They have good chicken tenders and I just discovered their chicken sandwich with their special sauce it's on a jumbo size roll. It is so good! I get mine with cheese. Their fries have great flavor. I like to buy a tub of their chicken salad and take it to work for lunch the next day. They have been having state fair type food lately like the famous huge Fletcher's corndog, and funnel cakes. And my daughter loves their chocolate chip cookies!

Louis helped us. He went above and beyond, was extremely courteous, and made sure we were happy. He is truly customer oriented. The food was really good too. You cannot beat the rolls and the chicken was ALMOST as good as the old Bill's Fried Chicken.

if you like fried chicken this is a good place to get it. If you prefer to dine in it is always clean and well kept. The kitchen is open to customer view from the front so you can see how the food is cooked and in a clean enviroment.

I love Golden Chick! The roasted chicken is the only way to go. I told my husband that it ought to be against the law for the inside to smell like their rolls. Our 15-year old son will eat their side salad and he's not that into veggies.

As Always, got what I wanted. Hot chicken tenders with sides, to take home to my family. Food was Hot and Fresh like a person would expect. Facility was clean and wait-staff was friendly and welcoming as usual. They have really good sweet tea and sweet rolls that you will immediately have to have some of on the ride home Lots of good chicken items to select from as well as sides to accompany the chicken. I love the butter rolls that they make their so award-winning to my taste buds the chicken strips are very nice and tender great customer service nice experience overall, the dining area and the rest of the inside of the restaurant itself has been newly updated and remodeled the ceiling tile in the dining area is really nice to gawk at ,nice and elegant dining experience, thank you Golden Chick👍😁😋

They are always so nice to me. Sometimes I get a free roll or sauce. One of my favorites! And the ice cream machine actually works here.

Their catfish plate is the best in town. It comes our hot and fresh!! Especially to be a "fast food" place. The fish is amazing!!

Golden Chicken about as good as any place could be people very polite very nice and was very quick to help whether they're slow or crowded

The food is delicious if they prepare it the way you ask them to! The General Manager is horrible and has a negative attitude!

It wasn't the best and it wasn't the worst. They had really great deals so if you need to feed a crowd on a budget it's a pocket friendly stop.

Food is great but service here from some of the untrained cashiers ruined it for me.

Mobile order and it was ready when I got there except I was missing more than half my order. They got my other half ready but the 2 they fixed the sides were wrong. Another lady was waiting 30 minutes for her mobile mix up. Food was good though.

The cost of the meal was $10.81, and the two pieces of fish weren't equivalent to one whole filet.

Was there at 10:31 am. Sat there a few seconds looking at menu. I lei saying hello and no one ever came on the speaker, so I left.

Need to update time on google this store close on they own hours

We checked online before we went and checked the door when we arrived for operating times and it says it closes at 10:00pm, but apparently it closes at 9:00.

It was along wait in the drive thru window and I was the only car there just for 3pieces of fish and fries

Food was horrible, service was terrible, place was dirty. The high chair I’m sure has never been clean. My whole family has been sick for 2 days after eating here. Pass this place up, the worse place I have ever been to.

Always taking forever through drive through. Sat at the drive through order screen for 15 mins 30 mins before close before having to just order at the window. Pretty sure they were hoping I'd leave. Terrible customer service.

Food was very nasty. 40 dollars for 3 people and it was awful. Taste like it had been cooked for lunch but served for dinner at 5.

The gravy was the consistency of water and did not receive a drink with my order that was a meal.

I went and ordered an 6pc wicked wing only the menu inside and out has $6.29 and their charging $7.57 and while waiting on my order which had 10 mins because I asked for them to be fresh, I went to the car to wait came back in & sat down without the manager seeing me, he was throwing food in his from the line and he had just thrown my order on the counter before u came back in and it sat there until I noticed it sitting.

I order a chicken sandwich and asked for mayo on it and when I got to the window they told me it doesn't come with mayo it comes with their special sauce. I didn't want the special sauce just mayo they said the mayo was for other products.

The Chicken at this location used to be good a few weeks ago, but this week we went into this location and bought the $25 - 8 piece family box of both fried and roast chicken, with rolls and 2 family sides, and even paid for an up grade to get half breasts(4), we started to eat the chicken and noticed that it didn't taste like it had before, the marinade & seasonings were way too strong & salty, also the roasted portion was too spicy, the texture of the meat didn't seem normal as it had before, the meat was not cooked all the way done, my husband noticed a bloody look near the bone, and it left such an after taste & sticky film in your mouth that taking drinks of your soda, and even eating other foods afterwards couldn't even remove for hours, we felt sick at our stomachs after and burped up the same bad taste for hours, we only ate part of one piece of chicken each, the Manager assured us that nothing was wrong with our food, and she based that on the fact that no one else had complained about it yet, she took the rest of the uneaten chicken & refunded only half of our money, we travel a lot in & out of state, and eat at Golden Chick Restaurants often at other locations which we've had no problems at so far, but after this experience we will never eat at this Corcicana location again, and that's a real shame because Corsicana Texas is were we actually live, I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

We helped my brother and his wife move into their first home over the weekend, and since there were so many of us, fast food was easiest since everything’s still being unpacked. I let The gentleman know at the drive thru that we had a big order and said it was fine. We spent $76.00 there and waited, the waiting part wasn’t the issue. What the issue was is when we actually started eating the food. There was this weird too crispy on the outside and too soggy on the inside texture, most the chicken skins were soggy like they weren’t cooked all the way, and the baked chicken had 0 seasoning but it was dark. It was weird, a big order that honestly felt wasteful. We usually are never disappointed with golden chick but this location, maybe someone forgot to season or maybe something changed, but this chicken wasn’t good at all.

Been eating here for some years now, often the mash potatoes are not prepared right and taste funny. More often than not we never receive spoons to eat the mash potatoes. Often straws for drinks aren't provided. Things I order and get charged for are never put in the bag. And now today, thanks for giving me the wrong food. I guess it's my fault though I should have checked, guess I put to much faith in people. Edit: A year later and still the same problems persist. Will this location ever get it together? Who knows. Edit edit: Still cant put the damn straws and spoons in the bag but thank god they put napkins.....

I paid for my order which i only had water. I just ask for a couple (2) each of ketchup and honey. She just no not with this order. I like ok she was very rude. I wont be back. How she didn't know my blood sugar might have been low. I need the honey. R could said ma'am we cant give it to you. But if you would to purchase some you can. I would have. I thought she has an nasty attitude every time i go through there. I wont be back. Bad service.

The okra is old and you can tell it's been sitting there all day, I order 4 fish and got 4 slices of fish of one fish. $25 for one piece of fish that is sliced!! I wouldn't recommend at all.

11/15/2020 Google said they opened at 10:30a, but the doors were locked and no cars in the parking lot. A few minutes after 11, an employee arrives, not wearing a mask, coughing, and unlocked the door. She went in and locked the door again. We left.

I ordered some normal food, including macaroni. When I opened the container, I saw a piece of hair in the macaroni! I drove all the way back to the restaurant to see what they would do about it, and to find out all they did was give me another container! I will NEVER go to the Golden Chick in Corsicana ever again!

We went in at 7:40 and tried to place an order and the guy told us that it was Closed and we had to take our food to go, even though the doors were not locked and the lobby sign said close at eight. We told him that he was going to lose a customer and his response was “good”.

Do not eat here. We brought home a large meal for two families and upon eating it we realized it was rotten chicken. We contacted the location and the manager said to bring it back. We brought it back and Jennifer, the manager, would not give us a full refund and when I asked for the owner's name she would not provide it or give us a number to contact anyone else. We are contacting the health department because kids and our elderly grandfather ate the rotten chicken and we are hoping we don't get sick. Jennifer showed no empathy and would not give us a full refund. At least show a little emotion and don't lie about not knowing who the owner is and telling us they're is nothing more you can do. Beware!!
