It's a nice, quiet, and pleasant place to eat. The pizza was a little overcooked, but it tasted good, as did the fries. Apparently, they don't always have the refrigerators on, which meant the sodas I bought there weren't as cold. Otherwise, it's a good place.

Especially the Bosques de Aragón branch... where I went for dinner yesterday seems very neglected... poorly decorated, not pleasant... but I was already there... so I decided to give them a chance... their prices are very high for what they offer... the service is friendly... but the food is not bad but nothing spectacular... The service was fast, and the pizza tasted good overall. The only thing I didn't like was how little topping was on the special pastor pizza this time. For the price of the mega pizza, I feel it wasn't worth it in that respect. I've attached a photo of a previous special pastor pizza for comparison. I don't know why they did that. You be the judge.

I haven't bought Benedetti's in years; their quality disappointed me. And the chimichurri sauce they used to sell is nothing like it used to be. Now they sell you a sample (about a tablespoon) for $25. Honestly, I don't think I'll ever buy Benedetti's again.

They didn't have chimichurri, which is why I like this pizza. It's not delicious on its own, nor is it worth the price. They didn't tell me until I'd already paid for it, and because I asked.

This Benedetti's used to be good, but the last few times we ordered, they stopped including chimichurri. Today, the pizza came with a different, very whitish cheese—definitely not mozzarella. They sent us imitation ketchup. The quality of the ingredients has gone down a lot. When they do include chimichurri (which is rare), it's not in the original container. Something happened; either the management changed, or they're trying to save a few bucks, but honestly, it's making us not want to keep buying from them, even though we've been customers for years. It's a shame because this pizza never disappointed.

Terrible service at this branch. The place is empty and depressing. Their oven broke down. I ordered a pizza at 2:20 pm and it never arrived at 4 pm! The girl who answers the phone doesn't help or offer any clarity! Very bad.

I don't know if the cheese they use is like that, but it's very watery, like cream.

Terrible. We ordered two super-sized pizzas, and they were ultra-thin and had almost no toppings. They're not the cheapest (over $900 for two pizzas). We won't buy from this store again, at least not from this one. They may taste good, but it doesn't justify insulting the customer.
