it wasn't cut all the way through. I tried to rip it apart but when I wrapped my hands around all I touched was salad. It wasn't even really wrapped all the way either and has fallen apart. The tortilla wasn't even warm either. Now I'm stuck at work with an uncompleted salad wrap. Update: they gave me a hard time about the salad over the phone. But they remade it for me finally and it looks perfect! The manager made the most perfect wrap I have ever seen.

There is No Salata Mix lettuce they have Romaine lettuce on both sides misleading customers I want Salata Mix lettuce I will not be coming back here again

Could not follow what I was asking her. I asked for only a bit of lettuce and she proceeded to put alot. Barely had any toppings seems like she was scared to fill the bowl. Regular Salad ended up being the size of a small one. Not coming here ever again to pay for a regular salad and get a small portion. Only salata I have been to where the portions are miserable.

I visited Salata recently and had a disappointing experience. It’s 2025, and I was surprised to find that this location does not offer Wi-Fi. I often choose to dine in while getting some work done, and I’ve never had this issue at any other Salata location. Additionally, the bathroom was not well maintained. The stall I used was out of toilet paper and the overall cleanliness could definitely be improved. I love Salata, but this location needs some attention to customer needs and facility upkeep. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because the experience did not match the level of quality I’m used to.

I went there and tried to order a salad and the lettuce was all wilted. I asked the young lady could i get fresh lettuce and she said it was, i go down the line and majority of the meat was empty nothing looked fresh so i just left everything looked so dry. I like this location I have never had a problem, I hope they fix it because i stay close by. I just went over to victors grill and ate, but i really wanted a salad.

My Co worker order Purchased a small salad and I a regular salad I received the same amount of ingredients as my co workers small salad. What did I pay for an extra tong of salad? Avoid this place salad rip off.

I had a terrible experience here. I asked for ice, and the staff member rudely responded, “I don’t know—if it doesn’t work, that means we don’t have it.” Later, I found a short brown hair in my salad (I have long blonde hair, so it clearly wasn’t mine). Instead of apologizing, the same employee accused me of putting my own hair in the food! He said, “What do you want me to do?”—completely dismissive and unprofessional.i drove 35 minutes to eat there that was unacceptable I expect basic courtesy and hygiene in any restaurant. This was unacceptable.

Salata – Coppell 120 S Denton Tap Rd #410, Coppell, TX 75019 Yo, Salata Coppell done fell all the way off. I used to fw this spot heavy, but now? Nah. They always outta ingredients by 5 p.m., but they open till 9 — that’s wild. If I’m droppin’ twenty bucks on a salad, I expect fresh food, not excuses. On top of that, I straight watched the dude makin’ my salad drop food on the counter, then scoop it right back in wit his gloved hands like it’s cool. Gloves don’t make it clean if you pickin’ up dirty food, bruh. That’s foul. Flies was all up in there too, just chillin’ around the food. Flies mean maggots, point blank. That’s a whole health code violation waitin’ to happen, especially wit raw produce and meat. Long story short, I wasted my twenty ’cause I couldn’t even eat the salad after seein’ all that. I’m not comin’ back, period. This location gotta do way better.

I came in 10 mins before closing and Katie did not want to work today and was acting bothered to be doing her job. Slamming food and was just very rude. On top of that she had her headphone in. The floor were sticky and dirty. Highly disappointed, if she did not want to work tonight she should have taken the day off but her behavior with customers was unacceptable.

I visited this location and ordered a small salad. I added a few extra seafood toppings which made me request a larger container as I didn't want my food to be cramped. The associate refused and said it would be fine. I checked out and upon arriving home, I noticed that the salad was so packed in the container that my spinach was hanging out the side of my container. This is unacceptable and I need someone to contact me. I also find it ironic that you all don't carry Italian dressing.

The last few times I have ordered from here their cucumbers have not been fresh. They ran out of edamame and gave me extra soggy cucumbers. I've ordered the same items from a different Salata and the food was much better. Update: I ordered from the kid's salad with protein on 5/8 and 5/11. Both times, the chicken was missing. The pita chips were stale as well.

I’ve been struggling with whether or not to post this review, because I’ve always had such a great experience at this location. I purchased a salad last week and when I reached the bottom of my salad, I noticed what looked to be a bug’s leg moving. Once I moved some lettuce to the side, I realized it was in fact a bug and it was still alive and well - almost an hour after I purchased the salad. I contacted the restaurant and Sarah, the manager, was apologetic and voided my transaction. She explained that this hasn’t happened and continued to apologize. I’m sharing because I’d hate for this to happen to anyone else. I don’t know when I’ll be able to eat a salad from anywhere, anytime soon. This looked like a stink bug and not a regular salad bug, so I’m not sure how it ended up in the salad. I had Salata mix & spinach.
