Ginos en el centro de Córdoba me sorprendió gratamente. Nos encanta la comida italiana, y encontramos el lugar perfecto. Grata atención de su personal, siempre eficientes y coordinados. Un lugar para disfrutar el sabor de la pasta italiana de primer nivel. La ambientación es sencilla, pero muy cuidada. Un lugar para comer bien.

Fuimos en grupo a cenar y muy buena experiencia. Muy rico todo, las pizzas y pasta. Nos atendió Tony, muy amable y profesional. Totalmente recomendable!

Fui con la idea de algo sencillo y acabé pidiendo una pizza que estaba muy buena, masa fina y con buen sabor, sin exceso de aceite. Me gustó que no tardaran mucho en servir, se nota organización. El ambiente es tranquilo, perfecto para comer sin prisas y charlar un rato. El personal fue amable desde que entré, explicaron un par de opciones y todo con buena actitud. Los precios están bien para lo que ofrecen, ni caro ni barato, justo. En general, una experiencia agradable y repetiría.

We had great pizza here, including very good gluten-free options, which was a pleasant surprise. The drinks were also very good. Service was a bit on the slower side, but the restaurant was quite full, so that was understandable and didn’t take away from the overall experience. A nice place for good pizza, especially if you’re looking for gluten-free choices. We’d happily come back.

I did not eat. I just ordered coffee and used the Wifi to work, but they had absolutely no problem with it, and let me work in peace and use the Wifi. It may be the only good place in Cordoba to just order some coffees and work with a laptop. For that purpose 5/5 stars absolutely.

When i spotted this Italian restaurant in Cordoba, I was thinking about one think - real Spaghetti alla carbonara. Entered and even I didn't made reservation, i got a table for 40 minutes to enjoy real Italian food in Spain. Spaghettis were delicious and exactly as supposed to be, cooked al dente, with soft egg yolk in the middle, fried pancetta and cheese. Delicious I said already? Cannot recommend more this place if you fancy real Italian food.

Great Italian restaurant in the city centre. We arrived here at lunchtime, it was quite crowded. The wait staff put us on a waiting list and told us to arrive in about 20 minutes, which luckily we didn't mind. The service was very nice, the atmosphere was pleasant. The preparation did not take long. The food and drinks were excellent. The pizza and pasta were both excellent. The prices here are good. I definitely recommend it!

I have given this restaurant 5 stars for everything because the food was delicious and the service and atmosphere were great. This rarely happens. We went on a Sunday night and in the middle of the Carnavals, so the restaurant was very busy, but still they managed to serve very quickly. One thing that was important to me is that food gets to the table hot, and that s exactly how it comes. In the end we ordered too much food and took some pizza home. We shared a starter of provolone, which was delicious it could have done with extra bread to soak up all the cheese. As a main course, my husband had vegetarian pizza, and I had the tartufo fettuccine. Both are delicious and tasty. Be warned big portions, and if you like your pizza thin and crispy with loads of vegetables, then you hit the jackpot here. The dessert, my favourite part of the meal, was a chocolate coulant with ice cream mmm to die for. Even though I was full, there is always space for dessert.

This is closer to a 4.5 star than a 5 star. Food was really good for sure and seemed pretty affordable. We got a bottle of wine and two entrees for two along with focaccia bread. Pretty big entrees. The tiramisu was so soft and good. The shrimp fettuccine was good but less shrimp. The service was slow though. We had to ask them thrice to pay and 3 different people. They were nice staff still.

We were here on a Tuesday evening. The restaurant only opened at 8pm sharp. We were outside at 7.58pm and they let us wait for 2 minutes before they opened the door. The food is absolutely great! You have a wide variety of pasta/pizza etc to choose from. There are ones which are recommended by chef, meanwhile you can also DIY your own pasta to your liking by choosing the types of pasta/ingredients/flavor etc. Excellent service! Responsive and super polite, the waitress always had a genuine smile on her face and made us feel very comfortable. Pastas are good as it is their speciality! I also have to mention the dessert - Tiramisu, is divine! Absolutely one of the best Tiramisus I have ever tasted and I am sure I’ll be craving for more of this. The place is chic and comfy (decor and music and the whole ambiance) with sparkling clean washroom too. Overall a superb experience and would highly recommend.

Positivo: Ricos platos. Probé spaguetis con bolognesa y pizzas. La limonada exquisita. Lindo ambiente, atención correcta. Si no quieres esperar, debes reservar.

Pedimos una ensalada y dos pizzas para compartir entre 3 personas. Todo vegetariano y muy bueno la verdad. La pizza de verduras especialmente rica. Eso si, el servicio un poco lento teniendo que recordar un par de veces que nos trajeran un tercer plato.

Ginos is a decent Italian restaurant in Córdoba. We ordered pasta and the Caprese chicken, along with some white and red wine and fresh bread—everything was very tasty and nicely presented. The only downside was that the waitress wasn’t particularly friendly, which slightly affected the experience. Still, overall it was a lovely place with good food and plenty of seating. Worth a visit if you’re in the area!

They do offer gluten free option which is not that great. Ordered garlic bread which was just bread and spaghetti with cream and prosciutto, and for some reason spaghetti cane in broken like it was done for kids. I can't say I enjoyed the food, it was average at least.

During the late afternoon, we decided to give it a shot, try this restaurant, and have dinner 🍽️ there. The staff could speak 🗣️ a little English, which made things easier for us. Unfortunately, all the outdoor tables were unstable and kept shaking 🫤. This was something the staff already knew about, but they chose to ignore it instead of buying new ones 🙄. I have mixed feelings about Ginos in Cordoba because the contrast between the kitchen and the dining room is shocking. The Good: First off, the location is excellent and the food is genuinely amazing. I ordered the 5-cheese pizza, and it was exceptional—authentic Italian taste, great ingredients, and perfectly cooked. The kitchen staff clearly knows what they are doing, and the food quality is 'way too good' for a chain restaurant. The Bad (Service): Unfortunately, the service was an absolute disaster from start to finish. • Unacceptable Wait Times: From the moment we sat down to the moment the food arrived, it took 50 minutes. For a simple 5-cheese pizza—which just requires topping dough and baking—this is overwhelming and unacceptable. I’ve been to many Italian restaurants, and there is no excuse for a wait this long for such a simple dish. • Lazy & Rude Staff: The hospitality was non-existent. The waiters seemed completely uninterested in working. We watched them standing around chatting with each other while completely ignoring tables that were ready to order. They looked miserable—honestly, they looked like they needed a hug more than they needed customers. • The Checkout: The lack of professionalism continued to the very end. When we finally got the bill (after another struggle to get attention), we paid, and the waiter didn't say a single word. No 'thank you,' no 'goodbye,' nothing. It felt like a silent 'get out.' I don't know if this is a management issue, poor wages, or just bad training, but that is no excuse for making customers suffer. The chef deserves a medal, but the front-of-house staff is ruining the experience. Come here only if you have infinite patience and don't care about being ignored. Or just order a takeaway.

I found Ginos on Google and saw that it had good reviews, so I decided to give it a try. I really like Italian food, so I was excited to discover it. However, the experience was disappointing from the moment we entered. The staff were very cold and unwelcoming. When we arrived and said we had a reservation, the hostess showed us to our table with an expression that felt like she was doing us a favor rather than welcoming us as guests. There was no smile, no warmth — nothing that made us feel comfortable. Honestly, I almost wanted to leave right then, because when I go to a restaurant and spend my money, I expect at least a bit of hospitality. I decided to stay and give it a chance. But it didn’t get much better. The restaurant wasn’t very busy, and there were several waiters standing around talking and laughing together, yet no one came to take our order for quite a while. We were sitting right in front of them, not hidden away. When they finally took our order, it took around 45 minutes (maybe more) for the food to arrive — and we only ordered a simple pizza, the 5 formaggi. When we asked for the bill, the waiter just placed it on the table without even looking at us or saying a single word — not “thank you,” not even a smile. It really felt like they didn’t care about the customers at all. The only positive thing I can say is that the food itself was good — credit to the chef for that. But overall, the lack of hospitality completely ruined the experience. In a touristic city like Córdoba, where hospitality should be part of the culture, this kind of service is really disappointing. If you want to try their food, I’d recommend ordering takeaway, but not dining in.

Let me start by saying that we asked how long will it take to get an order if we place it right away, they said 15 minutes as our kids were hungry. It actually 50+ minutes. The second issue was everything we got was terrible from starters like calamari that had an off smell to pasta that is tasteless to pizza that has almost no toppings. For a 100 Euro purchase, we didn't get value of 30 or 40 euros as we have been in Spain for 2 weeks and eat out daily multiple times. Not to forget that we ordered beverage drinks which were actually hot rather than cold and we asked for ice and they said they don't have ice. You must be kidding me. Will I return? No way. Will they survive in business? I doubt if they don't take corrective action and train their entire team.

Very disappointing experience. The food was far from Italian and from any flavour as well. The ravioli la melanze was so flavourless that I had to ask for salt and pepper to make something out of it. It was also lacking sauce or anything alike that could bring it together. The pasta of my husband was sweet and a bit dry. For the price I was expecting more and it felt expensive for what we got. If you are looking for authentic Italian experience, this is unfortunately not the place for it.
