This taco bell is one of the better locations that I've ever been to. I've never been inside but the employees are always super friendly. It's nice to hear a nice voice when you are used to fast food service in the area being terrible.

Taco bell is taco bell. The ultimate not-so-Mexican experience. But you can tell a good taco bell by whether or not your crunchwrap Supreme falls apart right when you take it out, and the quantity of hot sauce packets they give you. The first is pass/fail, true/false, or a boolean. The latter uses the Scale of Sauciness shown below: 0-1 packet: absolute horrible experience 2-3 packets: below average 4 packets: good experience 5-6 packets: fantastic! Handful: automatic 5 stars! This taco bell has exceeded my expectations on both levels stated. Thank you taco bell, for being my favorite source of diarrhea!

Went here for lunch drive through and there was about 10 minute wait. Things moved very quick, and the old man was super nice! I had some customizations on my order and they got everything right.

These people were so amazing and professional. I drive a semi and came here with just my truck but there lobby was closed.. Normally this would of been a problem. The manager made sure it wasn't. That's all I'm gonna say. Its been a week or two since but going to another Taco Bell in dallas ,and the treatment I received, made me remember I forgot to leave a review so here I am. So thank you to the night time manager and his employees that were just as nice and professional as he was. Very clean place as well. Wish they were by my house in Okc.

Very disappointed in my visit today. Nearly $9 for a broken beef taco and grilled steak burrito supreme - was very small. I'm not a big eater...was still hungry after eating. Was not really happy with the quality of food either. Spoke with three different people to order. WHAT IS GOING ON! Taco Bell !?!

This is one of the 3 locations in/near Coppell and this one is by far the best. We hardly ever have an issue and if something does happen it's much easier to understand that sometimes things happen. Will make the drive here just to get consistent and decent service for fast food.

I mainly go to this Taco Bell late. Between midnight and 1 o clock. My experience has been almost always good, and I have the sense that the employees exercise a conscious effort to get my order right, and make sure I have the sauces and sporks that I need. The person taking my order has always been friendly and helpful. The only time that there has been a bit of a delay was when they were getting their truck in at that time, but they still made a decent effort to serve me efficiently. Food quality has been good and wait times have been pretty reasonable. Will definitely continue to patronize this Taco Bell.

I ate here and the food was delicious, best food I have ever eaten in my life, I came inside confused didn't know what to order when a cashier who I didn't catch their name came up to me and helped with such a great attitude which made my experience even better he was an Indian kid with gold earrings the restaurant was clean and the food came out within 5 mins of me ordering will be back this is my new go to spot in Coppell.

Taco Bell is notorious for its inconsistent quality. But this location has never let me down. Every time I come here the food is amazing and they always get my order right. It comes out looking literally better than it looks in the pictures and ads. It's fresh, and prepared great. No soggy taco shells, crisp fresh veggies, every time. And friendly service to boot. If I could give it 6 stars i would. Keep up the amazing work guys.

Tacos were really soggy and not too great. They forgot my cinnamon twists. The cashier was a bit rude. This particular location leaves a bad taste in my mouth, as this isn’t the first time I’ve been less than thrilled with my order and the service.

Workers didn't understand English too well but they were very friendly and very accommodating when the order was made incorrectly. But I would suggest you park and check your did before diving off. But when they corrected it, the food was very good.

Drive through line took 24 minutes from time I pulled in until I got my order. Seems like a long time to put refried beans on a tortilla. Food was okay but the wait was unacceptable.

Food and service is great depending on whenever you go. I have seen over time that going later in the evening(past 11pm/closing shift) is the worst. The food is barely put together or the service takes awhile and barely gives you what you ask for. I tend to go in the afternoon and it always seems to be great. Totally different than the night crew unfortunately.

I was the only one eating in the restaurant, and there were a bunch of tables that needed cleaning. This location uses a POS touch system, which seemed to have something on the screen where selections are made. They location needs to do a better job cleaning

I always order with the Taco Bell app, because I thought it was easier for everyone. The old man at the window today fussed at me saying that I need to start coming in instead of through the drive-through. You really shouldn’t have mobile order options If you’re just going to fuss at the customer for it. I am also allergic to onions, but they put them in my burritos anyways even though my instructions said not to.

Its a taco bell. Went through drive thru was good. Service was nice a 3 out of 5. It was slow so the order came out pretty quick. Food did mess with me a little. Would probably go back if in the area. Box deals are a great idea and i think ok for its value.

It's nice inside but no one speaks English so unless you speak Spanish don't expect them to get your order correct. Just went today they left a burrito supreme off my order I tried to call to ask what I need to do and the lady that answered the phone couldn't speak English and she couldn't even speak enough English to understand me asking her to hand the phone to someone that speaks English

I placed an online order and they got it wrong. I've never had to wait that long in a Taco Bell drive-thru before. The only thing they got right where my soft Taco Supremes where I added extra chicken. They did not ask if I wanted sauce.

This location never gets my order right. It may be something small like they forgot to add jalapenos or oftentimes it's something big like they completely missed an item. Unless it's a small two-item order, they NEVER get it right. Today, they forgot the nachos that I ordered, but did give me a burrito supreme, that I didn't order. Got eight items just not the right eight items. 😖

The food is ok...but everything else about this place comes up pretty short. Even when barring the multitude of issues with online ordering, the store itself feels like it's barely holding on. Walking in post-lunch rush, multiple tables were still dirty, despite being empty. The staff in the back were moving around and yelling like it was total chaos, despite the lack of actual customers. I placed my order at the kiosk to make customization easier, and found myself waiting for my meal for over 10 minutes. When I investigated, it turns out that they gave my order to someone in the drive-thru (who eventually came in to complain), and they had to ring me back up as they had no record of my order afterwards. I went to grab a Pepsi Zero Sugar while waiting, and a stream of flavorless carbonated water came out...when I informed the team behind the counter, I was told, "Oh yeah, we don't have any at all.". If it wasn't for the food I finally received tasting pretty good (and the fact that Zero Sugar Baja Blast was surprisingly refreshing), I'd warn you to avoid this place at all costs. Instead, I'll simply ask you to set your expectations low...even for Taco Bell.

I came after leaving a doctor appointment because my wife wanted food from there for her and her mother. I ordered the food, made sure I repeated the order and the employee confirmed and said it back to me. After getting home from there my wife was giving each person their order and there was an item missing. So very disappointed. I quit going to Taco Bell period because of a few different horrible visits to multiple locations. The main reason is because of the employees I have encountered there. In my opinion there is a time and place for everything but at work is not the place for you to be hood nor gangsta. I'm just sayin. I don't have a problem with it but come on... not at work... especially if you're dealing with people and are representing a company or business. The other issue I have is when they knowingly put a broken taco shell in the bag. I can't stand it. If I break the shell while eating then it's another story but I didn't go there and pay for a busted up taco that's gonna fall apart. I told my wife and family that I refuse to go to any taco bell anymore. I have given too many chances and wasted too much time, money, and emotion. I personally get so mad when I get home to find the order is wrong or there's something missing. Anyway, for all you taco bell lovers.... just think about what I said next time you pull up there and some girl get on the mic talking bout "what you want?"

I just want to say I understand working at a Taco Bell is probably frustrating and not ideal, that being said good customer service is still expected. I’ve had encounters at this one that left a sour taste in my mouth, and it was because of the quality of food. Many times I’ve been there they have messed up the order. Which I understand it’s hard to get everything right all the time, especially in fast food. But, when the cashier miss hears the order and gives us the wrong item I’d expect when I inform them they’d just simply correct the error. I don’t particularly enjoy an attitude towards me because of your mistake. I know what I ordered and it’s not a big deal you got it wrong but don’t make me feel like I’m being rude by asking for my order.

Make sure to double-check your order before leaving the drive-thru. I was really hungry and ordered a veggie bowl with potatoes, but they completely left out the potatoes. On top of that, the portion was really small for the price I paid. I understand they have a time limit for drive-thru service, but there was no one behind me, and they still got the order wrong. Pretty disappointed with the experience.

Walked in and the guy yelled “DoorDash or ordering?”. When I said ordering he pointed at the kiosk and said to order there. The DoorDash guy behind me he told him 30 minute wait. Only four guys for a lot of orders on a Saturday night. Waited almost 30 minutes for my food and in that time I watched multiple people come in with their orders either wrong or had items missing. My order was missing chicken and the quesadilla looked like a sloppy mess. Some guy in glasses back there just stressed and yelling.

Me and my Friend order food at the drive thru the price was 12 dollars we handed the guy 50 dollar bill the dude gave us 2 dollars in change and closed the door on us and tried to walk away when I called him out on if the manager had an attitude when she gave me the rest of the change and they didn’t even give us the drink that we ordered that drive thru guy thought he was slick and thought we wouldn’t noticed a WHOLE 50 DOLLAR BILL. Their website shows this location is open till 3am but when I went there two young female workers told me they were already closed at 2am. The hours sign on the front door said 3am aswell! I drove 20 minutes out of my way to go there, never again!

I went through the drive thru. We were not satisfied with the food. I asked for no beans and I could tell they tried to scrape it off the nachos. The burrito was full of rice and no beef. The customer service was good.

(1/14/23) I pulled up to the little drive thru box and the guy was like “do you know what you want?” and I didn’t so I told him “not yet” and he goes “okay, just let me know” and I think, you know, standard interaction, but he waits literally two seconds and goes “do you know what you want?” and I, once again, say “no?” a tad confused. Then, as soon as I say that, THIS MAN LITERALLY ON THE MIC GOES “10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, now do you know what you want?” so I said “never mind.” and left. The whole interaction took less than a minute. It was, by far, the most rude and unprofessional (maybe unreasonable is the word I want there) experience I have ever had at a Taco Bell. Normally, this is my go to taco bell after a night out - to which I have never had an issue.

RUDE MANAGER AND PERSONELL!! COLD FOOD!! I went through the drive thru to order a chalupa, requested that it be fresh and made them aware I didnt mind waiting. When the lady handed me the chalupa I asked her if it was fresh and she answered "yes". When I opened up the wrap it was cold, so I went inside and asked the manager if she could please make it fresh, she grabbed the chalupa without saying a word to me, made a new one and handed it to me with an attitude. I asked her why have not said anything to me as a customer you should apologize or say something, she didnt even have anything to say. I left, threw away the chalupa, and will NEVER GO TO THIS TACO BELL LOCATION 115 AND WILL ADVISE OTHER TO NOT GO ASWELL!

I placed an online order and went to pick up in store. A message that my order was ready was texted to me. I walked in and an employee nodded at me and pointed at the ordering kiosks. The kiosk has no option for picking up an online order. I go to where the sign for online orders are and my order was not there. I wait and the employees do their best to ignore me. Eventually another employee says hello and says to use the kiosks to order. I tell them I already placed an online order. They pull out my order from the back. I get back home and they shorted me one of the items I paid for.

Unbelievable experience at Taco Bell at this location. They messed up my order which I realized after we got home so I called them to let them know, the lady who picked up said to come back with the receipt and she would take care of it. Which when I did return with the receipt she asks for the food items to be returned, seriously?? what are they going to do with the food items we return, resell them I guess based on some of the comments on fb??!! Disgusting and horrible customer service, the attitude of the lady was unacceptable. Never eating or buying at this Taco Bell or any other ever again!

I usually get Taco Bell to avoid having to come home and make dinner but when I went this last time Norma took my order. Not only was she rude and disrespectful but she handed me a completely different order. I didn’t bother calling in because I did not want to deal with such a hostile and unprofessional person. I tried to use the stupid free Tuesday crunch wrap and the Hispanic guy at the window said it’s only in the ap and he closed the drive thru window on me. I don't this place as ever gotten my order right, either they are stupid or just don't care. Either way I will never eat here again. How hard is it to get a food order right when we are the only ones there. Maybe if they spent more time focusing on what they where doing and not grab adding in the back this place would be better.

This location consistently has "system problems" towards the end of the night. Whether it's the credit card machine or being unable to process orders. If you're hungry for poor excuses, come here. If you're hungry for food, go anywhere else. When asked for the corporate number, he gave me attitude and told me he doesn't usually work this location, even though he has a distance accent and I recognized it from the last time I couldn't get food.

service and the food at this location has seriously deteriorated. Order consisted of 2 bean burritos and a taco supreme and wasn't done correctly and I was overcharged. Bean burritos have seriously shrunk in size, couldn't have contained more than 2 tablespoons of beans. Completely awful location.

Had one of the worst experiences that I have had in a very long time. The situation here just upset me so bad that I wanted to physically slap the antagonizing employee!!! Manager did absolutely nothing to de-escalate the situation even when I told her to turn around and look at the employee antagonizing the entire time. Even at the end, manager flat out ignored my initial request. She did not provide me with steak Enchirito that I thought I had ordered. I would say I will never go here again but that will not fix the problem!

Food - quality was extremely poor. Cheese was stale, taco shell and Gordita shell both stale. The cheese was literally tossed in one corner not even inside the taco shell. Barely enough meat inside the Doritos locos tacos (tasted like a dry shell and old lettuce). Service - poor! Stopped accepting credit cards more than 30 minutes before close (presumably to avoid customers or close out early). Was shorted on food even though electronic screen showed correct order and repeated it several times. Unfriendly staff, not even a smile at the drive thru. I tapper my expectations for Taco Bell but this was a horrible experience.

I did the online drive through orders and when got the order at home, I came to know of missing items. Even on other occasion my beans chalupa had beef in it. It's very frustrating specially when we do the drive through orders. Big NO for this location.

This may very well be an unfair and biased review, since I’ve never had food there, not even a drink. But there’s a good reason for that, it just looks unappetizing for people who know what tacos are supposed to be like. Ground meat, yellow shredded “cheese”? No, thank you, I’ll pass!

Went to TACO BELL in coppell and waited 23 mins from the time I got to the drive thru to when I got to the window. The gentleman at the window was so RUDE and acted like nothing was wrong. Offered no explanation or apology for the wait. When I ask what the hold was he stated they were short handed and had too many big orders. He yanked my credit card out of my hand handed it and my food back to me without a word and closed the window. He was so RUDE. Won’t be wasting my time or money with them again.

Save your time and money and do not come to this location to eat! Last Friday on 2/2/24 around 9:30pm, I went to the drive thru and ordered only two soft tacos, within 5 hours later I woke up to having the worst food poisoning... throwing up, diarrhea, stomach pain... I do not wish this sickness on anyone!!! It was the worst

I've been going to this Taco Bell for 8 years and never had this issue. He had messed up my order and replaced my burrito after a bit of convincing. As he went back inside he called me some insulting name in Spanish under his breath. Generally the staff here are helpful, definitely a one off incident.

Extremely bad customer service. Very arrogant staff including their manager on duty. They are not ready to listen to the customers at all to their complaints about the order. I placed an order online where it didn't substitute the beef with beans in the chalupa and it was their mistake and they kept on saying that, we don't take any responsibility or accountability of online issues. They even said that "We haven't created the website" as if it was a 3rd party website. hearing complaints from the customers is not acceptable at this location. This is the 2nd time that has happened to me in the same location. Someone really needs to look into it seriously on the staffing issues.

Because they always does some mistakes in food or quantity. Yesterday in rush i forgot total count and left with take out order. After reaching home seen one burrito and one chalupa there. I order each two for me and my wife. They kept two fries but burrito and chalupa only one. I paid for two each. But it was too late i didnt call and slept hungry. Always bad experience in quantity or substitution thing.

You can't order at counter... employee standing there's, says order at kiosk. What the hell, taco bell, I've need a loyal customer since the early 70's... I order some magazines drink and I get a bottle of water.... won't EVER come here again!!!! Might as well use robots and vending machines!

My order was wrong, and also missing my sides of delicious creamy jalapeno sauce. I'm not a rich man. The sixty cents I spent on the sides I did not receive matters to me. Just wanted to leave a negative review because to me that's pretty much stealing. There are some great Taco Bells out there, just not this one.

Horrible. My burrito supreme just had beans, and was cold in the middle. Staff was rude. No napkins or hot sauce was provided, when I specifically asked for both. Worst Taco Bell I have ever experienced. I mean just make the stuff yourself, may not taste like Taco Bell but will be way better than this

CHRISTOPHER SHOULD BE FIRED. HE JUST STRAIGHT UP LIED. He said the Drive thru is closed even though their website says they are open and said they only do online pickup but when we went to place an order online for pickup, he says they are closed again and that there is no food to make. Taco Bell should be ashamed to even have this location They have very inconsistent hours. The other night I tried to go through the drive through and these two girls quickly turned off the lights.

This is one of, if not the, worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. I don't expect a lot from Taco Bell. I just want to get some cheap food, and get it in a timely fashion, you know, since it's supposed to be fast food. I got here, and I could already see several people waiting for food, not a great sign. Then I stood at the counter for several minutes before someone finally came to take my order. By then, a line of at least 4 or 5 people had already formed behind me. Then I waited well over 20 minutes just to get my food! If I hadn't already paid for it, I would have just gone somewhere else, since I only get so long for my lunch break. I would recommend going to a different location if you want Taco Bell.

Often wrong and made poorly. They forget parts of your order, mess it up, under-cook, and over charge. Go to another Taco Bell. Here is an example of their "nacho fries" and what I got instead.

Not only did they forget my fries, which I was willing to give a pass on cuz everyone makes mistakes, but they also only gave me 7/10 nuggets and the tortillas were stale. We’ve had issues with this Taco Bell messing up orders in the past, try a different location or check your bag before you leave. Also the app doesn’t let you submit feedback on your order.

Went tonight 11/12 right before the dinner rush. Ordered thru the app, but didn't think to check the bag before I left the premises. Got home only to realize that my teen son's entire order was missing except the drink that came w his combo. Drove back there (this time in rush hour traffic) while my food got cold and hard. Stood at the counter for a few moments before I was addressed, and when I explained simply that I was missing 3 items, I received immediate push back from who I assume was the shift lead. She finally agrees to give me the missing items w an attitude. I work in food service, and I'm appalled they can get away w terrible service. Don't call ppl liars and don't get ugly when you guys made the presumably honest mistake.

Just went to this taco bell and they refuse to open the lobby. The store opens at 9am. The customer service sucks at the location. I am very disappointed.

Wasn't ever going back because of getting screwed in the drive-in. But, it was late and they are pretty much the only place open. Bad mistake! I ordered #1 with root beer and it was flat. One taco was broken to where I had to use a fork and when I opened the first taco, cheese and tomatoes dumped in my lap on my way home. I'm tired of the poor customer service and crappy service and food. NEVER GOING AGAIN!!! YOUR DONE.

What happened to their signature tacos? Barely enough meat to make a tiny line at the bottom of the taco. Nobigger than the size of a ✏️ pencil. The rest was bit of lettuce after that. No sour cream. Not even enough grated cheese to know if it was really there. DEFINITELY not worth the money time to stop there. They use to be good. What has happened Pepsi to your company? Will not be back. 😟 ☹️ Straighten it up or close it.

I literally waited 14 minutes for 3 regular tacos. they are overly slow with no intentions on speeding up. If the people working there don't want to work then why are they even showing up. It gives the company a bad reputation. 🤬

Got the new Carne Asada Cantina bowl option. Ordered steak and got chicken. All the other customizations were done. Picture shows order number in case taco bell management wants to follow up. Did not take back since already home when I opened it, so check order as lesson learned. Not much in the bowl, was barely half full. If going for a bowl option stick with Chipotle—better value and tastes better. Rating based on order being wrong, not much food in bowl and flavor was not great. Also, the app does not allow you to substitute say more beans for no rice. Also big chunks of cabbage in mine was not good—cheap filler.

Terrible experience, i DoorDash taco bell from this location at night and half the time, either the food isn’t grilled, tortilla is cold and uncut (quesadilla), the tacos are soggy with ingredients smashed in, there’s a lack of meat and paying for more air than anything. Won’t be ordering from here again.

I had theeee longest brown string of hair in my taco for lunch today. CAN U SAY GROSS. NO, ONE HAD ON A HAIRNET NOT A SOUL IN SIGHT...#yuckkkk...UPDATE 9-15-25 I ordered a beef nacho and a chicken taco from the kiosk. I waited 17 minutes before I had to just walk out. I seen people come in way after me that ordered and received their food. I never received anything. I will never ever return to this location. I tried giving them another chance since I work so close. NEVER WILL I EVER STEP A FOOT IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN. WORST PLACE EVER!!

Most pathetic tostada I’ve ever had. Two huge photos of tostadas in two windows looked nothing like what I got. Came in specifically for the return of this item after disappearing from the menu in 2020. Back then, you could get one for a dollar. I feel ripped off

This Taco Bell employee called me a liar today. Last night about 625pm I paid cash for a drive thru order, I paid 5.25 cash and was given no change. I went to Taco Bell in person today about 1245pm, thru drive thru again to ask for a replacement order and that lady called me a liar. I have never been so insulted before in my life.
